LOUD Chapter One

Introduction

Let's Get...LOUD

The world as everyone knew it had ended long ago. Man’s avarice gave way to destruction. The greedy and powerful tried to tear each other down in hopes of one emerging as the sole victor; this person could rule the world. The less fortunate joined sides and soon war broke out. Not just in one or two cities, not only one country, but worldwide. Chaos ensued and the orderly world changed forever. The heavily populated cities were the first to become desolate wastelands. Stable countries such as China and the United States fell and were reduced to pathetic heaps of rubble.

The world population greatly reduced and now humans are scarcely scattered all over the dystopia that was once the home of billions. Resources are dwindling and people seem to have lost their common sense. They fight over the simplest things, clothes, places to sleep, things that everyone once took for granted. Every day is a treacherous adventure, cannibalism is becoming increasingly popular, and it is not uncommon to walk around a corner and witness someone being brutally murdered. Some people have decided to hide away from others, some have gone mad, but there are still people out there who think rationally. Not all of them are good.

Grant Richards, now the world’s richest man, seized the opportunity to rule what is left of the world for himself. In a way, he is a dictator, establishing his own form of government very similar to a Despotism. His word has become the new law, and while many are against them, there is little anyone can do about it. Grant has established a military that polices the more populated areas spread out all over the world. If anyone is caught breaking the rules they’re executed on the spot. After all, with resources dwindling, what’s a few less people?

The new military, better known as Politia, cannot patrol every corner of the world. Out of their reach, there are places where wars over territory continue to rage on like a wild flame. In these places are gangs that fight for control over the land. They each have a specified color, distinctive tattoos, and specific taste in music. Four prominent gangs, the Sirens, Poison, Keys, and the Bullets have claimed the most territory, but they now want to do more than just acquire land. Recently the leaders of each gang came together for a meeting; they decided that fighting each other was pointless when they could be doing much more productive activities.

Each leader signed a temporary peace treaty; they agreed to stop fighting with one another for a span of one year. During this time, they’re going to group together and try to overthrow Grant Richards and his crock of a government. It won’t be a simple task, but in these times not many things are.

Meet the Gangs
The Sirens;
Their signature music is anything Pop related. The most interesting thing about the gang is the fact that they're all females. That's right, no boys allowed. They can be identified by their stardust tattoos. Their weapon of choice is a whip. No matter where they're going, you'll always see them with a pair of these wrapped around their necks. You could never have a hard time identifying them, they are always brightly dressed and unusually animated and energetic.

Poison;
Their signature music is anything Rock and it's many sub genres. Like the Sirens, they only consist of one gender, all males. A girl has never been allowed to join them. They can be identified by their music note tattoos. Their weapon of choice is a pair of daggers. They can always be seen with these Zippo lighters. They aren't as easily identifiable as the Sirens. You'll have to catch a glimpse of their tattoo to pick them out.

Keys;
Their signature music is any and everything Classical. They're made up of both males and females. They can be identified by their rose tattoos. Their weapon of choice is a rapier. Very easy to pick out, they're always dressed nice and never go anywhere without wearing a fedora. This group is much more mannerly than the others, they are polite unless you give them reason to behave otherwise.

Bullets;
Their signature music is Hip-Hop and Rap. Like the Keys, the gang consist of both males and females. They can be identified by their gun tattoos. Their weapon of choice is brass knuckles. Much like Poison, they aren't easy to pick out unless you can see their tattoos. They do always wear dog tags, but they may not always be easily noticed.

Hangouts;
The Sirens
Poison
Keys
Bullets

Teris Noir

Teris glanced behind him at his cousin. The guy was sitting on a chair, leaning stiffly against the table behind with his arms crossed and a frown on his face. Teris gave him a confused look, before turning around upon hearing footsteps. He was faced with Kita, their loud and overly-enthusiastic tactician. Great, just what he needed.

“Morning, Boss!” Kita yawned, Teris growled silently, reaching out and placing a hand on his head. “How are you this morning?”

“'m fine,” Psyche replied simply, finishing the rest of the chocolate milk he had on the side. Teris turned around and leant both elbows on the kitchen counter, his head resting on open palms.

“Teris? You okay?” Kita asked, the older male shook his head slowly in response. “You didn’t sleep well did you? Well I slept wonderfully in case you were wondering. You don’t look so well are you sure your alright? I don’t want you to get sick,” Kita carried on, making a face as Teris turned back around and lent against the kitchen counter. He was facing Skylar and his childish glare again now. Something which Teris still couldn’t quite understand. “If you get sick you might get me sick and you might even get Boss sick too!” he glanced sideways at Kita and nodded.

