Sports ~ "I love playing sports. Well in truth I just love being active. My parents like to make jokes that I have ADD or ADHA because I hate being still. I'm the captain of the football and basketball team and giving the fact that we've one championships for both teams last year I would say am a good one."

Parties ~ "What jock doesn't love a good party. Hot girls. Free booze. Good music. What's better?"

Girls ~ "Am a guy. Is it really a surprise that girls would make my list. I mean really what kind of guy doesn't like girls. Even gay guys like girls. Of course not the way the say same way that normal real guys do but they still like girls to do all that girly shit with."

Movies ~ "Guns. Blood. Fast Cars. Fighting. Those are the kinds of movies that I love. I won't lie and say that I've never seen the Notebook or Dear John but in my defense I only watch them to get laid. So that in itself makes it totally worth it."

Video Games ~ "Call of Duty. Modern Warfare. Grand Theft Auto. Yeah when it comes to video games I am a total guy. While I can't sit down long enough to do boring stuff like study or read a book I could definitely spend hours in the game room just playing video games."

Food ~ "Junk food. Fast food. My mom's food. I just love food. It sucks because my coaches all want me to workout and eat right, and while the workouts are not a problem the eating right is fucking difficult."

Dislikes

People Calling Him Dumb ~ "Am not the smartest guy in the world. I know that and I accept it. Books just aren't my thing, but one of the things that I hate is when people call dumb or assume am stupid just because am a jock. Just because am not a damn nerd getting straight A's down my report card doesn't mean am an idiot."

People Calling Him A Bully ~ "Have I at times found my fist ramming into some guy's face? Yes I have. Does that make me a bully? I don't think so."

Losing ~ "Call it competitiveness or me just being a guy but I hate losing. Whether it be video games or sports or whatever I just don't like losing."

Crying ~ "I hate it when girls cry. I don't care if I know you or if I don't know I don't want to see it. Hell I don't want to hear it either. You don't know how many girls I have stayed with longer than I've wanted because they started crying when I was breaking up with them. In the end I just ended up cheating on them but that's not my fault. I didn't still want to be with them they made me guilty with their tears."

Teachers ~ "Am not gonna say that I dislike all teachers because I don't. I've had some pretty cool teachers here and there but some of them are just assholes. Those are the ones I despise."

Despite what his reputation may have you think Tristan Torres is actually a really good guy. In many ways he probably is your stereotypical jock. He sucks when it comes to academics. He does occasionally tease or shove some random unpopular loser into something or somewhere. He is extreme good at and devoted to his sports. Tristan is also somewhat of a womanizer. However, when you take the time to look beyond the stereotype you will find that he is at least capable of being a decent human being. At least to those in his own social circle.

Tristan Torres is known wherever he goes for being a charmer. He doesn't try to be he just has a natural charisma to him that makes him likeable. When he wants to, he can be the sweetest and most caring guy. This is probably what attracts so many girls to him. Along with the fact that Tristan is an incredibly good listener. Although guys either don't pay attention or just don't stick around for the conversation but Tristan does. He'll be the ear for all your problems and your shoulder to cry on when your all talked out. Despite being a good listener he's probably not the best person to ask advice from because at the end of the day he is a guy and he sucks at giving advice.

Tristan is very supportive of his friends and if there is something that they need from him that he can give them or anything he can do for them he'll do it without a second thought. Tristan isn't a fan a drama although in this high school there never seems to be a lack of it. He does his best to avoid the drama and keep the peace, within his clique and social group. While his mother would say he's immature Tristan just likes to have fun. He doesn't take many much seriously outside of his sports and his friendships. And food.

He'll never admit it out loud but Tristan is a sensitive guy. He won't burst into to tears if you call him a mean name or anything small like that but he does take the things that people say to heart. At least he takes to heart the things said by the people he actually cares about. He doesn't like feeling like he's inferior to others which is why the sports that he plays and winning is so important to him. While he is isn't a brainiac he strives when it comes to sports. Which is why he throws himself into his games because its something he is actually good at.

When it comes down to it, he’s a boy that plays hard and loves harder, and tries his best to be the person he wants to be. He’ll fight for the people he truly loves, with little to no thoughts about his own well being. There are times when he can be selfish, but this is not a usual thing.

History
Tristan was raised by a single mom for the majority of his life. He's never met his father and doesn't know anything about the man. Which doesn't bother him at all. When he was twelve his mother got married and they moved into his step-father's house. The man his mother married didn't live alone as he too had a child who after the wedding official became his step-sister. Christina was two year's younger than Tristan which made him a big brother. Things weren't peachy at first but in time the new family actually did become a real family.

While he had never had a real father Christina's father was the only father figure he had ever had in his life. The man treated Tristan as if he was his own flesh and blood and to Tristan Christina's father was as much he's father as he was hers. Same went for Christina as the two truly became brother and sister. They'd confided in each other, fought each other and grew to love each other.

Tristan got into sports in junior high school. He tried different sports playing baseball, basketball, football, soccer, tennis and even hockey. Out of all the sports the only ones that stuck until high school were basketball and football. So he dedicated himself to those to sports playing football in fall and basketball in the spring. Not really made for academics he's hoping to get scouted this year so that he can get a full scholarship to the college of his choice.

"Mickey I don't know where the hell you are but where ever you are whatever your doing get your ass to school now! I am so bored without you and you know how I get when I get bored." With a low sigh Aaliyah ended her voice-mail to her missing in action bestie and hit the end button on her iphone. Aaliyah would usually meet up with Mikaela at Starbucks before school because it's the only place Mikaela ever likes to have breakfast, but since this morning Mikaela seemed to be neglecting her phone Aaliyah ended up skipping breakfast all together. Eating breakfast alone just didn't seem as appealing as doing it with a friend.

Where Mikaela was Aaliyah no longer had the time to ponder over because first period was starting and she actually liked art. Enough to be on time for it instead of being her usually fashionably late self. She didn't need any of her real books for art so she shoved her entire bag into her locker. Looking at her reflection one last time in the mirror that she'd placed on the inside of the locker door she shut her locker. Walking through the halls as if it was her own personal runaway as she walked the people moved out of her way without her having to mutter a single word. People at Manor Hill High feared her and they also respected her. There was a good balance going on.

Tristan had been standing outside of Ashley's home for about ten minutes ringing the bell. Ashley had already missed the first week of school which Tristan gave her without a problem. However, there was no way in hell he was about to let her cut out the second week as well. Taking out his emergency key that she had given him a few years back he unlocked the front door and entered the mansion. Turning the lock back he headed up the marble staircase to the second level of the house and walked down the hall to Ashley's bedroom. Without so much as a knock he turned the knob and pushed opened the door entering the sleeping beauty's chambers.

He wasn't surprised to find her still asleep and chuckled to himself as he walked over to the bed. Taking off his shoes he leaped onto the bed landing on top of Ashley, "WAKE UP!" He yelled as he rolled onto the other side of the bed and stood up as he jumped up and down on the bed like a child on Christmas day waking up their parents. "GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!"

What the hell?! The bouncing up and down rhythm of her bed and the annoying loud voice of Tristan's was making it impossible to sleep. Ashley covered her face with her pillow "Go away!" her voice was muffled by the pillow not that it really mattered since she knew there was no chance he was going to stop till she got up. "GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!" As annoying as he was she had to admit Tristan sure as hell was persistent. With a loud groan of defeat Ashley threw her covering off of her as she looked at the five year old trapped in an eighteen year old body and couldn't help but laugh. "You have no idea how much I hate you right now!", she said as she rolled out of the bed. Grabbing her pillow she threw it aiming at his head. "Get off my bed you damn monkey! Also remind me to take that key back from you later."

Yawning as she made her way over into he dresser she grabbed her cell phone that was resting on top of it and turned it on to see the time. She wouldn't have time to eat breakfast today if she wanted to make to class on time. Lowly sighing she placed her phone back on top of the dresser and started rummaging through the drawers to find something to wear. She was far too tired to carry about what is was she was throwing on and was fully dressed and ready to go in ten minutes. "Lets go jockstrap! We both know I wouldn't want to be late.", the sarcasm in her voice was evident as she exited her room ahead of him.

