My Life
Image
Personality: He doesn't say much, mostly nods or shrugs. Not even his face says much, so he tends to be hard to read. He will speak, but only around his Manga-Ka, and hardly even then would he say much. He is a hard worker though and when he wants something he will never hesitate to get it. Even if it comes down to being perverted to the core or as romantic as the sun light over the sea. He can also tend to be very powering over the things he claims is his he will he has to, make a person think nothing but of him if it came down to it. But Ciel is a very trusting person and is now found being otherwise.

History: He always has the offer of moving on and living his own life, but to him if he isn't out working his Editing job with others, he doesn't have much of a life. He does spend time going to see his mother and father over vacation time, he tends to get home sick a lot of the times. He likes the country side, less people and it is soothing for him. He grew up in a small town writing books, but he is always keeping it secret, he does though always carry a note book and writes in it from time to time, it never leaves his side. He has over 100 of these note books.

Family: Mother and Father - Family Dog - Cael / best friend since kids and his kid brother.

Naoi Akisora

Naoi sat outside his home, letting the fresh air keep his ponytail float just above his shoulder. It's so peaceful. Why can't we just stop time here and now and capture this tranquility. Naoi closed his eyes and took a deep breath, standing up. Naoi was sure his deadline was going to just float behind him and poke him in the shoulder- suprising him. He didn't want Ciel to yell at him, though he never really raised his voice.

Exhaling, and letting the breath out he slid open the door to his traditional japanese house. He trodded down the hallway, into his 'library' or atleast thats what he nicknamed his favroite room. It was the one room in his house that wasn't always spotless. He slid open the door and gave a soft smile at the disarray, he'd been working so hard on a new character to introduce he'd ended up wit paper everywhere and the sketchbooks that were usually nice and lined up on the book shelves thrown out along with a few anatomy books.

"Well, I'll just clean up the room.." Naoi picked up a few sketch books and shelved them back in order, they were all in place by date, "And then I'll start..." . Naoi went to work peacefully cleaning up the mess and organizing it. After he was done he sat down on a swivel chair infront of his desk. This new character... she's no good. I'll try again, maybe she should have longer hair... Naoi started drawing in his most recently aquired sketch book, trying to figure out what the new antagonist for 'love prism' was going to look like.

Luka Crosszeria

Luka sat down at his desk, facing the wrong way in his swivel chair and typing at his laptop. He'd noticed lately that for some reason their companies manga-ka's just had something against turning in anything on time. In fact Luka was sure they were doing it on purpose just so editors like him had to yell at the printers and tell them to move back the printing date.

He'd finished drafting up something to sell Yuuto's manga better, a book signing where everybody could dress up as their favroite character. He was sure Yuuto's loyal fans would eat it up and it might draw in newbies to Yuuto's work. He sighed and stetched, picking up his cell so he could call his manga-ka and schedule it. Of course he had to take the thing through the finances department and whatnot but he was sure they'd go along.

"But I'm done. That's what counts." Luka stretched out, talking to himself.

He picked up the cell and dialed the guy's number, The real question is if he's actually going to finish in time. Actually that's not even a question. Knowing him he's probably daydreaming about something outrageous or flirting. I'd be shocked If he was actually getting his work done

Image After his morning dew abouts. Ciel headed right over to Naoi's, but of course with how Ciel is, he took his time getting there. He figured by now Naoi was probably asleep or working on his book. It didn't bother him as long as that was the case. Ciel would do his normal morning get abouts. Sleep early, wake up early with a nice morning walk. And he did just that, nearly everyday. The smell of the morning settled him and the sounds of the birds waking up pleased him. It was as if the birds were saying good morning to him. But as much as he enjoyed the little things of life, the bigger things always got in the way. Soon would be the deadline to Naoi's Manga and Ciel had to make sure it got done, with all the help he could offer. There wasn't much to do as an Editor, so he made sure Naoi was well kept. Sleeping, Feeding, and Healthy. In some ways it was as if Ciel was a mother figure, but a mother who kept quiet, maybe it was more like a butler. Which ever it was, none of it bothered Ciel. He never did things he didn't enjoy or things that was too much. For him the easier the task the better and this was an easy job to do.

