Psychiatric Check:
Matt is a guy with his heart set in the right place, but just can’t seem to figure out what he is good at. He has a happy guy for most of his life living with his parents up until he was eight when he parents was killed by some random mugger. This seemed to traumatized him for quite some period of time. He since has tried to find his calling in life through doing multiple things such as being a paperboy, a newspaper reporter and a photographer, a courier and a lifeguard he a guy who’s nice enough once you know him but seems to keep to himself mostly. He seems to like jobs with a fast pace that he can enjoy himself in without the symbiote. He tries to be a nice person but can come off as edgy and though he tries to do the right thing it may not always seem that way. He sometimes has out of character mood swings most attributed to the symbiote such as threatening to eat one of the first criminals he caught. Also it seems that he is not a full control of the symbiote as seen when he loses control becoming what most people would consider a monster. Fully in my opinion he seems to be one of those heroes lost in the haze of who he is. The kid needs a guide… someone who can connect with him on a deeper level and not just the symbiote

-Chocolate “it’s complicated, you see…I have to eat it…or I eat you…or your brain to be exact, but don’t”
-New York skyline
-Swinging through the city
-Seeing he’s done the right thing
-People seeing him as a good person instead of some monster

-Other people who think they can hurt others and get away with it
-loud mouths
-Trying hard to make an image but everyone’s afraid of you
-Putting his family in danger
-Failing to stop a criminal

Powers and stuff:

-Anti-venom symbiote.
-Wallet etc.
-Apartment in New York City
-job supply’s

Skilled Reporter: He has a lot of skill as a reporter and works for the New York newspaper as a report on leading stories and knows how to investigate. He also had many sources of information in helping with his plans.

Skilled Symbiote Hunter: Even when he is without his symbiote, he has shown the ability to take down a symbiote
Skilled Marksmen: his father trained him to learn how to shoot a gun the right way and boy can he shoot

Symbiotic Bond: He not only has a close bond with his symbiote, referring to himself in first person instead of “we” but he is a symbiote magnet. In other words any symbiote that knows his location will go and try to bond with him, which though it gives him control over symbiotes it also may mean losing the only cure for the symbiotes, which is something that can not happen

The Suit:

Superhuman Strength: While we do not to truly it is believed that he is a class 70 (As Anti-Venom); Eddie Brock worked his body to peak human conditioning, able to lift 700 lb before his bonding with the Symbiote. Venom possessed superhuman strength enabling him to lift about 70 tons in his regular size, this is not his true limit as his strength increases with his size and variable muscle mass. As Anti-Venom he strong as Venom(Gargan) if not stronger as he was successfully able to trade punches, this would theoretically enable him to lift up to 70 tons in his regular size. This is not his true limit as his strength increases with his size and variable muscle mass, but as said before it is believed he is stronger than shown.

Superhuman Speed: He can move or run at speeds greater than any normal human being.

Superhuman Stamina: He can exert himself for at least 48 hours until fatigue impairs him. Anti-Venom is also capable of surviving in harmful areas for long periods of time such as underwater or in toxic gases, the symbiote filtering breathable air to the host.

Superhuman Agility: His agility is superior to any normal human being.

Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are superior to any normal human being.

Superhuman Durability: He is much more resistant to injury than Spider Man, Venom and Carnage combined. The tissue the symbiote is composed of renders Brock's body much harder and much more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. Brock can withstand high caliber bullets, great impact forces, powerful energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining physical injury. He is durable enough that he can withstand multiple barrages of high caliber weapons such as machine guns from close range completely unperturbed, can withstand blows from superhuman beings such as Wrecker, Spider-Man, Carnage, etc unharmed. He also possesses an extreme resistance to pain, and seems to feel it only to a certain extent.

Tracking: Anti Venom can track anyone, not just other symbiotes, as long as he has something to begin from, within the entire city of New York and possibly further.
Genetic Memory: The symbiote possesses some limited psychic ability, making it capable of obtaining information from its hosts and even other people and symbiotes simply by touch. It can, however, be forced to forget information if the symbiote is inflicted with heavy trauma.

ESP (Spider-Sense): Brock is also granted an extrasensory ability similar to Spider-Man’s spider-sense. This response is not as complicated as Spider-Man’s inherent sense since the alien costume can detect danger from every direction and conduct Brock in plenty of time. It's a lot more efficient than Spider-Man’s spider-sense because it takes less time to sense the danger, and Brock’s reflexes are faster than Spider-Man’s, because they are enhanced by the alien costume for instance Anti Venom can dodge a gunshot or a barrage of bullets.

Immunity to Spider-man's Spider Sense: Due to Spider-Man being a host to the symbiote, Brock is able to bypass Spider-Man's spider-sense. As such, Brock is capable of attacking Spider-Man without alerting him, making him a deadly opponent.

Immune to EMP effects: The symbotie as most symbiotes are is known to be immune to most EMP effects such as ghost riders penance stare, spidermans spider sense(as metioned before) etc.