Getting into her jeep she didn't wait for Tristan to get into his car to pull off. With the way Tristan drove it wasn't like she had to worry about him catching up. It was because he liked to drive like he was in some fast and the furious movie that even thought she didn't really feel like driving she was going to. The ride from her place to school wasn't a very long one and as she parked her car in the student parking lot she walked into school. She would be seeing Tristan next period so there was no reason for goodbyes as she went straight to music.

Mikaela was running extremely late today but that was not going to stop her morning Starbucks breakfast. She listened to Aaliyah's last voice-mail as waited for the worker to come back with her order. She laughed to herself as the message ended and stuck the phone back in her bag as the woman came back to the counter. "One sausage & cheddar sandwich, one spinach & feta wrap, a double chocolaty chip frappuccino blend and a strawberry & crème frappuccino blend. Will that be all?" Mikaela knew Aaliyah well enough to know that she would skip breakfast without her so she had gotten her breakfast. A starved Aaliyah was not one anyone wanted to be around. "Yeah that's all." Mikaela said with a smile as she handed the money to the cashier "Thanks. Keep the change." Taking the food and drinks Mikaela left the coffee house and went on her way to school.

By the time she got to school the first bell had already rung so she walked to class as quickly as she could without spilling the beverages. Getting to class she slipped in while the teacher was doing something on the board and took the empty seat next to Aaliyah. Fixing her clothes on her body she looked at her friend with an apologetic look, "I know am late don't kill me. I got you a wrap and your strawberry frappe." she said sliding Aaliyah her breakfast. "Ms.Taylor!" Mikaela was slightly startled by the teacher calling for her attention. "Yes." The teacher looked at her with a disapproving look "This is an art studio Ms.Taylor not the cafeteria." Mikaela nodded "Sorry. Late morning. Won't happen again. I promise." If it wasn't for the fact that Mikaela and Mrs.Stein were cool she would have made them throw out the food. With a small nodded Mrs.Stein went back to what she was doing as Mikaela looked at Aaliyah and just giggled as she started to unwrap her sandwich.

"You have no idea how much I hate you right now!" Tristan laughed aloud and respond back with "Pssh! You know you love me." He continued bouncing up and down on the bed as if it was trampoline. "Get off my bed you damn monkey! Also remind me to take that key back from you later." Tristan dodged the pillow that was thrown at his head and laughed as he did a back-flip off the bed, "No take backs!" he shouted as he picked up the pillow off the floor where it landed and placed it back on the bed.

He watched as Ashley made her way over to her dresser to pick out something to wear. "Am gonna go down to the kitchen. Brb.", he was starving and was praying that there was going to be something in the Daniels kitchen to he could stuff his face with. Leaving Ashley alone in the room he went down the marble stairs and walked through the empty hallway to the kitchen. Rummaging through the cabinets he found the snacks and grabbed a honey bun and a devil dog. Grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge he headed back upstairs. Just cause Ashley was skipping breakfast didn't mean he was going to.

"Lets go jockstrap! We both know I wouldn't want to be late.", Tristan didn't even make it through the door before Ashley walked past him out the door. "Guess am snacking on the go." he said following behind the redhead. Locking the front door behind him he got in his car and took a couple minutes to scrafed down his nutritious breakfast. Once he was done he crumbled up the plastic wrappers and stuffed them in one of the empty cup holders being to lazy to throw it away. Pulling off the drive to the school was average and didn't take very long. After parking his car he took his bag out of the passenger seat and grabbed his garbage and entered the school. Throwing his trash into the first trash can he came across he walked to his locker saying a few hellos here and there to the people he came across. Tossing his bag into his locker he locked it back and semi jogged to workshop as he was running late.

"I know am late don't kill me. I got you a wrap and your strawberry frappe." Aaliyah smiled as Mikaela slide her morning breakfast towards her. She was glad that at least one of them had gone to Starbucks today. "Well, seeing as you did get me my faves I'll spare you. Just this once however so don't make it habit." Had she been saying these words to anybody else she probably would have meant it but this was Mikaela. So her words held no real threat as she began unwrapping her spinach & feta wrap. She was about to say something to Mikaela when the teacher opened her mouth. The look of annoyance on her face was clearly visible as she took a bite out of her wrap.

She didn't understand why their teacher was making such a big deal out of nothing. I mean so Mickey was a couple of minutes late for class it wasn't like this was one of the major classes. I mean for crying out loud they were in art and it was first period. Lighten the hell up. As Mrs.Stein went back to doing her job Aaliyah shook her head as she looked at Mikaela sipping on her strawberry beverage. Setting her drink down she looked at their art teacher and scoffed looking back at her friend "Remind me again why am in this class. I don't even like art." With a low sigh and a roll of her eyes she went back to eating as the teacher began talking about what their first project of the semester would be.

Art class was fun for Agatha. Granted, the teacher was not great at explaining things, yet it did not deter from her joy at the subject and getting to make something pretty. She wasted no time in completing the project for the day before she overheard the conversation between Aaliyah, Mikaela, and Blair. She had to admit, she thought Blair was handsome, and somewhat funny. Aaliyah, of course, she figured could stand to not be so controlling. Agatha never bothered to say anything about it, however, opting to focus on her studies and family.

During class, she was so busy with a sketch she worked on in her spare time, she accidentally shoved her eraser away from her and off the desk. "Oops. Must've gotten a little carried away." Looking around, she asked herself, "Hmmm... where could it have gone?" Her question was immediately answered when one of the male classmates presented the lost item to her, which she gladly received back with a gentle smile and a sweet, "Thank you!" One of the other male classmates encourage the boy to go for it and ask her out, which made him awkward, but Agatha giggled and said, "Oh, don't worry about it! He's just being sweet, is all!"

Then, the bell rang. Picking up her things, she went out the door and made her way to the locker, which was next to Blair's. She waved to him politely before grabbing her books for Physics and walking to that class. Along the way, boys she walked past stopped to gaze at her without her noticing. Sure, Aaliyah may be feared and respected, yet there were still a great deal of boys that simply and secretly adored Agatha for more reasons than one. Her trim and simplistic beauty, her intelligence, her compassion, even the way she often manages to put a smile on people's faces draws the guys to her like a magnet. Ironically, she never figured that out, thinking they were simply being kind to her. Much gossip is about that whoever would win her heart would be a hero around school.

Halfway to her destination, her favorite relatives spotted her and began to walk alongside her, one on each side. Akira, naturally, asked if anyone was a bother to her, and she, as usual, answered to the negative in a happy mood. Once in the Physics classroom, Agatha sat at her usual spot up front, Akira right behind her to keep his eye on her in case anyone were to try anything disrespectful. Yoshio, naturally, decided to sit next to Kueng, giving him a wink as he did so.

From there, the music fanatic tapped the shoulder of Akira, directly in front of him, and said to his cousin, "Akira-kun, did you notice how Lily-chan is smitten by you?"

Akira raised an eye-brow. "You mean Lillian? No, no I haven't, Yoshio." His eyes squinting, he asked, "What are you getting at?"

Yoshio shrugged. "Well, I wouldn't want my little cousin to be all alone, now would I?" He playfully nudged Akira and added with a sly grin, "Come on! Step up to the plate! Give her a chance!"

"I'll think about it," was Akira's simple answer. He glanced over in Lillian's direction for a brief moment, then thought to himself as to how such a thing would work due to the fact he and Lillian barely knew each other, at the moment. Of course, he refocused his attention to his notes after a fraction of time.

Yoshio rolled his eyes. "You're hopeless, Akira-kun. You really are."

Meanwhile, Agatha glanced over at Blair for a moment, taking in his mischievous demeanor, and softly giggled to herself before reviewing her notes for the third time that day. She was always a book worm, not to mention a great athlete. It is difficult to find that combination. How she did it is a mystery to some people, but for her, it was simply time management.

Before he knew the bell was ringing and students quickly raced out of the class to go and social or get their books or more importantly talk to their friends. Tristan said long enough to clean his station and wash the grease off of his hands and arms. After saying goodbye to his teacher he entered the hallway and made his way to locker. Retrieving his Physics book, a notebook and a pen he locked his locker back then hung out in the halls for about five minutes as he talked to friends before finally heading to class. Walking into class he was late but teachers were used to it from people from his clique so nothing was said. Taking the available sit next to Ashley he smiled "Look who's still here. I would have thought used cut out and go home."