“So Boss, you ready for that meeting? We’re gonna play nice with the gangs right? No need for fights and causalities we don’t need, not to mention want, you know what I mean and- oh…” There was a sound coming from the roof, Kita just carried on. Teris felt his head pounding at every word the younger member spoke. Usually it didn‘t annoy him but today would be the exception. Teris was tempted to flick the blade from his wrist and quickly stab Kita somewhere, anywhere to make the boy be quiet. “Is that Senerio? He doesn’t stop. I should go say good morning. It must be lonely up there all alone…” Luckily he wouldn’t have to as the red-head ran off to the roof.

Psyche casually got up from his seat and threw his plate and glass in the sink. Though they were an all-male gang, they did not live like one. They were clean… moderately. Teris moved out of his way, finally understanding that his cousin was a little agitated this morning. It was most likely due to the fact that he had to be up so early, or perhaps Senario woke him up too… Skylar calmly walked over to Teris and motioned for the other to bend to his height. Teris was taller than his cousin; he was taller than most men anyway. That and the fact he was a lot older than Sky. Teris did as Psyche instructed and bent down, only to be smacked on the forehead.

“Ow, what was that for?” Teris moaned, rubbing his head and straightening himself up.

“Don't tell your leader what to do,” Psyche growled, grabbing Teris by his shirt and pulled him down once again. “And if I catch that stuff,” he motioned to the bottle of beer left on the side. “anywhere around one more time, I'll cut your tongue out and feed it to you.” With a harsh glare from Skylar telling him that he really wasn’t kidding, Teris finally understood why his cousin was so pissed off. He hated alcohol, due to the fact that it ruined both of their lives. “Understood?” Teris nodded slightly, gently pushing Psyche away from him. The boy let go as soon as their other two members walked in.

“Understood.” Teris muttered under his breath, taking the bottle from the counter and throwing it in the bin. He was annoyed now, but not at Psyche lashing out, more at himself for being insensitive.

“No time to eat--you took too long!” Psyche still seemed really pissed off, but perhaps slightly better. “We're leaving for the meeting. Now.” And without waiting for a reply, he motioned for everyone to follow, turning on his heels and storming out of the door. Teris turned as well, beginning to walk towards the door.

“What did you do Teri!” Kita whined from behind him, Teris glanced over his shoulder to face the glare the other was giving him. “Sen was gonna cut me strawberries and you just ruined it by pissing off the Boss. I hate you!” Teris sighed as Kita stamped his foot. He knew that his tantrum would not be over for a little while, so he turned around and crossed his arms. Waiting patiently, for it to end so they could just leave. Kita turned to look at Sen.

“I don’t think you would like this ice cream…so…” he turned back around and found the lid on the counter. Picking it up, Kita placed the lid back on the ice-cream before shoving his way past Teris. He growled under his breath as he passed, however Teris didn’t bother to take no notice. At a time like this it was best to just ignore Kita until he grew up a little. The freezer door was roughly pried open, letting a cold air drift into the room momentarily. “Any of you eat this and I make you don’t see the next day, okay?” No one replied and the door was slammed shut, the fridge door now being opened and a carton of strawberry milkshake pulled out.

“Yummy!” Kita giggled, pushing his way past Teris once again. “Would you like to explain to me, Teris, how you managed to piss off Psyche in a matter of a few fucking minutes?” Kita growled through clenched teeth, regarding the much older male with a cold stare. Teris didn’t bother to reply, he merely rolled his eyes. He didn’t need to reply to this child, the boy had no right to know what went on between family. That was private information.

“I'm waiting Teri.” Kita sung out.

“That’s none of your business,” Teris finally replied, taking in a deep breath and not allowing the pain in his head stop him much longer. “Now, let’s go before you anger Sky.” Uncrossing his arms, Teris turned and walked out of the base, knowing that everyone else should follow. Luckily they did and the three of them turned up shortly after their leader, standing next to him as they regarded the base with apprehensive eyes. Teris glanced down at his wrist, testing the hidden blade once again before allowing his gaze to settle on the door of the building.

