He luckily survived but during the crash a fire broke out in the cockpit and his legs were seared almost to the bone. He was eventually found by Turian Ground forces Unconscious, he was then sent aboard a Turian Cruiser for medical treatment. Medical staff created Cybernetics that connected to his leg bones. He was ready to fly and fight again but his CO did not approve therefore he did not fight for the rest of the war. Until then he was a mercenary pilot for the Blue Suns. (Hidden backstory, adding some here.) Once his Cybernetics were improved and he showed that he could still fight and was finally allowed to rejoin the military. Two of Jacoopi's rounds find their mark, while an other tracks its target, and the fourth is shot down. The missile fired at him misses but recovers and takes out one of his squad mates.

Two of the Turian Frigates are boarded well a third is taken out by a damaged boarding craft that kamikazed into the frigates engines. One of the two surviving frigates got swarmed and was forced to pull back to the rearguard. Half of the fight fighters and most the boarding craft break off from the fight and head towards the dreadnought. The Alamo and Geneva Class Frigates, being faster, more maneuverable and better suited for anti-fighter, speed into position to add the dreadnought. As the frigates repositioned the York class Cruisers moved as fast as they could straight for the approaching crafts, to act as a wall and to try and scare the boarding craft.

The shuttle at this point starts evasive maneuvers and awaits safe harbor on the injured frigate, since the ship it was heading for the front.

Neeha nods at Roran, "Your right." and heads to Irgol to see what she can do.

Val turns her shields on and flashes her biotics then winks at Blake, "Well then they are in for a surprise if it is."

The commander runs to the bridge to get a better look at whats going on.

Jacoopi noticed the missile evaded him but slammed into a squad-mate. "We lost one, but the shuttle is still alright," He spoke to command. "All ships on my wing spread out, but don't go too far!" he issued to his wing. His VI opened up on a enemy fighter with twin linked mass accelerator. Jacoopi locked and fired another rocket round, but during this he had been locked while issuing commands and had a missile incoming. His ship boosted right but it wasn't enough to fully evade.

BAM!
The missile crashed into the left side of his shields and almost totaled it.
"Shield status 19%," his VI spoke, "Use caution."
"What do you think I'm using?"
"Error: command not registered."
"Son of a-" Another missile flew over his head and detonated early causing no damage. He spoke to his wing, "I'm hit but my shields are holding up." At that time he dumped extra countermeasures for safety. His ship lit up from the lights on his countermeasures as he maneuvered. At this rate he was gonna run out of countermeasures at some point and be vulnerable to attack.

Kearan sat in the dark and the dank of the ruined ship, his eyes sunken and dark, his skin an unhealthy grey colour from malnutrition, his mind flitting in and out of conciousness in the dark of the ship. He was the last, the last one left, out of a crew of 800, he was the only one left standing. Or sitting rather. Then again, there had certainly been less crew alive on the ship when this whole mess began. Only about 250 crew members survived the crippling of the pirate ship Anubis, and it was of those surviving few that Kearan was the last of. Power had been simple, the reactor was still functional, it was just the engines that had been trashed by the Cerberus cruiser, not that they hadn't given as good as they got. Life support was functional on those decks not blown open into the vacuum of space, and although initially to conserve power they had switched off the artificial gravity, as their numbers dwindled, it was switched back on. Nobody expected to survive the ordeal, and it was at least nice to have your feet on the ground, and not have shit gliding through the air. The few Salarians on board were the first to go, their hyper metabolisms succumbing to the strict food rationing set in place. They were bagged and ejected out the airlock. That decision was soon regretted. Food supplies ran out quickly even with tight rationing, and it wasn't long before starvation and hunger took their natural course. What little Command structure was left on the ship quickly broke down as the crew began to split into warring factions. Most of the humans did no fare well in the ensuing conflict. Assaulted by a combined force of the Batarians and Krogan, they were decimated and most scrambled into hiding, Kearan amongst them. The Quarians were the next to go, their life suits giving them a unique advantage in the area, but lacking medical and technical supplies meant that even small wounds laid them low. They also refused to do what the other parties accepted. Eating the dead. With food rations all but non-existent at this point, the Krogan/Batarian alliance and the Asari/Turian group began to attack one another over not just space and control, but in order to gather food. Kearan was not exempt from the situation, unlike others, he simply adapted early. Stray turian scouts and batarian hunters met their end on the tip of Kearans combat knife, their bodies dragged away to the dark corners of the ship Kearan survived in. What remaining human crew were left he soon hunted down. Easier targets than the powerful krogan or biotic Asari. As the two opposing sides ground themselves down and dwindled in numbers, even the fractious alliances began to erode, and soon it became every man for himself. Eventually, it became just one man and himself. Kearan killed them. Every last one, kept their corpses cold in the medical bay, rationing himself. That was when the real struggle began. It had been different knowing that there were at least other living beings on the ship, but being the only living soul for thousands of lightyears was... straining for the mind. Soon the voices came, tormenting him for the crimes he had committed to stay alive, in time, eve they left him. All that remained was the silence, and it had been silent for a long time.

