⌊ Amelia is a girl who always retains a bright disposition. She's loud, rambunctious and basically what one would expect of a toddler. Her attitude is something wildly different from most citizens, for she is rebellious and rowdy, with a tendency to do things her way while disregarding rules and laws in the process. All she needs are instructions, not how to go about following them. That process is something she should have the right to decided for herself. Though her decisions are not always sound with her inclination to risks, one can expect her to survive with the experience on her hands. Not one to think and wait, she's a go-getter, the type who acts first and never thinks about it in the end. She goes with the flow and as long as it's fun, she'll do it. She doesn't like boring activities such as staying, quiet, or waiting for things to finish, thinking those waste too much time to be dealt with.

She also rarely takes anything seriously, so her reactions are in the heat of the moment rather than stored experiences. She forgets them after a few moments, like someone insulting her, she'll react, and then after a while forgets it completely. Her curious spirit will ultimately be the downfall of her, fo r she often abandons the mission ideals just to watch something she finds interesting. Only with several chidings would she pull herself away from the subject of interest, and even then she only does it with a grudging respect for the person giving instructions. Even with her hyper and childish personality, she tends to get along with everyone relatively well with her bright and cheery self. Highly compassionate, she cherishes his friends and gets very worried whenever they're in danger. Her supposed childishness and how she watches the world with bright eyes does not represent how she truly feels. She had seen enough to keep her worrying even at such a young age, and her pursuit of freedom had brought her to the place she was now.

Despite all that she knows of however, Amelia is, at the end of the day, an ignorant child. Though she understands the concept of freedom, she thinks that pursuing it is the same meaning as rebelling against all rules that had been set to maintain the peace. This had gotten her into trouble countless times, but she never understands and never learns. There are plenty of things she doesn't know yet, with the world still being big and mysterious to her. Her whole life had never been out of the section before, and her only objective is to do things freely and without restriction. It was only after she joined the group did she start realizing things slowly.
