Appearance: Morpeth stands at around 5ft9 with a lean figure that shows that he has been training for combat for years. His skin has darkened slightly over the last two years, slightly calloused around the fingers though other than that it seems unmarked in any way. Lucid green eyes are framed by dark eyelashes and set on high cheekbones, chocolate brown hair curling at the ends and falling past his chin. His attire consists of black trousers tucked into dark leather boots, a button-up shirt of some description, and a hooded cloak or jacket for when outside. A simple silver chain and ring are all he has in the jewellery department, the rest having been taken from him when his father had him imprisoned.

Personality: Morpeth is a strong hearted man, and is always trying to do the best for everyone. He is sometimes compared to his father, seeing as he is kind hearted and a natural leader. He tries not to seem like he is of a higher class than the others, treating everyone equally – even his own family. He is determined to reclaim the throne, and anyone that stands in his way to it.
Strengths: Physically adept and trained in swordsmanship, with limited knowledge in marksmanship.
Weaknesses: Magically weak, with no knowledge in that field. He is also hesitant when he comes face to face with his father – he knows it's not the father he knew, but has not been able to overcome this yet.

Equipment: Along with the clothes on his back, Morpeth has a leather belt around his hips, with a slot especially made for his sword. He also carries some money on him.
Abilities: Morpeth has no magical abilities, his strengths lying in physical combat. He has a great knowledge of the land though and its history, from part of his studies before becoming King.

Brief history: Morpeth had what would be considered the best life possible as Prince of the land. He was given everything he asked for, and in return he studied hard to follow in his father's footsteps and become the greatest king known in history. He wasn't expecting his time to come so quickly though, having sat at his father's bedside constantly hoping that he would recover.
Unfortunately, his father passed. At nineteen, Morpeth took to the throne with a league of advisers, seeing as he'd not finished all of his studies by then.

His reign didn't last long though. One fateful evening, the doors to his drawing room burst open, and standing there was his late father. Morpeth froze, bewildered by this and unknowing of what to do. He could see the malevolent grin on the man's face and the dark look in his eyes and could instantly tell that this was not his father. Behind him was a figure he did not recognise, though it was a face he was not going to forget for a long time.
He woke up next in a cell of the dungeon, torn from the throne and stripped of anything that made his identity as prince clear. Here he stayed for two long years, rough and forlorn. He cursed himself for his own stupidity, knowing he should've taken action as soon as he saw his father.

He thought he was going to spend the rest of his life rotting in that dungeon, when not long ago a group of rebels somehow managed to break into the castle. They reached the dungeons and there was finally a ray of hope. They escaped, and now Morpeth is more determined than ever to reclaim his throne and defeat the necromancer that dared to raise his father from his grave.
