Rusty Collinson

Rusty quickly glanced up at the girl with a smirk on her lips seeing a Vampyr girl standing next to Sadisuto, he had long dark hair with bright blue eyes.
"I'm Rusty." She simply said with a smirk "this is Sadisuto..." she introduced her to him with a smirk "it's fine, don't mind people... as long as they don't get on my bad side they won't be burned." Rusty replied with a slight chuckle, Rusty blew some hair from her face once again then noticed Carrie had no food... nor blood
"Take it you're not the only one that hates to eat shit?" she asked Carrie letting out a slight laugh then leaned over Sadisuto towards Carrie "fancy causing some shit in this boring place?" Rusty asked her with a slight purr "I fancy kicking some arse around here."

Carrie Tynan

"I fancy kicking some arse around here."
And with that she grinned. "Hell yeah. I'm tired of this shithole." Carrie liked the new girl. She was into the whole 'badass' exterior which was perfectly fine with Carrie. She kept her eyes on the boy. His hair was gorgeous. But she looked back at Rusty. "I'm excited to go out again. Are you in?"

The boy didn't say anything. "You're welcome to come too, you know."

She looked at his wrist and started to drum her fingers on the table. The amount of blood that was coming out would soon be enough to sustain a meal. It was taking so much concentration not to lunge at him. So she focused more on Rusty.

"I'd like you to handle it this time Jane. After what happened with Ms. Collinson I want to make sure nothing goes wrong."

With a press of a button on the arm rest of Garath's chair six, massive, heavily armed and muscled men walked in. At the front of the group was a stern man with dark skin. Jacob Taylor had been working for Garath for a long time. Ex military Garath knew how to follow orders and didn't ask many questions.

"Mr. Taylor is one of my best. I don't often send his team out for things this mundane but you are my only sister."

Garath nodded to Talyor who nodded in return before ushering Jane out of the office.

Jane Gatenby

She walked down towards the Cafeteria with the things she needed for the injections with Garath's men once in she smirked seeing all the Vampyrs and Werewolves at their tables, the men stood by her sides as she walked into the Cafeteria
"Vampyrs and Werewolves Come with me, now!" Jane shouted with a loud snarl and a frown on her face as she looked around disgraced "Humans and Demons go outside!" she shouted again as she saw the Vampyrs and the Werewolves stand up quickly and started to walk outside of the Cafeteria not too happy which made Jane smirk only their misery can make me smirk this much... she thought happily soon watching all the Humans and Demons walking outside but she soon turned to the men beside her
"two of you go to the bottom of the lines, incase anyone tries to sneak away from the injections, and if they do just shoot them on sight." she muttered to them, two of them nodding as they got to the bottom, Jane turned and started walking "Follow me you pathetic things." she shouted to the Vampyrs & Werewolves as she walked out and down corridors towards the hospital rooms. Brother would be happy if no one tried to escape... she simply thought then frowned oh... I forgot i'd have to see Rusty after this... the thought making her growl she soon shook away the slightest bit of anger as her, the men as well as the creatueres walked into the Hospital room.

Garath sat in his office. Rebecca, his assistant was silently arranging a serious of hypodermic needles in a polished, oak case on Garath's desk. He had his back to her and the work she was doing as he stared at the image of the dying sun. He always enjoyed the solace the scene brought him. Then Garath heard the crips click of the box closing. He rotated around in his chair to find Rebecca standing obediently beside his desk.

"Anything else sir?"

She asked professionally.

"Not right now Rebecca, send her in."

"Yes sir."

She said with a quick nod. As Rebecca left Garath leaned forward and grabbed the case off his desk that held his cigarettes. Garath was a very particular man and only smoked cigarettes rolled from tobacco from a small farm in North Carolina. He pulled out a cigarette and lit it just as Rebecca turned with Garath's guest.

"Hello Amanda... How are you feeling?"

Amanda Kreuler

The young woman tentatively entered the room and took her seat in front of Garath's desk. She swallowed hard before replying.

"Y-yes sir. I haven't had anymore bad dreams."

She paused to cough from the smoke from Garath's cigarette.