Kearan had run out of "food" over a fortnight ago.

He didn't think he would last much longer, the pain in his stomach had left, but now it was gone, he almost missed it.

He had sat in silence for so long, that the hiss of an opening airlock was so alien he almost didn't notice it. Had he missed someone? Was there another survivor who had eluded him? No, no surely not... Who...

He tried to stand but his legs failed him and he slumped back down to the floor. He tried to cry out, but his voice wouldn't come, all that came was a hoarse whisper. They wouldn't find him, he was in his hiding place, the place he had used to elude the rest of the crew in the early days of the wreck. They would come through, scavenge, and leave. He would die here. Alone in the dark, with not even the voices to keep him company...

The gun.

He wasnt even sure where the thought came from, or if it was even him that thought it, but it was right. His hand slipped down to the pistol at his hip. Carnifex model with extended barrel and ultralight materials. He was glad for the lightness as he struggled to raise the weapon away from his body. He squeezed, the trigger depressing with a slight click just before the mass effect accelerator blasted the bullet down the hall, ricocheting around the hall with a deafing rattle and ping of noise, echoing throughout the hollow ship, But Kearan heard nothing, his mind having already succumbed to darkness.

As the Salarians board the frigate they are meet by a hurt Vorcha guard leaning against the opposite wall. "Turn back. Ship broken, engines broken, most crew dead, no hope. Engines not ours, all going to die." Just then Volus tech emerged from a maintenance hatch, "We were boarded some how and they waited till we fell back to strike. They took what was left of engineering. With so much damage the crew is having a problem keeping the ship together and trying to retake engineering isn't going well. I recommend you if you have men to spare great other wise leave now. We picked up a ship in need, cant tell which frigate it is but it is better off then we are. Help them we got our ship." With that the Volus reenters the hatch, and the Vorcha starts down the whats left of the hall towards engineering.

Commander Elana and chief Neeha followed the Salarians.

As Gemli takes out drones, a Geth runs into the room well typing on its omi-tool, and yells out, "Hold your fire! The system activated when you landed with out authorization. One moment." just as he finishes deactivating the system four shot come through the door hitting the geth in the back. As it falls to the ground it yells out. "RUN! WAVE OFF! SHIP LOST!" It types a few things in to its Omni-tool and as it hits the last button it lays flat on the deck, motionless and its light slowly fades out. A second later everyone there receives coordinates of what looks like a powered down frigate.

Val runs you to Blake and Gemli, activating her Biotic Protector to cover the three of them. "Fall back, we are not here to retake her. That geth sent us coordinates of an other ship. I would rather try and help the other ship then try and clear this entire ship with just the three of us. Now fall back to the shuttle." She covers Blake regardless of what his next move is.

Jacoopi picks up a faint signal coming in slowly from off the fleets six o'clock. His ships VI reads it as a frigate class ship that's gone dark.

Othesat makes it to the med bay to a find a horrific scene. Crew laying all over the place in mixed conditions, with medics running from person to person in an attempt to help everyone they can. One of the human medics walks over to her, "Let me take a look... Ok... you seem fine nothing critical. You can stay and help or report back to your station." With a nod he ran off to help a hurt Turian with third degree burns all over his body.

Val, Gemli, and Blake's shuttle pilot over the com, "This is shuttle pilot to boarding team. The shuttle has taken some damage but she is still good to go, but we need to leave now!"

