Second week of high school... One William Cipher Jones thought as he walked through Manor Hill High School's halls, ...And I've seen and met some pretty interesting people. And by what I've seen of these people...I am going to hate it here.

And why is that? The tall fifteen-year-old asked himself, It's because I'm in a school with so many stereotypes! From what I've seen last week it's all the "popular" people in one area, "dweebs" in another and so on...I usually like school...but this place gives me the vibe that some people are going to be complete dicks. Well, at least I got my music. One silver lining in this hellhole...

In his first week he had been sent to the Principle's Office. He wasn't scared, he had a good case for punching that guy out. Some older male came and got up in his face. William asked nicely for him to leave, but no! The guy just kept calling him names and shoving him. And one of the things he hates most are bullies. So, he punched him in the face. Knocked him out, bloodied his nose. People looked at him. William looked back at their gaze and said, "What? I knocked him out. It's like you haven't seen that before."

And, of course, a teacher walked around the corner when he said that. Office, there he went. The principle, even in the first week, threatened to suspend him for the rest of that week. William's parents were called in, but they said, "Suspend him for the rest of the week. He has to come up to his problems some way." The bully, also, got a suspension.

So, today, September Sixteenth, 2013, a Monday, William Cipher Jones officially has started school. And the sophomore's first class of the day is...Modern World Studies!! Oh, wow! Such an absorbing class, full of what is right and wrong with the world today!! To celebrate getting off suspension William had taken to wearing a black dress-shirt, good ol' boot-cut jeans, and a black fedora. And today, he would be meeting his classmates. Oh, joy!! I hope they aren't as fake as some of the others I've seen... was William Cipher Jones' last thoughts before he went into the Modern World Studies classroom to find a seat.

I walked into school in my blue skirt and pink blouse. As with last week I saw more smelly guys and unlady-like girls. I went to my locker, Got my textbooks and went into my first class, Modern World Studies. It was a boring class and it sucked, The teacher is mean and the boys are rude, and the girls are slutty. Anyway after that French class was okay, The teacher is nice and there are more classy girls. It got sucky again during Geometry when the teacher caught me with my phone and refused to give me it back until the end of the day. I hate that teacher and quite frankly he is a ignorant asshole. Gym nothing much happened as a forgot my clothes and had to sit out. Lunch was good as I saw Akira even though I did not sit at his table I sat near his table and got to see that hotty all-period ! During Choir we sang some lame song from like the 1600s that no one cares about I thought that class would be cooler. After that English was okay,I was surprised to see the teacher mentioning the Bible even though It is "Banned" which I hate (I always sneak one in my backpack). Science was really embarrassing when a kid shouted out I had a crush on Akira. I hope no one tells him.............

Thankfully enough the first week of school has gone by in a breeze with little to no homework and not a single hitch... yet anyways. There is always drama lurking around the corner at Manor Hill and no one is safe, forget that and you're dead. KC thought as he put in his locker combo swiftly, he didn't even have to think about it now that he was a senior and so accustomed to it all, it was so strange to imagine a time when he was homely, scared and complete outcast at Manor Hill.

"Eight-Thirty eight-eight." KC said, sheerly out of habit as he landed on each digit. Looking at the hallway count down clocks KC took into account that he had about ten minutes to ditch his outwear and get to class, and that was more than enough time for him to get situated.

The boy rifled through his locker after depositing every thing except his books, trying to figure out where the mess of papers and half full Gatorade bottles came from when the answer came powering down the hall way and put him into a head lock.

"KC! How the hell are ya?" Blair bellowed with his arms around the boys neck, bringing him down to a uncomfortable squat.
"Get off me asshole." Kueng said as he tried to pry his arms off of him.
"You are such a f*cking fairy, you've got like 6 inches one me and you can't even push me off." Blair laughs at this as he lets him go and leans on the lockers next to Kueng.
"Whatever man," Kueng says as he shrugs him off, if it was anyone else KC would have given them an earful but since it was Blair he kept his lips sealed... he just felt so defenseless with him and it was totally hypocritical but what could he do? He'd been heads over heals for the guy since the day they'd met and it made him weak at the knees, the only thing that was weaker was his resolve.
Image
"So can you tell me what all this shit is? Since when do they sell clear Gatorade in school?" KC question as he opened the cap of the bottle and took a whiff.
"It's just a little vodka, if you keep your mouth shut about it I won't get caught." Blair said as he took it from him and took a swig.
"Why did I ever give you my locker combination." Kueng asked rhetorically as he closed his locker and looked to the Blair who was idly messing with his hair.
"Because you're madly in love with me, who isn't it?" Blair said as he put his hand to KC's cheek, tenderly at first and then gave him an endearing smack twice on the cheek. KC froze for a second as Blair spoke, a wave a hot and cold washed over him from head to toe.
"Yeah f*cking right, I'm gay not not some type of damn masochist, why would I ever fall in love with you?" KC laughed, hoping Blair wasn't serious about him being madly in love with him. It was completely true but he didn't need anyone to know that especially not Blair.
"Good..." Blair started slowly, seemingly lingering on the words that Kueng had just said.
"I have enough girls chasing after me as is." Kueng simply rolled his eyes.
"Well, I have to get to class, I'll see you later though." KC remarked as he made his way to Orchestra his first class.
"Alright, catch ya later." Blair replied as he sauntered, slowly to the school's art studio.

Yoshio walked on over to the hallway where choir class was when he spotted a familiar face. This was Lillian! He walked up beside her and said in his enthusiastic manner, "Lily-chan! Ohaiyo! How was your weekend?!" Playfully nudging her on the shoulder, he added, "Said anything to Akira-kun, yet? He's single!" He had enough time to hear the girl's response to both questions when he spotted his classroom. "Well, here's my stop! Later!" Once in there, he sat at his seat and waited for announcements.

---

One of the fellow Student Council members was prepping Akira for his weekly report, written and rehearsed after each Council meeting. As the Student Council's official Reporter, he always needed to know before the rest of the student body what to expect for the week, and even the month. He sat behind a desk that was in front of the camera.

"Akira, you are on as soon as the bell rings for morning announcements."