Entering the room behind Mikaela she followed her to the back of the room and took a seat beside her. Her eyes glanced around the room and she was not happy with what she was seeing. People like Blair Bellamy should not be sitting with let alone talking to doe-eyed nobodies like whoever the hell the girl he was sitting next to was. Especially after just being seen with the two hottest girls in the entire school. That was just a major no no. Plus her ex-boyfriend was sitting with her ex-best friend. It's not like she was jealous of their friendship or anything, it was just the principle of the matter.

The loud shatter drew her attention to a mess probably made by some klutz. There was a crowd of bodies in the front of the room cleaning up a mess that literally only took one person a couple of damn paper towels. Rolling her eyes she glanced over at Mikaela who was busily at work completely their lab. Aaliyah would help her if she knew anything about Physics. Both girls had classes that were their strengths and weaknesses, while neither girl was all that great when it came to Physics Mikaela was far better at it than herself. Glancing back up to the front of the room the commotion had died down and most of the group had disbanded leaving just her friend Lillian and that loser Akira.

For whatever ungodly reason she knew that Lillian was attracted to the loser and for the life of her she couldn't see why. He wasn't even good looking. Aaliyah had a keen eye and it didn't slip pass her when Akira slipped Lillian a piece of paper. The sight made her want to gag. Oh hell no! Nudging Mikaela she pointed to the display of awfulness going on in front of her. "Did you see that?! If that's what I think it is I will rain on kinds of hell down upon this school. We cannot let our friend settle for the likes of that! Are you listening to me?!"

While she did like school Christina despised Mondays. After lounging around and having fun all weekend it was such a drag to have to wake up at six in the morning to make it to school. Plus it always seemed like time moved at a snail's pace on Mondays. She felt like she had been in school for hours and yet it was only 8:15 and she was still in her first period class. As her history spoke about the history she expected everyone to do for tomorrow Christina packed up her things as she waited for the last three minutes of class to pass.

When the did the bell rung and the students all got up out of their seats and headed for the single door at the front of the room. Due to Tristan wanting to go by Ashley's house before school Christina had taken the bus to school not wanting to be a bother to her parents and not having her permit yet. Without her brother there rushing her along she had gotten to school late and hadn't been able to stop by her locker to due her usual drop off pick up.

Walking through the busy halls of Manor Hill High she made her way to her locker. Tossing her leather jacket into her locker she grabbed her algebra 2 textbook and slid it into her bag. Seeing as she used a binder for all her classes she didn't have a million and one notebooks for different subjects which she was thankful for. Closing her locker she snapped the lock closed and pushed her sunglasses to the top of her head and maneuvered her way through the crowds to her math class.

Placing Friday's homework on the teacher's desk as she entered the room she went to the middle row and took a seat. Getting out her textbook, binder, calculator and lead pencil she opened her textbook to the page written on the board and began doing the first five problems that the class was going to do once the usual late attendants arrived.

"Look who's still here. I would have thought used cut out and go home." Ashley looked up and smiled at the sight of Tristan. "Oh believe me I considered it. But knowing you I figured you'd just follow me home and bring me back here. So instead of going through all of that I just came to class." Sliding the assignment to the middle of the table so that they could share she turned her notebook so that he could read her notes and answers. Anyone who knew Tristan knew that he wasn't the brightest when it came to book smarts. So when it came to shared assignments she would do the solving and if presentations were needed that's where Tristan came in. Which was perfect for Ashley as she hated having everyone's undivided attention on her whenever teachers made her come up to the front of the room.

While Aaliyah was busy surveying the classroom Mikaela was hard at work racking her brain to solve their Physics assignment. Physics was by no means her strong suit but with Aaliyah preoccupied with everything but Mikaela was on her own on this one. Tapping her pen on the desk she chewed on the inside of her lip. A habit she had developed when she couldn't figure things out. Looking up to the front of the room she wondered if Ashley had it all figured out. Knowing her she probably did. Of course because Ali and Ash were still at odds with one another she couldn't go up to her and ask for Ashley's help. Well she could but then Aaliyah head would spin like that creepy girl's in the Last Exorcism before finally exploding.

The commotion from the front of the room only captured her attention for a moment before she went back to doing her work. Mikaela might have been better at Physics than Aaliyah but the work was still a challenge for her, although she was making progress. Feeling a nudge against her shoulder Mikaela kept working as her friend began ranting. "Did you see that?! If that's what I think it is I will rain on kinds of hell down upon this school. We cannot let our friend settle for the likes of that! Are you listening to me?!" Mikaela laughed, "Yes, Ali I hear you." Looking up from her work she looked forward to see just what it was that had Aaliyah about to raise all kinds of hell.

Aaliyah was very much about preserving the social standings of high school. Which was expected of those at the top of the social ladder as she and Aaliyah were. Mikaela didn't really care so much about who dated who as long as it didn't personally affect her. Lillian and Mikaela were friends and had been for years, she had known for awhile that she had a crush in the school but she hadn't figured out just who yet. Now with this note all was clear. "Aaliyah do me a favor and calm the fuck down chica! No need to go opening the depths of hell over a damn note. We don't even know what the thing says. Will talk to her later about it." Mikaela turned her attention back to the assignment. Class was going to end in ten minutes and she still had two questions to finish before the bell rung.

"Aaliyah do me a favor and calm the fuck down chica! No need to go opening the depths of hell over a damn note. We don't even know what the thing says. Will talk to her later about it." Aaliyah groaned loudly in annoyance. If anyone else had suppose to her like that she would already been a work scheming of ways to destroy them. Or in the least they would have gotten bitch slapped. However, this was Mikaela who was speaking to her so all she could do was shut up and wait, but just because she wasn't talking about it didn't mean she wasn't still thinking about it.

If it turned out that the note was what she thought it was being so kind of date. Then they would do things Mikaela's way. At first. Of course when the ways of words ultimately failed then she would get to do things her way. That way being the way that she preferred things as it was always a thousand times more fun. The bell rung moments later and the second it did Aaliyah got up out of her seat and walked over to Lillian. "Hey Brandon! Lil we need to talk."

Tristan observed Ashley's work as he jotted down her notes into his notebook. He was glad that he had pretty much the exact same schedule as so many of his friends. Everyone knew that he wasn't the smartest book wise and instead of making fun of him about it they'd help him. By help most of the time that just meant giving him the answers but there were a couple of hard asses who always wanted to do things the hard way by actually trying to teach him the material. He went to those people last.

"You know me well. After all the work I put in just to get you out the door today. I would have definitely been right back at your house dragging you out by your ankles." Tristan laughed as he pushed her book back to her, "Thank you." The bell sounded a couple of minutes after and Tristan took the completely lab up to the front of the room. "See you in history!" Tristan needed to stop by his locker before his next class and transfer books. Plus Ashley didn't really do his usual passing mingle.

"I had to look good enough so I could sit next to you." Christina replied with a simple giggle as she finished what was going to be tonight's homework. Looking up at the clock the bell was seconds from ringing so she started packing up her stuff. Rylie standing up leaned over her shoulder and whispered into her ear again. "And we both know you love it when I whisper in your ear." Laughing Christina just shook her head as the bell rang and Rylie was out the door.

Getting up from her desk she walked to the front of the room and handed her teacher the homework. "Nice work today Christina. Maybe next time you can refrain from sitting next to certain students." Christina knew exactly who the teacher was referring to and simply nodded in understanding. "Yes ma'am." Exiting the classroom Christina walked through the halls until she reached her locker. She stuffed her entire bag into the locker not needing anything in it for gym class.

Locking her lock back she turned around and was startled to see her brother standing behind her. "Jesus Tris!" She punched him in his shoulder which just made him laugh. "Scusi. Non volevo spaventarti." Both Christina and Tristan were fluent bilinguals speaking both English and Italian. It was uncommon for them to go back and forth between the two languages when having a conversation. "What do you have next?" Tristan asked as he looped his arm around Christina's shoulder and pulled her in as they began walking down the hall. "I've got gym. You?" Tristan groaned, "History. God I miss having gym! It was best subject." Christina laughed, "Il tuo tale jock!"