Val looked at Gemli, "With respect, you are better suited for going through wreckage then I am. A gap in the floor or debris in the way, expressly getting Blake through it. I'll hold the door till your both on board then I'll be right behind you." Well keeping her biotic field blocking the door, she activates her shields and turns on her helmet com to an open channel. "Shuttle craft this is LT Valarirae Saburo. Be ready to go as soon as Urdnot Gemli, and Blake are on board, I will be right behind them."

The shuttle pilot, "Roger that ma'am... ma'am?... Roger that." He starts the engines and opens the shuttle door.

"LT Jaccopi, its ENS Laren. I've taken over as your wingman. Recommend we fall back to a minamum safe distance, preferably a place we can land. I'm running low on munition and not sure how mush longer we can hold. Our gunships weren't designed for sistande combat against these many fighter sir, over."

Click! There it was, he was out of solid countermeasures. Only his electric countermeasures remained, which are technically unlimited.

"Zero countermeasures remain, recommend rearming," his VI chirped in annoyingly. Jacoopi was starting to get pissed, but he tucked it all away from the situation. He was informed by his VI of the silent ship on his and the fleet's six. He glanced back to his right to get a quick glance at the ship. He only made out the ship's shape and distance before the Ensign could read out to him.

"Roger, I hear you ENS." He opened up comms to his wing. "All fighter craft on my wing, RTB to rearm and refuel. If you can't land on the NES find a cruiser with a hangar, wing lead out." Jacoopi said this with a firm and quick tone.

His ship's lock-on indicator started blaring, a missile was headed for him. The ECM distorted it off track while his evasive maneuvering got out of the missiles path. While he evaded the attacker lined up his/her main guns on Jacoopi's already weak ship from the left.

He heard his shields fizzle out before he or his VI could react. Thunk. Thump. Two large fighter slugs found their mark in his ship. One shot landed in front and below the cockpit, the other below his left stabilizer engine. The engine started to stutter and leak cooling fluids. The cockpit shot caused an panel to explode along Jacoopi's body, which had he not been wearing his armor would have probably killed him and caused smoke to gather in the cockpit. He was hit with 5 pieces of shrapnel, the first had hit his helmet and ricocheted off only leaving a small dent. The second was a circular like piece that impaled into the side his left shoulder pad which did not penetrate deep enough to harm him but did limit his circle of motion with that arm. The third stuck into his right cybernetic leg guard with no effect. The fourth was a fairly large chunk of metal impaled deep enough in his chest to make him bleed around it, but due to his armor slowed it down enough to stop it from shattering his ribcage. The fifth was small sharp pole which in a sense, nailed through his left hand to his joystick and busted some of the joystick controls. All this at once knocked him around his cockpit and stunned him and out of breath as smoke gathered around him.

Over every com channel, with a Japanese accent "This is Admiral Katsumoto Yamamo to the Bailey and her fleet. I call you now as a courtesy from one worrier to an other. You are in possession of an item of great importance, stand down, turn it and its carrier over to us or be destroyed. If you hand it over we will leave you alone, do the honorable thing and live to fight an other day. We will withdraw for one hour, any ship that tries to flee will be destroyed for being cowards. I Await your response. Endurance out." With that every attacking ship disengages and jump into FTL.

Captain Siethis to all ships. "ALL HANDS! NOW HEAR THIS! ALL HANDS NOW HEAR THIS! All small craft find harbor. Begin fleet wide repairs if need be scuttle the ship. All away teams your on your own find shelter and hunker down. Frigates and cruisers to the rear. I will hold the Bailey here, everyone give us a wide berth and for no reason approach us. No matter what happens its been an honor to serve with you all." On board the Baily, the captain looks at a report, most boarders have been repelled on the baily.