"Got it." It took a while, about ten minutes, but once the bell rang, all screens came on with him seen as he gave the report for the week:

"Good morning, Manor Hill. This is Akira Apostolos with our weekly report from the Student Council. In the latest meeting, yesterday, a movement has passed to allow a invite the Student Council of our eastside counterpart in the school district, Meridian Park High School, to a joint-session this Saturday at 3:30 PM in the Cafeteria, to discuss conducting a joint campaign to support a number of non-profit organizations, including the Sierra Club Foundation, Action Against Hunger, Animal Welfare Institute, Special Olympics, and the YMCA. Manor Hill and Meridian Park agreed ahead of time to create a combined team to participate in the local Race for the Cure in the summer of 2014; our two schools shall coordinate to organize it under co-leadership, having yet to decide on a name and who the Co-Captains shall be.

Next Sunday's session, the day after Saturday's joint one between the district's schools, shall be one of three join meetings this semester between the Captains and Co-Captains of the sports teams, Club Presidents, and the Student council, in order to discuss matters concerning the whole extracurricular community. Matters of business will include a budget, disputes within the extracurricular community, and the status of the respective activities whose leaders attend; status topics include disciplinary actions, student attendance to activities, and the happenings within. The Editor-in Chief, as usual, is also requested to attend so to be aware of what goes on in the extracurricular community. Sunday's joint session will be held in the cafeteria at 2:30 PM, refreshments provided by the Student Council. That is all the announcement for today from the Student Council. And now, for the daily announcements."

Once Akira got out of the desk, the students who give announcements daily took over. From there, he made his way to French Class right on time and took a seat next to Lillian. All right. Now, what is left for this period are the lessons.

Crescent's Outfit for the Day

Crescent hummed softly, playing with her kitten when she heard her step-mother call for her. "Crescent! Get out here, I am not waiting in your father's disgusting car any longer plus I have to get to work! Let's go!" Of course Crescent rolled her eyes, placing the 8 Month old Russian Blue kitten onto her bed. She mocked her step-mother a little before raising to her feet and going to her dad's car where her step-mother was waiting. It was then that her step-mother and Crescent rode in silence all the way to school. There wasn't even a bye and have a nice day from her step-mother as she stepped out of the car and went into the high school. Crescent inhaled deeply, telling herself not to get mad at her because she knew she wasn't too good at this mother thing. She walked into the school, adjusting her bag on her shoulder listening to her best friend announce what was going on today. Afterwards she went to her locker, grabbed her thing then looked around. Part of her hoped that Ashley was around or someone else was but no of course not.

Whoops she was late, again, but of course her teacher had been too busy to realize she just came in because well she was on her phone probably texting her most recent boyfriend. The woman was sweet and she would admit that but she had a terrible choice in guys or at least so she heard. Crescent took a seat, leaning back as a couple shot her a look. Shrugging she pushed the pink strand of her hair into a neat bun before dress. Right about now she wanted to be at home, playing with her kitten and her turtle. Actually she would also prefer to be in band class playing her Oboe or her Tenor Saxophone, why? Well simply because she loved music and it was like an escape for her just like the basketball team and the Teen Chef club was something to get her mind off stuff. No one knew what she was thinking and they probably never would at least not unless she told them. Sighing softly she waited for class to start, ignoring a couple of odd looks she got from others.

"Mickey I don't know where the hell you are but where ever you are whatever your doing get your ass to school now! I am so bored without you and you know how I get when I get bored." With a low sigh Aaliyah ended her voice-mail to her missing in action bestie and hit the end button on her iphone. Aaliyah would usually meet up with Mikaela at Starbucks before school because it's the only place Mikaela ever likes to have breakfast, but since this morning Mikaela seemed to be neglecting her phone Aaliyah ended up skipping breakfast all together. Eating breakfast alone just didn't seem as appealing as doing it with a friend.

Where Mikaela was Aaliyah no longer had the time to ponder over because first period was starting and she actually liked art. Enough to be on time for it instead of being her usually fashionably late self. She didn't need any of her real books for art so she shoved her entire bag into her locker. Looking at her reflection one last time in the mirror that she'd placed on the inside of the locker door she shut her locker. Walking through the halls as if it was her own personal runaway as she walked the people moved out of her way without her having to mutter a single word. People at Manor Hill High feared her and they also respected her. There was a good balance going on.

Tristan had been standing outside of Ashley's home for about ten minutes ringing the bell. Ashley had already missed the first week of school which Tristan gave her without a problem. However, there was no way in hell he was about to let her cut out the second week as well. Taking out his emergency key that she had given him a few years back he unlocked the front door and entered the mansion. Turning the lock back he headed up the marble staircase to the second level of the house and walked down the hall to Ashley's bedroom. Without so much as a knock he turned the knob and pushed opened the door entering the sleeping beauty's chambers.

He wasn't surprised to find her still asleep and chuckled to himself as he walked over to the bed. Taking off his shoes he leaped onto the bed landing on top of Ashley, "WAKE UP!" He yelled as he rolled onto the other side of the bed and stood up as he jumped up and down on the bed like a child on Christmas day waking up their parents. "GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!"

What the hell?! The bouncing up and down rhythm of her bed and the annoying loud voice of Tristan's was making it impossible to sleep. Ashley covered her face with her pillow "Go away!" her voice was muffled by the pillow not that it really mattered since she knew there was no chance he was going to stop till she got up. "GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!" As annoying as he was she had to admit Tristan sure as hell was persistent. With a loud groan of defeat Ashley threw her covering off of her as she looked at the five year old trapped in an eighteen year old body and couldn't help but laugh. "You have no idea how much I hate you right now!", she said as she rolled out of the bed. Grabbing her pillow she threw it aiming at his head. "Get off my bed you damn monkey! Also remind me to take that key back from you later."

Yawning as she made her way over into he dresser she grabbed her cell phone that was resting on top of it and turned it on to see the time. She wouldn't have time to eat breakfast today if she wanted to make to class on time. Lowly sighing she placed her phone back on top of the dresser and started rummaging through the drawers to find something to wear. She was far too tired to carry about what is was she was throwing on and was fully dressed and ready to go in ten minutes. "Lets go jockstrap! We both know I wouldn't want to be late.", the sarcasm in her voice was evident as she exited her room ahead of him.