With a yawn and a stretch to his body, he finally reached the door to Naoi's house. He softly knocked on the door once he collected himself. If Naoi didn't answer, he'd leave and come back later. Ciel never found it right to just walk into someone's house, whether he was welcomed to or not. He wasn't one to drag things on like that. To him it was found rude to just barge in, because there could be days that some people wouldn't want guess.

Image Last night Cael didn't bother going to bed, he ended up staying up all night finishing his book. His fingers were black from ink, but it didn't bother him much, it was something writers were use to when it came down to it. He groaned as he leaned back folding his arms behind his head stretching away, his body had become stiff after sitting for hours in the same position. You could hear his back crack a bit in the bones. He shifted his shoulders and closed the book after the ink had dried. There he was sitting on a pillow on the floor at a small table that he called his writing desk. Wasn't that he couldn't afford a desk or a chair, he was just old fashion like that. He didn't own chairs. He owned pillows that you can sit on the floor with. Tables that you could use while you are on the floor also known as floor furnitures. He even owned a few Kotatsu's. When he got up the father clock started to make it's toll, it was early, but about the time Felix needed to get up, but he decided to let him sleep in for a bit longer. Which would also give him time to cook up some breakfast, even if he was tired.

So he did just that, he cooked sausage and eggs with a few pancakes. Something easy and that fills you up fast. Once he was done he let out a long yawn and rubbed the back of his head tired. He placed the meals on the Kotatsu table, that was located in the living room only a few feet away from the open kitchen. When he looked at the time again he walked down the hall to his brothers room, with his arms over his chest and inside his Kimono sleeves. He slid the japanese paper door open with his elbow and smirked when he saw his brothers sleeping face. To him his brother looked like a cute little animal that you'd want to hold forever and not let go.

With a chuckle and a shake of his head he walked over to Felix who was halfway out of his covers and had his arm hanging off the bed and his mouth parted open, laying face down on his belly sound asleep. Cael sat down on the edge of Felix's bed, sliding his brothers leg over so he could. "Sleeping sounds like a wonderful idea." he said to Felix in a gentle yet deep voice. He smiled and ran his fingers through his brothers hair. "Good morning my sly little fox. I cooked some breakfast, so hurry up so you can eat it warm." Leaning over he planted a kiss on his brothers cheek. "Besides Hoshi is coming over soon, do you want him to see you in your underwear, hanging half way out of your bed?"

Naoi Akisora

Naoi made a delicate stroke on his new characters hair and then jumped, dropping the pencil when he heard a knock. Ciel? I haven't missed the deadline yet have I? Naoi glided through his house in a hurry that was fast for him but probably just the regular speed for anybody else. Sliding open the door he quickly bowed, thinking he'd missed his deadline.

"I apologize I believe I may of forgotten the deadline but could you please just take a look at my new character design." Naoi felt bad now. He wasn't any where near ready to have to turn in anything today. I was so sure the deadline was next week... I hope the deadline isn't today..

Naoi was truly working very hard and had gotten little sleep, fussing over this new character but it was worth it to put out good quality work and plot twists for his loyal fans. Naoi quickly stopped bowing, realizing he hadn't welcomed Ciel in yet. "I apologize for my rudeness, please come in." He moved out of the way so Ciel could enter.

Image Image "Hey..." Cael looked down at his pipe as he filled it. He didn't miss Felix's look just then for a second. Somehow he knew what it was about. "You and me, alright. Stop thinking about pointless things." He didn't finish his meal, in fact he hardly touched it. Instead he got up and walked over to the doors that lead outside and opened them. Sitting down on the floor he lit his long pipe and began to smoke it with his eyes closed. "I been thinking and I should say this before Hoshi comes. Hmm...I want to move. The place I been looking at is bigger than this small dump. You might like it, it's cozy. But I won't go if you don't want to. We could stay here if you like it here." He rubbed the back of his head, holding onto the pipe with his teeth as a little smoke came out, it was a new sent, it smelt a bit like peaches and tobacco. The tiredness got the best of him and he started to feel it once he got some tobacco in his system.