Tristan rolled his eyes as they stopped in front of the girls locker room. "I'll see you at lunch." He said playful nudging her towards the door. "Alrighty." Partially pushing opening the locker room door she eyed her brother trying to seek a peek through the crack. "Get out of here! Cosa striscia!" Tristan chuckled as he backed away slowly with his hands raised before turning around and running off to get to the class that he was now late for.

Italian to English translations

Scusi. Non volevo spaventarti. - Sorry. Didn't mean to scare you.
Il vostro un tale jock! - Your such a jock!
Cosa striscia! - Creeper

As the three girls exited the room Mikaela lowly groaned at the sight of the guy who had started all this drama with his inability to pass a damn note discreetly. Now here he was waiting outside the classroom like a stalker leeching to Lillian's side as the walked. "Yoshio can overreact, sometimes. I could have intervened, but knowing him, it would not have worked. Perhaps reverse therapy is what he needs in order to learn to keep his cool. That temper of his is going to get him into trouble, one of these days. It's a wonder he hasn't received a black eye, by now." OMG! These frickin' japs are gonna give me a migraine. Mikaela just wanted everyone to move on. What happened back in Physics was far from a big deal. Aaliyah didn't even seem to be stressing the little debacle so she didn't get why Akira even felt the need to talk about it.

Fixing his glance to see all three of the dazzling beauties he continued talking to Mikalea's displeasure. "Yep, I heard the whole conversation. Nothing new, concerning the petty insults. Doesn't even bother me." Mikale rolled her eyes in annoyance. She hadn't even uttered an insult towards Akira or his cousin but if Akira kept plucking at her last good nerve he was going to get an ear full. "Really?! I hadn't noticed how unbothered you were by the "petty insults" you just had to bring up." Her tone was slick with sarcasm as the neared their next class. Mikaela didn't even like Economics but if it got Akira to shut up and take a hike it was welcomed.

"Ladies first." Mikaela refrained from saying anything as she just walked pass him entering the room. As if her nerves weren't already on edge due to the events that ended last class, Mr. Sobel was on his bullshit. Akira apologized for the group as he entered the room behind the females. "Sorry does not cut it. You four will serve detention, today, after school. Mister Apostolos, I will let your football coach know about this tardy and punishment." Mikaela scoffed at the teacher's words which he clearly heard as he addressed Mikaela. "You have something you want to say Ms.Taylor." Mikaela thought about it for a moment before speaking. "As a matter of fact I do. ¡Adiós!" Turning to Aaliyah and Lillian she spoke again, "I'll see you gals in English. Will talk about the whole note thing during lunch." Leaving the classroom she headed to her dad's office.

Ashley had watched the little thing that transpired between the reigning queen and her friend from the music club. She didn't exactly feel like what Yoshio had done was the smart move but it was surely a ballsy one. She was just hoping it didn't come back to bite him in the ass sooner or later. She had witnessed the powers of the wicked witch of the manor first hand and it wasn't always pretty. However, it didn't seem like Aaliyah was really giving Yoshio the time of day at the moment so she figured he was in the clear. At least for the time being until the girl got bored.

She sat sideways with her back against the wall and her legs swung over Tristan's lap. She had her book in her lap and was writing down the notes on the board when the girls and Akira had shown up late. Of course in true hard-ass Sobel fashion he gave the four teens after-school detention. This made Ashley laugh. Not because the thought of the popular kids sitting in detention made her happy but because she knew there was no way Aaliyah and Mikaela would actually be serving detention. Mikaela's father was the principal of the school. No matter what the girl did she would always get off scot-free because she was daddy's little girl. Aaliyah being daddy's little girl's bff meant she would also get let off the hook. Hell there was a good chance the only person serving after-school detention would be Akira which was pretty messed up when you thought about it. Either way it wasn't her problem.

Gossip in high school spread faster than a cheetah running across the Savanna, especially the juicy gossip. It hadn’t even been a full period later and people already knew and were talking what had happened during Ms. Composto Physics class last period. From what Christina got out of the locker room chatter Aaliyah and some dude who no one seemed to know the name of got into some kind of verbal showdown. Giving the fact that no one knew who the guy was Christina chalked him off to be so kind of irrelevant nobody on the social ladder so she couldn’t imagine Aaliyah taking anything he said to seriously. Then again this was Aaliyah and giving up the opportunity to make someone’s life hell wasn’t in her nature.

Christina would get the full details during lunch when she saw her brother and the rest of the gang. For the time being she cut out the chatter and changed into her gym clothes.  Putting her hair up into a messy bun she exited the locker room and jogged to the gym.  The second her foot stepped into the gym she was spotted by the girl’s basketball coach. “Torres!” He blew into the whistle as if she had missed the sound of his booming voice.  Jogging over to her coach she came to a halt in front of the man, “Morning coach!”

“You getting pumped for the season? And when I say the season I mean our season not that damn softball - ”

“Am ready and pumped for both coach.” She didn’t know what the deal was between her basketball coach and her softball coach but whatever the problem was the two hated each other. They had been that way since she met them and probably before she even attended Manor Hill.  She always felt like the monkey in the middle when it came to the two coaches and they both made she to push her like crazy. Wanting to make sure that she was always prepared for their season.

“Go warm up than join Scout out on the court doing laps.” Christina wasn’t waiting around for him to blow that damn whistle again and she went on the sidelines and did a quick warm up to make sure she don’t pull anything during class. When she finished she ran across the court to where Rylie was and started running at the girl’s pace.

As the three popular girls exited their Physics class with arms linked like chains Aaliyah rolled her eyes in annoyance when she saw Akira waiting outside the classroom. She didn’t care if he did play on the football team the guy was no true jock and was annoying as hell. Gravitating to Lillian’s side he apologized for his cousin temper as if anyone cared. "Yoshio can overreact, sometimes. I could have intervened, but knowing him, it would not have worked. Perhaps reverse therapy is what he needs in order to learn to keep his cool. That temper of his is going to get him into trouble, one of these days. It's a wonder he hasn't received a black eye, by now." Rolling her eyes she glanced over at Mikaela who appeared to be just as annoyed with this jerk off as she was.

“Well that black eye could always be arranged.” While setting someone up for a beat down wasn’t really Aaliyah’s style she did have the power to make it happen and if pushed she wasn’t above it. "Yep, I heard the whole conversation. Nothing new, concerning the petty insults. Doesn't even bother me." This made Aaliyah laugh as she yet again rolled her eyes.  “Congrats on that. Maybe you should consider teaching your cousin the same trait. Or at least how to mind his own damn business when things don’t concern him.”, she added after Mikaela spoke. "Ladies first.", Akira spoke as they reached the Economics class room.

Entering the classroom behind Lillian Mr. Sobel wasted no time opening his mouth.  She rolled her eyes as Akira apologized like a polite Christian God taught him to be.  Of course Sobel being the obnoxious asshole that he was an apology just wasn’t good enough for the man and he sentenced the four teens to a day of after-school detention. Mikaela scoffed to which Mr. Sobel was not to please to hear.

"You have something you want to say Ms. Taylor?!" Mikalea was obviously at the end of her rope and Mr. Sobel just kept tugging. "As a matter of fact I do. ¡Adiós!" Turning to her and Lillian she spoke again, "I'll see you gals in English. Will talk about the whole note thing during lunch." Aaliyah nodded as Mikaela took her leave.

“Well Ms. Jordan do you plan on standing there the entire class or are you to take a seat?!” Aaliyah glared at her teacher for a moment before taking a seat with a couple of the jocks towards the back of the class. She hadn’t stopped by her locker so she didn’t have her books needed for the class. Not wanting to hear Mr. Sobel mouth again she took out her notebook from last period and had one of the boys copy their notes into her book for her. She would transfer the paper into the right book later.

Tristan watched Mikaela’s blow up and felt bad as she stormed out of the class. She was clearly not having a good Monday. He hoped that things would settle down by next period. He knew high school was all about drama but that didn’t mean he liked it. Ashley laugh got his attention as he just shook his head taking her notebook out of her lap and placing it on his desk.  Coping the notes he just couldn’t wait for this and next period to end so he could finally get to lunch.

