On another note, Evelyn is an emotional person but instead of being a temperamental one Eve has trouble expressing her feelings of distraught, fear and sadness which leads to her having anxiety, anxiety attacks and depression. Her ways of expressing anger is on point to say the least. She'll instantly turn into a fierce creature with fangs bared like a corned wolf. Though Eve may be kind and polite, don't think for a second that she won't protect what she holds dear to her. The vampire isn't one that particularly enjoys feeding off of humans but she does love the taste of their blood. Animal blood usually does it for her since she tries to refrain from human blood but at times when the craving and hunger is just too strong her feral side takes over and in the moment, will enjoy feeding off a human with such euphoric delight.

Two years went by working under this man who tried countless of times to court Evelyn despite him already being married. Soon her father was gone and she was moved into the noblemen's house which Evelyn only agreed too because he had a vast collection of books. Everyday, when she finished her duties she would sneak into his library and barrow a couple of his books before returning them undetected. The noblemen found out though and during one of the many parties he through, threatened her to sleep with him if she didn't want to be thrown into jail for stealing. At that instant before the situation took an ugly turn Eve was saved by a beautiful woman who was named Layana Revane, a much wealthier noblewoman than Edward ever was and more powerful too. The woman stood out among all those nobles like a beautiful lone red rose on a bush. This was the first time Eve ever felt mesmerized by anyone in her life. Layana skillfully and cunningly insulted and degraded the man in such a manner that she was able to take Eve away from the man in order to work for her.
In the first week working for Lady Layana was when Evelyn found out what she was or to be more accurate was told by the mistress herself. At first Eve didn't believe her and thought that her babbling was just that of a mad woman until the proof was shown. Layana was the only one who ever gave Evelyn a chance to be more in life, she noted the woman love for books and learning new things so as a sign of trust and of their new found bond, the mistress let Eve access her gigantic library at any time. Soon they grew closer and closer, a relationship that was a mix of fierce trust, loyalty and lots of love but not in a sense of a lover and more like a very close and dear friend. They did have their little splurge of lust from time to time but that was all. As the year went by Evelyn would soon fall ill to the same illness that took her mother only to have Layana give her one of the hardest choices she has ever had to make in her life.
After the limited time she had to think it through Evelyn finally chose immortality because she felt as if she hasn't learned enough from this world and that there was still so many places she wanted to see, plus she couldn't imagine leaving the only person she had left in the world. The night she was changed would mark her twenty-third birthday. Now this is where the fun began, after being changed Eve saw the world in a whole new light and that's when the two began to take France by storm. Over the course of 151 year, Evelyn and Layana traveled all around Europe essentially enjoying themselves and Eve being herself, expanded her knowledge on many things especially medicine and history. By this time King Louis XIV and XV ruling had been long over and King Louis XVI had been ruling in France for 7 years with his wife, Marie Antoinette. Now Eve can tell you how she had a year long affair with Miss Antoinette but that would spoil the fun now would it? Only thing she would say though was that the lady wasn't such a bad person as today's history would portray her. In fact Eve could tell you a couple of stories of how the Queen of France would give bread to the poor despite them making horrid assumptions about her and spreading rumors just because she liked to splurge a bit in her money.
No one was prepared though for what was to come in the passing eight years, when the French revolution happened and both Layana and Eve were caught in. It was the first time Evelyn was thrown into such chaos and bloodshed and though she did try to help save Marie from her false accusations it failed and the Queen was executed. Eve did take part in the revolution because she did think the people were treated badly and the city was turning into ruin on itself so she took part in the over throw of the Bastille but didn't think that they would kill Marie. After those events Eve and the Mistress traveled to London where they settled down for some time and laid low for a while. Layana had abandoned her noble status way back when she turned Evelyn but took her money with her. She lived a moderately wealthy life wherever she went and therefore so did Evelyn but Eve needed something to do while they laid low and so she took on the job of a wise women which was basically a nurse in today's time mixed with a witch? Though that's what people thought and some might have been right to but not all Wise women were witches like in Eves case. Wise women were healers, women that studied a little in medicine and usually made cures and medicine for the people who couldn't afford a doctor.
