"I knew you'd like it, seeing how you pretty much gave us a quarter of our income with them." Pepper shot Kris a warning look. She put the donut down and placed her hands on her stomach. She was still small but had been gaining a little weight. I mean, she had a boyfriend who worked in a bakery, it was kind of destined to happen.

But lately she had been really hungry. Not only for sweets but for all food in general. Like, the other day she was craving mangoes. Pepper hadn't eaten mangoes since she was about five; and the day before that she would've killed for French bread smothered in anchovies. Something was definitely wrong with her. She wondered if Kris had noticed.

Pepper looked up and saw Kris smiling while his hand was in his pocket. She looked at Alice and smiled. She had been gone for so long, how she missed her. The cafe just wasn't the same. Then Kris pulled out a cigarette. Pepper looked at him. She hated when Kris smoked, with a passion. It always made his mouth a little weird tasting when they kissed, but she never said anything about it. No one was perfect, but he was pretty close to it. But this time she couldn't take it. She started coughing. "Kris?" she said, giving him a look. If felt like she was going to be suffocated.

Alice looked at the two and smiled happily. "Well for one, Greece was lovely. It was nice going back to my hometown, Bethesda. I even got to meet my cousin, Athena, in Oia. You guys should have seen the Caldera. It was so beautiful in the evening." She started shaking her head excitedly. "Oohhh, it was so much fun! You both would have loved it."

She started to look around and smell the air. "Ahh, this smell. It's so nostalgic." Standing up, Alice went and got a cupcake, a chocolate-covered donut, and a cup of coffee. She returned to the table with a smile on her face. Looking down, she saw Kris' hand still in his pocket. 'Oh? This might get a little interesting.'

"Oohhh, it was so much fun! You both would have loved it." Kris chuckled. "That's great to hear." He smiled at Alice. "Well, it's good to see you again."

Kris had also noticed that Pepper was gaining weight, but she wasn't fat by any means. But, he was wondering about her awkward cravings. He just passed them as some awkward phase. He suddenly heard Pepper coughing. "Kris?" "Oh, sorry..." He put out the cigarette and took a sip of his coffee. He felt the small box in his pocket and looked up at Pepper. "Umm...Pepper? I needed to, umm...ask you something..." He wasn't sure how to do what he wanted to do, so he was just hoping it would all work.

"Oohhh, it was so much fun! You both would have loved it." Pepper smiled at Alice. "I bet. I've always wanted to go somewhere else than this boring country." Pepper looked at Kris again. "Oh, sorry..." He put out the cigarette and took a sip of his coffee. Pepper smiled softly. Kris looked at Pepper. "Umm...Pepper? I needed to, umm...ask you something..." Pepper's eyes grew wide. She looked at Kris. Then all of the sudden she felt the donut coming back up. Or was that something else? "Oh my god!" she yelled, running from her seat, her hands covering her mouth, straight into the bathroom. She pushed her way into a stall and released it all. It felt like someone had just taken a vacuum, but, instead of sucking things inside of her it was sucking them out.

Pepper placed her hands on either side of the stall and threw up, again and again. Every time she thought she was done more would come. "Oh god, what is this?" she cried out into the air. This wasn't the first time this had happened. Yesterday morning she had vomited a lot too and the day before that. Pepper pulled out her iPhone and clicked on the Pink Pad app. Pepper's mouth fell open a little but she closed it quickly in case any more vomit came. She read the words over and over again. "43 days late." How could she not have known she had missed about two periods? How could she not have known she was so many days late?

She sat down on the toilet seat, still staring at the words. "How am I supposed to tell Kris?" she asked herself, close to tears. "What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to find out if this is true what I'm thinking!" Pepper texted Mina. She had gotten a bit closer to her since the accident. It was actually really cool having a girl friend, other than Zaria. One who wasn't super into her image and actually listened and gave advice. Good advice. That's exactly what Pepper needed right now, some old fashioned good advice. "Emergency. Please text me back asap." She instantly received a reply. "What's wrong?" Pepper took a breath and typed her reply slowly. "I think I might be pregnant."

Kris was blushing lightly. "Umm....I've been thi-" He stopped mid-sentence when he noticed her running to the bathroom. "...oh...she must be sick." He looked at the small box in his pocket, then put it back away. He sighed sadly. "...I guess I'll ask when she gets back..."