“Let’s get this over with…” he muttered, still a little out-of-character due to his throbbing head. He regained his composure, straightening himself up and striding into the building with a confident air. The meeting was on the fifth floor, sadly the elevators didn’t work so the stairs were the only option. Teris grumbled under his breath, really wanting to just sleep, however he knew he couldn’t right now. Slowly he made his way up the stairs, pushing the door open into the meeting room and striding into the room. The Sirens were already there, which wouldn’t be good for his headache at all. They were probably the loudest bunch you could ever know, Kita should have been on their team if not for the ‘all-girl’ rule. They were brightly coloured, floods of pink clouded Teris’ vision as he walked over to the table, letting his cousin sit on the chair in front whilst he remained standing behind. Though he noticed the fact that the Sirens thought they were all important by sitting on the chair at the top of the table, he didn’t bother to make any comments; merely stood back and watched, hoping that the meeting would be over soon.

~Dark~

Dark Listened to what everyone had to say, but she knew she still had to go to this meeting. When L brought out the weapons Dark smiled. Dark stood up and walked over to the cupboard under the sink, opened it and and right at the back she kept her trusty R-92 Revolver and Brass knuckles. Dark put her foot on the sink and Put the revolver in her boot and the brass knuckles in her pocket.

Dark turned back the the group and said

" Pick your weapons, but nothing to conspicuous something easily hidden."

She looked straight at Red when she said this. She tilted one side of her mouth in to a half smile. She looked at L and Tein and said

" You know what weapons I'm talking about right."

She waited to see what they picked and she figured she would have to change where she put her revolver.

The Leading Siren Kitten

It was a job well done, the tiny roadblock had been taken care of and now that was one less group Kitten had to worry about hurting her girls. All they had left on the agenda, for the day at least, was to show up at this meeting and figure out what role the Sirens would be playing in the whole destroy-Grant Richards-and-save-the-world plan. "Ooh Katra doll I love love love it! This is definitely going to be turned into a giant mural for the hideout! I wonder if we could throw a rainbow in the background, that'd be pretty cute right?" Kitten giggled and didn't put up a fight when her sister started pushing them both out of the building and in what she guessed was the right direction. To be honest she really couldn't remember where they were supposed to be going. She had been so focused on the fight, and admittedly, that darn catchphrase. The next location had completely slipped her mind. At times like this she was so glad Aden was there to give her a push in the right direction, literally in this case. Her second-in-command was like her gravity, without her she might just float off into space, mentally at least.

"Isn't it funny, I'm pretty positive none of us will get along with the other gangs; we all practically hate each others guts but we have to unless we wanna be killed." She shrugged and her dislike of the others faded from her mind. Sure the world was being saved in the process, but her only reason for agreeing to the alliance was so that her sirens wouldn't be hurt. Kitten had a serious thinking face on for just a second, in the next instance it dissolved. "It's one hundred percent necessary!" She cracked her knuckles and her face scrunched up like she'd just bitten into something sour. "This is the place?" It had to be since Aden was still guiding her toward it. She could only imagine what kind of creepy crawlies were hiding inside. Just a few feet from entering the place she spotted someone standing outside the entrance. Oh what was his name again? For the life of her, she just couldn't remember. She did know that he was the leader of Poison. It would've been rude if she hadn't at least acknowledged his presence, so she threw her hand up and started waving like a madwoman. "Hi! I forgot your name but I know who you are!" Before she knew it Aden had directed her and Katra up five flights of stairs and finally to the meeting spot.

"Ooh head of the table! You know me so well." She sighed dazedly as Aden forced her down in the chair. She sat with one leg crossed over the other and her hands folded in her lap, all while wondering how much longer the others would keep them waiting. With every second that passed she grew more and more antsier. Sitting still for so long, in such a stiff position, it was going to drive her insane-if she wasn't already. "I can't take it! This chair is like a prison cell, I need to be free!" She threw her arms up dramatically and sprang to her feet. "Good girls don't go to prison!" Kitten glared down at the harmless chair and hurled it across the room like it was going to attack her. After her outburst she sat on top of the table and sighed, visibly more relaxed. "This is much much better. Now then, all we have to do is wait, hopefully not too long. I would just die. Kitten rolled over on her stomach and propped her chin up on the back of her arms. "Waiting waiting waiting."