The father clock tolled again, letting him know what time it was. His eyebrow raised in wonder of where Hoshi could be, it would seem he is running a bit late. Wasn't like it mattered, he was in no rush after finishing his book last night. His trouble with it was how he wanted to end it, but with a nice long smoke of his pipe, he finally thought of it and finished the ending. Speaking of the time, Cael actually had some business with a trader on some new furniture that he finally decided to get. But if Felix was to say no to moving he would turn down the trader.

Image Ciel watched as Naoi opened the door and kept bowing at him like he was the higher power. It bothered him, but he never said anything to stop it. He stepped up closer to Naoi, placing his hand softly on his shoulder, letting his fingers lace around a long strain of Naoi's hair. "Not here for the deadline, you're fine." Ciel mainly came to see if Naoi was actually working. It was due next week, but Naoi liked to work slowly. It did bother him at times, but other times he had gotten so use to it.

He slowly removed his hand from Naoi's shoulder, letting his finger slide down the strain he laced it in, letting it go and walked inside taking his brown coat off, revealing his purple V neck T-Shirt, hanging it up on the coat rack. He stepped out of his shoes and onto the floor. Ciel was traditional like that, his way is hat;s are disrespectful inside a house, shoes are worse, no one likes a scruffed up floor.

A smile formed on his lips, just slightly, it wasn't full, but it was enough to be seen, as he took cloth from his back pocket, taking a hold of Naoi's fingers gentle. When he lifted Naoi's hands there was ink on Naoi's fingertips, some of it still wet. Taking Naoi, by the hand he lead him into the kitchen, getting the cloth wet, and softly cleaning the ink off. "Like finger painting." A soft mumble escaped his lips when Ciel spoke up in a soft voice. Once he was done, he walked over to where he knew Naoi would be working. "The Art." He said looking over at Naoi as if telling him to show him what he had so far done.

Naoi Akisora

His editor made him feel calm once again, he loved how they were so alike. Naoi didn't like when people wore shoes in his house and Ciel took them off instinctual, and that's only one thing that comforted Naoi. There were tons of more things, like his soft spoken manner or his kindness in general. "This is my progress in the manga... but.." Naoi moved the sheets of the manga out from under a sketch book and laid it out to the side.

"It's the new antagonist.... I can't draw her properly, I have the basic idea but... it's like a cute caterpillar not yet emerged into a beautiful butterfly." Naoi handed Ciel the open sketchbook on his table and flipped it back to his first attempt on the girl. In the current chapter her main character Rin had finally gotten together with Tsena much to Seika's dismay. But Naoi was introducing a new character Tsena was cheating on Rin with and that's where the problem started. Seika was supposed to be someone who came off as strong, smart and important but Naoi just didn't think any of his drawings fit the description.

He'd first drawn her as a blond girl with large breasts and glasses but didn't like it, next dark hair large breasts and glasses, then after alot of mixing between hair colors, breast size and glasses somewhere along the line he'd drawn her as a loli. "She's supposed to look strong, smart and like someone who's important but.. I can't capture it. She's just a wandering and formless idea."

Naoi's insecurities that were brushed away by his editor were slowly coming back. Now I'm bothering Ciel with something so small... I should of been able to draw her.. Naoi did know that's exactly what a editor was for but still, Naoi wished he could of had good news for Ciel instead of bad news.

Image Taking the drawing from Naoi's hand, Ciel looked over it. He could see the problem, instantly. "Try, this.." He switched it to a new sheet of paper, not wanting to touch Naoi's drawing, he didn't are to ruin it. Instead he started over, he held the sketchbook close to his chest, as he swiped the pencil over it with ease and grace. His brows caved in and his eyes became concentrated. When he was finished he had a drawing of a girl who wore glasses, she had long brown hair and a baby face, yet the face had a bit of a darkness to it, she looked like an angel but her eyes read she was strong willed. Her glasses was at the tip of her nose. Her boobs were big, but her size of butt made it seem not so big, along with her thighs and stomach. In ways the girl looked like Naoi, but in other ways it looked like Ciel.

