Erin woke up from her comfortable tree branch by the peeking of a bird. She moved her head a bit which made the peeking bird fly away from her, "I'm sorry, robin but I'm not food for the birds." A yawn escaped her lips as she stretched her muscles, her still sleepy eyes looked around her surroundings. She stood up and jumped from the branch she took a night sleep with. The leaves made a crunching noise as she walked towards a certain tree and crouched a bit to remove the leaves that were covering a hole where she kept all her mother's books about spells and potions. She took one book out and blew away all the dust and dirt that it had and covered the hole again. Going to another tree, she removed the spell which hid the big hole of the tree where she placed all her food supplies in. She got one pear and started to eat it as she studies again the spells of the book.

Her dark brown eyes looked up in the sky and saw it was almost noon, "That gives me around nine hours to train and study new spells before I go retrieve their donations for me...even though they didn't know about it."

Erin was the type to steal around items at night, that way she only has a few opponents to face rather in the sunlight where everything is busy and about. Most races turn themselves in at night, with the exception of werewolves that is but she uses this as a part of her training. If a werewolf faces her, then she has to do anything in order to survive this racism era.

JJ snorted slightly, rolling his eyes and then shaking his head. "Royal servant..." He smiled. "Sound like you have a hell of a life there Rosie Posey." He commented, glancing over the side to where the girl was looking and waving at her sister. "Bonjourno madame!" He said, putting on a strong French accent . "Your sister, she is, how you say... socialising!" He called down to her, winking at Rosie and then pulling back. "Sister? Hmm, looks like she's a lot less rebelious than you, doesn't she?" He smiled to the young teen. He always preferred talking to younger people. They seemed a whole lot less obedient to the higher races, much like himself. It was only those kinds of people that he seemed to feel a sort of sympathy towards, purely because he could see himself in them. The rebellious streak and ache for freedom. He could see the misery in them. Because he knew if he was enslaved, he'd die a little inside. "Well, you better go back to your sister." He suggested, looking around a little. "And... judging by the height of the sun, it's nearing about 8 o'clock, and around this time, I should be able to find..." He rushed to another end of the balcony, looking down and then grinning.

"There she is." JJ mumbled to himself, spotting Erin a little way down the street, by the old tree, keeping in the shadows. He burst into a giant smile, racing back towards Rosie and giving a little tilt of her head. "Well, you've gotta go, and I've gotta go." He took her hand and shook it. "Lovely to meet you mes amie, but gotta run." He leant in close and whispered in her ear, "Especially before those darned vampires sniff me out." He smiled and then sat on the railing, sliding down it. "See you around!" He gave a small nod to the other sister, giving her a wink but soon after exited the alleyway and made his way over towards Erin.

Erin sat on her comfortable tree branch as she reads the spell book about elemental attacks, munching the pear every now and then. The crunching noise of the leaves made her head shot up and look around her, her eyes narrowed as she looked down below to see the intruder though only to find JJ visiting her again. She gave a slight wave at him, as sign of hello then went back to reading her book.

After reading the direction on how breathe fire like a dragon, Erin closed her eyes in concentration, "Gather all the heat of your surroundings...take a deep breath..." She opened her eyes and blew as hard as she can. As blew, fire came out from her mouth and the fire burn the tree in front of her. Her widens at the sight, she stood up and quickly used a water spell to put out the fire, "Not to self, if I will practice a fire element attack or defense or anything that will result to damaging the trees, go deeper into the forest."

Erin then went back to reading the book which leads to shooting fire out of her hands, sighing at this topic, she had to go deeper to the forest. She jumped off from the tree branch and landed in front of JJ, "Hey, JJ. How's life?"

JJ jumped back and held a hand in front of his face as fire erupted from Erin's mouth and burnt the tree. He smiled up to it and laughed a little, rolling his eyes gently and then standing beneath the tree once the water spell was cast. It made him laugh sometimes when he found Erin and she was causing destruction around her. It was kinda a way to make sure people stayed away from her in some aspects. Who would want to be around someone who could possibly burn their heads off? When she jumped down, he smiled to her, pointlessly waving even though she was right in front of him.

"Oh you know, the usual. Just had my daily chase by some witches. Just one from some Vampires too and I'm good to go!" he said, laughing a little and then sighing gently. "How about you? Spell casting, uh, making progress?" he asked with a grin, tilting his head up into the tree and then looking back down to her.

He liked seeing Erin. At times, she felt like the only friend. Only one he could really trust. Her being unmarked meant she hated the new world even more than himself, and that could only mean one thing to him. She was trustworthy.

JJ's attention was drawn away from Erin as he watched a couple of CEO's walk past nearby. Vampires, but CEO's. And more than likely to have a lot of dosh on them. He smiled a little and then glanced back to Erin. "Hey, Erin, let's see if I can treat us to some good food tonight. That we can actually buy perhaps..." He gave her a hand as if to say 'wait' though both of them knew that if she were to wait for him, she'd more than likely be waiting for quite a while. He was very patient and slow when he pick-pocketed (It wasn't that often, since he didn't like to risk being bitten), but it did always seem to pay off, as it left them hardly noticing when their Mackie cards had gone missing. Oh yes, JJ was certainly skilled when it came to this kind of thing. Well, he had spent his whole life learning how to do it...