Getting into her jeep she didn't wait for Tristan to get into his car to pull off. With the way Tristan drove it wasn't like she had to worry about him catching up. It was because he liked to drive like he was in some fast and the furious movie that even thought she didn't really feel like driving she was going to. The ride from her place to school wasn't a very long one and as she parked her car in the student parking lot she walked into school. She would be seeing Tristan next period so there was no reason for goodbyes as she went straight to music.

Mikaela was running extremely late today but that was not going to stop her morning Starbucks breakfast. She listened to Aaliyah's last voice-mail as waited for the worker to come back with her order. She laughed to herself as the message ended and stuck the phone back in her bag as the woman came back to the counter. "One sausage & cheddar sandwich, one spinach & feta wrap, a double chocolaty chip frappuccino blend and a strawberry & crème frappuccino blend. Will that be all?" Mikaela knew Aaliyah well enough to know that she would skip breakfast without her so she had gotten her breakfast. A starved Aaliyah was not one anyone wanted to be around. "Yeah that's all." Mikaela said with a smile as she handed the money to the cashier "Thanks. Keep the change." Taking the food and drinks Mikaela left the coffee house and went on her way to school.

By the time she got to school the first bell had already rung so she walked to class as quickly as she could without spilling the beverages. Getting to class she slipped in while the teacher was doing something on the board and took the empty seat next to Aaliyah. Fixing her clothes on her body she looked at her friend with an apologetic look, "I know am late don't kill me. I got you a wrap and your strawberry frappe." she said sliding Aaliyah her breakfast. "Ms.Taylor!" Mikaela was slightly startled by the teacher calling for her attention. "Yes." The teacher looked at her with a disapproving look "This is an art studio Ms.Taylor not the cafeteria." Mikaela nodded "Sorry. Late morning. Won't happen again. I promise." If it wasn't for the fact that Mikaela and Mrs.Stein were cool she would have made them throw out the food. With a small nodded Mrs.Stein went back to what she was doing as Mikaela looked at Aaliyah and just giggled as she started to unwrap her sandwich.

Outfit today :)
Yep, it's one of those days again. One week into school, you walk down the hall, the freshness of the new school year has already begun to fade, you're back into your normal circles with your normal friends.

Lillian looked around the hallway, trying to spot a familiar face, yes, this is the hallway his locker is in, she had wore a special outfit for him today hopefully he notices. She saw Akira picking out a book out of his locker and throwing it into his back before turning around to leave for french class. Maybe she could pretend she bumped into him in the hallway and walk to french together, maybe they can talk about possibly going to the movie together. However, before she could approach him, she pushed dramatically from the back.

"Lily-chan! Ohaiyo! How was your weekend?!"

It was Yoshio always playfully teasing her about Akira, but she didn't mind at all and instead replied

"It's was okay I guess....I mean just the usually swim practice, playing tennis with Brandon, I mean nothing too new from summer"

before hearing the rest of his response, she looked towards Akira's locker, it's empty now...he is gone

Playfully nudging her on the shoulder, Yoshio added, "Said anything to Akira-kun, yet? He's single!"

joyfully laughing she said "nah, haven't yet, I have french with him next though"

Before Yoshio could say anything else Lillian quickly escaped the scene, she could could only say one thing....Yoshio is too gossipy, he always have but doesn't matter he is still awesome

Quickly stumbling down the hall she heard Aaliyah yell into her phone
"Mickey I don't know where the hell you are but where ever you are whatever you are doing get your ass to school now! I am so bored without you and you know how I get when I get bored"

Lillian would have approached her to say hi but since she is too busy talking to Mikaela she decided not to. Walking down the hall she decided to continue seeking for Akira but he is no longer there.....right, then she remembered he has the morning announcements to do, guess he isn't going to be around for awhile.

Looking around Lillian begun seeking for another familiar face to approach. Well, she spotted Jessica Williams walking into school but unfortunately she is not one Lillian will approach.
It's a complete different story. To tell you the exact story, Jessica is a Sophomore.....yes, a long one which I don't want to tell, but to keep it short....she just might be a little weird...

She did see KC and Blair around talking to each other, but she didn't approach them since she doesn't know them that well. Also Brandon did tell her to stay away from them but she just doesn't see the difference, there isn't anything that bad about them is there?

Before she realized it the announcement bell rang and Akira's sweet voice came flowing into her ears
sigh....finally that means french is starting soon, I need to get ready :)

((Glad to see we're still alive. :3 ))

After he gave his own announcements and turned it over to the fellow students who give announcements daily, he sighed and though to himself about how busy the Student Council is, these days. At any rate, it was probably a good thing so much was happening, especially involving the community. He walked towards French class while other announcements were made. By the time he made it to the classroom, the announcements were over. The French teacher greeted him as he came in, then gave the class a small review of last week's words and phrases. Akira managed to get most of them correct as he wrote them down. After the review, the class was given a brief moment to relax before the day's lessons began.

Looking sideways, he saw Lillian next to him. He wondered what was up. She seemed to always be a little tense or nervous. Sure, it may not be exactly like in anime, but it still kind of resembled something you would see in the media. It was not to the extent of it being unrealistic, but still, it did confuse him. The poor boy tended to be oblivious to some things, despite his intelligence.

"Salut, Lillian." (Salut means 'hi'.) Akira tilted his head a little and aksed, "Are you okay? You seem tense."

----

In choir, Yoshio did the vocal exercises before the choir teacher explained the song they were going to practice for the bit. It was one of those classics, even. He always loved to sing, and to learn this songs that are in English felt fascinating to him. The particular song was a 70s one called "Lean on me".

Bell, announcements, more announcements, other things, taking a seat...William Jones had a good life. Ignored everyone, did school work. Wrote, read, listened to music. Played drums, piano, hoping to learn violin... The teacher, Markus Briggs, looked at the class before saying, "We have a new student. We've had him for a week already, but, he was suspended for, what was it? Punching someone? Wow, who knew we had a bad-boy in town? If you could, if you would, please, introduce yourself."

William stood up from the desk he was sitting at and went to the front of the room. He looked over the class, "Hello everybody!! My name is William Cipher Jones, and I will be the most real person you will ever be acquainted with."

