Wish: I wish to be able to change the world
Description: A very powerful, but also very dangerous wish, its abilities are high but each one exacts a price. In addition, this one possesses quite a bit of a nasty recoil if overused. What it essentially allows him to do is manipulate the world, and also himself, but there are limits to its power and a price to be paid if overused. Additionally, he cannot use it to instantly kill anything, create something from nothing, or outright destroy. In other words, it is primarily a manipulation ability.
Power: Gravity Manipulation
Description: He is able to manipulate gravity and even use that to create gravity wells, and has practiced to be precise enough to manipulate it only for himself. if he uses it too much, along with pain, he may experience dizziness.
Power: Enhancement
Description: Akari manipulates his own body and laws of physics to become far stronger and more powerful physically. May induce madness if used too long, and usually makes him catch a cold afterwards.
Power: World Manipulation
Description: Akari manipulates the world around him, sending objects flying and taking control of whatever he can. However, he cannot manipulate people or any form of animals, though it seems he can manipulate plants, as they are considered part of the world. If he uses this too much...well, its not pleasant.
Recoil:
Description: Along with the normal taxes on his physical body, Akari's powers can also result in additional Recoil affects. Because of that, he has to be careful when using them beyond light activity due to the harm they could cause to his own body. These additional affects include, but are not limited to, madness, sickness, dizziness, and other unpleasant factors.
There is more to this as well, but you should get the idea with this. In truth, despite such a powerful ability, he seems quite weak.

History: Akari Roads was actually an Orphan when Lost Stars occured, his desire to change the world stemming from the fact he wanted to make it a better place where children would never be, or at least stay, abandoned. It was that pure wish that resulted in a powerful, although risky, ability. As someone who was Marked and in the custody of the system though, he was one of many children who ended up a part of the Government sponsored Astral Haven Project. However, he was also one of the few children who ended up suffering from what has been dubbed "New Moon", and he carries the scars of that with him to this day.
After those events, and ultimately the failures that occured, Akari ended up taking the last name Roads and stayed out of the spotlight as best he could for the next two years. Officially, he has been granted the status as Emancipated Minor, although he still does need to go to school, as an apology for the government's mistake. And while the records are officially sealed, certain facts got leaked and there are many who have their eyes on him, wondering what the full scope of his abilities are to make him be forced into what was rumored to be one of the greatest crimes against humanity.
And many people wonder if he will end up being a hero, or become a villain after all that was supposedly done to him...