Constituent-Matter Generation: Anti Venom can also use the same substance comprising the symbiote in the form of constituent black matter or he can generate tentacle-like appendages from various parts of his body, which he often uses either in combat situations or to restrain someone. Anti Venom can manipulate his matter to enlarge or stretch his body in order to augment his attacks. He can morph sections of his body, such as his hands or feet, into spikes, blades, axes or a shield.

Accelerated Healing Factor: He is capable of healing injuries in the host at a faster rate than normal human healing allows. The symbiote is even capable of healing injuries and illness that current human medical care cannot such as cancer. This is even more advanced for Anti-Venom, allowing him to heal from a shotgun wound to the head.

Camouflage Capabilities: The symbiote is capable of mimicking the appearance of any form of clothing, camouflaging with its surroundings, and even mimicking other people.
Wall Crawling: Much like Spider-Man, Anti Venom has the ability to cling to virtually any surface. He can rapidly crawl, walk, or run across even slick/wet surfaces.

Webbing Generation: Anti Venom can project a powerful, organic web-like substance similar to the webbing Spider-Man has. He typically uses this webbing to swing from building to building or as a means of immobilizing someone. The webbing is incredibly strong.

Stretching and deforming: Although it's wide known that the Symbiote can stretch and deform itself, recently it was able to perform this ability during bonded with a human host.

Poisonous Fangs: An ability developed by Brock when he bonded with the symbiote. Anti Venom's fangs not only intimidate foes but deliver a powerful, toxic bite. (oh, the irony)

External Symbiote Rejection: Upon being assaulted by Mac Gargan, the Venom symbiote attempts to leave Gargan to bond with Brock again. However Brock's skin is caustic to his former symbiote, which means the white symbiote has the ability to reject the Venom symbiote and presumably all of its children as well.

Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Anti-Venom can manipulate his matter to enlarge or stretch his body in order to augment his attacks. For example, he enlarged his fist and slammed it into Mac Gargan creating more of an impact. He can morph sections of his body, such as his hands or feet, into spikes, blades, axes or a shield.
Impurity Sense: Anti-Venom can sense foreign substances within a person's body which includes symbiotes, radiation, narcotics, viruses and diseases.

Internal Bodily Cleansing: After sensing the impurity, Anti-Venom can forcefully "cure" the substance from the person's body. He uses this ability to almost completely destroy his old symbiote and to cure a young girl from her heroin addiction. This power can also be used to depower some superhumans, almost ridding Spider-Man of the radiation in his blood when attempting to destroy remnants of the symbiote, and nearly cleanses Radioactive Man of his powers in a similar fashion.

Spider-Power Negation: After failing to cleanse Spider-Man of his symbiote remnants and radiation in his blood, whenever Anti-Venom is too close to Peter his powers are effectively canceled until Eddie becomes distant enough from him. Alternatively, when Anti-Venom ensnares Spider-Man by binding with the bits of the suit that is fired off as webbing, it also negates Spider-Man's powers until Spider-Man breaks free from it.

Fire Immunity: In contrast to the other symbiotes, Anti-Venom is immune to fire and extreme heat. Examples of this includes withstanding the full force of one of the Punisher's flamethrowers and a superhot radioactive blast from Radioactive Man meant to immobilize Venom if he became out of control including withstanding a mini nuke.

Sonic Immunity: Besides immunity to fire and heat, Anti-Venom also shows strong resistance against sonic-based attacks. For example, he was capable of withstanding Songbird's sonic-blast without any discomfort.

Osborn's Cure: As Anti-Venom, he can only be weakened by poisons that infect the body. The white symbiote takes the damage leaving Matt powerless. Norman created the virus using Freak's DNA.

Mister Negative's Powers: As Mister Negative's powers was the source responsible for the creation of the Anti-Venom suit, when injected by Mister Negative's power, similar to Osborn's cure, it can weaken or nullify the suit's healing powers, until Mister Negative's powers are no longer directly in contact with him.

Mental Instability: Matthew has been repeatedly shown relapsing into his unstable sometimes when the suit takes control, taking on the "lethal protector" mindset. Also if this condition goes too far it could warp the individuals mind into a monster like state

Family ties: This might be his biggest weakness as he always seems to protect his family because he has already lost his parents to a gunman and does not wish to lose anyone else in his family

Going back to records of his birth shows that Matthew was born in New York City and is a long time resident of the place. He is shown to make good grades and have a love of comic books. Matt made a lot of friends during that time and seemed to have everything set up right. Then one day Matt’s parents were killed by a masked gunman and this was traumatizing to the kid. He was then sent off to his grandparents to live, to which he loves them dearly and would take bullet for them. He then attended the New York high school, which is went the first wave struck, when the wave hit, Matt used his body to shield others as the impact. He would have died but something saw him… it took a liking to him and saved him. After the event he was found in the schools damaged hallway…untouched. Since then we’ve been watching him work with these powers…hoping he’ll be ready when the time is right.

“There is a poison running through this city’s veins, and I am the Anti-venom… I am the cure”

“Everyone has an Angel and a Devil on their shoulders, what matters though is which one you listen to… that’s what they said in group… my friends and teammates are my angel. I need to listen to them… or the devil might start talking again”

“I say we take his skull as a trophy and eat the rest… I’m just kidding you guys…I hope”