"When drawing, try not to think so hard. Just let the thoughts flow onto paper." His voice was deep like always, but there was gentleness inside his tone. His eyes became soft once again as he turned the notebook over to show Naoi his work. "The ideas are right in front of you, so just use them." Handing the note pad over to Naoi, Ciel walked over to a chair and leaned his head back. He was relaxing in the room, but still his eyes were a bit fixed on Naoi.

Image "Hmm.." He breathed in a puff of smoke and nodded. "Yes you can see it." A knock at the door had him getting up to his feet, walking over to the door. But he had just remembered what other thing was asked. "Frost? Yeah, I don't see why not." Opening the door he smirked at Hoshi. "Late today, but that's fine."

"Ah wait Felix! I actually need you to set me idea's on some new characters. I need a boy and a vampire doctor. Draw me some idea's that I can use." Rubbing the back of his head he glanced over at Hoshi with a chuckle. "Morning."

After placing the pipe down on the counter near the doorway, he reached forward and took a hold of Hoshi's face, gently brushing his cheeks with his thumbs. "Well that's good, you at least look rested." He smiled at him gently and stepped aside to let him through. "Come on in kiddo. There is actually something I'd like for you to do."

Naoi Akisora

"Try this" His editor's eyebrows furrowed in concentration as Naoi watched. Ciel is so helpful, I couldn't of asked for a better editor. His strokes are so graceful.. Naoi was gently pushed back into reality as Ciel said, "The ideas are right infront of you, so just use them."

As Ciel took a seat Naoi sat down in his chair, turning to a diffrent peice of paper and drawing what Ciel had. Of course Naoi didn't copy, he took Ciel's basic outline and added details. In his soft strokes he'd given her more details and ended up with 'Saori Haruhiko'.

Now that he had what she looked like and her personality down he sketched in a few panels of Saori and Tsena interacting and one kissing scene. Then he'd sketched in Rin walking by the Science Lab that the two were in. Naoi had originally modeled Rin after Ciel. Rin was soft, gentle and kind. She whole heartedly went after what and who she wanted. She was also very smart and talented, as the Student Council President and a member of the art club which Tsena happened to be club leader of.

"How does it look so far, I think she's finally become a butterfly." Naoi handed Ciel the manga pages, studying his expression for clues on how he was feeling. "Thank you for helping me cretae her."

Image "HaHa! Oh I had no idea." He laughed at Hoshi's reply and expression, he knew, but it was still fun to tease. Hoshi, might be expressionless, but for Cael, he seemed easier to read then his words. But I suppose as a writer you learn to see even the smallest of details. As soon as Hoshi walked past him, he reached forward and took a hold of Hoshi's shoulders. Of course for how tall Cael is, he had to bend down some just to get near his ear and whisper softly. "I need your help, do you think you can do it for me? You're the only one I can think of to do it." The husky voice of his had become gentle and almost a seductive beg. The grip he had on hoshi and turned even softer then before. "If you say no, then I understand, I wont pressure you."

He let go of Hoshi, and took a hold of his pipe that he set down, he didn't smoke it because the pipe had died down. Though he did, tuck it away inside his kimono and it disappeared in the fabric. He took a deep breath running his hand through his hair, tilting his head a bit, with his eyes closed and face relaxed. The blonde strains of hair, tangled within his fingers, slowly flowing back into place. The kimono on the other hand had slipped slightly on his should, revealing a par of his bare chest that he had paid no attention to, walking more inside towards the plates. Picking them up he walked over to the kitchen, placing them next to the sink, his eyes stared down at his plate full of food, for an odd reason he couldn't feel hungry. He had sunk into his character mode once again.

