"Another one bites the dust..." Mikey sings as Chicago Loop leaves San Diego. "Oh, and guys." Mikey says, looking to the back of the rest of the band. "I almost forgot to mention something. A friend of mine has another group like us that is Metal, and they're gonna hop in and join us on this tour." He says, as the bus begins heading up to LA, where Legion is suppose to meet them for their first concert working together.

6 hours later

Chicago Loop arrives at the concert place, where Legion is already there and beginning to set up their equipment. "Izzy, is it? I'm Mikey from Chicago Loop, nice to meet you." He says, greeting Legion with a smile and a handshake.

"Pfft whatever..." Xander said tuning his guitar on the bus ride there. He swore half way through the last song in the set on stage. One strings broke. It was the stupid plastic one at the end. He always wanted to put a real metal one on the end. So it would stop breaking, it was the second sting he broke in the past shows. When he was done he started playing "Rock star" by Nickelback on his Ipod.

6 hours later

Xander walked in to the gig and looked at the other band. He couldn't place it but he swore that he had seen her before. Xander sighed and walked over to the vending machine. He went into his pockets and pulled out his wallet, he didn't have any money. "Does anyone have a bleeding buck I could have?" Xander said. There was at least 8 people here somebody has to have a dollar.

Johnny waves at mikey and puts in his equipment for the concert. He walked over to a manager and asked him " Hey,I want you to look at my starters and check the speakers ". Agreeing with the stuble manager as he looks at the speakers trying to figure the composition. Johnny Walks down the stage line and puts his hand in his pocket. "Hello" he talked into the phone and looked around walking towards his bandmates.

"What the hell kinda fuckin' crowd is that? They're...just standing there. Are we sure we came to the right venue? 'cos that out there ain't no crowd of real metal fans."

Izzie Maisuradze was not, suffice to say, happy with the state of things. Her guitar slung over her shoulders, bare arms, every inch covered with an amalgamation of lean muscle, scars, and tattoos, crossed over the wickedly edged guitar (it looked like you could use it to disembowel someone), cigarette held loosely between two fingers, Izzie scowled as she turned back towards the rest of the band, allowing the screen that was obscuring the backstage area and the band from being seen by the strangely complacent crowd to fall back into place.

Of course, Legion was not an established band. They'd only formed not long ago, and thus the list of venues at which they'd performed was none too extensive. But still--all the clubs they'd played at, the small, cramped venues stuffed with metalheads--those were real metal fans. The ones who weren't afraid to jump right into the mosh pit and give some other fan a black eye. The ones who really moved with the music. The ones who at least looked alive. These people looked like they were just there to stand there and watch people play music. And what the hell kind of concert was just people playing music?

For his part, Lenchi merely shrugged. "They came here. I don't think they would've if they didn't want to hear us play death metal. s'not worth getting worked up about."

Lenchi's words seemed to impart some sort of reminder on the irate guitarist. "Oh yeah. Well, we're not the only ones playing here."

"Huh?"

The genuine confusion in Lenchi's voice caused Izzie to snort, before she took a quick drag of the cigarette in her hand. "There's a rock band called Chicago Loop coming to play on the same bill as us. If you paid any fucking attention to anything anyone says to you, maybe you'd've known."

"Well, you know how paying attention is just..." the metal drummer tried and failed to restrain a yawn, as if he had only just awoken from a slumber that would rival that of Snow White. "so much work sometimes..."

"Well look alive, Sleeping Beauty," Izzie cut across him caustically, the sarcasm heavy in her low, raspy voice. "'cos here they come."

Lenchi turned to see their fellow band approaching. He didn't recognise a single one of them. But that was kinda par for the course for Lenchi; Izzie was of the firm opinion that it was probably all the lazy jackass could do to remember what the hell he himself looked like. Guess he deserves the nickname I gave him, she mused with a dark smirk as Chicago Loop approached.

One of them strode right up to her. "Izzie, is it?" he remarked, holding his hand out to shake hers. "I'm Mikey from Chicago Loop, nice to meet you."