Mikaela walked through the empty halls of Manor Hill until she reached the principal's office. When she entered the room her father's receptionist smiled from the other side of the desk, "Good morning Ms.Taylor. How are you doing today?" Closing the door behind her as she entered she spoke, "Morning Nancy! I've been better. Is my father is in his office?" The receptionist nodded as she gave Mikaela is one second finger and picked up the phone. "Sir you daughter is outside and would like to see you. Yes I'll send her in now." Before the woman could hang up the phone Mikaela was opening the door and walking into the office.

"Hey padre." Mikaela said walking in and sitting down in the black leather chair that sat across from the desk. Dropping her bag at the side of the chair she sighed loudly as she looked at her father with her puppy dog face. "Well that doesn't sound good. ¿Qué le pasa a mi hija?" Mikaela loved that she could just stop by her father's office and talk to him whenever she wanted. Friends were great but sometimes you just needed family. "That a-hole Mr. Sobel gave me detention! Well not just me. Me, Ali and Lilly." Her father nodded while her skimmed the paperwork sitting on his desk. "And what did the three of you do that made Mr.Sobel give you guys detention?" Mikaela sighed again, "We got to class late and before you start I know that it's wrong and education is the most important thing in the universe and all that stuff, but you got to admit after-school detention for a lateness is a little harsh. Especially our first lateness! I mean it's the second week of school and these halls are mayhem during passing."

Her father merely chuckled as he shook his head. "Look I'll talk to Mr.Sobel but you and your little gal pals are gonna have to learn how to get to class on time. Because as you said education is the most important thing in the universe and all that stuff." The father and daughter duo shared in a laugh as Mikaela eyes turned and faced the clock hanging on the wall. The bell was about to ring and she was going to have to go to her next class. "So does that mean we don't have detention after-school. Because I really need my girls this week. You know for birthday preparations and what not." Her dad looking up from his papers nodded with a smile. "Just this once Mickey." A smile spread across her face from ear to ear as she got up and rushed over to her father wrapping her arms around the man. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!" This wasn't the first time her father had gotten her or her friends out of trouble and it wouldn't be the last.

As the bell finally rang signaling the end of third period Mikaela kissed her father's cheek and gave him one last you before rushing out of the office. She headed to her locker to get her things for her next class and wait for Aaliyah.

The rest of class was pretty uneventfully as time passed by slowly. Ashley had spent most of the class falling in and out of sleep with Tristan nudging her every so often to keep her being the next person Mr.Sobel assigned detention to. When the bell rang she was happy to finally escape the snooze feast she was in. Jumping to her feet she pack her bag and exited the room to get to her next class.

Rylie Kallin Scout

Rylie knew she was running late to fourth period. The bell had already rang, signalling the end of third period. Rylie had her jeans on, just peeling her tank over her head. Sprinting out of the locker room, Ry stuffed her plaid button up shirt into her backpack, slinging it over her shoulder in her rush to make it to her Speech/Debate class. "Scout!" The gym teacher called out just before Rylie managed to escape. "Great work today. Keep improving and I know we can make it all the way this year. Counting on you kid! Now get to class." Throwing a smile, Ry nodded to her coach. As she exited the gym, she saw the halls thinning and knew the bell was about to ring. She heard a couple of girls giggling as she passed, offering little waves.

"Hey ladies, plenty of this to go around." Rylie smirked, walking backwards as she lifted her tank top a little to show her abdominal muscles. Without caring for their reactions, Ry turned to her locker and grabbed out her speech book. The bell rang, and Rylie groaned, leaning her forehead against the cold metal in exasperation. Her pocket buzzed.

*Your father will be in LA closing a business deal with a client. He'll be back next Tuesday. -Lucile* Of course, Lucile was her father's assistant and occasional fuck-buddy. The woman tried to pretend that she wasn't getting in the older Scout's pants, but Rylie knew better. With a wicked grin, Ry had a plan. She marched to her Speech/Debate class, opening the door with a cocky smirk. As she entered, the teacher Mrs. Nelson glared.

"Well since you decided to make such a big production of your entrance Rylie, how about you be our first volunteer. And your... tank top should cover your shoulders." The woman pushed her thick rimmed glasses up her nose, motioning for Ry to stand in the front of class. A few of the students snickered, and Rylie decided to join them. "We're just going to do an exercise... a short improv speech to help get everyone in the mood for class. Your topic is: I Could Never." Rylie only nodded, biting her lip a bit as she bit back a laugh. Tossing her bag on a chair, she stood in the front of the class. A few of the students knew to expect something from Rylie Scout, and swiftly pulled their phones out to tape it, hiding the devices from the teacher.

"I could never show up late for Speech class." Rylie grinned, staring right at the teacher for a second. "I could never kiss a girl." Winking at some of the girls in class, earning a bunch of laughs. Everyone knew Ry was gay. "I could never stand up here and tell you all that Friday night is going to be epic.... I could never do that, because I could never have an empty house this weekend. And I definitely could NEVER EVER expect to see you all there at say, around 10? Because you all know, I could never throw some sort wild get together. I just could never do that." Ry winked at the teacher before walking up to one of the phones she saw video taping her, whispering right into it. "See you all there. Bring some party favors." With that, she took a seat in her chair, folding her arms and ignoring the teacher's heated glare. Instantly, the video was sent through texts and passed around. Everyone knew about it, and everyone was invited.

Just like every sixteen year old girl in the world Christina wanted nothing more than to get a car and get her license. Of course before she could get either of the two she need to at first get her permit. She could do like Tristan and just keep taking the test until she finally passed but in her mind that was a lot of wasted shopping money in the case that it took her as many attempts as it took him. So when she was offered the driver's ed class she jumped on the opportunity. It was better than going to the DMV and paying to take driving lessons and plus she got school credit. So it was a win-win situation.

For today's class they were all outside doing the taking turns driving over the practice course. Christina had managed to do well at everything expect for the parallel parking which she was bummed about but her teacher had made her feel better saying that everyone had issues with parallel parking. As another student stood up to take a crack at the course Christina rejoined her friends who were busy either looking at their own or each others phones.

"What's going on?", she asked with curiosity figuring some guy had gotten panted in halls again. "Party!" Her friend Anna said pulling Christina down to sit beside her as she handed Christina her cell phone. "Check it out." Taking the phone she saw that he friend had been watching a video that had been uploaded to facebook. Reloading the video she bursted out laughing when she saw it was Rylie. She watched the entire video before handing the phone back to Anna, "Well if I couldn't wait for Friday to get here before I definitely can't wait now. First party of year!"

Aaliyah waited by their lockers for Mikaela to show. Economics had been a bore which she knew it was going to be after Mikaela left her to go vent to her daddy. Aaliyah wasn't in the mood for English but knew after skipping Mr. Sobel class Mikaela wouldn't cut even if she wanted to. Thankfully lunch was right around the corner and she could finally get to the bottom of this thing Lillian had for the Jesus freak. In truth that last name alone should have been enough to drive any respectable girl away. Like who in the hell would ever want to be Mrs. Apostolos.

The pinging sound of a notification hit her ears and instinctually pulled out her cell phone to see what is was about. There was a video going viral on facebook and of course Aaliyah being Aaliyah had to check it out. Going onto facebook she clicked on the video and when it loaded she saw some girl who's face looked familiar to her on her screen. Viewing the video Aaliyah was elated to her someone was throwing a party but wasn't a hundred percent sure if she was going to be attending.

There were no proper invitations being given which meant everyone and anything would be making an appearance. The idea of the first party of the new year involving losers put a bad taste in her mouth. Sticking her phone back in her bag she decided she would attend if nothing better came up through the week. When Mikaela arrived the two girls linked arms and went to their English class together.

Where the hell is she? Tristan asked himself as he stared up at the clock in the classroom. Ashley had left before him and she usually always made it to class before him. Even when she was late she wasn't this late. It was halfway through the period and she was still missing in action. He wondered if she had decided to cut anyway and had just went back home. If that was the case he had lunch next and would have no problem going back to her house and dragging her ass back to school.

"Yo! Dude check this out." Tristan was handed a phone by one of his football teammates sitting behind him. Holding the phone underneath the desk so that he could see it but the teacher couldn't he saw there was a video. He couldn't watch it without alerting the teacher put he read the comments posted underneath the video and saw that there was a party going on this friday at Rylie Scout's place. He knew the girl in question as she and Christina both played on the school basketball team. He would without a doubt be showing up to that.