Mina was sitting at her computer, sipping Red Bull and playing more Team Fortress 2. She had been awake for about 28 hours by now, but she was still wide awake. Her insomnia made sure of that. Suddenly, once she finished her game, she received a text. She grabbed for her phone and saw it was from Pepper. "Emergency. Please text me back asap." Mina immediately texted back. She would always look out for her friends whenever it was possible. "What's wrong?" She replied back. She was a bit worried, but she also thought it might've just been a small emergency, like she lost something really important. Her phone vibrated again and she read the text. "I think I might be pregnant."

Mina's eyes widened as she read the text and she actually tried to think about this. "Well, before you do anything, tell Kris. After all, he's the father, so he should probably know. Also, be sure you don't over-react. Stressing out will just make things much harder for you. Besides, Kris loves you. I'm sure he'd be ecstatic when he hears about it. Oh, by the way, Kris was talking to me a few days ago. He told me not to tell you about it, but I'll tell you this. You're in for a surprise. ;)" She put her phone back on the computer desk and took another sip of Red Bull. "Hehe, so, Kris and Pepper are having a baby." She giggled. "It'll be a good-looking baby." She went back to her game and continued playing.

Pepper's phone buzzed. A text from Mina. "Well, before you do anything, tell Kris. After all, he's the father, so he should probably know. Also, be sure you don't over-react. Stressing out will just make things much harder for you. Besides, Kris loves you. I'm sure he'd be ecstatic when he hears about it. Oh, by the way, Kris was talking to me a few days ago. He told me not to tell you about it, but I'll tell you this. You're in for a surprise. ;)" She replied. "Thanks Mina."

Pepper got out of the stall and fixed herself up in the mirror. She took a few breaths and walked back to the table. She couldn't look at Kris. Not yet. She had to take a test first, just to be sure.

"So, Alice," she smiled. "What made you leave your home town? Why come here?"

Alice frowned when Pepper left to go to the restroom. 'Something's not right here...' She shrugged her shoulders and finished eating her cupcake.

By the time Pepper came back, she was already finished eating her donut. As Pepper took her seat again, she smiled warmly. "So Alice, what made you leave your hometown? Why come here?" Alice smiled back at her and took her hands. "My uncle and cousin sent me on an errand. I've pretty much been traveling this whole time." She took a sip of her coffee and frowned. "Not enough sugar..." Taking three packets at once, Alice ripped the tops and poured in the sweet crystals. She stirred her cup gently, making soft tinkling sounds with the spoon.

Alice took another sip and sighed happily. "Ahh, I feel like something special is going to happen sometime in the near future, dear Pepper," she said, giving a sly wink to Pepper.

Kris stayed in his seat, still sipping his coffee. He watched as Alice poured 3 packets of sugar into her coffee. "Eww...", he thought to himself. He hated sugar in his coffee. He only liked black coffee. Well, black coffee and Mocha Frappuccinos. Those were his little indulgence.

"Ahh, I feel like something special is going to happen sometime in the near future, dear Pepper," Kris felt the small box in his pocket again as she said this. "Does she know?" thought Kris. "I'm gonna go to the restroom really quick." He slipped out of his seat and calmly walked into the men's restroom. He got into a stall and sat down on the toilet, leaving the stall door open. He wasn't actually using the toilet, he just needed some private. He pulled out the small box again and opened it, looking at what was inside. It was a golden ring with a 24 karat diamond on top. There was even an engraving saying, "I love you, Pepper." It cost him 2000 dollars, he had it custom made just for Pepper. He smiled lightly to himself until another man came into the restroom.

The man turned to Kris as he sat on the toilet, looking at his ring. The man was also eyeballing Kris's ring, and he slowly walked up to Kris. "Hey kid, how much can I buy that ring off of you for?"

Kris looked up at the man. "Nothing..."

The man chuckled. "Looks like this isn't going to work out then..." The man swiped the ring, box and all from Kris and started to run out of the door.

Kris was right on the man's tail, and before he could make it out of the bakery, Kris kicked the man in the back of the knee, dropping him and the ring. The box closed as it slid across the floor. It landed right at Pepper's feet. Kris was breathing pretty heavily. He wasn't used to running with his new knee. ".....I'm not getting robbed again...."