Cold Calculating Clever and Country

Buck's dress shoes were getting stuffy already as he managed to move to his gang's hideout, his eyes stuck on the concrete. He knew it wasn't the bloody shoes. He was just dreading this meeting more than anthing else. The wind gusted about his form, blowing his jacket wide open, yet leaving his hat on his head as if glued. In his head, he was already playing out the meeting, a thousand times it seemed. He really wished it hadn't come to a unison - he didn't dislike the other gangs... but they were chaotic. He felt nervous around them. Was that it? Maybe he was being irrational. Scared. He shook his head as he shook off the thoughts, clearing his hat-covered noggin. He wanted to seem clear-minded for this. He didn't want to seem as if he was dwelling on the possiblity of this being a trap set by one of the gangs. He knew it wasn't the Keys. He didn't organize it. It wasn't that he didn't trust the leader.... but still. He was most worried about those bloody Sirens. Their unpredictability made them like the Joker in those ancient Batman comics his father had made him keep. He wasn't cunning in the least. He was just bloody insane. But insanity is creativity. Again, he didn't want to think of them as 'Bad'... More of 'Unguided'.

Buck sighed, pushing the thought off untill he practically ran into the Key's hideout building, stopping just short of faceplanting. He sighed loudly as he finished up his current cigarette, flipping the but onto the ground, before letting out a loud sigh again. He pushed open the doors, and stepped inside. Taking a few flights of stairs up, he would push open the doors to the main room of their grand shindiggy hideout. He liked the place; it had an active atmosphere. Lively. Although Buck wasn't much for party life, if he had been, this would've been one of the places he'd do it.

Buck looked around for his fellow gang members, seeing the few he liked. The ones that had real significance. He wasn't against having thugs or brutes or boucers, or rollers.... or whatever the FUCK they called them. Lackies for all he cared. But he didn't assosiate with the lesser known ones. It wasn't that he disliked them... but he never really went out of his way to get to know them. Which shocked him honestly. Out of all the people he could relate with, he figured that he'd get around with the crass menagerie of people. The low lows. But not really. He digressed. He remained silent as he walked through the doors, particularly keeping an eye out for their gang leader. And when he found her, he'd keep to himself. He'd just assume his silent vigil; which he wasn't sure if it offered a calming presence, or one of distrust.

Senerio Aiku

He had hardly even stepped a foot inside of the kitchen before Skylar snapped at him. “No time to eat—you took too long!” Skylar sounded annoyed… If that was the right word. Senerio being Senerio, he wasn’t sure. Emotions were never his strong suit, after all. Kita didn’t look too happy either, and Teris just looked like someone had given him a speech about being a good person or something… Senerio wouldn’t really know, having never received such a speech in a long time. “We’re leaving for the meeting. Now.” Skylar turned on his heel and marched out the door, his aura of anger still radiating off him. Kita glanced at his melting ice cream, Senerio, and then at Teris. Something in Senerio’s mind told him that this was not going to be good… At all.

“What did you do Teri!” Kita complained, sounding annoyed too. “Sen was gonna cut me strawberries and you just ruined it by pissing off the Boss.” Senerio had actually forgotten about that, believe it or not. He would have either way, though… Mostly because of some vain attempt to get something even slightly healthy into Kita’s body, and strawberries were one of the only ways to do that. Kita glared at Teris. ”I hate you!” He stomped his foot like a little child before looking over at Senerio.

“I don’t think you would like this ice cream…so…” No, Senerio would not like half-melted ice cream that was almost entirely eaten by another person, even if that other person was a fellow member of the Poisons. He didn’t like eating ice cream in the first place. Out of the top four, Senerio was probably the healthiest eater. He actually watched what he put in his body, thank-you very much.

Kita found the lid on the counter and grabbed it, shutting the ice cream and shoving his way past Teris, grumbling something Senerio couldn’t make out. Prying the freezer door open and shoving the ice cream inside, Kita looked back at the others. “Any of you eat this and I make you don’t see the next day, okay?” He didn’t really need to say that, mostly since you’d have to be a complete idiot to eat anything Kita wanted. That teen could get absolutely… Terrifying over his food, as Senerio had seen on multiple occasions. It was well-known that the tactician liked the color red, especially blood, and that he was willing to hurt others to get a little glimpse.

“Yummy!” Kita screwed the lid back onto his shake, which he had grabbed from the refrigerator. He pushed by Teris again, muttered something Senerio couldn’t catch, before shaking his drink and taking yet another swig out of it. He must be bothered, if he’s drinking so much, Senerio thought. Usually Kita used strawberry-flavored things as ‘comfort food’, whatever that meant. Senerio figured it was something that made you feel comfortable… More or less.