English was probably he's best subject outside of gym which he no longer had the pleasure of taking because he was a senior. He didn't need Ashley's notes or have her explain things to him in this class which actually made him feel proud himself. Like while he wasn't the smartest person in the world he wasn't a complete idiot. Just as he was starting to expect that his friend would never shown she came waltzing in and she wasn't alone.

"Look who's alive!" Tristan said as Nicholas entered the class behind Ashley. He hadn't seen the guy all day which seeing as the had almost the exact same schedule should not be. It looked like Ashley's house wasn't the only place he should be making pit stops to in the morning. He waited for the two to take their sits before announcing "There's a party going on down this friday. You guys in?"

Mikaela stopped in the middle of the hall as she heard her the notification sound of her phone. Pulling out her cell phone she saw one of her fellow cheerleaders sent of a text of a url for a video. She thought it was going to be some random video or other vine complication but it turn out to be a video party invitation. The girl in the video face was familiar but no her name. Either way the girl was having a party on Friday that the whole school had been formally invited to. As far as she knew she had no other plans and this was going to be the first party of the school year so whether it turned out to be awesome or a totally disaster you always had to go to the first party of the year. It was like an unwritten law of popularity.

Looking up she found herself to be now completely alone. She hadn't even noticed that deserted halls until now and yet again she was late for class. As long as her dad didn't find out it would be no harm no foul. Putting her phone away she walked through the halls heading to her locker. She was surprised by not all that shocked to see Aaliyah waiting for her. "Don't you have class you should be Miss Jordan?" She smiled skipping her trip to her locker and slipping her arm through Aaliyah's as she continued walking. "Looks like we have a party to attend this Friday. I guess were doing a little after-school shopping today."

Image
ImageImageImage

"Look who's alive!" Turning around she saw Nicholas coming through the door behind her, "Yeah, I found him ten seconds from passing out by the lockers." Taking the seat in the desk in front of Tristan she grabbed his notebook and started making notes of his notes. "There's a party going on down this friday. You guys in?" Ashley shrugged "Whether I want to or not you two are going to make me. So, yeah I guess am in." Ashley didn't feel like going to whatever party was happening this friday but it was the first party of the school year so she wasn't going to ditch it. Plus she was positive that even if she really did say no Nick and Tris would just kidnap her and take her there anyway. There was no point in fighting the inevitable.

Nicholas jogged through the halls reaching Ashley just as she was entering their English class. Walking in behind her he noticed the disapproval glare the teacher threw in their direction out the corner of his eye. He wasn't about to do anything to provoke his teacher as his head still wasn't screwed on tight enough to deal with that bullshit. "Look who's alive!" Nicholas laughed as he walked over to the desk that sat beside Tristan. There had already been a guy in that sit but when he saw Nicholas coming he got up immediately changing his seat.

Nicholas wasn't the most intimating looking guy in the world, in fact it was quite the opposite. It was because of non-lethal appearance that wannabe bad-asses chose to fuck with him in the past and after kicking of a couple of guys asses he got a reputation as a brawler and a good one at that. Most people now just opted to move out his way because they didn't want to risk getting into any kind of altercation. Which Nicholas had no problem with. "There's a party going on down this friday. You guys in?"

Is that really a question? Sometimes I swear these people act like they don't even know me. "What kind of question is that?! Of course am going! Hello it's a party for crying out loud. Where else would a be on a friday night?" He thought about for a hot second than added, "Don't answer that." While he said it to both he looked directly at Ashley when he said knowing her smart ass would have something smart to say. "Whether I want to or not you two are going to make me. So, yeah I guess am in." Ash knows us way too well. "Well there's no way in hell we would let you miss out on the first party of our senior year. What kinda friends would we be if we let something like that happen?"

The question was rhetorically but he wouldn't be surprised if she still answered it. He hadn't gotten anything out of his locker which meant he was book less. Not that he cared. Class was minutes away from ending and the only thing on his mind was lunch. Unlike most people who lost their appetites when hung over Nicholas appetite weirdly increased. It was like having the munchies only he was coming down alcohol instead of weed. "God. I can't wait for this bell to ring. Am starving."

Rylie Kallin Scout

Rylie had to laugh as William did his speech and promptly left the class room. To say the teacher had been pissed off that her class was acting so unorderly today would be an understatement. But it was almost lunch time, and Ry actually turned off her phone from her newfeeds blowing up with the video. She'd be a liar if she didn't admit to be extremely proud of it. With the remaining students going up and giving little speeches, Rylie felt pretty relaxed and leaned back in her chair. Her feet were on the desk now, pushing the chair back as she yawned in boredom. She really did want to just get to lunch. Finally, the bell rang and Ry popped up from her seat so fast the teacher didn't even have time to scold her for the slamming sound her chair made as all four legs reconnected with the tile. In the hallway, she was immediately greeted by some high fives and whistles. Practically running to her locker, she opened it and shoved her minimal belongings into the metal contraption. In a rush, she almost knocked into Nicholas.

"My bad." She smirked, patting his shoulder. Tristan and Ashley were there too, and her grin grew. "Okay, so I don't know if you heard, but I might be tearing my house apart Friday night. I'm expecting to see you all there. Especially you." Rylie said pointedly to Nicholas. He was a heavy partier, and Rylie liked having other people she knew could match her craziness at a party. "But if I don't eat in two minutes, I'm not going to survive 'til Friday." She groaned.

As the bell rang the room erupted as people jumped up out of their seats and made a beeline for the door. School lunch was far from a four star meal but the school lunch was pretty good considering it was no home cooked meal. The band of three waited till most of the room had cleared out before rising to their feet and throwing their bags over their arms. Turning to face his two friends he walked with his back to the traffic rushing by, "I know that you're doubtful but I have a good feeling about this party. I think your gonna have a kick-ass time and in the end your gonna think us for dragging you along. And even if am wrong and the party does suck we can all get shitfaced to the point that we won't even remember anyway. So the way I see it this is a win-win situ-" Nicholas felt something nudge him as he stopped mid-sentence and spun around to see their soon to be host standing before him.

"My bad." She apologized with a smirk and a pat to his shoulder. "All good Ry." Nicholas said sending a friendly smile right back."Okay, so I don't know if you heard, but I might be tearing my house apart Friday night. I'm expecting to see you all there. Especially you." Nicholas couldn't helped but laugh as her last words and pointed finger was directed at him. "Of course we've heard. The whole damn school is buzzing about your little extravaganza. As far coming goes have you ever known me to miss a party. Hell have any of you known me to skip a party? Especially one that I've actually been invited to." He spoke to the small group as Tristan's little sister appeared. "Speaking of Rylie's party you better be coming." He said wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into a friendly hug. He squeezed her tightly as he lifted her a couple inches off the ground and laughed before placing her safely back on the ground.

"But if I don't eat in two minutes, I'm not going to survive 'til Friday." Nicholas turned his attention back to his fellow rebel as she spoke. "Well we can't have that now keep we. Onward and upwards my good man .. and ladies." Looping his arm around Ashley's shoulder he smiled, "I am fucking starving. Which considering the fact I puked up my insides around a half an hour or so go shouldn't really be all that surprising." He lead the way to the cafeteria genuinely shocked that he actually had an appetite. Normally when he was dealing with a hangover he couldn't even stomach the whiff of food but as that moment he could devouring the entire cafe.

There was no point in going to class as the period was just about over. Instead the girls went to the attendance office were they had their attendance altered from absent in English to late. Than from the office they walked to the lunch room talking about the party on friday. They had already begun planning out what they wanted to wear and how they would wear their hair and all that good stuff. When they reached the cafeteria the first bell rang. It wouldn't be long before the cafe would be full of hungry students so the girls got on the line being the first to get their meals. Choosing a random vacant table the two sat down still talking about random things as they waited for their friends to arrive. The person who Aaliyah really wanted to see was Lillian. A discussion still had be had regarding her choices in the opposite sex. They were in high school and things such as association and dating could make or break someones rep and at this moment Lillian was going down the path of ruining her social reputation. Which may not be something she was personally concerned about but as one of her friends Aaliyah was fine doing all the worrying and damage control for the both of them.