"My uncle and cousin sent me on an errand. I've pretty much been traveling this whole time. Not enough sugar..." Pepper listened intently. "Ah, travel," she sighed. Pepper watched as Alice took three packets of sugar at once, ripping the tops off and poured in the sugar. She made soft tinkling sounds with the spoon.
Pepper stole a glance at Kris and couldn't help but smile at his face. She knew he only liked black coffee. Alice took another sip and sighed happily. "Ahh, I feel like something special is going to happen sometime in the near future, dear Pepper." Pepper's face dropped slightly. Did Alice know about the, more than likely, baby?

"I'm gonna go to the restroom really quick." Pepper jerked herself back into the everyday situation and watched as Kris walked away. She smiled at Alice. The waitress walked by. "Oh! Excuse me, miss. Can I get a latte please, with a slice of carrot cake?" Pepper sat there, her mind wandering of into things baby related. Suddenly there was a commotion.

Pepper looked up and saw Kris chasing a man. Then he kicked him. The man fell and so did something the man was holding. Pepper kept her eyes on the box as it slid across the floor and stopped right at her feet. She felt her heart stop for a second. Tears came to Pepper's eyes.

"How did you know I was pregnant?" she said, looking at Kris through tear filled eyes.

"How did you know I was pregnant?" Kris looked at her, not upset, but a bit confused. "Wait, you're pregnant?" He couldn't help but have a little smile on his face when he heard the news. "That's great!" He hugged Pepper tightly, but still leaving a bit of room for her stomach. After all, if she was pregnant, he should keep pressure off of her stomach. Then, he looked down at the little box he just knocked a guy down for. "...umm, Pepper..." He bent down on one knee, picking up the box, and opening it to Pepper, revealing the ring inside. Kris was blushing a little bit as he did this. "...will you marry me?" He asked, looking at Pepper.

"Wait, you're pregnant?" Pepper put her head down. Kris sounded happy, but she had to admit. She was a bit ashamed. "That's great!" He hugged Pepper tightly, but still leaving a bit of room for her stomach. She couldn't help but smile.

"...umm, Pepper..." Pepper looked at Kris. Her mouth fell open slightly as Kris bent down and picked up the box, then got down on one knee. He opened it and inside was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. She noticed an inscription inside the ring. "I love you, Pepper."

Pepper couldn't move. It felt like her entire body had shut down. "I-i-i..." Pepper loved Kris, she did. But she wasn't one hundred percent sure that she was pregnant. She couldn't force him into marrying her. Pepper ran out of the bakery, breathing heavily. What had she just done?

Pepper got into her car and pulled out her phone. Mina probably wouldn't be the best person to talk to right now. She dialed Zaria's number.

"Hey, Z. I-i-i... Can I come over?"



Zaria was asleep, dreaming about John. It had been a while since they hung out. She missed him, a lot. Then her phone rang. She opened her eyes and reached for her phone, hoping it was John.

"Mmm?" she said softly. It was too early to be awake. "Hey, Z. I-i-i... Can I come over?" Zaria sat up in bed. It had been what, two or three months since they'd talked. "Yeah, of course sweetie. Is everything okay?" she asked. It sounded like Pepper was crying. "I'll see you in a little bit."

Zaria got out of bed and took a shower. She figured there would be some crying going on so she got the tissue ready. She was happy to see her best friend again, even if she couldn't get John out of her mind.

Alice watched as Kris bent on his knee as he proposed to Pepper. She put her hand up to her mouth and giggled. "Congratulations." Standing up, her eyes followed Pepper as she ran out of the bakery. "Oh my, this must be overwhelming for her."

She walked over to the register and paid her money, plus a tip and started to walk out of the bakery. Turning around, Alice looked at Kris and smiled. "She's a bit overwhelmed. Mind that you take good care of her."

She walked out of the bakery and turned a slight corner. Smoke flew by in front of her face as she walked past a man. "Um, that's not healthy for you." He took another puff from the cigarette and blew in her face. Coughing, Alice slapped the cigarette from his hand and keep walking. "Hey! What's the big idea, lady?!" She ignored him and kept walking faster. "Hey!" The man took a hold of Alice's arm and held onto her. "Slip," she said, and her arm slipped right out of his hand like butter. "What the-?" Alice giggled and ran around the corner behind the bakery. With a snap of her fingers, Cupid shrunk back into her original form, wings and all. The man reached around the corner and looked around. "I swear she was just here..."