Fleet started with status change
2 York class Cruisers 1 boarded
1 Berlin Class Cruiser badly damaged
1 Turian Cruiser no power or coms
4 Quarian Cruisers no fighters or shuttles left
6 Turian Frigates 1 boarded (has the away team on it for now), 4 destroyed
2 Alamo Class Frigates all lost
2 Geneva Class Frigates 1 badly damaged

As the remaining ships that can, move to the rear of the fleet, the captain, "Baily what do we have on the Endurance and this Admiral?" A holo image of Baily appears next to the captain. "Sir. All we have is a mention that he is a fleet Admiral currently attached to the Special Projects division, and who has never lost a fight since the rank of captain, nor has he back down from a fight regardless of the odds. As far as the Endurance goes there is a romor it was to be the biggest carrier ever built, not just having a larger capacity but have the fire power of a dreadnaught. Sorry sir but that's all I have."

As Baily gives his report Blake's datadrive gives off a low beep.

Commander Selani turns to Roran, "Back to the ship." Turning to Irgol, "With respect, lets head to the unknown contact and holdup there, if there are any other teams out or survivors looking for shelter they might head there."

Pain...

Jacoopi removed himself from the stun of the impact, he realized the situation. His ship; on fire. Himself; bleeding out.

First thing was first, using his right hand he reached over to the red EXTINGUISH button. The canister spray cooling foam onto his engine which now was only leaving a trail of smoke. His stabilizer engines were destroyed, and thus his ship was spinning wildly on a horizontal axis. He'd have to grab manual control of the ship's RCS control to stop the spinning. He flipped a switch to control the RCS and pushed it against the direction which he was spinning.

Jacoopi's vision started to darken and then lit back to normal, his blue blood was freely flowing down his left hand and down his torso. The shard in his hand hurt the most so he grabbed it and yanked hard. The piece slid out, his hand started to bleed even more and he dropped the piece to the cockpit floor with a Pong.

He realized his ship was slowly drifting towards the abandoned frigate, but he did not worry about it now. Only small pieces of the transmission came through to his comms but he heard enough to know they had lost for the time being. The shoulder piece of shrapnel now was to be removed with a tug of his right hand. That too he let go of and it fell with a Ping.

He tried to reach for the one in his robotic leg but he was limited by the large disc in his torso. His vision started to fade again, this time darker but still came back. The smoke was still present in his cockpit but was not enough to overwhelm his oxygen scrubber and cause him to suffocate. He faded again, but this time when the lights returned, rather than looking at the void of space he was staring at the quickly closing frigate which he had seen earlier.

In the blink of an eye his own autopilot kicked into gear. His right hand slid back his throttle into a reverse so he could lose speed while his left hit the landing gear button which only 2 of the 3 had lowered because one had been jammed. Most fortunately for him, the hangar bay door was open, it was a tight fit but as soon as the frigates gravity took hold of his ship he turned his entire ship off and it slammed onto the metal floor and skidded into a medium sized stack of crates. The extremely loud metal-on-metal screeching would have startled anyone in the immediate vicinity. He managed to pop his cockpit open to let the smoke out. Before he could disembark the lights faded once again and he finally succumbed to the pain and lost consciousness laying in his ship with the large disc embedded in his torso, the flake of metal in his leg, and his own blood had pooled onto the floor.

Life was holding onto him by a broken joystick.

The ship's only working damage reader read this:

The turian leads the Doctor to a shuttle in the main hanger just as a fire brakes out. Lt. Natasha starts directing the damage control teams as the turian loads the Dr. onto the shuttle. The shuttle quickly takes off, making the turian who had no time to sit fall out. Part of the celling collaped, killing the turian, as the pilot closes the doors and flies out of the hanger as fast as possible. The shuttle makes a quick landing in a hole in the unknown frigates hull.

The Salarian ship makes its way to one of the few docking ports thats still working. As the commander orders Roran and Neeha off the ship, a damaged escape pod collides with the Salarian ship. The impact renders the bridge crew including Irgol unconscious and damages the docking tube. Neeha grabbed Roran and ran into the frigate incase the tube depressurizes. The commander ran to the bridge grabbing Irgol and carring him to the docking tube. Once there she could see that the tube was going to break at any moment and that she couldn't make it well carring him so she used her biotic push to throw him. Just in time for the tube to break, and due to age and damage the Salarain ship couldn't seal the door so she was spaced along with most of the surviving Salarian crew. Luckly Neeha was standing by to seal the door on her end with a tech override and some juice from her suit.

