History/Bio: Otis was found marooned on Planet X by the Sentinels, a group of heroes trying to help the Ultimate Organization during the Oblivion War. He had the strange ability to resurrect himself, even from gruesome deaths like being eaten alive. Otis was unsure of how he got this power but was able to use it to defend his friends during the coming battles. However, at the end of the War, Otis lost his immortality and became just another lost orphan. Thankfully, Tera Roth, leader of the elite group of warriors known as the Guardians at the time, recruited Otis as a new student. Otis never forgot this kindness, and even after Roth's disappearance, Otis remained true to his mentor's guidelines. Having been made a full Guardian just one year ago, the Rock is Otis's first assignment.
Equipment and Weapons: Otis wields a sword named Chomper, which was forged by Phoenix magic and destined for his hands. It takes the form of a rapier. Otis also has various other tools and his Guardian armor.
Styles, Powers, and Abilities: Otis is a wind Phoenix, but never relies on his magic to win fights. His main magic deals with sound, which he uses to silence himself for stealthy jobs, or deafen or distract opponents during or outside of battle. Otis is surprisingly quick and agile, even for his size, and his prowess with the rapier is dazzling. Otis's acrobatic combat, combined with his speed and wind magic, make him a devastating opponent to battle, but one lacking experience due to his youth and history.
