Cristina has never been independent. She's never been able to handle herself on her own in her life, besides a few short years when her younger sister was terribly ill. She stepped up then, but, it only made things worse. She tried to help her mother and father around the castle, often tagging along with maids from ages 5 - 15, but, she only proved to be in the way often times.

Then, her sister died, and she completely broke. She was the other half to Cristina. She locked herself away for days, crying. Cristina even thought about ending her own life when she was alone at times. Then, she toughened up in public, but sure enough behind a closed door, she'd silently let her tears fall.

Cristina was born into royalty. Her mother, Charlotte, was the royal one, but she couldn't rule without a king, so that's when she met Cristina's father, Charles, and they married after dating for two years. With their successful marriage, came along Cristina. The world was delighted to hear of the new princess, and even more delighted when Sabrina, Cristina's younger sister came along. Things were great for a while. Cristina and Sabrina got along marvelously. Sabrina had been fighting cancer all of her life, and conquered the battle when she turned 10, the treatments succeeding.

Then, tradgedy struck. All good things must come to end.

Sabrina's cancer came back, just a year after 'winning the battle'. As she was tested, they found out it had come back immune to the treatments, and even with higher dosages, it proved to be failing. Sabrina died on December 20th, when she was just 13. Her parents mourned as well as Cristina, and even the maids, servants, and public. Shortly after Sabrina's death, her mother did not want to be royalty anymore, passing it on to her cousin, who was next in line to be heir to the throne. Charles took Charlotte and Cristina to the United States, in Pennsylvania, where they settled down as normal people, leaving the royal life behind.

Since then, Cristina has graduated high school, and met the love of her life. Even though he is dark-skinned, her parents love him to death. They've been married since they were 18, right out of highschool. 7 years, and still no children. Cristina has had trouble trying to conceive a child, for whatever reason, she's unsure. Her mother, and grandmother had little trouble conceiving, which makes Cristina worry for her health.

Speaking of her health, it seems to diminish after each of the three miscarriages. She hopes she's not trying to bring life into the world, but take her own at the same time.