"I told him I wasn't going to talk to him anymore. He was really mad that I wouldn't talk to him anymore but I am being good and ignoring him."

Garath took a long drag of his cigarette before replying. Amanda was a 17 year old, mentally disabled girl from Massachusetts. She had been arrested after killing her parents. When questioned as to the reason she committed the murder she had told them that she had been told to do it by the spirit who lived in her house. Garath had been using the girl for as one of her key test subjects in his bid to save humanity.

"That's very good Amanda. Very good..."

Sadisuto Kunshu

"fine, i'll call you Sadistic if you want..." Rusty said and Sadisuto shook his head frantically before looking back and forth nervously"...shh...don't talk loudly like that...I named my knives: Sadistic, Havoc, Despair and Malice...if they hear you, they won't play with me anymore...shh..." He quickly mumbled an apologize to his beloved knives and listened to the girl again "and i don't date knives, i prefer if someone else dated them." Sadisuto pouted but nodded nonetheless, not everyone wanted to play with his knives even if he had asked many people. He pouted again...no-one could understand his beloved knives and want to play with them. What a shame! If they didn't want to play, he had to force them to play then. He giggled to himself as Rusty spoke "but, i could get them back for you somehow." Sadisuto's eyes widened and he clapped his hands excitedly "Really? Thanks? I'll remember to tell the floor about your kindness then...hehehehe..."

"it is a pretty crown you have on though...no wonder you have a crown on...sir prince Sadistic..." The girl said and Sadisuto once again chuckled madly "...thanks, crownie here is my best friend...he helps me when I run out of playmates..." He pointed at the edge of the crown and to his bleeding wrist to demonstrate. "...see? He's such a good friend..." He patted his crown and purred happily.

"yes, fire could do better than just make people bleed...It can melt human skin and burn all evidence of anyone or thing you have killed...and best of all... it makes the blood hot... makes it boil, like a hot soup on a stove." Rusty said and Sadisuto had to grip the table to prevent himself from standing up and killing everyone on sight. The way she described it made his knees weak and his bloodlust highten to the point of almost unbearable. He wanted to kill! He wanted to see blood! He gripped the table tightly, his whole body trembled as he tried to regain his self-control. However, he couldn't stop a moan from escaping his lips and with a quick movement, he grasped his crown and began to use the edge to slash his skin, causing the blood to pour out of his wounds faster. He giggled like a child "...hehehe...funny-looking red thingies..." He totally ignored her and everything else after that as he looked at his blood like a child saw his early Christmas presents.

-------------------------------------------------

"You're welcome to come too, you know." A girl said and Sadisuto jolted awake from his bloodlust and looked up. "Huh?" He said unintelligently "...what are you talking about? I'm too busy playing with the funny-looking red thingies to notice..." He tapped his bleeding wrists to demonstrate his point. The girl sitting in front of him was...well, beautiful. More beautiful than anyone of his collections. Possessiveness began to rise from the back of his mind. He wanted this girl to be his and his only. She was too beautiful for anyone else but a prince like him. But she wasn't looking at him but at his wrists. 'oh, really chair? She's a vampire?...thanks, chair.' He looked at a chair thoughtfully. Grasping an empty glass on the table, he ripped off his bandage, making the wounds bleed even harder and began to pour his blood into the cup. He knew that vampires weren't allowed to drink blood here so he was pretty sure she was exhausted. Poor the beauty!

"Here...take it...this is not blood. This is the funny-looking red thingies..." He giggled and offered her his glass of blood. Completely ignored the dizziness that was beginning to form as he lost too much blood. He was used to the sensation by now anyway.

Suddenly, one of the meanies, Lady Meanie walked into the cafeteria and began to order around like she was the boss here. He was the prince. He was the boss! He pushed the glass of blood to the beautiful vampire girl and growled dangerously as he looked at the Lady Meanie "...drink it...it will make you fight the medicine harder or so the chair had said to me..."

Amanda sat in the chair fidgeting nervously as she picked at her finger nails. Garath was as ever his calm and collective self. His cold eyes watching her every movement like a hungry predator. Then he leaned forward and opened the wooden case on his desk.