Her class had just re-entered the school building from one of the many side entrances as the sound of the bell ringing hit her ears. It was finally time for lunch a period that the entire student body prayed for. One of the few things the students had in common no matter which clique you were apart of. Whether you used the time to actually eat, socialize, catch up on some z's or do something bookie like read or study. Everyone enjoyed lunch. Christina hadn't need any her books since gym so she had no reason to go to the locker as she had nothing to pick up or drop off. So she walked the halls heading to the cafe where she would meet up with her brother and friends.

Tristan walked down the hall with Nicholas and Ashley finally looking forward to one of his periods. Nicholas was doing his best to reassure Ashley that friday's party was going to be a good and fun time. After Ash's dad died she had spent the weeks after the news reeling in booze and drugs. She had closed herself off to the friends along with the rest of the world and the only time she ever expressed the pain she was feeling was when she was blackout drunk. Which was either a time of sadness, anger or a mixture of the two. She had pulled herself together towards the end of the summer but she had stopped going to parties and having fun altogether which was funk Tristan and Nicholas had made it their personal mission to get her out of. Which was why Nicholas was a hundred percent right in everything he was saying. No matter what happened Ashley would have fun this friday. At least this friday night anyways he couldn't promise anything in the morning seeing as they would all still as school.

As Nicholas and Rylie avoided a full on collision due to Nicholas backwards walking and Rylie appearing to be in another world the two started up conversation. "Okay, so I don't know if you heard, but I might be tearing my house apart Friday night. I'm expecting to see you all there. Especially you." Nicholas laughed replying by saying, "Of course we've heard. The whole damn school is buzzing about your little extravaganza. As far coming goes have you ever known me to miss a party. Hell have any of you known me to skip a party? Especially one that I've actually been invited to." That's when Tristan laughed because in truth he had never known Nicholas to skip a party. Invite or no invite. Day or night. Sunshine or rain. If there was a party going on Nicholas Ryder Wilde would be there.

"Speaking of Rylie's party you better be coming." Christina smiled as his arms wrapped around her and squeezed her as he lifted her up off the ground. "Okay ouch. Niko I hurting me and can't breathe. Put me down. Now." The two laughed as she was placed back on the solid ground. The guy was strong. Wrapping her arms around Tristan's waist her head fell on her side as she looked at their three friends. "I wouldn't miss it." She said agreeing to go to Rylie's party that Nicholas had questioned her about when she first arrived. "Your going too right Ash?" She looked at Ashley but the girl didn't have time to respond as Tristan answered, "Oh yeah, she's coming." Christina knew how hard the past couple of months had been for Ashley and knew that her brother and Niko were doing what the could to get her back into the swing of things. She just hoped they didn't push to hard.

"But if I don't eat in two minutes, I'm not going to survive 'til Friday." The siblings laughed as Tristan put his hand on his stomach that agreed with a growl. "I heard that." Looping his arm around Ashley's shoulder Nicholas spoke, "Well we can't have that now keep we. Onward and upwards my good man .. and ladies. I am fucking starving. Which considering the fact I puked up my insides around a half an hour or so go shouldn't really be all that surprising." Christina's face twisted into a look of disgust. "Niko. Really?! Where about to eat. Too much information." Pulling herself off her Tristan she took a step behind him and jumped onto his back. "Now you heard the man. Onward and upwards." Tristan rolled his eyes as he chuckled complying with his sister obvious wish to be carried to the cafe. Walking beside the Nicholas the group made there way to the cafeteria.

"Dude, I should be completely disgusted by that info." Rylie laughed at Nicholas when he informed them all that he'd just puked an hour ago. "But I'm too hungry." She watched Tristan carrying Christina on his back, chuckling at the siblings. The rebel wasn't exactly stealthy as she stared after Christina for a moment before following the group. It was a nice view. Ry was glad they'd be at the party, the group was always a lot of fun and could make sure that the party wasn't dull. They all seemed pretty pumped except Ashley, who was considerably reserved about the party. Ry wasn't insulted, she'd seen how crazy Ashley had been during the summer and heard around the rumor mill as to why, not that she took much stock into what others had said. All Ry wanted was for the older girl to have a good time. So Rylie grinned, glancing sideways at her with an attempt to be reassuring. "I'll make sure you have fun, Daniels. It shall be my life mission!" Rylie put one fist in the air, a look of determination staining her face before it broke into a wicked smirk. "If that doesn't work, I'll order a stripper and get you a lap dance. Sound fair?"

As they entered the cafeteria, Ry could feel the stares from the student body. Some people were still watching the video that went viral, and the rebel shrugged off the excitement that radiated from most of them. A party this Friday seemed to be what everyone really needed to unwind with. Her stomach roared, and she had the decency to at least look a little miffed by the sound. Lifting her tank top slightly so her abs were visible. "Will you shut up? I'll feed you in a few minutes." Talking to her stomach as if it were its own monster wasn't entirely a lie, because the growling from there was pretty fierce. Releasing her shirt, and oblivious to some hungry stares, Rylie sighed heavily as she threw her hands up. "It's not like a didn't eat two bowls of cereal, a poptart, and three apples for breakfast. Maybe I should have had bacon too..." She muttered offhandedly, thinking aloud. The smell of food was only making her more ravenous. As they passed the 'popular' clique, Rylie couldn't help herself. Sure, some might say she was being stupid, but it was fun.

"I hope you ladies are going to the party this Friday." Rylie sat on the table next to Mikaela Taylor, the principal's daughter. She smirked at them both, her feet on the seat and her hand behind her as she leaned back on the table. "Consider this a personal invite. I promise there to be plenty of body shots." Ry chuckled, seeing a teacher begin to walk over. "Shit." She muttered, jumping off the table and holding her hands up in surrender. "Down, Cujo." With a smirk, Rylie spun on the heel of her skate shoes, sending a last wink before she rejoined Nicholas and the gang.

Ashley gave a weak smile as Nicholas looped his arm around her shoulder pulling her into him as the group made there way to the cafe for lunch. "I'll make sure you have fun, Daniels. It shall be my life mission!" Rylie punched a fist in the air with a look of determination and a wicked smirk that made Ashley have to smile. "It seems this is because everyone's mission." She stated matter-of-factly as she glanced up at Nicholas. She appreciated the fact that everyone wanted to make sure she still allowed herself to have some fun in her now that her father had pasted. While she couldn't wait to be done with high school she wondered what would happen to her band of friends when it came to take for them to take that final step into adulthood. Both Christina and Rylie would have another year to complete come next year but as for the rest of them, they were all on their final laps. She really hoped that once they all got their diplomas they would manage to keep in touch and stay friends. "If that doesn't work, I'll order a stripper and get you a lap dance. Sound fair?" Ashley bursted out laughing at this and nodded, "As if I could turn that down."

To get to the lunch line you had to go pass reigning queen bees Aaliyah and Mikaela. Ashley hadn't spoken much to either girl since the whole thing with her ex had gone down. After her father died both Ali and Mickey had both reached out and had spent an entire week at her home despite Ashley begging them to go home. While she would never admit it to either of them she had been really had they had forced themselves on in her in her time of need. Since that week thought she had spoken two words to either of them as she wasn't really sure where they were suppose to go from there. She wasn't sure if she was suppose to just forgive and forget and hold onto her grudge. If it were up to Tristan, Christina and Nicholas things would have been buried between the trio a long time ago. Passing Rylie as she stopped to conversate before getting her lunch Ashley walked onto the lunch line.

"I hope you ladies are going to the party this Friday." Mikaela looked up from her food as the junior rebel approached the two popular girls sitting atop of the table on the side of her. "Consider this a personal invite. I promise there to be plenty of body shots." Mikaela swallowed her food as she muffled a giggle. "As if we could miss out on the first party of the year. Besides with my birthday being next Saturday I've got to see what kind of competition am facing." Mikaela had said that last part as a joke but she did plan on throwing one of the best parties Manor Hill had ever seen. I mean it wasn't everyday a girl turned eighteen. This was a milestone birthday. Just like her sixteenth had been and her twenty first would be.

