✦ Wind Manipulation || Yeiji has general control over all of the air around him. Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks and derivatives formed by/from it, making it an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge.
✦ Flight || By manipulating the air around his body, Yeiji can physically fly as well as carry someone similar to his weight with him. He can fly for a good amount of time, but he must eventually rest, especially if he’s carrying someone with him.
✦ Air Solidification || Yeiji can manipulate pressure in the air molecules to solidify the air, with the level of solidity going from loose jello to metal-like hardness or beyond. ✦ Implosions/Explosions || Yeiji can pull all of the air molecules out of a building and the outer force of molecules would cause it to implode in on itself. He can also take all of the air molecules away from a person, and because their internal pressure is higher than the pressure outside of them, their blood would begin to boil and they would explode. He can also pressurize handfuls of air into small bombs that he can throw and then blow up. He can increase the size of the bomb massively and cause explosions stronger than ones from TNT.

This only reassured the fact that their son was even more special than they believed. Yeiji’s mother had tried for years to have a child, and failed many, many times, but once Yeiji was born, they treated him like a gift from God himself.
Yeiji’s parents may have cherished him, which was rather expected since he was an only child, but he was far from spoiled. He had to work for the things that he wanted, and his parents made sure to raise him right. He did his best to suppress his powers when he was in school or public, but if something did slip, his parents did not reprimand him. As he grew older, his powers grew stronger, but Yeiji practiced. He practiced by himself, with the aid of his father who ran a local dojo. Yeiji was taught to have peace within when challenging chaos. He would meditate and make sure to remain relaxed so that his powers would not grow out of hand.
With Yeiji teaching himself, he was not restricted to the ways of his elder Keepers of the Air. He learned many different techniques that other air controllers could not even dream about using. His powers grew the more he practiced, so Yeiji was never bored. Despite the fact that he was a rather kind, charming boy, he tended to keep to himself. His schoolmates did eventually find out about his powers, and did their best to stay away, but Yeiji wasn’t alone. He met Tempest when he learned of his powers, and the two have been inseparable since.

Despite the fact that she’s clumsy and tends to break everything she touches, Tempest is actually rather sweet. She does her best to be gentle and kind, but her rambunctious nature can only be suppressed for so long. Tempest is constantly ogling at both girls and boys, and has no self restraint when she wants to touch someone or something. Tempest is believed to have the biggest appetite of all living things. She’s always eating something, and if she’s not eating, she’s napping in a warm path of sun.
Even though Tempest has quite the childlike attitude, do not underestimate her. Her specialty is controlling sound, which is only a variation of air manipulation. She can deafen people without a second thought, but Yeiji is usually around to lower the volume of Tempest’s screeches. Tempest can also fly at incredible speeds in her bat form. Shifting from form to form only takes a few seconds.

✦ Her Senses || Tempest’s senses are heightened sharply, so extremely loud sounds and smells can weaken or cripple her.
✦ Her Wings || Tempest’s wings are rather fragile, and if they were to be injured, broken, or dislocated, it could take months to heal and she would have to remain grounded.

✦ Eating || Tempest is always eating in an attempt to feed her massive appetite. Yeiji isn’t sure whether she’s just always hungry or if her metabolism is through the roof.
✦ Napping || If its a calm, warm day, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and she isn’t hungry, the odds are Tempest is napping. She loves to curl up in warm patches of sunlight.
✦ Hunting || When in her bat form, Tempest instinctively hunts small animals and will sometimes bring them back as a gift to Yeiji, similar to what a cat would do. Yeiji usually scolds her for taking the life of an innocent animal, but she still does it.
✦ Sparring || Sparring is among the few things that Tempest actually enjoys doing. She generally only spars with Yeiji though for many reasons.
✦ Cuddling || The odds are, if Yeiji is sitting or lying down somewhere, Tempest is cuddling up against him and napping.