"I have some new medicine for you Amanda."

The second the words left his lips Amanda's mood went from nervous to terrified.

"Medicine?? No please, Mr. Gatenby I've been good! I haven't talked to him! I don't wan't anymore medicine, it makes me sick!"

Gararth calmly stood and turned his back to her as he faced the mural behind him.

"Calm down Amanda. Don't forget why you're hear. Don't forget why we're all here. We're trying to save human lives."

His words were like candy to those listening. When Garath spoke his words captivated those around him making everything he said completely convincing. He could make you feel like he was your only friend in the world. It was only after you were out of his presence that you would feel an eerie shiver run up your spine. Amanda took a deep, shuddering breath as she attempted to hold back the tears.

"Y-you said that if I helped you... You said you would send me home. T-that you would make me better."

Garath turned around with a serene yet stern expression as he took a slow drag on his cigarette.

"That's what I'm trying to do Amanda. I'm trying to make you well again so you can go home. Don't you want that? Don't you want to see your little brother and sister again?"

His words were like an expertly aimed sniper round and they hit their mark. Amanda broke down into tears as the thoughts of her younger siblings caused her to sob mournfully.

"James... Rachael..."

Garath put out his cigarette on the ash tray before walking around the desk and putting his arm around the girl protectively.

"It's alright Amanda. It's all going to be alright. You're going to see them again. I promise you."

Amanda shot up and buried her head in his chest crying as she allowed herself to be enveloped in his warm embrace. Finding safety and security under the wings of the dragon. Garath had the power to force her to do what he wanted. With a word he could have his men storm in and hold her down as they pumped her full of the drugs. That was not his way. If Garath wanted you to do something he wouldn't force you. He'd make you think it was your idea. Amanda looked up at him with grateful eyes wet with fresh tears.

"I'll do anything you want."

She said. Garath smiled and brushed the hair out her face.

"I know Amanda... I know."

With that he sat the girl down and retried the first of the nine painful injections she would receive. What Garath did was necessary, for the betterment of the human race. It was the only way to save humanity from the monsters of this world.

Alex saw Garath sister, Jane, entering in the cafeteria. He knew what is going to say: time for injections.; He was right... He sighed and turned to see two men with her. They looked strong, he wasn't able to do something. He was forced to take them.. Like ussualy. Jane said something about the new demon too. " You are in troubles." he wispered to her and then he waited that the people who are not werewolfs or vampyrs, to go. Then he got up from the chair and asked: " Who's first?"

Rustyy Collinson

Rusty turned to Sadisuto grabbing his shoulders pulling him down
"Don't..." Rusty growled softly in his ear as she watched the beauitul and tall woman walking out with guards as well as the Vampyrs and Werewolves in single file, she glanced at Sadisuto frowing "hopefully the injections won't affect her..." she muttered to him "for now come outside and we'll talk about tthe funny red looking red thingies yea?" she asked him "after all, a prince should not put himself in danger... it would be bad if you did... the chair would cry" she said as she stood up "then we can possibly make the guards bleed a little bit yea?" she purred to him slightly.

Jane Gatenby

Jane smirked as she gave the injection equitment to the doctors as she stood at the bottom of the room, fourty doctors on each side of the room
"Vampyrs on the left and Werewolves on the right please" she growled slightly "and if you cause any form of violence you will be killed and disposed of, and no one wants that do they?" she smirked slightly as they all started to walk in fourty at a time, getting their injections at the same time "once the injections are done you can either go outside or to your cells... your choice." Watching the creatures get their injections
"we do this for your own good and safty!"