Image When Naoi turned around handing ciel the note book, he had already been standing there beside him, looking down at what he had created. With a nod he had patted Naoi's head as if saying good job. "Naoi.." His voice always said his name differently. Like a sigh or maybe more like a gentle whisper. "Don't thank me."

This was Ciel's job after all and being thanked for helping out his Manga-Ka was just ridiculous. In fact, he'd wish Naoi would use him more, but he'd never bring himself to say something like that because no matter how you put it, it sounds like a slave begging his master. With that taking this out of the gutter now, he pulled himself away from Naoi, just before his mind went into a deep thought of something he shouldn't be thinking of. Was to early for that and Ciel was still slightly tired, yet wide awake all in one. "You ate?" He asked Naoi raising his brow just slightly, his hand on his hip, but just more like resting there as his other hand he was leaning on as it rested on the back of Naoi's seat.

Naoi had the tendency to forget sometimes, so lecturing him on eating was only normal for these two. After all he did forget about the due date, which concerns Ciel a bit more then it should. If they were late with this manga, Victor wouldn't be easy to deal with. Hardly like he ever is. That old man couldn't be ever easy to be around. Which reminded him. "Victor, he is incharge of the book fair. I hope that didn't slip your mind on having to go this year. I had gotten news on him wanting to get all the famous editors there together in one room, but I am unsure of what he has panned after that."

Naoi Akisora

"you ate?" Ciel asked, and Naoi blinked a few times. How could I forget about eating.... "I was busy so I neglected to find the time to sit down and eat.." Naoi blushed, even though Ciel was his editor and this was once again his job... He just still wished he didn't have to make Ciel worry about him so much.

Naoi's blush dissapeared at the mention of the book fair. "Yes, I remember. I can't wait to meet with all my fans, they're the sunlight and water to my seedling." Naoi loved getting letters from his fans and seeing his characters being cosplayed. It was what made him work so hard.

For all the things Naoi let slip through his mind and sway around in the breeze untill suddenly he was faced with them, the book fair was the one thing he'd made sure to remember. He always remembered things that he loved, a reason why deadlines seemed to become hazier as time went on.

CAEL "With work?" Hoshi asked sounding confused.

With a hushed sigh Cael changed in his instantly, kicking himself out of character. "No it's nothing. I changed my mind, I'll find some other way." folding his arms over his chest, irritation hit his face hard. Eyes closed and brows frowning in anger. He couldn't think straight, probably lack of sleep had the best of him, but still there was no excuses.

Very rarely did he ever have writers block, and since he was done with his book, he was already making plans for a new one. Excerpt, there were minor problems. He couldn't get into full character without having to hit rock bottom. Thing was he couldn't do that in this kind of situation, it might scare away his editor, only solution was to ask someone else.

"Here." Walking over into the other room, he grabbed a piece of blank paper and headed over to Hoshi with a pen in his hand as well. "I want your thoughts on a vampire doctor.. I also would like you to play on a role of his patient. He is a sick boy, who stops by every week just for a check up. I would like it if you go into character when writing down your thoughts. Put yourself into the patient's shoes and write it down for me. Should be simple enough, and it'll help me." Taking Hoshi's hands and placing the paper and pen in them, Cael gave him no time to reject his commands. Leaving him no choice but to do it. "It's either this way or my way, and you'd probably want this way." He smirked with a slight laugh under his breath.

CIEL Ciel raised an eyebrow hearing that Naoi didn't find time to eat. Not as if he could be mad though, he already knew this would happen. Reaching over he patted Naoi's head and walked over to the kitchen. Took him a moment to look around and find something. Though there wasn't very much things to choose from, so he made due with what he could. When Ciel was younger, he used to work in a bakery so maybe something to do with bread would work. With what time it was he decided to cook Naoi something with gravy.

Didn't take him to long to finish cooking the meal, what he had come up with was biscuits and gravy. Wasn't really a breakfast meal, but at least it was something to fill Naoi up. There was no way he'd leave him to feed himself, he might just choose a small snack. "Naoi, we have a week left until the due date. Can I help you with anything?" He placed the plant down on the table.