Izzie placed the cigarette between her chapped, dry, thin lips, and then held out one tattooed hand to shake his. "Legion," she said simply, before looking over Mikey's shoulder and seeing someone she vaguely recognised. Hang on, I know that dude... "Hey," she called over at him gruffly, nodding in his direction. "I know you. You auditioned for Legion, didn't you?" Yes, she remembered him. After she'd decided to go for lead guitar, they had a few people audition for rhythm. But in the end, Xander Coltman just hadn't been the death metal type of musician. Ultimately, Izzie decided to do something that was kinda unprecedented for a death metal band: she decided she was gonna go at it with one guitar. Which she compensated for by tuning her guitar down so low it was more than heavy and brutal enough to compensate.

The imposing woman cracked her tattooed knuckles, and reached up to retrieve the cigarette that had remained between her lips belching smoke. "Well, this should be interesting," she smirked. "Who ever heard of a rock band and a death metal band sharing a bill on a venue?"

"Well, my bands all of sons and daughters of Rock/Metal Legends, but it was our Agent who set us up. As for compatibility..." Mikey shrugs "However its gonna go, it'll sure as Fuck be interesting." He says with a smile, as the backstage crews begin setting their stuff up for them. "Maybe after a while we can combine bands for some Osbourne or AC/DC." he says, before heading out to begin practicing.

"I almost forgot to mention something. A friend of mine has another group like us that is Metal, and they're gonna hop in and join us on this tour." Hearing Mikey's words made Ava look up from her book with a raised eyebrow "a heavy metal band?" she asked with an amused tone "On our tour? Bit of a difference in sound there Mikey not to even mention the crowds" she smirked, placing her book down, she lent down to pick up a whining Nemo in the basket beside her "Don't you agree baby" she said placing a kiss on the pups head.

6 Hours Later

As the tour bus pulled into the car park of the concert hall, Ava quickly pulled a come through her long hair and touched up her make up, just because she was in a rock band didn't mean she couldn't look nice, right? Walking into the venue with the rest of her band mates, Ava finally caught a glimpse of 'Legion' greeting them all with a smile, "Does anyone have a bleeding buck I could have?" hearing Xander made her chuckle slightly, shaking her head, she reached into her back pocket and pulled out a buck "here" she smiled offering it to him.

"Yeah, I did. I might be a grungy bastard but, I'm not a death metal head." Xander said smirking as she called him out. He knew that he would never fit in with that crowd. "And you were the metal head chick with an authority complex who started the band. Nice to see that you made it out of the garage." He said without the slightest meanness in his heart. When he looked over and grabbed the dollar out of Ava's hand, "Thanks love. I'll pay you back when we get paid." He put the dollar into the vending machine and it spit out his Mountain Dew. He cracked it open and took a sip. He pulled out his pack of Marlboro 100's and light one up. He sat down outside and waited for the other to come and practice; while he waited he started playing Come as You Are by Nirvana.

Juniper sat on the edge of the stage tuning her base, "Ugh that sounds a bloody mess" she said with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth as she turned the peg and hit the cord again. She watched Ian and Izzie banter back and forth per usual, sometimes she wondered how they were able to come together and form a band. Izzie was too uptight and hardcore, Ian was to laid back and unconventional, when the leader of the other band came up to shake Izzie hand Juniper inwardly chuckled. As Izzie shook his hand Juniper could sense the detest in her voice, "Bloody hell mate your lucky she didn't spit on ya" she said in heavy English accent. The guy looked just like Axel Rose, and Juniper was sure of it she knew her 80's rock bands, she couldn't be around her father and not know. She hopped off the stage and walked over to Ian and stood next to him "Hey Ian what do make of all this shit mate, are the managers trying to kill us or is it just me". She was the only one in the band that called Ian by his real name, and she thought it was hilarious cause it threw him off every time she did it.

"Yeah, I did," the dude smirked. "I might be a grungy bastard, but I'm not a death metalhead."

"I know you're not, that's why you didn't get it," Izzie retorted self-explanatorily. She turned back to the dude named Mikey, who had begun speaking. "As for compatibility, however it's gonna go, it'll sure as fuck be interesting."