The class looked confused, before some unknown asked, "Most real person?"

"Yes. Most real person!" William sweeping his hands in a grandiose gestures, "What you think that's important right now, like appearance, who's popular or not, what's trendy, will not be important I the future. Want to know why? Because, all these things in the real world will get you nowhere. Nowhere, nowhere at all. What matter's right now...is getting good grades. Is actually doing good in school so you can get a good education so you're actually somewhat ready for the 'real world' as I call it. Now, I know I'm immature, so don't call me a hypocrite or anything if you see me...conforming to this society. Now, I hope you people will actually take this to heart. If not, well, I guess I'm going to be shunned. Blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah! Mr. Teacher-Man, take it...AWAY!!!"

William sauntered over to his desk and sat down. This could go down well...or I could just totally be hated for hitting everyone with a metaphorical fist...big words...gotta love 'em.

"You have no idea how much I hate you right now!" Tristan laughed aloud and respond back with "Pssh! You know you love me." He continued bouncing up and down on the bed as if it was trampoline. "Get off my bed you damn monkey! Also remind me to take that key back from you later." Tristan dodged the pillow that was thrown at his head and laughed as he did a back-flip off the bed, "No take backs!" he shouted as he picked up the pillow off the floor where it landed and placed it back on the bed.

He watched as Ashley made her way over to her dresser to pick out something to wear. "Am gonna go down to the kitchen. Brb.", he was starving and was praying that there was going to be something in the Daniels kitchen to he could stuff his face with. Leaving Ashley alone in the room he went down the marble stairs and walked through the empty hallway to the kitchen. Rummaging through the cabinets he found the snacks and grabbed a honey bun and a devil dog. Grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge he headed back upstairs. Just cause Ashley was skipping breakfast didn't mean he was going to.

"Lets go jockstrap! We both know I wouldn't want to be late.", Tristan didn't even make it through the door before Ashley walked past him out the door. "Guess am snacking on the go." he said following behind the redhead. Locking the front door behind him he got in his car and took a couple minutes to scrafed down his nutritious breakfast. Once he was done he crumbled up the plastic wrappers and stuffed them in one of the empty cup holders being to lazy to throw it away. Pulling off the drive to the school was average and didn't take very long. After parking his car he took his bag out of the passenger seat and grabbed his garbage and entered the school. Throwing his trash into the first trash can he came across he walked to his locker saying a few hellos here and there to the people he came across. Tossing his bag into his locker he locked it back and semi jogged to workshop as he was running late.

"I know am late don't kill me. I got you a wrap and your strawberry frappe." Aaliyah smiled as Mikaela slide her morning breakfast towards her. She was glad that at least one of them had gone to Starbucks today. "Well, seeing as you did get me my faves I'll spare you. Just this once however so don't make it habit." Had she been saying these words to anybody else she probably would have meant it but this was Mikaela. So her words held no real threat as she began unwrapping her spinach & feta wrap. She was about to say something to Mikaela when the teacher opened her mouth. The look of annoyance on her face was clearly visible as she took a bite out of her wrap.

She didn't understand why their teacher was making such a big deal out of nothing. I mean so Mickey was a couple of minutes late for class it wasn't like this was one of the major classes. I mean for crying out loud they were in art and it was first period. Lighten the hell up. As Mrs.Stein went back to doing her job Aaliyah shook her head as she looked at Mikaela sipping on her strawberry beverage. Setting her drink down she looked at their art teacher and scoffed looking back at her friend "Remind me again why am in this class. I don't even like art." With a low sigh and a roll of her eyes she went back to eating as the teacher began talking about what their first project of the semester would be.

As Kueng got to class he traded in his pen for his bow and his books for his cello. He patiently sat tuning the rich instrument until he achieved the desired tone. Afterwards the class warmed up with a simplistic 'G' major scale and proceeded with a four part Bach chorale.

Orchestra was easily Kueng's favorite class of the day, he loved the creativity and euphoria of a piece of music coming together with an even blend of all the sections.

ImageAs usual Blair sauntered into his first period art class late. He had an ample amount of time to get to the class on time but he liked being stubborn and troublesome at times and little things like that were usually enough for him to relieve his need for mischief.

Blair walked in with his hands in his pockets and absolutely no books to speak of but he made sure to bring a pencil at the very least so he could work on the only thing he really had a passion for; his art. Blair went casually for his art portfolio and sat at one of the large paint splattered desks that had stools placed all around it. He got out the canvas and began working on cleaning any stray lines that garnished his sketch of himself with a black cape like cloth flowing free behind him. The theme he chose for the collection was simply The Darkness and all the sketches and photographs depicted himself, his sister or different macabre settings around the town like the abandoned church and the town's cemetery. He bit his lip as he thought... This goddamned concentration is missing something... he tapped his pencil on the desk as he tried to conjure up an idea for one more drawing or photo he could add to submit to the Art Institute with his application.

After a few moments of intense work Blair looked up from his drawing and realized he was in the company of Mikaela and Aaliyah, two of the most attractive girls in school. It wasn't even remotely debatable.

"Hey, ladies. I have a proposition." He said as the idea came to him. He could photograph the girls, if they'd allow him. Their popularity was revered, their clothes, lifestyle, hair, you name it and girls wanted them dead for it. The Darkness, was their power in the social hierarchy of Manor Hill High.

"It entails a little photo shoot." He said with a smile that was both charming and mischievous. I could get a few shots for my portfolio and maybe little something extra, if I'm lucky, and I always am.

"Well, seeing as you did get me my faves I'll spare you. Just this once however so don't make it habit." Chortling at Aaliyah's words Mikaela was one of the few people in this school who had truly nothing to fear when it came to Aaliyah Jordan. Mikaela and Aaliyah had been friends since elementary so the way she saw it was if Aaliyah hadn't tried to destroy her already there was a good chance that she never would. "I'll be better. Te prometo." Taking a sip of her chocolate chip frappe she silently unwrapped her sandwich not wanting to draw Mrs.Stein's attention back to her.