Seeing how much he had already drunk, Kita grabbed another bottle from the fridge, leaving Senerio to wonder how much he had made. Knowing Kita, there was enough of the strawberry shake to feed the entire gang… Not like anyone would touch it. Kita moved past Senerio, not looking at the two as he spoke. “I'm waiting Teri.” His voice was sing-song, but Senerio got the feeling that it was not a good thing. With that, Kita went to follow their leader to the meeting place.

“That’s none of your business,” Teris muttered, taking in a deep breath. On it, Senerio could just smell a hint of alcohol. Ah, that would be the source of Skylar’s annoyance, the muscle realized. The Poison’s leader was not known for his compassion about alcohol. He was more well-known for threatening to kill any sucker who happened to be caught drinking it, family or not. Senerio knew he was lucky that he didn’t really care much for the drink, either. It didn’t make any sense to him, why you would want to destroy your brain so easily.

Senerio sighed and shook his head, following the others out to the meeting place. Once they got there, he ran through a mental inventory of the weapons he had. His two special sticks, used mostly for blunt force trauma, were hidden in his sleeves. They’d be easy to get too, and were surprisingly well hidden. He was a master at them, after all. Next, the gang’s signature daggers. They were tucked into his belt, where only the hilts could be seen, and even then it was barely. They’d be easy enough to get too, but he didn’t use them as often as you’d think. Last, his throwing knives. They were put in his jacket, where it would take him a few moments to grab, but certainly not out of reach.

“Let’s get this over with…” Teris broke the silence and Senerio nodded. They didn’t want to be the last gang inside, after all, and the Keys and Sirens were already inside. Luckily the Bullets weren’t, since Senerio didn’t want it to seem like the Poisons were lazy or late. Just because they were an all-male gang didn’t mean they were like your stereotypical male group… Only a little.

“Skylar-sama... If you would let me sit by you, then I would be able to concentrate more.” Senerio was planning to sit by the leader anyway, but figured he might as well run it by the man himself. With that, the group went inside. Glancing around, Senerio sat down at one of the last two tables left, leaving two seats on either side of him. He almost had a heart attack when one of the Sirens stood up and waved wildly at them.

"Hi! I forgot your name but I know who you are!" She shouted, only to be forced to sit back down by one of the other Sirens. She was lucky about that, actually; he was closed to throwing a dagger at her. He mentally shook his head, narrowing his eyes. He didn’t need to be distracted like that, damn it. This meeting was about being a unified group to take down the dictatorship (or so he heard) that so many others lived under.

Senerio thought the idea of living under such a government was terrible. Sure, the gang life was dangerous and you couldn’t really trust anyone but yourself, but at least you were free. That was something he valued, especially since his capture… Just thinking about it sent shivers down his spine, and Senerio forced himself to remain under control. He didn’t need to have a panic attack now… No, he couldn’t afford to have one.

"Good girls don't go to prison!" It was that Siren again, except this time she picked up her chair like she had a personal grudge against it and threw it across the room, hitting a Key right in the face. Senerio sighed. This meeting was disintegrating faster than he thought it would. On that matter, it would be best if the Poisons had some kind of plan… Except they didn’t, mainly because Skylar had dragged them all out of the base at a literal last-second plan. Great, just great, Senerio thought as he settled back to keep a careful eye on the other gangs.

Stella Mavrick

As Stella asked for the other’s opinions she began to think. If we do this, I’ll need to speak to each leader separately, which for one is going to be hard without being suspicious, and two, even if I do, what if they tell the others, and that wouldn’t be good… Stella then putting her head down, the thought of her gang being hurt or killed always gave her a headache, and if it did happen and it was her fault, she would never ever forgive herself, always having their deaths on her heart.

"I suppose it would be a good idea... then again we'll never know if the other gangs will turn on their word, You could run down the idea with Buck. He's sure to think up of all the possible pros and cons of an after-treaty." Lilah’s smile made Stell smile back, “Yes, that is what I’m worried about, them turning on their word, well not exactly, just telling the others. Maybe it wouldn’t be so good of an idea, but I will run it by Buck.” Stel said as she then looked at what Lil was wearing. “Oh, and could you put on something more of us, I mean I love that outfit, but we need to look better for the meeting.” Stella said, trying not to sound too harsh, which she usually always did.