"Yeah, yeah, just try to keep up with us and hope the fans don't get so into it they start a riot," the guitarist drawled, glancing back at Lenchi. "Remember that one?"

Lenchi looked up lazily at the mention of his name; he'd seated himself at his drum kick and was almost boredly kicking off some kick triplets. "Right near had to fight the lot of them off with my drumsticks. Hell of a concert."

Izzie smirked, a note of pride in her voice and her expression as she turned back to Mikey. Now that had been a real metal concert, with real metal fans. Ain't no such thing as a metal concert where there's no risk of bodily harm. "Don't know what our people were thinking when they put a death metal band up with a rock group, but there sure as hell is gonna be some funky pacing on these songs." Seemed to her it was gonna be rapid transitions from the breakneck speed of Legion's death metal to...whatever speed Chicago Loop normally played at? Hell, Izzie didn't know. She didn't make a habit of listening to modern 'soft rock'--she used the term with a grain (well, a mountain) of sarcasm and mockery. As far as she was concerned, comparing soft rock and death metal was like putting a complacent baby chimpanzee next to a pissed off fucking gorilla--one of them spoke softly and quietly made its way along at its own leisure, and the other roared its lungs out and went charging at full speed, leaving devastation in its wake (which was the sound, Izzie figured, Legion went for). They were incompatible. So how in the hell were they supposed to play a concert together?

Seemed Juniper kinda picked up on the thoughts Izzie was having. "Bloody hell, mate," the bassist directed towards Mikey. "You're lucky she didn't spit on ya." Izzie's smirk widened...well, it didn't widen, per se. It intensified with that nasty, wicked quality it always seemed to have. My reputation precedes me, she thought sardonically at herself.

"Hey Ian, what do you make of all this shit, mate?" Juniper inquired, turning now towards the drummer. "Are the managers trying to kill us or is it just me?" It was a good second before Lenchi realised Juniper was talking to him, during which he briefly wondered who the hell this 'Ian' dude was. Oh wait. That's me, isn't it? Damn Izzie and her nicknames that probably meant something hugely demeaning but which Lenchi couldn't help but associate with himself now. But when he did come to that conclusion, he veritably felt his heart flutter up in his chest. Argh, you idiot, keep yourself in check, he chastised. He forced his voice to keep even as he responded. "I don't think it'll be so bad," he spoke, measuring each word carefully. He didn't want to...well, pull an Izzie and go off speaking his mind as bluntly as possible and end up worsening the tensions that Izzie was already propagating between Legion and Chicago Loop. Which, he noted, she was doing quite admirably. Sure, Lenchi liked Izzie--she was hardcore and, frankly, a bit of a control freak, but she was unflinchingly loyal and, he figured, at heart, a good person. But goddamn if she had no idea what the words 'polite' or 'cooperative' meant. Sometimes he felt she even actively tried to make people hate her and Legion. He shrugged, and continued. "It'll be weird. But interesting. How many concerts have you gone to where you had death metalheads mingling with sane people?" He cracked a smile.

Izzie had switched on her amps and pedals, and ripped off a quick thrash-style riff to get quickly accustomed. Outside, the crowd began to grow quiet at the sound, and realised the bands were about to emerge at last. Izzie glanced back to her bandmates as the two bands prepared to launch their mutual performance. "Let's set this crowd on fire."

"Oh there she goes" said Juniper as she set her bass on her hip, it had been a gift from her father who had asked her uncle Paul for it. Paul McCartney, the man was more of a father to Juniper's father then her grandfather had ever been. She often wondered what went through John Lennon's head that had made him treat his son the way he had. She also wondered if he had lived what kind of relationship she would have had with him. Juniper had always felt in her heart that he might have mellowed in his old age and they might have had a good relationship, he might have even favored her because he didn't have any daughters (that he knew of at least). She shook her head she didn't like thinking about it too much cause it made her sad sometimes. She made a face and rolled her eyes as Izzie kicked some riffs out that would have blown the normal peoples ear drums. "Well Ian she's cracking the whip, just don't fall asleep love" she said with a smile.