Carrie Tynan

Carrie looked wide-eyed as the prince gave her some of his blood. She was so close to tears. "Oh my god. Thankyou... Thankyou.." Carrie gulped the blood as discreetly and as quickly as she could. She seemed to go unnoticed. "Thank you." But then she realized what he did, and snapped out of her craze to see Rusty pulling down on his shoulders. "But you shouldn't do that. It isn't healthy.", she mumbled. Jane, the head witch that runs this place, called for the vampyrs and werewolves to get their injections. Great. Just what I need. Maybe I'll meet more vampyrs or werewolves. She whispered to Rusty and the prince, "I have to go now. But I'll meet up with you both later." And blew them a kiss goodbye, as she licked the Prince's sweet, perfumed blood off of her lips.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She stood on the left and waited patiently for her injection. The bitch continued to go on about safety, but Carrie knew the truth. Bettering ourselves, and whatnot. That's bullshit. Let me be me, and I'll let you be you.
She noticed another vampyr boy with piercings standing off to the side. She wanted to get his attention and talk to him, but he seemed to want to be alone. It was a shame. Carrie wanted to meet more people.
But she didn't want to bother him, so she sat and waited for her injection.
Amanda had since gone back to her cell. Garath had instructed his people to observe her reaction. He wouldn't risk the drug having ill effects before he injected Subject Zero with it. Garath walked now down the long corridor of the Foxcroft penitentiary. His destination was the observation deck that oversaw the common area of the inmates. His sister was on the ground level at the moment administering the inmates medication. The massive room was octagonal with high walls. An upper level catwalk could give you access to the observatory/ security hub of that floor. The security hub was a large octagonal room with glass windows that was connected to the ceiling allowing someone inside to look out over the entire room and those with in it. Beside Garath's office it was one of his favorite rooms in the facility. It gave the impression of superiority and that the people within it, namely Garath, were among the unattainable. No closer than the sun in the sky. Garath walked to the window and casually slid one hand in his pocket as he looked down at the inmates as they lined up for their meds. Many looked up. Some in terror, others in hate. Yet none met his gaze. No one wanted to draw his attention. Many of the inmates feared the guards. Even more feared Jane. They all feared Garath. To be called into his office late at night was spoken of in hushed tones and whispers like they were speaking of some spectral lord of evil. The concept that a room filled with veritable monsters seeing him as some prince of darkness brought the slightest hint of a smile to Garath's face that faded so quickly any who saw it my have merely thought their eyes were playing tricks on them. Garath stood now looking out over the mass of bodies below him. His gaze seemed to pierce flesh and bone, seeing all.
Jane Gatenby
She watched fourty walk in at a time getting a single injection then walking either to their rooms or outside but either way the side affects of it will still overcome them and bring pain which made her grin slightly, her arms folded as she stood up straight making her look in charge, powerful and beautiful of course... She hates ugly people or creatures, they sickened her but not as much as the inmates did seeing them walking around in their groups on a daily basis.
"Only half of you left to get injections!" she shoutted with a frown "just be happy this injection is weekly and not daily!" she shouted again then she turned to her guards with a smirk
"It's nice to have such strong men like you around..." she told them "I'll give you a little extra on your wages just from me..." she soon turned around only to their last fourty... surprisingly it was quick to her but she was happy about it, once they walked out she thanked the doctors then walked out of the hospital ward turning round to two of her guards
"I'd like the two of you to bring Rusty Collinson to my office please?" she asked them "I need to see her for myself... and lay down some rules for her..." she purred slightly, two of them nodded and walked off to find Rusty whilst Jane walked towards her brother's office with a smirk on her face.
Once she stood outside of her brother's office she gently knocked on the door awaiting for a reply.
Ooc: Garath's not in his office. he's in the observatory above the common room where Jane just was. The only person who'll answer the door would be Garath's assistant Rebecca.