She caught sight of the teacher approaching them at the same time Rylie did. She could hear Rylie mumble a curse word she couldn't make out as she jumped up off the table. "Down, Cujo." The teacher just glared as she muttered something under her breath as she retreated back to where she had been observing the student body. Winking at the girls Rylie ran off to join up with the others getting their lunches. Lillian was still missing in action and she didn't see Blair either. Aaliyah had said they would discuss the details of the photo shoot Blair had wanted the girls to participate in during lunch but a last the rebel was nowhere in sight. It was unfortunate seeing as Mikaela had actually started looking forward to the photo opt. With a low sigh she just went back to eating her lunch.

Aaliyah was involved in her phone when a voice directed at her and Mikaela made her look up from what she was doing. "I hope you ladies are going to the party this Friday." Aaliyah had been on the fence about it earlier but Mikaela had made it clear that there was no way they were going to miss out of this party so she had reluctantly agreed. Despite still being fairly disappointed in Rylie's choice to invite the entire school to her affair. Whatever. It wasn't her party and with Mickey's birthday being right around the corner they would be sure to do this party right.

"As if we could miss out on the first party of the year. Besides with my birthday being next Saturday I've got to see what kind of competition am facing.", came Mikaela's reply for both girls. "We wouldn't miss it." Aaliyah spoke as she went back to social networking via her phone. She was texting a couple of the cheerleaders to see who was available to go with her and Mikaela shopping after school. With a party on the horizon they would need some new outfits to be seen in.

Entering the cafeteria Christina slide down off his back. "Thanks for the lift." She spoke as she fixed her clothes on her body. "Nessun problema." He said nonchalantly as the two step-siblings got on the line behind Ashley. "You don't have to wait here. I'll get the food you can go join your gal pals at the table. "Whatcha want?" Christina smiled "Doesn't matter. Am to hungry to be picky." With a simple nod of okay Christina smiled and left her brother and friends as she went to join Aaliyah and Mikaela at the table.

"You okay?" Tristan asked Ashley as the line moved up. She seemed to be spacing at the moment and Tristan had a habit of always making sure she was doing okay. Especially since everything that went down with her father dying and all. Over the summer both Aaliyah and Mikaela had reached out to Ashley after her father's passing and Tristan as well as Christina and Nicholas had all hoped the death would bring the three girls back together. It had worked for a week before the girls disbanded. There hadn't been any words between the girls since that week had passed in the summer so Tristan wasn't exactly sure what the status of the relationship was between the trio.

"Ally! Mickey!" Christina squealed as she ran up behind the two girls hugging them both. "I've been waiting for fifth period all day. This day is dragging. Than again what would you expect of monday." Sitting down in between the her two popular friends she saw that her brother and the others had finally reached the front of the lunch line. Her stomach growled which made her roll her eyes as she placed a hand on her grumbling tummy. "So are we all excited for Rylie's party?", she asked distracting herself from her ravenous appetite.

William Cipher Jones was eating his lunch, quietly, in front of his locker when the bell rang. After some time, he realized what was about to happen. "Oh no..." the teen said, obvious fright in his voice.

Getting up off the scuffed floors, he started walking. He set a quick pace for himself while students started coming through the halls. Making it to the cafeteria just in time, William exhaled. Thinking, I think I overreacted...I did...whatever. Still eating his cold pizza, he just sat there. Until he felt a shift in the force. Looking towards where some other people were looking, William saw someone that he recognized. It was her, Ms. Scout, or whatever. She was with some other people that he clearly didn't know. "I have a multitude of options," Will started talking to himself, "I could stay here and make probably no friends. That sounds inviting... Or, listen here, I could go up there and introduce the awesomeness that is me...Well, I should live life to the full-"

"Get out of my seat, new kid," a rough voice said from behind him.

Coughing, William just turned to look at the guy and said, "I'll call rape, and other things. But, because I'm taking this as...a sign, somewhat, I will leave. Goodbye and good day to you sir!"

William stood up and left the table, food in hand, and walked over to Ms. Scouts group of...friends? Yeah let's go with that. He didn't know who they were, he didn't even know Scout's first name. They might not even be friends. So many possibilities! Shaking his head to get out of those trailing thoughts, William finally made it to where they were. With a grandiose gesture using his whole body, the teen said, "Hello!!"

Ry had made her way back to the group, hearing Tristan tell Christina to go sit down with her friends and that he'd grab her food. So getting in line, Rylie saw Christina sit down with her very popular friends. Tristan was a very good brother, and a caring friend. That was demonstrated further as he asked Ashley if she was okay. Groaning loudly, not caring about the looks she received, Ry sighed in defeat at having the aroma of food wafting through her senses, yet not actually having the substance on a plate, or better yet, in her stomach. Just about to complain about being bored, she heard a very grand "Hello!" from someone and she immediately recognized the guy.

"No way dude, you're that guy that broke into my speech class. That was impressive shit." Rylie laughed with a huge grin on her face. "To say the teacher was pissed would be an understatement." Ry's smirk only crooked to the side as she crossed her arms to look him up and down. "William, I think this could work. I've been looking for someone to aid me in some completely random, nonsensical, and often times blatantly dangerous stunts. Interested?" Rylie didn't hide her devious expression, although her gaze lingered as a girl walked by them, her and her friends not so subtly checking both Rylie and William out with hungry eyes. Rylie winked at her, only to have the girl wave her cellphone screen at the rebel that happened to have Rylie's video on the screen. "I could sign it if you'd like." Rylie shrugged smugly, and the girl and her friends laughed as they took a seat at a table. Directing her attention back to William, Rylie held out a fist bump for the new guy. "Rylie Scout. Pleasure to make your acquaintance."

"Now way dude, you're that guy that broke into my speech class," Rylie started saying as William kept munching on his pizza. She then said how the teacher was more than pissed, which made William smirk, "William, I think this could work." She then went on about how he could aid her in her activities. He saw her gaze shift, but thought nothing of it. She then said, "I could sign it if you like."

That was when he turned his head. William was curious of what she was talking about. He saw a video of Rylie Scout. Must've been before he crashed her class. He then raised his eyebrows when he noticed one of the girls look at him. Turning his head back to look at Rylie she said, "Rylie Scout. Pleasure to meet you acquaintance."

William smiled and met her fist with his own, and with a grand voice, "William Cipher Jones, please, do not stare long, my awesomeness might burn your eyes..." then, with thought in his voice, "Your offer...I could say yes, I could say no. But what is the answer we're all looking for? I could weigh the negatives, which are...the dangerous stunts. Danger!!! And I could weigh the positives, which are me making friends, because I'd probably not make friends while here, hanging out with you, you seem cool, and you're hot. And I could have fun this probably boring school year...So, what should I answer with? Yes, no...? Yes, I will aid you in your stunts."

Friday, September 20, 2013, Period 8, 2:10 pm

It was final Friday. The day all students prayed and longed for each and every week. Unless you were in nerd in which case it was probably the opposite for you. However, Nicholas Ryder Wilde was no nerd and with only eight minutes left of class the anticipation of that final bell sounding was slowly killing him while driving him insanely crazy all at the same time. "Is it just me or is that clock froze. Maybe it's broken. I mean because this has to be the longest passing eight minutes ever!" Drawing his phone out of his pocket and gave a loud groan in aggravation as the classroom proved to be correct in it's time.

They were a mere few hours away from the first party of the school year and Nicholas's normally short attention span when it came to school had all but exasperated throughout the never ending school day. It would have probably been easier to pass the time if he wasn't stuck and such a boring class. There were some subjects that he could get into to but the discussion of the woman's reproductive cycle just wasn't one of them. He knew all he cared to known about the topic and between the graphic pictures and uncensored conversation had already made him considered abstinence more than once during class.

As the teacher began collecting the worksheets the students had done during class Nicholas knees bounced up and down impatiently. He was ready for a rule free house party of music, liquor and drunk girls with poor decision making skills. After school everyone was going to Tristan and Christina's house to get ready for the party. Seeing as they was carpooling going on tonight that involved girls he knew that they would end up being "fashionably late" to the party unless he and Tristan decided to ditch the gals. He had his outfit all planned out and already laid out at Tristan's place so now all he was waiting on was the damn bell to ring. Dropping his head on his desk with a thump he cursed under his breath as realized only two minutes dreadful minutes had passed by.