Ian was the only one in the band that she could really relate to Johnny was well odd and Izzie was just such a ... well Juniper just wasn't as metal as she was. In fact she was surprised that Izzie had even let her into the band, other then the fact that Juniper had picked up on the metal sound quickly. Juniper's own sound was nowhere near as harsh but it added an interesting flair in the background of Izzie's in your face approach. Juniper had been writing music since she was sixteen but she knew that Izzie wouldn't wipe her own ass with it, because it wasn't metal enough. But they where her mates and she was gonna do her damndest to make them sound hardcore.

She didn't really care who who was joining the tour as long as they didn't pry and she got to play.

6 hours later

Lark stood towards the edge of the group. Her bass in hand she had tuned and was ready to play. She watched Mikey, waiting for him to start in with their song. When he did she'd be ready to back him up. As far as lark was concerned her job was to hold the song together. She needed to play the right cords to match Mickeys style with Anya's and xanders. It was her job to make the song strong, and give it an underlying rhythm and beat.

Fast Forward to the Concert
"Okay, we'll start of with She Hates Me by Puddle of Mudd, than Welcome to the Jungle by GnR, and we'll finish up our first section with Crazy Train by Ozzy, okay?" Mikey says, looking to the rest of them as they await the curtains to be pulled back. The Stage is divided into 2 parts: Legion on the right, C.L on the left. The idea was that Chicago Loop will play 3 songs, than Legion will play 3 songs, and that'll continue until the concert's over.

The Curtains swing open, revealing the two bands to a fully packed stadium, with over 50,000 people in attendance to see them. "Hey Izzie, what was that about it not working!" He yells over to her above the crowd, a smirk on his face as he comes to the mic. "HELLO LA, ARE YOU READY TO ROCK!" Mikey yells into the mic, as the crowd goes ballistic in return. Just by looking through the crowd, you could tell that there was about 2 Metal fans to every Rock fan, and there were quite a few half and half's as well.

He than signals Xander to begin the song.

Ava made her way over to her drum set, her heels clicking against the stage as she walked, sitting down she quickly adjusted the height of stool and placed the bottle of water down beside her. Picking up her drum sticks she idly twirled them around her fingers waiting for the curtain to go up, she felt that nervousness in the pit of her stomach as she waited, listening to Mikey as he told them the plan. As soon as the curtains parted the knot in her stomach vanished and a smirk appeared on her face, this was the life, the place looked packed, with what she could tell was a nearly equal ratio of rock to metal fans, one thing was for sure this was gonna be one hell of a concert.

"HELLO LA, ARE YOU READY TO ROCK!" Mikey yelled into the mic making the crowd make a riot, bringing a slight chuckle to her lips, she did love the fans.

Tapping her foot lightly on the peddle she counted in her head the beats until she came in.

It was time.

"Alright, y'all remember the setlist, right?" Izzie couldn't help but bring herself to ask the group. She didn't like to think of herself as a worrywart, but...hell, it was public knowledge that Izzie was all but waiting for the moment when someone, not least of all her, seriously fucked something up on the day of the show. Pessimist, not worrywart, she retorted mentally as she looked to the other three.

"We have a setlist?" Lenchi replied blankly, seated at his drumset. News to me. I thought we were...okay, yeah, I have no idea what I thought we were gonna do.

"Yes, we have a--how in the fucking fuck do you completely forget we had a setlist at all? Wait, don't answer that." Izzie gritted her teeth and breathed out her nose. Sometimes, Lenchi and his utter inability--or refusal--to remember anything remotely of importance was amusing. And sometimes it just irritated the fuck outta her. "The first three songs are covers, the other band's doing the same thing. So we're starting with Trifixion to get the crowd going, then we'll move on to Spirit Crusher, and finish that section off with Liege of Inveracity. And before you ask," Izzie was quick to add as she saw Lenchi's mouth open to speak further. "They're playing first."