Garath was critically eyeing each and every person in the room below him. His gaze lingered on a few unique individuals whom he'd been paying close attention to recently. Carrie Tynan, an 18 year old Vampire with an over active mind. Garath always liked her to some degree. He saw something of himself in the girl whose mind was always working 10 steps ahead. His eyes left the vampire and rested on the 18 year old psychopath who believed himself royalty. Sadisuto Kunshu was known to talk to himself as much as any inanimate object in the immediate vicinity. Garath's tone grew darker as the young man entered his mind. The chaos, the randomness, the frailty of his mind. He was not a fan of the young man. Garath drew his gaze from the young boy and let his eyes fall on Rusty Collinson. Their newest addition. Garath crossed his arms over his chest as he stared at her. A 19 year old psychokinetic demon. Garath tracked down her past before she'd even arrived learning how she'd burned down her village. That level of hate towards her own past showed a weakness of character that Garath filed away in his mind for later use.
Sadisuto Kunshu
Sadisuto growled but sat down nonetheless. He crossed his arms and glared at the woman - Lady Meanie. He huffed angrily and turned his head away to observe the others. He hated it when he had to take the medicines. He hate the psychologists. He hated everything! He looked at the vampire girl when she drank his blood hungrily and shrugged his shoulder a little "it's alright...I'm used to the bloodlost...the chair told me it wouldn't affect me as much as it did before..."
Suddenly, he felt shivers ran down his spine and he immediately looked around. Trying to find the source of his uneasiness, his eyes looked left and right, up and down until it settled in a single person. Garath Gatenby - Lord Meanie - the one he hated even more than Lady Meanie. Garath always made him doubt himself. Always made him feel weak. Always talked like if Sadisuto obeyed him, everything would be better. But it never did. Every time he had to take those damn medicine, he always lost his self-control, lost control over his actions and obeyed the man. Who knew what happened when his mind was thinking the man as his master? Sadisuto gritted his teeth angrily. No-one ordered him around but himself and himself only. He was the prince. Unable to control his hatred, Sadisuto pushed himself back up and spoke to the girls "...I have unfinished business I have to attend to...talk to the chair if you're lonely..." With that, he walked to the man's location and didn't even once look back to see the girls' reactions. He had a tiny mental problem, yeah. that's for sure but he wouldn't back down from the obvious threat. Besides, today he had to have a session with the man anyways. Why not took things a little bit sooner? "you call it therapy but I call it mind-control" Sadisuto growled softly underneath his breath.
Walking to a place where Sadisuto knew the man could see him clearly, he asked, his eyes locked with the man's eyes "...so, I heard the floor said you wanted to have another chatty session with me, correct?..." Of course he knew it was a lie but if the man said no then maybe he could escape today's therapy session without having to take any of those damn medicines and injections...
Willow headed outside when Jane told everyone that wasn't vampires and werewolves were to go outside. Willow half wondered when her next injection would be. They told her it was to help null the voice in her head. All it did was give her a massive headache and make her so nauseous that every time she moved too fast it caused he to have to fight back the contents of her stomach, which was usually empty. She looked up at the sky as she found a spot in the corner of the prison yard. She hugged her legs to her chest, resting her chin on her knees. She was off in her own world, when the same inmate from the dining hall, if it could even be called that, came over to her.
"You're in my spot again... Since you didn't learn your lesson the first time, I'll teach it to you physically," The inmate said in a loud gravelly voice. Willow jumped up out of the way, trying to avoid an altercation.
"I-I-I d-d-don't w-w-want t-to f-fight y-you," Willow managed to stammer out. Willow had been trained in martial arts her entire life and didn't want to hurt the inmate. The inmate swung, and she dodged quickly out of the way. The inmate lumbered toward her again. The inmates fist almost made contact with Willow's face. Willow jabbed the inmate harshly in the stomach and the side of the neck simultaneously. The inmate collapsed to the ground, a small pool of blood at the mouth. Guards came rushing over, tackling Willow. She was put in handcuffs and shackles, before she was allowed off the ground.
"What did you do?" They kept asking her over and over again as they led her to Garath's observatory. All she could focus on was the feeling of impending doom that dominated the pit of her stomach. The guard knocked loudly on the door.
OOC: @blackwolf Garath's in a observatory/security room above the common room everyone else is in. There's no access to him without a guard escort. I do like the idea of you having a scheduled appointment with him though hehe
