So begins...
Alcy Masterson's Story
A sigh slipped from Alcy as she looked over at Adion, pain and sadness in her eyes. "Ki's people knew nothing about huma's. They were like the American Indian's on Cy's home world. When they wouldn't submit the humans slaughtered them. Enslaved them and sent them off world. Entire clans were wiped out all because the Ka'Tri and other animal clans wouldn't sell them their lands." she said softly, shaking her head as she sighed again. "I am not from Cy's world but to learn of what her people will do just to acquire what they want..." she shuddered and closed her eyes. "I don't understand..."
"Too bad the raptorians weren't there. Routing them from a place is like trying to kill off all insects without poison, and they do so enjoy helping other protect territory." Adion replied.
She smiled and shrugged even as she reached for several different items. "Sounds like your people would do perfectly in the Keepers." she said as she turned and set down a genuine silver potion pot and snagged the pewter bowl. "The more representatives from other worlds helps with both building good alliances with other worlds, but also shows that they care for what happens around them."
She paused and looked over at him her eyes slightly wide. "Not that I'm telling you that you have to or anything like that. Or that your world or people do, just stating things what I've seen and witnessed." she said softly, looking down at the potions pot and sighed. "And sometimes I can't shut up." she mumbled with a shake of her head and sighed as she turned and began shifting through several different vials.
She paused and looked over at him her eyes slightly wide. "Not that I'm telling you that you have to or anything like that. Or that your world or people do, just stating things what I've seen and witnessed." she said softly, looking down at the potions pot and sighed. "And sometimes I can't shut up." she mumbled with a shake of her head and sighed as she turned and began shifting through several different vials.
Alcy muttered a curse under her breath as she nodded and looked towards the far wall which held a door. "Yeah. Ithacan Salt and Lithium." she stated as she turned and looked at Adion. "As well as some more of your moss and um..." she shifted slightly. "The liquid stuff, blood from your ship." she stated sheepishly. "I don't have any more." she waved to the island counter where the metal bowls sat.
"Oh, that's easy." Adion said as he walked over to the bowl with the biggest clump. With a few scrapes, he now had 8 more samples, and with a small jab into the moss with his claw, a new vile of the moss's 'blood.'
"This?" Adion asked as he pushed the vile and scrapings forward.

Alcy blinked as she watched Adion her eyes widened slightly as she stared at the scrapings and vile... "Wow...wish I'd known that earlier." she muttered with a shake of her head before grinning. "Thank you, Adion." she said as she pulled the scrapings and vile towards her.
"There are six areas that are scorched with blast holes the size of two Mac Trucks, human terminology." she stated as she went to work by adding the new scrapings to the pewter bowl followed by the vile and looked up at Adion. "It's why the air seems stifled. Some areas are sealed off with shields...you can literally look out the holes and into space." she stated her voice and face sad with how badly the S'FADI was.
"Those fucking assholes were camouflaged and struck us with out a warning. Fucking assholes." she snarled, yet her emotions didn't seem to affect her actions as she worked.

"The moss should be barely affected by space, but having some form of oxygen mixed into its food will help it to grow out there." Adion said.
She paused as she looked back over her shoulder at Adion. "With Fox gone as well as Ki, Cy is the only one that can go outside of the ship with out a suit on." she stated as she turned back to the pewter bowl, even as she reached above her for a clear crystal vile.
Blinking she turned and looked at him, her honey brown eyes drifting over the lizards stout form and flushed. "Sorry...didn't mean to over look you..." she stated as she looked away and shifted on her feet. "I thought maybe it was part of your outfit...to keep you warm..." she mumbled.
"Not all lizards are cold blooded, and generally the bipedal ones are not." Adion said in reply. He understood where she came from, thus his tone was more instructional that know-it-all, or insulting.
She nodded as she gave a slight smile. "I don't fight like the rest of the Family. I'm mostly in here doing what I do best." she stated as she waved bout the room.
Alcy blinked before she sighed and shook her head and headed for the locked door to her left. "If you enter please be careful. Everything in this room is volatile." she stated as she unlocked the door and stepped into the room and move silently towards the back of the room where several shelves lined the wall from ceiling to floor with a roller ladder. Her honey brown eyes drifting over each shelf as she searched for what she needed.
Quietly Alcy moved about the room, from shelf to shelf looking for what she needed, also taking note of what needed to be restocked and refreshed. Her eyes never leaving the shelves while her mind went over and cataloged everything she saw.