"Oh. Okay. Gotcha." The drummer visibly relaxed at the drumset, though his heart was practically beating out of his chest as the curtains fell open and the stages were slowly revealed. That's....a lot of people, he observed, breathing in heavily. How'd they even get a crowd this big when they were just an upstart metal band? He tried to estimate the number. One thousand? Two thousand? Hell if he knew. Lenchi'd been used to small crowds and small venues. Nothing like this. Huge crowds and one hell of a huge-ass fucking venue. If I fuck up here... Legion'd get rid of him. Fast. He knew that. Why else would he spend every waking hour (and Lenchi's 'waking' hours were few and far between, but still) ensuring he was constantly at the top of his game? He was well aware that Legion only kept him around for his drumming skills. Johnny, he was pretty sure, wouldn't want to keep around a drummer who couldn't play what he was supposed to, and as for what Izzie'd do if he fucked up on a song...

That elicited a brief shudder.

What would Juniper think? The thought weaselled its way in. And it made him want to scoff at himself. What made him think she gave two shits about him beyond his drumming skills either? She doesn't, idiot. No one does. So don't bother wasting time thinking about that, and focus on the music you're about to play. He disengaged himself from his thoughts just as Chicago Loop began to play.

For her part, Izzie's reaction to the size of the crowd and the venue seemed to be...well, a lack of reaction, at first. She displayed outwardly no indication of anxiety or concern, because there was none within her. A surplus of confidence was not characteristic of the Legion guitarist, regardless of her general attitude to the contrary, but she couldn't help but smile when the curtains fell away and the crowd began cheering for the bands. And it was not a haha, we're gonna kick everyone's ass, our music is gonna lay waste to this crowd, Chicago Loop doesn't know what it's getting into type of smirk that may have been expected. No trace of malice or aggression was to be found in the lifting of the corners of her lips that Izzie called a smile. She looked genuinely happy--genuinely pleased, genuinely looking forward to playing the music she loved on this huge stage, for this huge crowd. The possibility of making a mistake here wasn't anywhere to be found in her mind--any semblance of irritation, of detest towards Chicago Loop had long since vacated the premises and left behind no ill will whatsoever. To play music...it was a high greater than any drug she'd ever tried to find comfort in, more effective than any bottle she'd tried to find happiness at the bottom of.

"Hey Izzie, what was that about it not working!" the singer called over as the crowd went wild. In her usual perpetually pissed off state, that would've merited flipping the dude off or something equally disrespectful and rude. But in that euphoric state in which Izzie often found herself right before a concert, right before she began playing, she merely responded with, "Yeah, turns out they're not half bad as they look!"

"Hello, LA, are you ready to rock?!" the singer of the rock band roared into the microphone, causing the crowd to surge forth with unparalleled energy and enthusiasm. "Oh, hell no," she mused. "If anyone's gonna get this crowd moving, it's Legion." Except there wasn't any malice in her voice when she said it. It came out almost good-natured, light-hearted in a way.

Chicago Loop went through their three songs quickly--though Izzie honestly did not recognise the first, wasn't a big fan of the second, and found herself getting into the third, since it was actually a metal song. "Damn," she smiled to herself as she watched--being a guitarist, she instinctively paid attention to the guitar tones. "Dude can pull off those Randy Rhoads solos, that's for sure." After all, what good metalhead or plain-out rocker didn't respect someone who could play Randy Rhoads?

When the final note of Crazy Train was completed, the crowd went wild--and the stage was set for Legion to fire off their performance.

Stepping forward, Izzie's smile widened as she approached her mic. "Come on now," she boomed, her low voice echoing right down the stadium and throughout the crowd. "Have we got any real Legionnaires here?" In responce to the mention of the moniker many of the fans Legion had won over thus far were fond of calling themselves by, the metalheads of the crowd unleashed a nigh-unearthly din that echoed within Izzie's head and got her blood rushing. "Let's get this place fucking moving!" she called out, and as the crowd began to rapidly converge into vast mosh pits, Izzie began to rip out the opening leads of Trifixion...

((The 'let's get this place fucking moving' is a reference to something Frank Mullen (her father for those who do not know) does at every concert. As you can see here at about 4:09 :v))

Xander had finished playing the ending riffs of Crazy Train, he needed a smoke and his soda. He light his smoke right there while he waited. He walked over to Mikey with his pocket notebook and his golf pencil, "Whats next?" This noise was too loud for them to talk normally, he couldn't even understand what the hell they were singing. He knew that this could go on for the rest of the tour. He looked at Izzy and just marveled at her guitar skills. Totally hot, but for me shes' not. Xander smirked at his own rhyme.

