Personality

Dimitri is calm and polite, and seems to be rather flirtatious. He's not close to very many people, but he doesn't go out of his way to avoid them, either. Even though he lacks a college degree due to lack of money, he often acts like he owns the world. He is also fairly intelligent.

Equipment

He always carries a Swiss army knife in his pocket, as well as a small case for his glasses. He also carries a cell phone, a notepad, and a pen; he tends to doodle in the notepad rather than write anything productive.

History

Dimitri doesn't have a lot of money. He doesn't seem to have a particularly interesting past; he's known to hate his cousin, he's lost touch with his parents, and he has an older brother that he still sometimes talks to.
He quite desperately needs work and a place to stay, and the cafe seems like the perfect place to find it. Perhaps here, he can also pursue his goal of one day being a chef, though with no formal training, he's sure he'll have to start out as a waiter.