The next couple of minutes went by in silence between the two girls as they ate their meals as the teacher started talking about the first project of the semester. Mikaela noticed Blair slip in undetected by the teacher. If only I could have managed to done that she thought to herself as she watched him grabbed something and walk over to their table. He didn't even seem to notice to the two girls at the table as he sat down and began working on what she expected was his latest project. Her eyes skimmed his work for a brief moment and she had to admit he was pretty good. "Remind me again why am in this class. I don't even like art." Aaliyah's voice drew her attention back and Mikaela just rolled her eyes. "You agreed to take art because you love me. Plus seeing as you can't cook us taking home ec together was out of the question." Mikaela added the last part with a low chuckle.

"Hey, ladies. I have a proposition." Mikaela looked at Blair with a suspicious look and perfectly trimmed raised brow, "Do you now?" Blair was trouble. That was well known throughout the halls of Manor Hill High and Mikaela wasn't interested in trouble. Grabbing her and Aaliyah's trash she got up from the table and went and to throw it out in the trash can by the door. When she returned Blair continued, "It entails a little photo shoot." A smile spread across his handsome face that made her nervous and wary although she didn't show it. "Thanks but no thanks.", was her simple reply as she turned her attention to teacher. "Would anyone like to pass these out?" Mikaela raised her head and giving the nodded okay she got up from the table and retrieved the papers off the teacher's desk and started handing them out one by one to the students.

Music class was Ashley's favorite class. Music was in her blood and she loved that she got to spend an entire period just listening to and playing music. The first week of class the teacher had had the class play the instruments of their choosing so he could get a feel for the talent of the class. Seeing as she had cut the entire first week of school she hadn't gotten to play for the teacher but fortunately for her Mr.Richard was not only her music teacher but he ran music club after school. So he was already aware of her musical talents.
Mr.Richard had already chosen a song for the class to learn that they would play together. Getting the sheet music Ashley grabbed a guitar and sat in the back of the room learning the chords.

"Ouch, right in the ego." Blair said as he clutched his chest as if physically pained by Mikaela's abrupt turn down. Quickly Mikaela turned her back to him, focusing her attention on the teacher, making it all too apparent that she wasn't the slightest bit interested.

Mrs. Stein gestured towards the brunette, choosing her to handout a few dittos probably on greyscale or how to accurately depict light. Mrs. Stein wasn't a very good art teacher, she couldn't explain anything verbally and either resorted to worksheets or drawing it herself.

"It doesn't necessarily have to be a package deal..." Blair spoke as he directed his gaze to Aaliyah who hadn't voiced her opinion yet.
"And there might be Starbucks in it for you." He said with a brief chortle. Mikaela made her rounds and eventually made her way to the table and handed out the papers.
"The offer still stands if you change your mind." He said. He looked up at the clock and noticed the bell was going to ring soon and put away his portfolio and waited at the door of the classroom.

"You agreed to take art because you love me. Plus seeing as you can't cook us taking home ec together was out of the question." Aaliyah pretended to be insulted as her laughed at lack of cooking skills. "Bitch! Look I know how to cook .... okay not really but I know how to order which is good enough for me." She couldn't help but laugh herself but what did people expect from her. She was to high maintenance to do manual labor. Besides cooking and cleaning is what her family paid the help to do so why would she bother ever doing it herself.

Aaliyah had been pretty zoned out the entire class so she hadn't even noticed when the mysterious Blair had taken a seat at their table. Not that it was a problem seeing as it wasn't like he was some nerd or other loser. "Hey, ladies. I have a proposition." both girls tuned in but while Mikaela seemed to have her guard up Aaliyah was intrigued. As Mikaela cleared the table of their trash Aaliyah wondered what kind of proposition a guy like Blair could have for like her and Kayla. When Mikaela got back Blair shared just what it was he had in mind, "It entails a little photo shoot."

Mikaela shut the idea down the second it came out of his mouth with a classy thank you no thank you. Leave it up to Mickey to do the polite turn down. "Ouch, right in the ego." Aaliyah giggled while Mikaela ignored opting to hand out papers rather than stay at the table. Aaliyah and Mikaela differed in a lot ways. One of the ways being they didn't share the same need of attention and praise. While Mikaela liked attention she didn't crave it the same way Aaliyah did. Which is why she was able to turn down the chance for her own personal photo op with out a second thought. Aaliyah on the other hand would do no such thing.

"It doesn't necessarily have to be a package deal..." Blair spoke to her with his gaze directly and solely on her. "Actually it does. Lucky for you I like the camera." Getting up from the table Aaliyah walked across the room to where Mikaela was still making her rounds, "Were doing the photo shoot." she said matter-of-factly. Before Mikaela could get out a word Aaliyah continued "Look I joined the stupid art class out of my quote on quote love for you, so now your gonna do this photo thing out of your love for me." Aaliyah knew how to get people to do what she wanted when she wanted. Knowing Mikaela she knew she had no chance of convincing her so she was going to guilt her into it. "Plus, we both know I just got out of a relationship and as fine as that boy is me and him alone would totally turn into some steamy hot rebound sex on my part. One that while exhilarating in the end I would probably regret and it would be your fault because instead of being a friend you let me be alone with a hot guy so soon after a break up."

Mikaela looked at Aaliyah in disbelief. She couldn't believe Aaliyah was really trying to guilt trip her right now. More shocking was the fact that it was working. Aaliyah had only taken art for her and she figured it was only fair that if her friend really wanted to do this she could do it for her. "And there might be Starbucks in it for you." Mikaela knew the comment was directed at her which made her roll her eyes as Aaliyah continued following her around the room like her morkie Baby did all the time. "The offer still stands if you change your mind." Mikaela finished her rounds and sighed as she headed back to their table to grab her things. "Fine!", she said turning to Aaliyah, "Fine well do the damn photo op."

Aaliyah was ecstatic as she wrapped her arms around Mikaela neck and jumped up and down. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Grabbing her things she took Mikaela by the wrist she pulled Mikaela along with her over to where Blair was waiting for the bell to ring. "We're in!" she said just as the bell rang. "Will discuss the details later." Flashing her famous smile she walked out of the room and headed for her locker to get her books for Physics.