"Buck should be here any minute now..." Stell noticed that Lil just came out with a beautiful red dress on. “Yes he should be, I would hate for us to be late. Also, love the dress, the red goes good with your eyes.” She said with a smile, even though Lilah looked like a cute little girl, which Stella loved, she knew not to mention it, Lil didn't like being called a kid, or little as a matter of fact. She tried to remind even the lesser people of the gang not to call Lilah a kid, but most of the time it didn't work, which then got them a slap in the face, which she didn't like, but allowed only for such occasions.

When Buck finally walked into the hideout, Stella flashed him a smile, but a little flirtier than what she gives to the others, which this time was on accident. Buck reminded Stell of her recent husband, which sometimes was a good thing, other times it wasn’t. Mainly the only different was the age, Stella’s husband was 34 when he was killed, but Stella didn't really mind the age difference, to her, it’s love, not numbers. When Buck first walked past Stella, she could smell the cigarette smoke off of him, easily telling that he had a cigarette recently. She noticed his outfit, it was good enough for the meeting, and Stella wouldn’t even try to ask him to change, he rarely did such a thing.

“Hey Buck, please don’t get comfortable, we have a meeting we have to get to, and I kind of thought of a plan for the treaty we have, but I don’t know about it.” Stella said as she stood up and walked back around the counter and closer to the others. “So, now if we may leave.” Stella said as she walked towards the door, letting Lil, Abby, and Buck go in front of her before closing the door behind her, and hurrying to catch up, stopping next to Buck.

“Buck baby,” Stella said before she was about to talk, it wasn’t uncommon to for her to call others baby honey, or handsome, just something she did a lot, “I was thinking, after we manage to kill Grant Richards, what of the gangs will happen after that?” She paused for a second, after almost tripping over some cobble stone, she was in heels. “The gangs will probably fight, and I was thinking of having a small agreement with one or two of the gangs, so we aren’t the first to get attacked.” Stell finished, waiting for an opinion from Buck.

As they continued to walk they quickly got to the meeting place, it looked like every other building around town, abandoned, destroyed, and dirty. Stella sighed as she walked in and then up the stairs to the meeting room, spotting the town gangs she would’ve liked not been there. Sirens and Poisons. The Sirens were just loud, but the poisons, weren’t trustworthy. As Stell looked around the room, three chairs on each side of the table, meaning that only the leader would sit, but one chair was on the ground, as if someone through it. This, this is going to be one long meeting. Stella thought to herself, as she walked over to her seat.

“Sirens, Poisons.” Stell said, to basically say hello. “We are here and just need the others to show up and then we can start.” Stella said as she sat down. “Oh and these are my fellow and favorite gang members’” She then pointed to the gang members which she said their names. “Ms. Abigail Shire, Ms. Lilah Ikuto, and Mr. Buck Clemison; my muscle, second-in-command, and my tactician. All happy to be here.” Stella said, smiling,

Lil' Lilah

Lilah smiled as she saw Buck finally grace them with his presence. He was a bit silent and brooding, is what she thought, but he had this way to just draw attention to himself. Silence and all. She guessed she'd never know how he did it but he did and that was that. Picking up her things she jumped up from the sofa and nudged her messenger bag into place. “So, now if we may leave.” Stella said as she walked toward the door.

They all filed out and while walking toward their destination Lilah wondered about the other gangs. She'd never met them personally but she'd had a few almost encounters. They were a bit vague in her mind but people talk; she mostly got a bit of description through word of mouth. Then again, rumors have never been a reliable source to gather information from. Also, she’s not a fan of rumors. What you can’t say to someone’s face is probably not worth anyone’s time listening to.

As they entered the building where they’d have their meeting Lilah wondered once again how it would play out. Having all of the gangs in the same room would be dangerous but at this point it was necessary. Richard Grant had to be stopped and if they could hold off their dislike for each other long enough to kill the man Lilah might even consider letting people call her “kid” in the joy of victory. But then there was always the question of the aftermath. How would everything go AFTER Richard Grants was no longer around? The gangs might choose to go with the more safe direction and let the word develop as it once had without the rule of ANYONE

Or they could turn on each other in a bloody massacre to which the survivor would end up being top man… or woman.

