Joey scrubbed his scalp, grunting at the surprising amount of grime that came up with it. The city was filthy and sooty, and his hair attracted it like a magnet, if he didn't wash up, his hair went greasy. He wasn't blessed with perfect genes like some other people in this hideout, but what the fuck ever man. He wasn't out to impress anybody...who could think of romance in this dystopia where you kill or be killed?

And then the boss 'man's voice echoed down into the showers. They were ALL meeting for this treaty? No! He was supposed to be the one who stayed and made sure the hideout didn't get razed to the ground while the bossman was out negotiating treaties and trade agreements and whatever. Even if he didn't respect his superior's age, he admired the kid's gumption. Soul got things done, and the Poisons were pretty well off as far as the gangs could be. They had food, they had weapons and a full stockpile of ammo. Their scavenging turned up more than enough necessities that they could support a veritable village (and he supposed with the newbies in tow, they were a village now).
Joey turned the shower off and toweled himself dry, throwing on his jeans, a t-shirt, and his hoodie. Suit and a tie? He didn't have one. He had a few changes of clothes, but that was it.
Bossman wanted him to dress up? They should raid a motherfuckin' Mens Wearhouse then.

He emerged from the basement and into the common room where Soul and Jesse were standing and conversing. He pushed his sunglasses up the bridge of his nose and looked at the two before offering a half-grin, making it apparent that he was missing one of his canine teeth, while another was chipped. One of the Bullets got a suckerpunch in during one of his first gang throwdowns, and he didn't get medical assistance in time. He personally felt it added to the rough n' tumble, rock n' roll appearance that Poisons were known for. He looked like a man who didn't mind getting his hands dirty at all.
His grin faded when he realized that nobody else was returning this gesture.
"Well then. Do we really have to go meet up with those bloody Sirens and all the other wankers out there? All of us?"
He scratched the back of his neck and grumbled. But he had to go along with it, just be sure to keep your boots tight and your gun close, because any meeting of the Big Four was bound to turn nasty right quick with the most innocuous of side-comments. He'd be sure to keep his eyes peeled for anything resembling a weapon while they were at the table.

At Soul's glare he held up his hands.
"Fine, fine, let's just do this. Let me wake up the little shits and get them watching the hideout and then I'm ready to go."

He turned to Jesse then, "You wanna come with? We are practically adults around here." He smirked, taking one potshot at the bossman's age before he disappeared to go wake up the new recruits and have them play watchtower. ("Yes you can help yourself to whatever is in the fridge, but don't call us unless it's an absolute emergency. Number's by the phone.")

"Rin, Firo, find out if there are any lights in this dump," Michael told them. Rin started to move but stopped when a dim but sustainable light flooded the area. It looked like a boxing ring and Rin smiled in spite of her efforts to not do so. Len loved boxing, he didn’t like what Naru taught him, instead watching old boxing videos he found in his parents room. Inside the ring was four smallish tables, with four wooden chairs at each table. They had to had been set up ahead of time, but Rin felt no other presence beside their own and relaxed slightly.

"Stella, to my right. Rin, next to her. Firo, to my left," Michael ordered them calmly, leaning back into his seat into the ropes of the boxing ring.

Rin obeyed without question, sitting across from him, the entrance behind her. She shifted uneasily in her seat, her gaze flicking to each side of her. Regardless that this was supposed to be a peaceful meeting; there was always a possibility of an attack. Rin looked behind her and saw nothing for the time being. She sighed and looked at Stella quickly, narrowing her eyes. Giving a mental shrug, she shifted her legs to one side of the chair, turning her body so she could look at the entrance straight on. Her eyes drooped as she dozed off against her will, her lips tugged down in a frown.

"Hellooo beautiful people! The Sirens have arrived! Kitten Gangjeon, it's truly a treat to be here! Zu-Zu here is my second-in-command, the eyes in the back of my head, the cherry to top my sundae! The others haven't arrived yet, but they'll just have to be out of luck I guess. Help yourselves to some of my world famous cookies! Trust me, they aren't poisoned or anything, it would be so rude to try and kill everyone right now." Rin’s eyes widened and she sat up straight, looking at the cookies with interest, paying little mind to what the girl, Kitten, was saying to them. Her hands reached out slowly to grab one without her noticing when the Leader’s voice replied to what Kitten had said.

"Hello... Kitten. I'm Michael, leader of the Keys. That's Stella, my second in command and the most polite and rule-following one of us all." Rin was torn, laugh or be appalled. These people, Sirens, did not need to know that did they? Maybe she was over reacting; she tended to do that a lot, "That's Rin, the muscle and overall strength and powerhouse," Michael motioned to Rin and out of habit she smiled sweetly at the two girls, saying a soft ‘hello’ back to them, "And that's Firo, our tactician... He's a slippery one," Michael leaned forward and grabbed a cookie, causing Rin to cringe. She wanted to have the first one. What if he died and that girl…Kitten, lied to them? Rin just about had a panic attack and tried to think of things that would distract her from the thought of Michael dying.

"I'm actually glad you came first, Kitten. Today Firo was walking around and he found one of your girls being attacked by a cannibal. We have her in our base and she is receiving as much medical attention as we can give her. As soon as she is recovered, I will be more than happy to release her to your care once more... If that is fine with you, of course,"

Yes, please take her back, we don’t want her Rin spat mentally, still trying to come up with a way to stop the dying-Michael thoughts from invading her brain.

"On another note, whoever cooked these deserves to be thanked on my behalf." Rin heard a crunch as he took another bite of the cookie and all thoughts of him dying vanished. She really wanted a cookie. Badly.