Art class was fun for Agatha. Granted, the teacher was not great at explaining things, yet it did not deter from her joy at the subject and getting to make something pretty. She wasted no time in completing the project for the day before she overheard the conversation between Aaliyah, Mikaela, and Blair. She had to admit, she thought Blair was handsome, and somewhat funny. Aaliyah, of course, she figured could stand to not be so controlling. Agatha never bothered to say anything about it, however, opting to focus on her studies and family.

During class, she was so busy with a sketch she worked on in her spare time, she accidentally shoved her eraser away from her and off the desk. "Oops. Must've gotten a little carried away." Looking around, she asked herself, "Hmmm... where could it have gone?" Her question was immediately answered when one of the male classmates presented the lost item to her, which she gladly received back with a gentle smile and a sweet, "Thank you!" One of the other male classmates encourage the boy to go for it and ask her out, which made him awkward, but Agatha giggled and said, "Oh, don't worry about it! He's just being sweet, is all!"

Then, the bell rang. Picking up her things, she went out the door and made her way to the locker, which was next to Blair's. She waved to him politely before grabbing her books for Physics and walking to that class. Along the way, boys she walked past stopped to gaze at her without her noticing. Sure, Aaliyah may be feared and respected, yet there were still a great deal of boys that simply and secretly adored Agatha for more reasons than one. Her trim and simplistic beauty, her intelligence, her compassion, even the way she often manages to put a smile on people's faces draws the guys to her like a magnet. Ironically, she never figured that out, thinking they were simply being kind to her. Much gossip is about that whoever would win her heart would be a hero around school.

Halfway to her destination, her favorite relatives spotted her and began to walk alongside her, one on each side. Akira, naturally, asked if anyone was a bother to her, and she, as usual, answered to the negative in a happy mood. Once in the Physics classroom, Agatha sat at her usual spot up front, Akira right behind her to keep his eye on her in case anyone were to try anything disrespectful. Yoshio, naturally, decided to sit next to Kueng, giving him a wink as he did so.

From there, the music fanatic tapped the shoulder of Akira, directly in front of him, and said to his cousin, "Akira-kun, did you notice how Lily-chan is smitten by you?"

Akira raised an eye-brow. "You mean Lillian? No, no I haven't, Yoshio." His eyes squinting, he asked, "What are you getting at?"

Yoshio shrugged. "Well, I wouldn't want my little cousin to be all alone, now would I?" He playfully nudged Akira and added with a sly grin, "Come on! Step up to the plate! Give her a chance!"

"I'll think about it," was Akira's simple answer. He glanced over in Lillian's direction for a brief moment, then thought to himself as to how such a thing would work due to the fact he and Lillian barely knew each other, at the moment. Of course, he refocused his attention to his notes after a fraction of time.

Yoshio rolled his eyes. "You're hopeless, Akira-kun. You really are."

Meanwhile, Agatha glanced over at Blair for a moment, taking in his mischievous demeanor, and softly giggled to herself before reviewing her notes for the third time that day. She was always a book worm, not to mention a great athlete. It is difficult to find that combination. How she did it is a mystery to some people, but for her, it was simply time management.

Mikaela allowed herself to be whisked away by Aaliyah as the bell rang signaling passing. She hated passing. There was just to much going on with everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get from point A to point B without before the late bell sounded. Fortunately Mikaela and Aaliyah were on the same page when it came to how they conducted passing. Instead of rushing to get to class the two girls took their time stopping by their side by side lockers to retrieve their books. After which they would both about two to three minutes looking at themselves in the mirrors that was placed inside the locker doors. Than they spent the rest of their time socializing with others who they deemed relevant often to chat with until the late bell sounded. With 3/4 of the high school population being losers the halls were mostly cleared by the time the late bell rang seeing as only really popular and suppose to be "rebels" ever went to class late.

Entering the classroom Mikaela headed straight to the back of the room. When it came to her classes she never sat directly in the front as the was loser domain. The way sitting started for her was in the middle section of the room and depending on how much she liked or better yet disliked the class determined how far back she sat. Physics being one of her most least favorite class meant she was sitting all the way in the back for this class. Taking a seat by the window she took out the essentials and began writing the notes that were written on the board.

Ashley had just finished learning the chords to the piece as the bell sounded for next class. She groaned in frustration. Music was the only class that she really gave a damn about which meant the rest of the day would mostly be a bore. If it wasn't for the fact that she knew Tristan would be checking for her she'd been on her way to the student parking lot. Placing the guitar on the stance she said goodbye to her music teacher and left the room.

Ashley's method to handling passing was to get what she needed and get out of the halls as quickly as possible. She couldn't stand everyone pushing and shoving in their rush to get to class that none of them really wanted to go too. As if that wasn't bad enough the damn stampedes happened every single time. When she made it to her locker Ashley collected the things she would need for Physics then closed the locker back. Maneuvering her way through the sea of hormonal teens she got to class just before the late bell rang.

Wanting to avoid the bobble heads and jockstraps who she knew from past experiences would flock to the back of room she seated herself in the third row of the room. It was far enough away from the so-called populars and not to close to the front to draw attention. Which was just how she liked it. Taking out her books and her writing utensil she started taking notes. Physics wasn't the most interesting subject in the world but it wasn't her most hated so she could pull through it.

Modern World Studies was just history with spice. And with William also liking history...he liked this class. So, studying the late eighteen-hundreds, William left the class with a sense of gratitude for what the people in the past did for them in the present. He kept on walking and walking. When he reached his locker, he breathed in and...exhaled. He unlocked his locker and put his books in it then grabbed his camera. Shutting the metal door, he turned on his heel and heard another bell. After a few seconds people started running to get to there classes. William looked on in amusement and called out, "No running in the hallways!!"

Mostly people looked at him like he was crazy, but most just ignored the guy. He shrugged and went off his way in a lazy stroll dodging people coming at him. I'm a ninja. Sooo ninja. I dodge and weave and am invisible. Stealthy, the Jones thought to himself as he did just that. When it seemed like somebody would plow into him, he sidestepped and kept going.

But from behind, he was shoved. Shoved hard. He fell against somebody who, in turn, fell onto somebody else. The domino effect. Quickly regaining his composure he ignored everything and went to the Photography class. No need to make a scene. The late bell went off when he reached the classroom. He entered and found a seat, taking his camera from around his neck and waited.