Garath watched as Quentin Lennox strolled outside almost in direct pursuit of Willow Harquinn. Lennox was a brute of a man, big, bald and with a nasty attitude. Garath saw the man as utterly unremarkable and pointless but like everyone else in his facility he took an interest in his life. The minute Quentin left he knew Harquinn would end up dropping the man in a bloody heap. He was well aware of her martial arts background and knew Lennox would force her to use it. Garath turned to the guard captain standing behind him.
"You may want to take some men with you into the prison yard. Mr. Lennox is about to have a rough day."
The guards left and returned shortly with Willow in handcuffs. They knocked on the door and with a nod from Garath another guard opened it allowing Willow to be brought in and dropped at his feet.
"Thank you Captain, that'll be all."
Garath said flatly as his eyes fixed on Willow. The guard captain nodded and left with his men leaving only a hand full of staff in the room with Gatenby and Willow. Garath didn't speak to her right away. He just stared. His cold, calculating eyes seemingly scanning her entire body. It was several long, uncomfortable moments before he spoke.
"I'd ask if you were alright but I can see Mr. Lennox came out with the worst of it."
Garath said casually as if he was speaking with an old friend.
Willow had been staring at her feet the whole time she had been escorted to Garath.
"I'd ask if you were alright but I can see Mr. Lennox came out with the worst of it," he said, his tone was casual. Willow winced when he spoke. All she could do was sit there in fear, while she waited for him to continue. She wondered if the bruising below her left eye was as bad as it felt.
"Look him in the eye, love, you were only defending yourself," the voice said gently.
Willow closed her eyes for a moment. She could feel her heart beat increase and her palms grow moist. She couldn't force herself to look at him. He was far more scarier than any of the prisoners in the whole place. She began trembling slightly. Perhaps, Garath would go easy on her if she remained in her current state of terror.
Garath's gaze narrowed as he studied her reaction. Hesitation, uncertainty, terror.
"Take the cuffs off her."
Garath said suddenly breaking the silence in the room. The guard looked at him with a surprised expression.
"Sir?"
Garath didn't repeat himself. With little more than a look the guard swallowed hard and did his duty, releasing Willow from the cuffs. The guard returned to his position just before Garath spoke again.
"Now get her a chair."
Gatenby's tone seemed more than demanding. Perhaps Garath was annoyed by the guard's attempt at questioning him. Perhaps he felt the need defend Willow after her ordeal only to be treated unfairly by some nameless prison guard. Whatever the case the guard hurried to do as he was told, bringing a chair and setting it behind Willow.
"Thank you... Now get out."
Garath demanded. The guard nodded obediently, the worry evident on the young man's face as he hurried out of the room. The second he left Garath's tone changed to a warm, relaxed demeanor.
"I'm sorry about that Willow. Please take a seat."
He said kindly as he walked toward the window and looked out at the inmates below.
Willow stood completely still as the cuffs were removed. She was unsure of what was going and it was terrorizing her insides. Why was he being so nice? She honestly hadn't meant to hurt the guard, Mr. Lennox was his name. She had being attacked by the inmate, and the guards hadn't tried to level her down before they attacked her. She was in defense mode.
"I-I'm s-s-sorry f-for h-h-hurting m-m-Mr. L-L-Lennox," Willow stammered, her face still making eye contact with the ground, "I-It w-was a-a-an a-a-a-accident." She closed her eyes, still trembling slightly. She began feeling a tad light-headed. She fell backwards into the chair. She took a steady breath that brought clarity to her thoughts. The light-headed feeling went away. She hoped he'd just pump her full of more medication. She could deal with nausea and throwing up for a couple days straight.
"Don't cower like that. He'll just use it against you," the voice whispered inside her head.
Abram sighed as he heard Jane yell out to the vampires and werewolves for those horrible injections, that made him feel weak. Oh how he wanted to take a bite out of Jane's neck right now, how angry she made him for calming them 'pathetic things'. "She just won't stop babbling on." He sighed while thinking to himself, as he moved to the left with the others vampires, watching each of them get the injection and walked back to their cells or back outside. Being second to last to get his shot, he calmed himself, not really liking anyone touching him at the moment. Matter of fact, he didn't like anyone touching him at all.
Garath turned when she finally spoke. She stammered out her response. Nothing but apologies and explanations. Garath crossed the room and crouched in front of so he was eye level with the young woman.
