Alcy Masterson's Story

Shay shifted on the counter as she kept her eyes on her hands which were twisting around each other, but it was several moments of silence before she sighed and looked up and over at Adion. "I'm not sure what it is truly called but Ki calls it the Captions Bubble. Its a small platform in the center of the main Captions deck...sorry I don't know the lingo. When Key is down or the ship needs faster reactions Ki takes over."

She ran both hands through her hair and closed her eyes as she sighed again. "Once Ki steps on that platform a bubble encases him even as it fills with a gel like liquid that links Ki to the ship along with a strange stand that rises up that Ki slips is arms half way to his elbows. With in seconds the ship is completely linked to Ki and he sees everything that happens at every angle of the outside of the ship. Once linked Ki's outstanding reflexes allows him to maneuver the ship in tight places. Comes in handy during a deadly attack since the S'FADI doesn't have defensive weapons except for the Bubble Guns and a Ion Cannon. When the ship is struck Ki's body...acquires those wounds allowing the ship to stay stable and maneuverable."

"If this is the only way, then I guess that raptorian durability might come in handy, if I was even capable of interfacing with the ship." Adion replied.

Shay shrugged looking back down at her hands shuddering slightly as images of the last time Ki had taken control and how badly his body had been damaged but he had gotten them out of the fight safely without any problems.

"It's hard to describe it, with out witnessing it for your self. Oddly enough when Ki does take control everything he sees is shown on a video screen from every direction." replied Alcy as she finished with the last pewter bowl and looked over at Adion.

"Once we get the hull breaches fixed, I would like to see if I could interface with the ship." Adion said.

Shay and Adion looked towards each other before looking back at Adion and shrugged. "That will be up to Cy. The S'FADI isn't only a ship but also our home." replied Alcy.

"I am not sure if I had met her yet." Adion replied.

Both women looked at each other before grinning and looking at Adion. "Can't really miss her let alone forget her if you have. Bout 5'10' with silver and black streaked tawny gold hair along with silver and black flecked tawny gold eyes. Lean muscled and very beautiful, a body to die for if your into that. Has a pale blue stone between her eyes and a single braid that hangs between her eyes to past her chin with a dove decoration attached to the end of the braid." replied Shay watching Adion.

With his body now heating back up to normal temperatures, Adion gave a nod before beginning to walk off, stopping suddenly. "I remember seeing her in a room, but I can't remember how to get there." Adion stated, hoping that one of the girls would guide him somehow.

Alcy smiled even as she shook her head. "I have to stay here so Shay will show you. But if your hoping to try out the Bubble now don't. With the ship completely down it is to." she said as she returned her attention back to the table before her.

"Okay I can help. Though if she is in her room with Syn...well lets just say though they are hot together you don't want to watch."
replied Shay as she hopped down off the counter, opened the ice box and grabbed another Monster before heading towards the door, pausing beside Adion. "So if she is, where would you like to go? We have Tula's Med Lab and Green House. The DR also known as the Danger Room. Music Room. Family Portrait Room. Game Room. and the Security Room. Where I think Fox is at right now." she stated as she popped the top and took a swig grinning as she once again began to bounce on her feet. "Or if you want you can see my Work Room. I've got all kinds of things there that would blow your mind."

"If she is in her room, then I guess I'll go to your lab and see what you have to show." Adion stated, waiting for Shay to show her the way.