In french when Akira sat down next to her, Lillian felt heart beating fast, very fast. Quickly completing the worksheet that the teacher had given them, she wanted to fled the scene, but it seems as if Akira had noticed her nervousness.

"Salut, Lillian, Are you okay? You seem tense."
"yes, of course, everything is fine,"Lillian said laughing it off "just a little tired from swim practice"
she hesitated for a moment "um...I was wondering whether you want to go to the movie together on Saturday"
After saying that she kind of regretted and decided to avoid answering any further questions for the rest of the period.
However, that awkwardness just doesn't fade at all, since they share the same schedule. So for physics she decided to sit next to Brandon at the front of the room. To be honest...she never really liked physics, the teacher at least. She isn't usually the one to complain about her teachers but with this one she has to. The teacher is just one of the strictest in school, constantly expecting full organization from his students. He never gives extensions, nor does he allow his students take notes while he talks. See! amazing right? a teacher that doesn't allow students to take notes during class...what a laugh.
However, surprisingly the teacher really likes Brandon, because he is always organized and never falls behind for his work during tournaments and sports seasons. Together they worked on a lab, which when she caught the opportunity to turn back to check on Akira he is sitting quite far in the back, not sure what he is thinking. She wanted to approach him and ask how his lab is going but then never hand the courage to go up and ask considering what happened in French. Thinking about that she accidentally knocked over the experiment that she was doing....uh oh...that wouldn't end well.

Image As soon as the bell rang signaling the end of second period Blair darted out of the Art Studio and made his way to Kueng's locker hoping he'd catch him in time. When he got there he put in the code 8-38-8, when he opened it her caught sight of some girl not too far from him waving politely, he'd seen her in his art class and given her a brief smile. She was cute and looked innocent to a fault. He could charm her without even the slightest resistance, he was sure of it. Should I leave the poor girl alone? He asked himself and soon after decided he'd introduce himself if she so desired. His reputation was enough of a warning and if she didn't heed that maybe there was more to her than he could see at first glance, or maybe she'd just have to learn the hard way.

Blair removed his books for Physics and his other AM classes from Kueng's locker and closed it lackadaisically, leaving it open as he walked to his next class. On the way he saw the girl again walking with Akira & Yoshio. When they entered the classroom Agatha took her sear in the front and Blair rolled his eyes in annoyance, if he wanted to talk to her he'd have to sit front and center and he was as sure as anything that his Physics teacher, Mr. Composto hated his guts.

"Fuck." He uttered as he walked through the classing room when his eye caught sight of his friend Kueng, Yoshio gave the boy a wink and Blair laughed obnoxiously and took his head in the front. Kueng mumbled something to the Blair about being an asshole but he ignored him and slid beside Agatha.

"Hey, you're in my art class, right? I never did get your name." He said using a look that he'd perfected over the years, he'd been told that it made it seem as if you might be the only person in the world that mattered at that very moment.

Meanwhile, while Blair waited for the girl to reply Kueng smiled at Yoshio and said,

"Hey, long time no see. How was your Summer?" He asked being that he hadn't spoken a word to him until now because they kind of ran in two different circles. But being that Yoshio was so nice, and seemed to have a thing for Kueng he made small talk and common pleasantries with him, maybe they'd get to know each other more this year.

Agatha had just set up the experiment when Blair came up to her. His smile was cute, she had to admit. The thing is, the girl had a reputation for mistaking a guy's expressions of affection or infatuation as something else. In this case, she figured he was just striking up a conversation and trying to get to know her some more. "Oh! Hi, Blair!" Her innocent smile showed as she responded to the question with, "I'm Agatha, Agatha Apostolos!" Turning her eyes back to the experiment, she added, "Well, since we're sitting next to each other, you wouldn't mind if I pair up with you for this lab, would you? We can talk while we do this; I'm pretty decent at multi-tasking." Just then, she heard a crashing sound and turned her head. "Oh, dear..." Getting up, she said to Blair, "I'll be right back."

---

Meanwhile, Yoshio heard Keung ask about his summer, to which he replied with a smile, "It was pretty good." gripping his chin in thought, he added, "Let's see... There was karaoke, hanging out with family, more karaoke, some manga that I read, followed by the anime, then some swimming at the local pool, and also spending time with family..." Soon enough, he snapped out of it. "Oh! Gomen! I got carried away! Almost forgot about the lab!" (Gomen is Japanese for Sorry.) While working on the experiment with Kueng, the singer heard a crashing noise and jerked his head. He would have stepped in to help, yet he figured this was his cousin's time to shine.

---

Akira decided to go to the back of class to help a friend from Church he would meet on Saturdays before services. He was more knowledgeable on Biology than Physics, but it did not stop him from doing what he could. And then, during the lab, Akira heard the sound of items crashing onto the floor and jerked his head to see Lillian in front of the mess. He stood up and went over to her, which obviously did not bode well with Ms. Composto due to the glare that came out.

Akira reasoned by saying, "This isn't the first time she was seen being stressed out about something, today."

Agatha was also helping to clean up with Akira and Lillian. Together, the siblings contributed to setting the lab up properly before Agatha went back to her lab with Blair, conducting it asking him, "You were saying?"

While Agatha went back to the lab, Akira handed a piece of paper to Lillian, stating, "Here, I think you forgot this."

Inside the note (with cursive words) was:

Dear Lillian,

I think I have time for the movie on Saturday, since it would be later in the day and church services that day are in the morning. I got my own car, I can make it there. Normally, when travelling about town, I'd be riding my bicycle, but, you know, being all sweaty is not that great. Anyway, I will be there. Just mention the time and place in which we meet at the cinema, and we can work it out from there.

Sincerely,
Akira

Now that it was out of the way, and the mess cleaned up (there were no chemicals, since it was physics), Akira went back to helping his friend from church with the lab. His peers from church, Akira observed, are typically against any sort of clique or social circle often found in school. Granted, other students tend to view them as a circle of their own, despite their conversing with multiple kinds of people.

---

Yoshio secretly thought in his head about the first triumph in a road to making his cousin and Lillian a pair while continuing the lab with Kueng. "What about you, Kueng-kun? Was your summer decent?"