"Willow..."
He said, his tone commanding yet reassuring.
"You don't need to be afraid. You're not in any trouble."
Willow seemed unable to meet his gaze. Not something uncommon. Most people found looking Garath in the eye unnerving, it was something he'd become accustomed to. Despite that he wanted Willow to look at him. He wanted her attention. He needed her to make the connection, for her own sake.
"Willow... Look at me."
Willow couldn't force herself to look him in the eye. Not that he didn't have beautiful eyes, but he terrified her. He came over and crouched in front of her.
"Willow..." Garath said, his tone implied that he was in charge, but wasn't quite angry at her.
"You don't need to be afraid. You're not in any trouble." Willow's gaze remained at the floor. She couldn't quite grasp what he was saying right away. She blinked a couple times.
Willow...Look at me." Garath's voice commanded.
Willow took a deep breath to steady herself. She raised her head slowly, until she was looking him directly in the eyes. Her pale grey eyes gazing into his brilliant blue eyes. A slight psychotic glint was in them, kind of like a curious, but frightened wild animal. She wanted to know what he had to say. She wanted to know why she wasn't in trouble.
After that horrible injections, Alex went outside. He saw the human girl taken by the guards and sighed. He didn't like when the humans were hurt, but he knew he couldn't do anything for her. But he wanted to talk to Garath. He approached near a guard and said:
"Can I talk to Garath please? I took the medicine!" He said and rolled his eyes.
He had a question for him.. He was here the first and he knew Garath the best.
Jane Gatenby
Jane was sat in her office soing some paper work before the guards brought Rusty to her office, she frowned slightly as she looked into her mirror, her lips still paintred perfectly, her skin flawless was well as her eyes, looking bright and beautiful. Her hair still onver one shoulder she gasped seeing some faint grey hairs at the root but then sighed
"I don't have time to dye this hair..." she muttered softly hearing a knock on her door as well as alot of shouting and screaming "yes?"
"Miss Gatenby you have Rusty" gearing one of her brother's guard say with a slight struggle in his voice.↲"good. Let her in" Jane replied hearing Rusty shouting and screaming swear words as she got thrown in her office.
Willow struggled but raised her gaze to meet his. Her eyes looked into his and his gaze held her in thrall. It was if he was looking inside of her, examining every part of her being. The slightest smile etched its way onto Garath's face as he gave Willow a slow nod.
"That's good... That's good Willow."
His smile faded and he paused allowing her the moment of calm. The serenity in his voice emanating the solace she had with him in this moment.
"You're special Willow... Even here. I'm always intrigued by unique individuals. You're past is checkered, but whose isn't? The paragon's of justice and virtue don't exist. Not in the real world. In the real world it is people like you, and people like me that stand on the edge of oblivion to save humanity."
Garath paused once more letting the gravity of his words sink in. He rose and turned around, walking back to the window overlooking the common room.
"Violence is not something we condone here... but on the same token how can I reprimand the saviors of our species for fighting the same battle I fight everyday."
Garath reached into his pocket and pulled out his silver cigarette case. He pressed the button release, exposing its contents. He slid a cigarette out of the case and lighted it smoothly. He took a long drag before continuing.
"Whether you know it or not, or even believe me, humanity's standing on the brink. There's going to come a time when you're going to have to choose. I hope you make the right decision."
Just after he finished there was a knock on the door. Garath's cold blue eyes flicked up after a quick nod informing one of his guard to open it. The Captain of the guard stood in the doorway at full attention.
"Sir, one of the inmates requests to speak with you. A werewolf."
For the third time within the same hour the hint of a smile dawned on Garath's face which was a rarity for the stoic man.
"Mr. Luna I presume..."
He stated. The guard seemed unnerved by Garath's knowledge but nodded.
"Yes sir."
Gararth took a puff of his cigarette before speaking again.
"I still have some time before my next appointment. Escort Ms. Harquinn back to her cell and have Mr. Luna brought to my office. I'll speak with him there."
"Yes sir."
The captain replied crisply before stepping inside the room to collect Willow. As he ushered Willow out Garath kept his eyes on her. They followed her until she was well out of the room. Garath stayed in the observatory for several more minutes before heading back to his office. Once there he took his seat as usual behind his desk and spun the chair around so he could look at the mural on his wall of the dying sun.