As Gemli throw Blake into the shuttle Val turns and carfuly uses her shockwave to push Gemli into the shuttle. Thankfully the co-pilot had grabbed his sidearm and was waiting by the door. So when Blake was thrown he was there to catch him and get him out of the way, as Gemli lands on his stomach on the floor of the shuttle. sortly there after before Gemli can more Val uses her biotic charge to bridge the gap and uses him as a landing pad. Once she pulls herself off of him she yells to the pilot, "Ok We're on let go." With that order the co-pilot jumps to his seat closing the door and launches the shuttle. They make their way to the frigate in time to see the commander get spaced. The pilot goes to bring them in for a landing in the hanger but notices the wreck of a fighter, but due to the damage cant pull away and instead aims the nose away and crashes into the wall. Both pilots are killed on impact and the shuttle is beyond repair as it is half in the interior wall of the hanger.

Roran had heard Irgol's plan to return to the damaged frigate. Of course it would be the one he didnt want to be in, with his luck, anything could happen.

He watched as the shuttle from the bailey Docked with the frigate through the gun visor and Irgol docked with the damaged frigate. As it docked the entire salarian frigate was rocked and Roran was thrown out of his seat. "Woa! Are they still shooting at us?" he said as he stood up, But before he could regain his foothold Neeha took him and they ran across the boarding tube that was most definantly going to implode.

And to make it better he got to watch Commander Elana and the Salarian Crew get spaced as Neeha sealed the door. Roran sat down and sighed. then looked up at Neeha and murmmered "What the hell just happened?"

The Docs pilot calls back to her, "Ma'am I'm not sure how good these reading are but Im picking up a downed gunship in the hanger with inconsistent life signs. There is also a faint reading of resent gun fire from a corridor between us and what's left of the bridge. Possible faint life sign in that same area. Also got three life signs moving on the bridge with two more near the remains of a docking port. I'm gona stay here and try to coordinate with the incoming shuttles since I cant raise dock officer Heal or anyone on the Bailey."

Val tried to reach the commander on all channels well following Blake to the bridge. "Cant reach her. She'll be fine. She knows how to handle herself and I'm sure she will call when she can." Inside she felt that some thing bad had happened but kept a positive out ward appearance.

Blakes call to the bridge goes through but there is no response.

Dr. Hennessey cast a confused glance to the crewman perched alertedly on his toes, who mirrored the expression back. "What?" she mouthed to him after furrowing her eyebrows together. She flattened her palms on the cold floor to push herself up. As her legs moved along with her body she felt her left leg bump against the unconscious stranger's red armor--and promptly a pair of hands grasped forward, one clamping on the outside of her thigh and the other on the inside of her knee. Very quickly the hands yanked her backwards while she still faced the floor, smashing her face once again on the floor and dragging her backwards.

"Help!" she called out faintly as the wind rushed from her lungs suddenly. How the man had charted as nearly-dead but now seemed as alive as anything was almost unnatural; perhaps his subconscious had awoken somehow, ignited by fear or pain. She'd seen patients coalesce peacefully in states of extreme states of sedation only to come out of it wildly, unconsciously, under certain conditions.

But the flash of metal caught her eye. She reached her right hand forward, her large brown eyes burning with fear as she saw it happen. "Jesus Christ, no, stop!"

The pistol came out of the other man's holster and the bullet shot swiftly. The single round soared swiftly toward the doctor, causing her to twist her body and dive off to the other side of the stranger. It barely grazed her forehead as she flipped on her back, clipping a slight touch before narrowly missing the other man's head. Thankfully he slumped over and loosened his grip on the terrified doctor, who at once scuttled backwards out of his grip to huddle against the nearby cool metal wall.

Dr. Hennessey's eyes first balked at the newly-unconscious stranger, then turned and narrowed angrily at the crewman. "Marine, what do you think you're doing, firing your sidearm in a confined space at an unarmed civilian?!" she demanded frantically, her voice uncharacteristically rising in pitch and volume as her heart palpitated fast. "You could have killed him!"

She sprang to her feet and again kneeled down in front of the stranger, checking his pulse on the side of his bare neck with an exposed hand, her fingertips probing lightly to find any sign of a pulse. A sigh of relief escaped from her lips before she cast a sidelong glance at the crewman, who was clearly pensive about the matter. He took in a deep breath as he raised his eyes to return her anticipatory glance. "But he could have killed you, Doc," he said softly, almost like a child scolded despite having tried hard to help.