Unable to stop herself, Rin grabbed a cookie, luckily remembering her manners before she shoved it into her mouth, instead, took a small bite, and smiled, “Thank you for bringing these Kitten, they are delicious!” Rin polished off the cookie faster than she would like to admit and refrained from snatching another one.

With these cookies by her side, Rin thought she might be able to bare the horrors of this meeting. And the Sirens weren’t as bad as she thought. Though she still hated them.

Stella walked in after following Michael’s gesture to follow, taking her fedora off once she got inside. She listened to Michael give off orders to Rin and Firo, but without even five seconds going by, he did it himself, turning on the lights. Stell examined the old looking boxing ring, seeing it had no traps on it, she relaxed, and seeing the four tables and the sixteen chairs, four belonging to each table."Stella, to my right. Rin, next to her. Firo, to my left," Watching as Michael sat down and leaning back, Shouldn’t lean back in your chair... Stella said in her mind, dusting one of the chairs off and sitting in it, watching Rin sit next to her. Stella kept her eye on the door, but glancing around the room through the corner of her eyes.

Stella wondered who the first gang was, hoping it wouldn’t be the Poison since well, they were unpredictable. Stella heard noise outside the door, thinking it was a gang, pulled Michael from leaning back to look more professional. Then seeing Ms. Gangjeon and her second-in-command walk in, both in charge of the Sirens. "Hellooo beautiful people! The Sirens have arrived!" Watching Kitten waving franticly "Kitten Gangjeon, it's truly a treat to be here, Zu-Zu here is my second-in-command, the eyes in the back of my head, the cherry to top my sundae!" Stella watched as Kitten pulled out some cookies, "The others haven't arrived yet, but they'll just have to be out of luck I guess. Help yourselves to some of my world famous cookies! Trust me, they aren't poisoned or anything, it would be so rude to try and kill everyone right now." She watched as Rin’s eyes glued to the cookies and listened as Michael began to talk.

"Hello... Kitten. I'm Michael, leader of the Keys. That's Stella, my second in command and the most polite and rule-following one of us all." Stella smiled after being introduced, and saying a sweet hello and nice to meet you, and listening to Michael introduce the others. "I'm actually glad you came first, Kitten. Today Firo was walking around and he found one of your girls being attacked by a cannibal. We have her in our base and she is receiving as much medical attention as we can give her. As soon as she is recovered I will be more than happy to release her to your care once more... If that is fine with you, of course," Stella gave a glare at Michael, which she rarely every gave anyone a glare, then looking back at the Sirens. Michael, Michael, don’t you know, save bad news till the end of meetings. Stella said in the back of her head, knowing she would have to talk to Michael after the meeting.

Stella listened to Michael and Rin give a compliment about the cookies, she wasn’t really into cookies much. “The cookies do look delightful, but I'm not a cookie person. But thank you for offering.” She said, looking at Kitten. “Ms. Gangjeon, Ms. Shuzari, if you don’t mind me asking, could you please sit in a chair, and not on the table. Please and thank you.” Stella said, she knew all the leaders and second-in-commands last names from the peace treaty signing. Stella knew the two Sirens would more than likely say no, none of the other gangs had etiquette, but some of them did have manners.

Kitten

Kitten had slipped away into one of her little wonderlands halfway through the Key's introductions. She had heard enough to remember their names, which she so easily seemed to forget even though they had just signed a peace treaty. "Hmm, I think they need more sugar." She tapped her chin while thoughtfully chewing on another cookie. The mentioning of a fellow Siren encountering one of the many crazed cannibals that lurked around had sent her right back into reality and she was suddenly fully focused on the conversation. She clutched at her chest and leaned forward as if someone had punched her in the stomach. "My poor baby! I'm so happy to hear you've helped her out, oh now how will I ever repay you? Hm, I know I bake you an endless supply of cookies! I suppose that seems fair right?" She had tensed up at first, thinking that one of her gang members had fallen to some tragic fate, but she was alright and receiving medical attention so Kitten visibly relaxed.

Her thought train switched tracks and she was right back to thinking about the cookies. "I'm thrilled you all enjoy them, I do love baking it's at the top of my list right above kicking ass and dying my hair." Another fit of puerile giggles escaped her mouth before the girl named Stella had kindly asked Aden and Kitten to sit in the chairs instead of the table. "Oh...," she looked around like she was just noticing the chairs there for the first time. "Since you asked nicely." She shrugged and sat down in the closest chair but after settling down she propped her legs up on the table and tilted her chair backwards against it's two hind legs. "Ah much better." It was a struggle to sit still for more than a few seconds, waiting around for the other gangs to arrive was driving her crazy.

Kitten drummed her fingers over the handle of the pink whip she had in resting in her lap and started humming to keep herself busy. "Hmph, I hope they don't expect us to wait all day now." She started pouting and folded her arms over her chest with an irritated sigh. "So, I came up with what I think is a great idea. Grant is the richest man in the world now, I bet he has a whole mansion full of maids and butlers. We could all dress up like his servants to get inside, then I could make him a nice cup of Earl Grey--wait for it, this is the best part! It's poisoned! He wouldn't know any better though, since I mean he has to have a certain level of trust for the hired help right? He'll drink it and just drop dead! Then we could all gather around in his office and dance around his body! Ooh maybe I could even draw little doodles on his face, I wonder if he already has a mustache. I bet it isn't pink!" Kitten looked at each of the Keys, the scary part about her plan was that she was dead serious. "It's perfect right?" She clasped her hands together in anticipation, awaiting for everyone to applaud her on the crafted scheme.