Kris froze as she ran out. He didn't cry, he just snapped. He didn't want to marry her because she was pregnant, he wanted to marry her because he loved her. He was even telling Mina about how he wanted to propose to her. He sat there on one knee for a couple of minutes until he just stood up and left. He didn't reapond to Alice, he just walked out. As he left, he stared at his ring. He didn't throw it in anger or grasp it in hope, he just stated at it. He didn't feel any emotion, he just felt hollow inside. It was as if his heart literally broke and collapsed in on itself, just having a hole there.

Kris was laying in his bed, texting on his phone, still heart-broken. "Mina, I proposed...I'm heading up to The View." Kris got out of his house and got into his car, driving towards the outskirts of town. He stopped when he got to a cliff. It had a beautiful overview of the town, and Kris took a step out of his car. He walked over to the edge of the cliff and sat on the edge, his feet almost dangling over the edge. This was his spot where he went to be sad. It comforted him that he could've just thrown himself off at any time. 

Mina received a text while she was still at her computer, drinking Red Bull. "Mina, I proposed...I'm heading up to The View." Mina froze. "Oh no, oh no, oh no..." She thought. She knew he was gonna propose, but this wasn't what she expected at all. She immediately got off her computer, ran out of her house, and got into her car, driving towards The View.

Pepper Monroe

Pepper laid on Zaria's bed twirling her hair around her finger. "Z, I just, I don't know what to do. He was so happy when I told him about the baby, but I'm not even sure yet. What if I'm just fat?" Pepper looked at her friend. "It's just, I love him so much and I think I just broke his heart. What am I supposed to do?" Pepper sighed and hit her head against the wall. "Life isn't fair, Zaria. I find a guy who loves me and then he wants to marry me... To spend the rest of his life with me and I run out! I'm such an idiot."

Zaria Intio

"Z, I just, I don't know what to do. He was so happy when I told him about the baby, but I'm not even sure yet. What if I'm just fat?" Zaria looked at Pepper. She had to be crazy. The girl was tiny. "Pepper, snap out of it. This pee stick is almost done drying," she said looking at the pregnancy test sitting on the bathroom counter. "It's just, I love him so much and I think I just broke his heart. What am I supposed to do?" Zaria stared as the little blue mark on the stick turned into a plus sign. "Well first off," she said, sitting down on the edge of the bed, "you're going to buy a crib." Pepper hit her head against the wall. "Life isn't fair, Zaria. I find a guy who loves me and then he wants to marry me... To spend the rest of his life with me and I run out! I'm such an idiot." Zaria went over and hugged her friend. "Everything is going to be okay, honey. Come on, I know just what you need," she said, grabbing her car keys. They walked to the car and got in. "It's this amazing place. I call it The View. It'll clear your head out, I promise."

Pepper Monroe/Zaria Intio

Zaria drove out to the outskirts of town. The radio was playing Thinking About You by Frank Ocean. Pepper looked out the window, watching the world pass her by. She placed a hand on her stomach. "It's a miracle growing inside you, honey. Don't even worry about it." Pepper looked at Zaria. "You think, Z? I'm going to have a little Kris, or Pepper." Zaria smiled. "It's going to be wonderful. I call dibs on god mother!" They both laughed. "Z, I'm only sixteen though. I mean, I'll be seventeen in about three months, but still." "It'll be okay," said Zaria. "I promise." She smiled at Pepper, placing a hand on top of her stomach. They neared the cliffs. "Someone's here? That's strange," said Zaria, pulling off to the side of the road. Pepper's face dropped. "That's Kris's car," she whispered. Zaria looked at her. "Go ahead, babe. Go make things right. I have to call someone anyway." Pepper got out of the car and walked towards Kris, slowly and quietly. Zaria pulled out her phone and tried dialing John.

Pepper Monroe

Pepper walked up to Kris. She couldn't help but smile. Then she noticed he was sitting on the edge of the cliff. She got a bit scared. "Kris?" she called out, about ten feet away from him. "Kris, I'm so sorry. I love you with all my heart. I will marry you. I'll marry you and I'll have your baby!" Tears came to her eyes again, but this time for happiness. "I'll have a million babies with you and marry you a million times over and over again because I love you!"

Kris was thinking whenever he first got there. "Why did she run out? What did I do wrong? Does she just not love me? It figures, the first girl who I fall in love with decides to run out when I propose...maybe I'm just not destined to love at all. Maybe I'm just not meant to...live at all..."