"Ian you alright luv" she smiled she just wanted to reach out a touch his hair. But her mother had warned her when she joined the band to not get involved with one of her band mates. Legion finished Liege of Inveracity's with one final, overwhelming power chord, leaving the crowd ravenous for more. Izzie grinned. If only my father...if only Mullen could see me now, she thought smugly, watching the vast crowd. What's the most his band's ever gotten for a crowd all to themselves--a couple hundred? Ha! The smile lessened across her face as her rosewood eyes swept over the crowd. Wish he could see me here and now...then he'd know that maybe I would've been worth staying for after all...

"Alright, let's hit it!"

The voice that drew her from the sudden lapse in concentration was quickly followed by the beginning of what she recognised as an AC/DC song. Shaking her head, quickly reinstating the triumphant grin on her sharp face, the guitarist turned around as the band began to reconvene to discuss the next set.

"We'll play any two songs you guys wanna play," Johnny said as he glanced over towards Chicago Loop. "I got Slipknot's Left Behind."

"Slipknot?" Izzie retorted loudly. "The hell makes ya think I know how to play any Slipknot? Well, I know. I'll just play a few unoriginal chord patterns and some uninteresting, untalented solos and pretend it's the most brilliant thing ever done on stage. It'll sound just like 'em!" she finished with a cruelly mocking laugh, her usual malicious, abrasive persona rearing its ugly head through the veil in the wake of her momentary regression into the thoughts she had refused to brood over right up until Legion hit the stage.

"Well, if yer callin' in Slipknot, I'm callin' in the big guns," Izzie smirked. "Corporal Jigsore Quandary." She turned to Lenchi. "You set the speed, aye?" she added, knowing that, for all his laziness away from the drumset, when Lenchi was allowed to set the tempo of the song, you could bet it was gonna be accelerated to ludicrous speeds. The drummer grinned--this crowd had no idea what was about to hit them. "Got it."

Izzie turned to the bassist. "Any preferences?" But Juniper merely replied, "You know I'l play whatever you guys want to play. I'm not picky." She looked over towards Lenchi. "Ian, you alright love?" The drummer merely directed the uncommon grin towards her. "Alright? I'm fuckin' ready to set this shit blazing!"

"Well, you do that. Seems now I have to ask you what song you wanna play," Izzie cut across, making a mocking but good-natured sort of frown at the drummer, who responded with his own mock-sneer. "Let's do Blood Oath then, I've been really wanting to--"

"Nope, we ain't doin' Blood Oath."

"Okay," was all Lenchi said in responce to Izzie's rapid-fire shooting down of his proposal. No point in arguing with her. Nor was there any point to asking why when the responce was liable to be "I don't feel like it asshole, now get behind the friggin' drumset already and start hitting shit". "Slayer. War Ensemble."

"Good with me." Izzie swept around, watching Chicago Loop as they played through their set. After Back in Black, Izzie didn't recognise a single song they were playing--but then again, she figured, none of the four of them probably had any idea what the hell any of the songs Legion was playing were either, so t'was all fair and well. After the final note was played, Izzie turned to the other three, and grinned vibrantly once more. "Let's start with Corporal Jigsore, yeah? Nothing gets a crowd goin' like those opening drum beats."

She waited for a moment before having Ian start off the song, however--waited until silence reined over the crowd in the wake of Chicago Loop's set. And then Ian launched off the beginning drum blasts of Corporal Jigsore Quandary, sped up a good ten times but heavy-hitting as ever. Then Izzie ripped down the neck of her guitar, joining in the assault with the brutal chords that had become so infamous.

The metalheads in the crowd all but went insane.

Xander just shook his head as their song started playing. "Now, I know why I never signed up with them. That freaking noise gives me a headache," He muttered under his breath. He did a quick check of his guitar strings to make sure they were holding up, mainly the plastic one on the end. The usual wear and tear. He would have to replace the string after the show. Xander knew that the covers were over they were gonna start the originals when they were done.

