History

In the 1910s, Joe was finally part of the Chicago Outfit. They were the baddest guys in all the Chicago area. He was pretty short and a tad overweight, but that didn't stop him. He was a good mobster. He did what he had to do and he did it right. Hell, he even did some stuff with Al Capone a few times. However, soon it was time for him to say goodbye. His two closest friends at the time drugged him and stuck his feet within cinder blocks. At the time all three were being decided over who would eventually become the Godfather of the Chicago Outfit. They hefted him over into the Chicago River after he finally woke up and that was the end of him...or so they thought. Joe somehow ended up freeing himself, however he did it is still a mystery except only to him. After freeing himself he hunted down his two friends and killed them both.m.