Suddenly, Kris heard a car behind him. He didn't turn to see who it was, he just hoped it was just a group of teenagers coming to get stoned like he did when he was about 3 or 4 years younger. He ignored the car until he suddenly heard a voice. The same voice that startled him at the cafe.

"Kris?" He didn't respond. He wanted to know just what she was going to say first. If she was just coming to say something about how they shouldn't see each other anymore, he would just be a splat on the rock below. "Kris, I'm so sorry. I love you with all my heart. I will marry you. I'll marry you and I'll have your baby! I'll have a million babies with you and marry you a million times over and over again because I love you!"

Kris's eyes widened a little bit as she said this. He stood up and turned to Pepper. "...Pepper, I just have one question. Why did you run out at the bakery then accept it here? Were you just nervous, or not sure, or...something? I dunno..." He looked into Pepper's eyes. "I don't care, I love you too, and that's all that matters." On the inside, he was still a bit hurt and confused, but he set it aside. He walked up to Pepper. "I guess it's a good thing I still kept this." He pulled out the ring again, this time sliding it onto her finger before kissing her deeply and passionately. This time, instead of tasting like smoke, it tasted like mint.

Mina was still driving to The View until she got there at the same time Pepper and Kris were kissing. "Oh, thank goodness." She said with a sigh of relief. She took a step out of her car and leaned against it, pulling out a can of Red Bull and drinking it. "I guess I'll talk to them once they're done." She said quietly to herself with a giggle.
(Sorry, I forgot about Mina. :P)

Cupid flew over the city and looked down upon in. "Aww, smiles and friendly people everywhere!" Just as she was passing over The View, she spotted two people kissing. "Oh, isn't that adorable!" She flew into the branches of a tree and quietly watched them. "Wait a minute... That's Kris and Pepper! Awww, she accepted his proposal! I should go over to them and congratulate them!"

She flew down the tree and landed softly on the ground. Transforming quickly, Cupid fixed her hair as she started to walk up the road. She smoothed her dress down and walked up to Mina. "Mina dear, how have you been!"

Kris stood up and turned to Pepper. "...Pepper, I just have one question." Her heart dropped. 'Does he not love me?' she thought. "Why did you run out at the bakery then accept it here? Were you just nervous, or not sure, or...something? I dunno..." She couldn't give him an answer and she wasn't going to lie. She just stayed quiet. "I don't care, I love you too, and that's all that matters." Pepper smiled. She loved the way he said 'I love you too.' Kris walked up to Pepper. "I guess it's a good thing I still kept this." Pepper smiled even harder but in her mind her brain was somewhat melting. 'Was he going to throw it off the side of the cliff?' she thought. Kris slid it onto her finger before kissing her deeply and passionately. She mentally smiled. This time, instead of tasting like smoke, it tasted like mint. It had to be the most amazing moment in her life.



Zaria sighed. Still not being able to reach John. She'd just have to go to his house later, after all of this had settled down. She looked out the window and saw Kris and Pepper smiling. She sighed. Zaria was a sucker for happy endings, or in this case, beginnings. She got out of her car. She noticed Mina standing by her car and Alice was there too. She walked over to them. "Hi Mina. Alice," she smiled. Zaria looked back out on Pepper and Kris and sighed again.



John's phone buzzed. He looked at it. Zaria, again. He felt his stomach clench. He really had no reason to ignore her, but he did. It was almost, what, two months or three since they'd talked. "Johnny?" called a girl from the back of the store. John walked over to where the voice was coming from. "Johnny!" yelped a girl. She leaped on him and planted a kiss on his lips. "Woah! Daisy, back up," he said, pushing away from her. "Oh come on!" she said making puppy eyes. "You can't tell me you're still hung up on that little s**t!" John felt like someone had just punched him in the stomach. Since they had met he was one hundred percent sure Zaria hadn't been seeing anyone. Well, okay, ninety percent sure. "Don't talk about her like that, Daisy. Get back to work," he said, walking away from her. "And pull up your shirt." John went back behind the counter and stared at his phone. He wanted to call her back, but he couldn't. How was he supposed to explain to her that his mom had tried getting in contact with him and that was why he had stopped seeing her? John didn't think she'd approve of her. He didn't know why, but he cared what his mom thought of him, even if she didn't really care about him. He looked at his phone one more time, turned it off and then turned it face down.