He walked over to his guitar case and pulled a bottle of pills. They were a generic pain pills but they did the job. Xander swallowed the pills dry and shook his head. It was gonna be a long show if they kept that up. He looked up towards Legion, he saw Izzie shredding. Xander just smirked and wanted to have a guitar battle with her. He judged that they were fairly evenly matched.

"Hey, Mikey what the hell are we playing now?" Xander said taking out a quarter and started flipping it. He knew all of the songs they made by heart, though some of the newer ones he would need the music sheet.

Juniper hated this one but she tried her best to keep up with the tempo of Corporal. She knew Izzie was just having a pissing contest with the other band and Juniper's fingers were going to be the recipient of the punishment that Izzie wished on the heads of the "Nonmetals". "Shit, dammit I should have said something but Izzie would have just shot me down as quickly as she did Ian" she thought. That was the problem with Izzie it was her way or nothing, Juniper was surprised that Johnny had even been able to stick SlipKnot in the playlist. She smiled at Ian who looked to be having the time of his life, "Well at least he's having fun" she said. Juniper was sure now that Chicago Loop believed they were from the seventh level of hell and that they way Izzie liked it. When Juniper told her father the genre the band played he made a funny face and then shook his head "Love are you sure you couldn't get into a band were you could understand the words of the songs you wrote" he laughed. Even though he had no clue as to why Juniper even auditioned for the band he supported her. Either way she needed to concentrate on hitting the right chords right now or Izzie would have a bitch fit later.

"Alright, I'm done doing all this heavy crap." Mikey says as Legion starts playing again. "Let's do Firebird, Rockin' in 7th Heaven, and lets do Please Please Me by the Beatles." He says, taking a sip of water to cool off his vocal cords. "We're gonna show this Metal Band what The Loop is really like." He says with a smile, looking at Legion, specifically the Bassist. "So, she's Lennon's grand-daughter? I cant wait to see how she'd work with my band." He smiles happily.

Upon the final descending notes of War Ensemble, Izzie hung back and began listening to Chicago Loop as they then played their set. Which, again, Izzie didn't recognise a single song off of...until they got to Please Please Me. "Ooooh, Beatles," she mused, sitting haphazardly on top of one of the lower, floor-set amplifiers with her guitar resting on her raised knee as she hummed along to the familiar chorus of the song. Hell, who didn't recognise the Beatles? Even the most extreme of metalheads weren't worth shit as far as Izzie was concerned if they didn't have respect for a band like the Beatles. Set against all the metal she listened to--and metal being an inherently dark genre--the vastly more light-hearted nature of the Beatles' music was refreshing, so she tapped on the surface of her guitar along with the song, smiling as it finished off.

Up at the head of the stage, Johnny called out. "Chicago, come on out here." Eyebrow raised, Izzie pushed herself from the amplifier and, guitar carried in her vice-like grip, she walked over to where Legion and Chicago Loop were coalescing; Lenchi, still giddy from the speed of the Corporal and War Ensemble, veritably leapt down from the drum platform as he approached as well.

"Hey guys, our fans came to see not only us," Johnny was saying as Izzie approached. "You guys too. I may sound like an ass to you guys but the show is what we are here for." Up to this point, Izzie was all for it. Sounded great to her, wonderful, lovely, let's dispose of the talk and get back to playing music, yeah?

But when Johnny turned to Izzie, she raised an eyebrow. "What?" she demanded defensively.

"Izzie, if you get a hissy fit, I will take your place, understand?"

The guitarist was a bit taken aback, before anger flashed across her previously good-natured features, fresh from the euphoria of the Beatles song. "Um, no, I don't understand. When did you become the one giving the orders around here?" Her eyes narrowed angrily on Johnny. What the hell is he thinking? I wasn't planning on a fucking 'hissy fit' until he decided that was the wisest thing to say. "Let me give you a hint: you aren't, and if you want me off this stage, you're welcome to just fucking try and get me off of it."