Before he knew the bell was ringing and students quickly raced out of the class to go and social or get their books or more importantly talk to their friends. Tristan said long enough to clean his station and wash the grease off of his hands and arms. After saying goodbye to his teacher he entered the hallway and made his way to locker. Retrieving his Physics book, a notebook and a pen he locked his locker back then hung out in the halls for about five minutes as he talked to friends before finally heading to class. Walking into class he was late but teachers were used to it from people from his clique so nothing was said. Taking the available sit next to Ashley he smiled "Look who's still here. I would have thought used cut out and go home."

Entering the room behind Mikaela she followed her to the back of the room and took a seat beside her. Her eyes glanced around the room and she was not happy with what she was seeing. People like Blair Bellamy should not be sitting with let alone talking to doe-eyed nobodies like whoever the hell the girl he was sitting next to was. Especially after just being seen with the two hottest girls in the entire school. That was just a major no no. Plus her ex-boyfriend was sitting with her ex-best friend. It's not like she was jealous of their friendship or anything, it was just the principle of the matter.

The loud shatter drew her attention to a mess probably made by some klutz. There was a crowd of bodies in the front of the room cleaning up a mess that literally only took one person a couple of damn paper towels. Rolling her eyes she glanced over at Mikaela who was busily at work completely their lab. Aaliyah would help her if she knew anything about Physics. Both girls had classes that were their strengths and weaknesses, while neither girl was all that great when it came to Physics Mikaela was far better at it than herself. Glancing back up to the front of the room the commotion had died down and most of the group had disbanded leaving just her friend Lillian and that loser Akira.

For whatever ungodly reason she knew that Lillian was attracted to the loser and for the life of her she couldn't see why. He wasn't even good looking. Aaliyah had a keen eye and it didn't slip pass her when Akira slipped Lillian a piece of paper. The sight made her want to gag. Oh hell no! Nudging Mikaela she pointed to the display of awfulness going on in front of her. "Did you see that?! If that's what I think it is I will rain on kinds of hell down upon this school. We cannot let our friend settle for the likes of that! Are you listening to me?!"

It was the second week of school. Basketball is still a ways away... She thought to herself as she lazily walked through the nearly empty halls. It was alright though, since she was seen as the rebel crowd. She reached her locker, keying in the combination and giving it a swift hit. Her locker had always been sticky, and wouldn't open without some force. As it popped open, she shoved her skateboard inside and pulled out a notebook and pen. She might at least pretend to care. Rylie yawned as she walked into her first period late. U.S. History was probably her least favorite class ever. She physically couldn't stay awake, but that didn't matter much since the teacher didn't care.

"Rylie, you're late again. This is your last warning." The teacher huffed, but everyone knew it was a bluff. Rylie may be a rebel, but she was the school's best point guard for girl's basketball. With the season they had last year, everyone was expecting them to make it to state this year... and win. A lot of the teachers gave her leeway for being a jock, even if she refused to admit it.

"Whatever." She shrugged, smirking at a pretty girl that was sitting in her class. Taking a seat at the very back, Rylie promptly began her nap. It was peaceful until the bell rang. Rylie jumped awake, knocking her black and white snapback off her head. Groggily, Ry scratched the back of her neck as she picked up her hat and headed out of the classroom. People were scrambling between classes, afraid of being late or getting trampled. Rylie spotted a few of the popular girls, smirking as she threw a wink every once in a while. Everyone in the school knew Rylie was a lesbian, and Ry was never typically too short of girls being interested. The main problem was that a lot of guys hated the fact that their girlfriends usually suffered a girl crush on Ry. With her dark blue and black plaid shirt over her black tank, it was easy to see her tight abs and Damn, am I proud of my abs. Just as Rylie turned a corner, some girl bumped into her, but Rylie didn't budge. The girl however was sent sprawling to the floor and her notebooks scattered. The girl was cute, and by her red face, Rylie could tell she was embarrassed.

"Hey, you alright, sweetheart?" Rylie asked charmingly, offering a hand to help the girl up. However, the girl only nodded dumbly up at her, staring at the dark haired rebel. As the bell rang, the girl seemed to snap back to her senses, quickly accepting the helping hand. "Didn't hit you're head, right?" Ry chuckled, referring to her spacing out.

"N-No..." She blushed brightly, ducking her head as she mumbled a 'thank you' and something about being late for class. Rylie laughed, scratching her neck with a content smirk. A little ego boost every day never hurt anyone. As she wandered to her next class, Rylie half imagined skipping again... but she did skip last Friday, so she'd just have to suck it up for now. Entering her Algebra II, Rylie sat at the back again, ignoring the glare from the teacher. She was actually extremely good with math, and the class was just a breeze for her so far. Kicking her feet up on the chair directly in front of her, Rylie smirked as the girl in front rolled her eyes. Glancing around, she was hoping to have a more entertaining morning...

While she did like school Christina despised Mondays. After lounging around and having fun all weekend it was such a drag to have to wake up at six in the morning to make it to school. Plus it always seemed like time moved at a snail's pace on Mondays. She felt like she had been in school for hours and yet it was only 8:15 and she was still in her first period class. As her history spoke about the history she expected everyone to do for tomorrow Christina packed up her things as she waited for the last three minutes of class to pass.

When the did the bell rung and the students all got up out of their seats and headed for the single door at the front of the room. Due to Tristan wanting to go by Ashley's house before school Christina had taken the bus to school not wanting to be a bother to her parents and not having her permit yet. Without her brother there rushing her along she had gotten to school late and hadn't been able to stop by her locker to due her usual drop off pick up.

Walking through the busy halls of Manor Hill High she made her way to her locker. Tossing her leather jacket into her locker she grabbed her algebra 2 textbook and slid it into her bag. Seeing as she used a binder for all her classes she didn't have a million and one notebooks for different subjects which she was thankful for. Closing her locker she snapped the lock closed and pushed her sunglasses to the top of her head and maneuvered her way through the crowds to her math class.

Placing Friday's homework on the teacher's desk as she entered the room she went to the middle row and took a seat. Getting out her textbook, binder, calculator and lead pencil she opened her textbook to the page written on the board and began doing the first five problems that the class was going to do once the usual late attendants arrived.
