Blue Dream|| Fivel
Instrumental: I chose this song, because I felt like this is something he would listen to to help him transcend into a more astrial state.
Introducing

Full Name:
Ashton Reginald Dumont
Nickname:
Ash, Reggie
Age:
"Twenty four years young."
Birth Date:
April 1st
Sexuality:
Sexuality is a difficult thing for him to come around too, his parents were extremely conservative and he wasn't allowed to date anyone, and was mainly afraid to because his parents kept trying to set him up with women they found suitable, but he never took the bait. He believes, now being away from his parents for a while, that he is Pansexual [Seeing past gender, and seeing the person for who they are]. but he's still working out his own emotional complications.
Role:
The Dream Walker:
What the Dream Walker's job is simply to amaze. What happens first is usually Ash will start off by putting someone into a sleep-like trance; from there, he can sit down in the chair next to them and fall into a trance himself, and walk into the other person's dreams. From there, he can just simply walk the person through their own subconscious, or he is able to teach others how to manipulate their dreams.
The Talent

Power:
Ashton can enter and manipulate the dreams of himself and others. This includes: modifying, suppressing, fabricating, influencing, manifesting, sensing, and observing dreams as well as nightmares, and daydreams. Sometimes Ashton can even unlock someone's hidden powers, desires, or subconscious fears. He can produce and modify dreams, bestow nightmares or extreme lucid dreaming, entrap people in REM, and promote spiritual/emotional healing within dreams.
In some cases, Ashton's power extends to the real world, such as wounds inflicted on a sleeping victim and even pulling someone from the waking world into the dream world.
Strengths:
Ashton is extremely intuitive, perceptive, and funny. Although, he doesn't always come across that way all the time. Sometimes his inner child is released and he simply comes across like an adorable dope.
He is really good at puzzle games -- Jenga, Chess, Checkers, pool. He can think quick on his feet, when necessary.
He loves to play his guitar and the drums.
Ashton normally uses his dark blue pendulum to put his customers into a trance, it helps him focus his energies where they need to be as well.
Meditation processes help him recollect himself.
An extremely great flow artist [a type of dancer, he focuses on King Tut", Liquid and
Weaknesses and Flaws:
Ashton can be childish, and often is daydreaming. He finds reality quite boring, which causes him to get lazy quickly. Since he is able to walk between the dream world and the real world, he finds it easier to just sleep, but this leads to delusions. If he sleeps over twelve hours and wakes up, he finds it hard to get a grip on the real world and is extremely susceptible to dark, negative energies following him back from the dream realm.
On a lighter note, Ashton is not the greatest cook, he tends to burn things a lot.

In-Depth

Special Markings:
Ashton doesn't have any markings, piercings, or tattoos.
Description:
Ashton is pretty simple, he likes flannel shirts, a grey beanie and jeans. Ashton has bright green eyes, and dark brown hair. Ashton doesn't really "Dress to Impress", he just dresses in whatever he feels comfortable with. He does have a pair of glasses, but normally he prefers contacts.
Height: Just reaching around six foot
Weight 140, mostly leg and arm muscle from long boarding, swimming and gymnastics.
Personality:
At heart, Ashton is a true child: This includes the spastic, awkward comments, and just wanting to make someone laugh. His curiosity for the world never ceases and conversation with him, is almost like conversation with a cartoon character. On stage, he is lively and downright silly. Ashton can become extremely animated, which is great on stage and he is a true story teller. He can captivate an audience in one single line. He's a one man show, sound effects and everything.
Off stage, it's a little different though, Ashton likes his alone time, for sleep mostly. Ashton enjoys being able to travel to a different realm with ease, it's almost like his escape route, like he's hiding from something. If he's not sleeping, or preforming, he can be found hanging around in his room, a beer in hand and a rolled up J in the other.[This, quite coincidentally, is how he obtained the nickname "Reggie".]
Ashton is really a quirky mix of emotions, mostly because when he was younger he was diagnosed with a disease called "Narcolepsy", where if he became over stimulated he would instantly just fall asleep, sometimes for weeks, sometimes months. When he was 15 he slept all through the school year. Little did his parents know that he wasn't just sleeping...but walking in another world, unable to find his way back to his own physical body. Getting lost for hours, which translated into months in his physical body. Ash couldn't control his power, so every time his emotions got out of whack or overwhelmed, he would simply just pass out and escape. But, this soon became a fear for Ashton, because he had no perception of time in the dream world, and was unaware of how much time was passing. He soon learned how to control his emotions completely by age 16 and he found comfort in smoking because he could just be relaxed while awake. He tried sports for a while, and was good at them, but it made him tired, and his coaches got upset at him for 'not trying'.
Reggie found the Theater when him and his buddies were out for a night of drinking: basically bar hopping. He was so drunk he got up on stage and began captivating the audience with a vibrant introduction to his talent. He brought a guest up on stage and began putting them into a hypnosis state. He them sat down next to her and began dream walking beside her. Five minutes later they both came back, first Reggie, then the woman awoke. She was amazed, and he asked her, with a smirk, what she had seen. She told a beautiful story about how she had a memory of her Grandmother's old house when she was little, and she thanked him for bringing that memory back to her.
The Theater hired him soon after he turned a young and fresh 18 years old, and he stuck with it ever since because he found comfort in learning and controlling his power better, plus he loved the attention on stage. Now that he's older, he knows a lot more on controlling his power and keeping safe while he walks between realms.
The Past Defines Us

History:
Ashton was born to a Christian family, on a late April night, eleven thirty pm. April Fool's to be exact. His parents were Wendy Dumont, and Angel Dumont. Ash was a great kid, quiet and cooperative. When he was younger, he found himself staying by his parents, becoming extremely connected with his mother. As explained in his personality, at a very young age Ash was diagnosed with, what they believed to be, Narcolepsy. Since his parents were both against the idea of medication, they home schooled him -- not wanting him to be bullied for his "disability". Ash struggled a long time with his Gift, unsure of how to control or even harness it. It wasn't until he turned ten was he able to figure out how to lucid dream and be able to be safe while doing so. He eventually was fed into the school system when he was a seventh grader, due to his constant complaining about not feeling normal like the other kids in the neighborhood. All through high school, Ash was a good student, he got A's and he made a few good friends. He even joined the Improv club, because being someone else on stage was easier than himself.
All his life, Ash's parents were extremely conservative, and talked little about their emotions, problems, and they educated Ash poorly on relationships/friendships with others. Ash's parents also failed to explain to him how to decipher his feelings for girls in high school; the only thing they said was to not have sex before marriage. He didn't understand how to pick apart his emotions, and he was afraid to be attracted to others because he never got advice on how to handle his emotions. Plus, growing up his parents were never close or huggy... In fact, he doesn't even know to this day if they are still happy together. This, in the end, made Ash terrified to start anything with anyone, because he didn't know a lot of the social cues. He finds conversation hard to follow and awkward to continue when the ball is tossed in his own court, some subjects are worse than others.