JJ watched the two vampires walk towards a gate which then lead into the head office. Where... well, everything was run. Kind of like Parliament or something similar to that. He scratched his chin, debating on whether he should risk it or not... But then, there was that little bit in him that wanted a chase again... He smiled a little to himself and then shrugged. "Oh why not... Either this or starve tonight." He mumbled to himself with a cheeky grin, slipping close to the gate and then climbing up over the wall and into the building. He stuck to the darkness of the hallways, straightening his shirt and pushing his hair back so that he looked more sophisticated. He was running a major risk here, but there was hardly anyone wandering around right now. There must be some kind of dumb speech going on about how all Humans are spawns of satan and all Vampires are awesome or something... Twilight fan club. He laughed gently to himself, before spotting the two CEO's a little further down coming to a stop. He blinked a couple of times, mentally swearing and then glancing around frantically for a hiding place. He pushed against a door and it slowly opened. Thanking God, Jesus and the candy lord, he slipped in, gently closing the door behind him.

He listened to the door for a moment, hearing some footsteps, but then listening to them fade away and letting out a small sigh of relief. He grinned and then pulled away from the door, about to walk out when he found himself looking around the room. A big desk laid at the far end, a large window with blinds laying stiffly across it (why a vampire's office had a window in the first place was beyond him) and then other furniture like chairs, a closet, filing cabinets etc. He blinked a couple of times before it hit him. Why chase after vampires when he could raid a vampire's office and find their Mackie cards and more! He felt a childish grin prick up the corners of his lips and then got to work. He needed to get some good stuff for himself and his friends. And this was the best place to find it. He slid over the desk and then started going through the drawers.

Erin was about to reply to JJ's question when his attention was taken away. She looked at where he may be looking at and saw some vampires walking near them. Her eyes narrowed at them, "I hope the sun burns their skins to ashes." Even though she knew her father was a vampire, she can't stand those arrogant vampires. When she was young, she had an encounter with a vampire and let's say it didn't go so well (spit at her and punched her away from the path he was taking then called her a dirty unmarked). She never forgave that vampire but she couldn't hate the race of vampires. The only thing that's keeping her away from hating the vampires is her father. He was a kind and gentle man, the complete opposite of the bully vampire.

"Hey, Erin, let's see if I can treat us to some good food tonight. That we can actually buy perhaps..." JJ said quickly and made a hand gesture that means she had to wait for him in that spot until he returns.

Her eyebrow raised then she chuckle softly, "It's a hundred years early, JJ, for you to treat us. I mean we steal whatever we can't afford and that's everything."

She sighed and sat on the ground and opening her spell book again, reading the next lesson on her elemental magic. Erin is quite patient and doesn't mind if she has to stay put on a certain area. Of course, that is how she usually is at night when she needs to be on stealth mode and wait until the time is right to grab the loot from the marked.

JJ was quite happy to leave right then and there. To make a speedy escape before anyone tried to investigate what was going on. However, that was before he heard the crash through the window. He found his attention was hooked and he turned, looking round towards the room he just walked past. He snorted a little. Maybe Mr. High and mighty finally got what he deserved. He heard a gentle thump, like a bag being thrown to the ground. Though, it sounded a little sloppier. Maybe like a pillow case full of cake mix. “No one is safe anymore...” He heard, right before the room fell silent. He blinked a couple of times, unable to resist anymore. His head peeked slightly around the corner of the door to see what all the ruckus was about. And then, the sight hit him like a ton of bricks. Guts, gore and a severed head of a human. He held a hand over his mouth and cringed. "Oh man." He whispered to himself, looking at Mason's reaction as he went from shock, to anger almost instantly. It must've been someone he knew... The vampire then snapped out his phone and furiously dialled. "Write this down, I want notices across all districts, Warning: Killer now targeting all races, reward for him, alive. Make sure everyone knows about this psycho. Setup for a public speaking, you get people from all races there. Get this done by tomorrow or you're fired and I'll be sure you're next on the killer's list." By the end of it, the phone was practically metallic crumbs in his hand, and JJ kinda guessed that'd need replacing...

"My cue to leave probably..." JJ told himself. However, there was a little part of him that wanted to find out more. Just what exactly was happening. Was there honestly a killer now that was trying to kill all races? JJ pulled away from the door and pushed his back up against a wall. "More than likely to be an unmarked." He thought out loud quietly to himself. "The body looked mangled and ripped apart, so I doubt it's a witch hybrid... Either wolf or Vampire I guess..." He ruffled up his hair beneath his hood and then looked down the hallway. "Anyway..." He began walking away again. He needed to tell Erin about this. He didn't like the thought about her being in trouble too. And it was a possibility. Might have to find that Rosie girl I met this morning too... She works for the government, right? He bit his lip, shaking at the thought of someone that innocent possibly being put into that kind of situation. Being mangled and ripped to shreds... Why would someone do that to an innocent? He shook his head, it wasn't going to happen... but still... It was worth warning her... He glanced about, still desperately trying to find an exit...