A sigh left her lips and she finally noticed they’d reached the meeting room. She grimaced as she noticed the tense atmosphere in the room and the more than slightly awkward feel you get when something… has happened. The toppled chair didn’t help matters either. Lilah followed silently behind Stella and swayed on her heels as she took a seat. She listened as the leader introduced them all and she gave them a polite smile and a wave of her hand as her name was mentioned. [i]Well, let the show hurry up and commence.[/i

Buck nodded as he walked past, listening to Stella as if he were a dog. She couldn't see his eyes, but she could probably tell that he was paying full attention to her. She told him not to get comfortable - and he knew he wasn't going to get comfortable. Not without a few scotches first. He nodded acknowledgingly, keeping pace beside Stella, almost towering over her. While she was a wonderfully appealing woman, Buck tried to distance himself from his thoughts of her. Their relationship couldn't afford to be anything more than professional. He told himself that. Many times each week as he frequently saw the woman. But nonetheless, he did everything he could to seem respectful.

“Buck baby,” started a sentence. He didn't mind being called 'Baby', really, but far from him to say what the leader could and couldn't do. Out of all the people he held his tongue for - it was her.

"I was thinking, after we manage to kill Grant Richards, what of the gangs will happen after that? The gangs will probably fight, and I was thinking of having a small agreement with one or two of the gangs, so we aren’t the first to get attacked.”

Buck paused for a moment - thinking roughly. "I don't believe we'll be the first ones to be attacked. Poison and Bullets - I would hope - have rational thinkers. While we are obviously the most organized, I don't believe that makes us a higher value target. I believe that the Sirens would be on everyone's number-one hit list. They're irrational, unorganized, radical, and most of all unstable. They're a ticking timebomb. And seeing how none of us seem to be boys from the EOD, I don't think anyone would chance siding with them, or ignoring them. They're as likely to choke you out from behind as they are their foes." He said monotonely, keeping slightly behind Stella. What looked like his hand on his hip was really on that .357 magnum of his, even as they made their way down the street. "Furthermore, being the most organized will make the other gangs believe we are predictable - so they will chart our courses to what they believe we will do."

"Frankly, I don't care if we take the side of another gang. But you know how I look at things, Stella. That's just another knife to flop into our back while it's turned. If anyone, I believe we would have the most in common with Poison. Their leader seems to be perfectly reasonable, and they've done nothing erratic in the past few months. I would most trust them. But that's like choosing which lawyer is going to be working for the prosocution. They're all going to fuck us. It just differs in what ways and how fast." He stated coldly. "On the plus side, however." He rectified in a brighter, yet still gruff voice. "If things do go to shit between all the gangs, having one less side to worry about could definitely increase our chances of survival. " He said, pressing the hand not on his hip to his chin, scratching his beard lightly. "In the end..." He added, before pausing.

"I think it's a risk worth taking. We're safeguarded from some of the cons, and the good stuff is a little more outstanding than the shit. Besides. All gonna go the rest of the way downhill someday."

Buck kept his mouth shut mostly, untill they got to the building where the meeting was to be held. Now, he stepped a little in -front- of Stella, watching all the dark corners and sharp turns, untill they got to the room. The room where all the shit would hit the fan. Stella walked in. And he told himself to follow.

Stella spoke, introducing him, and the others. He didn't nod. He didn't speak. He didn't even tip his fedora. He just watched. His concealed eyes washed over each and every one of the people in the room. It didn't take him long for him to pick out the ones he dreaded. He kept silent, although he grimaced a little bit. And now he waited. Waited for this meeting to start.

His hand didn't leave his hip for a second, no matter how casual he looked.

(All people in the bullets I'm going to get us to the Meeting)

Dark and her Gang to the meeting place in record time, yes they were already late and no doubt they had already had started the proceedings without her and her gang.
She walked though the door and said

" A little common courtfulness will go along way"

She said down and looked around her, her eyes stopped at the leader of the Sirens.
She had to cock back down the vomit, the pink was making Dark sick.
Dark said

" Shall we move on or are we just going to sit here until we all die of old age."

Re: [OOC] LOUD Chapter One

MERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS!
Have wonderful days.

Re: [OOC] LOUD Chapter One

H-hey! No need to blame Senerio so soon! ^^ But no... Maybe the Poisons could be randomly attacked by some NPC gang? I mean, we already said that some minor gangs wanted to take the alliance out... So yeah.

Re: [OOC] LOUD Chapter One

Oh, well... um... One of Senerios' daggers buried itself in his skull as we were making our way to the meeting. *Cough* ..That's why we're late...

Red was really confused. Apparently, it rains daggers in Poison territory.

I might need to wait until after christmas to post- gots stuff to do >.>