((Poor Zach... he has noones! D:))

With a increasingly depressed demeanor, Zachary decided to take a walk to wherever. He didn't really have a destination in mind, just as long as he went on the walk. Maybe it'd clear his head of everything. Who knows? With a sigh, he began his adventure as his feet picked up and he started walking in in a random direction.

After a while, he began to work up a mild sweat from his exercise, unfortuntately, it hadn't really done anything to help. Being unemployed and basically friendless weighed heavily on his mind and that weight proved to be too much to just throw off his head at the moment. Wow, he was a wreck of negative emotions. How he could even still pull of the fake smiles to people was something beyond even himself. If things didn't change soon, he'd end up taking a turn for the worse....

(Well, Mina is single too, so maybe Zach won't be so depressed? :3)
Kris stopped kissing Pepper for a moment. His phone was buzzing. He gave an annoyed sigh. "Just a moment." He answered his phone. "Hello? Oh, hey. What's up Alex? Wait, what? Are you serious?! Oh my God, who bought it? How long is the contract? Oh, sweet! Well, Alex, you kinda called at a bad time. Let's just say you pretty much shattered an emotional moment...no, not a sad one. No, I was not having sex. Oh yeah, I never mentioned Pepper! She's my new fiancé. No, I literally gave her the ring two minutes ago. Also, I'm gonna be a father. Calm down, Alex. Well, I'm gonna hang up now...because I'm with her right now...no, she's not in my bed right now, I just told you I'm gonna be a father...well, I didn't mean it like THAT...okay, bye." Kris hung up. He turned to Pepper. "Sorry about that. Alex loves to talk. Also, you know that album I made. A company bought it, and it's selling now!" He smiled at her.

Mina turned to Alice and Zaria. "Hey guys." She smiled at them. "Isn't it great, watching the two lovebirds be with each other?" She turned to Kris on the phone. "I swear if it's Alex, I'm going to kill him..." She heard Alex's name mentioned. "I'm gonna kill Alex for ruining that..." She sighed. "Well, I'm gonna head home. Y'know, got some stuff I gotta do..." She got into her car and started to drive back to her house when she noticed Zach looking tired. She stopped the car and rolled down her window. "Hey, you need a ride? You seem tired as hell." She

Zach had started home in a mope when a car stopped by him and the window rolled down to reveal a woman, who offered him a ride. He smiled at her kind gesture and spoke with less of a depressing tone. "Ah, I am," he admitted. "Been walking for quite a while, a ride would definetly be appreciated,"

Walking over to the passenger seat, he opened the door and sat down, shutting it behind him and buckling himself in. "Thank you for picking this lone stranger up," he said graciously. With the walk lasting for a good while, he was beginning to dread the amount of energy it would've taken to get home.

(OOC: yeah, I'll make a character sheet when I decide to. So, perhaps on Thursday or something. Also, I'm not sure where to go with this, so I'm gonna make a small post)
Mina continued to drive down the road. "No problem, you don't exactly look like a rapist, so it's all good." She giggled lightly and turned to Zach. "So, where do you live?" She continued down the road, waiting for a response. She was just looking forward to get back home and play more League of Legends. She was going to play with some friends that night, and it was gonna be a blast.

"Well..." he laughed. "I'm proud to say that I am not a rapist.... as far a I know. Maybe I sleep-rape? Could be possible...." he joked back as he faced Mina when she asked him for his address. He promptly told her good directions to his his place. He sighed deeply and inhaled, as if to make sure he was breathing normally.

In an effort to make sure to avoid awkward silence, Zach spoke up. "Whoa... after such a long walk, I can't help but to just play games and be lazy when I get home," he stated with a yawn.

"Whoa... after such a long walk, I can't help but to just play games and be lazy when I get home," he stated with a yawn. Mina chuckled. "Dude, I know the feeling. I was actually gonna play some League of Legends when I get home. It's what I do for a living, seeing how I'm a beta tester. It's sweet." She said with a smile. "Do you play League at all? If so, we can play together. It'll be a blast." She turned to Zach.

Zachary smiled at the unexpected surprise. He wasn't sexist or anything, but he didn't expect the girl to have an interest in games. Definetly not enough to be a beta tester. Declining such an offer did not once cross his mind before he spoke. "Sure do," he said with his smile on his face. "I must admit that I'm not the best at it, more of an FPS and RTS gamer, but I do find myself playing that game at least once a day," he explained.

"That being said... I don't suck," he then added.