Dr. Hennessey frowned and sighed. Perhaps she'd been difficult on him. This entire situation was one that not everyone had asked to be in; she certainly hadn't put herself through the trouble of Medical Officers' Candidate School ultimately to end up turned against possibly everyone she'd ever known or grown up with... however, these were the circumstances that everyone found themselves in, and she knew it might be a wiser investment of her time to be careful with others' feelings. "It's okay," she responded at a matching tone and volume, then tilted her chin to point toward the red-armored man. "Tell you what. Let me apply a subcutaneous patch with a sedative and a nutrient boost. I've got a rehydration packet in my bag here," she said, indicating it as she returned to the man's side, "and there are more that I can dig up shortly, I think, back on the shuttle." She pulled the aforementioned treatments from her satchel, peeling a membraneous layer from a thin transparent strip to patch upon the side of his neck, and then swabbed a light anesthetic on the top of his hand after pulling off a glove before inserting a little needle and a light attachment of nutritional fluids. "Now, would you mind taking him back, maybe restrain him or something?" she added with a smile.

He schlepped him on his back and returned her smile appreciatively before heading back the way they'd come. Before she could even finish dragging the back of her hand across her forehead, one of the other crewmen filled the doorway, a drawn expression stamped across his pale face. "Look, Doc, I don't mean to alarm you, but there are... bodies... in this other closet, over here," he said grimly. "Lots. Picked clean to the bone. No survivors, but... but we need to know what happened."

"Christ." She blinked and tilted her head as she regained her composure after hearing the sickening news. The dark consolation was that there was no use for her in this case. "Is the area secured?" He nodded, and she returned the bob while briefly lowering her eyes to the ground. "Well, let's worry about that later. Readings say there are more lifeforms on the ship. There's more, just along the outer length. Seems to be coming from some kind of some other craft, or something. You game to help?"

A gray screen of smoke greeted the small group after the door fizzled open. Whatever it was that was in there, though, was still alive--one individual, from the looks of it, if Dr. Hennessey had to make a guess. Her stomach still churned from the brush with the unknown man less than a half hour prior; the journey to the hangar had taken some time to navigate on an unfamiliar ship.

"Geez," one of the crewmen breathed as he noticed the angle of the ship compared to the ground. It should have been a bad omen, but the fact that any indication of life was showing up at all was a wondrous thing. Both bolted ahead as Dr. Hennessey walked pacedly behind them, cringing to herself as she wound an arm behind her back to calmly extract a facemask, a pair of sterile gloves, and a mini-canister of extra-concentrated field trauma-grade medi-gel to attach to her omni-tool. She smoothly equipped the items as she made her way aboard the craft's crooked ramp.

Remain calm, she repeated over and over inside her own head in a desperate attempt to reassure herself.

The crewmen knelt and hunched over the form of a hulk of a turian sprawled out on the open floor. They rose to their feet once they heard the doctor's footsteps. The sight once again sent her stomach into a twist of knots--the turian's blue blood stained his armor, along with the floor in a trail from the cockpit, with gaping holes carved out along his shoulder. His left hand was impaled by a free-standing cylinder, thin enough to pierce forcibly through thanks to some kind of impact.

At least, that's what Dr. Hennessey spotted visually as she gently took his vitals. She slapped a thin film upon his forehead, intending to release various painkillers and sedatives to help dullen the pain while transporting him to safety. "Get the board in the emergency kit," she commanded quietly as she inspected the turian's wounds. She spotted a couple of chunks of metal in his shoulder, and quickly reached into the bag to pull out a set of tweezers. She made quick work of them, and eyed his other wounds, quickly applying the medi-gel from her omni-tool, intending to stop blood loss and kickstart the healing process before better medical facilities could be located.

The flat board was set next to the two. The doctor glanced up and nodded. "Mind a little help?" she asked as she gestured down to the impaled hand. They frowned deeply as they reluctantly pressed their hands down upon his, firmly pinning it to the ground as Dr. Hennessey yanked the stick upwards. One's face turned green as the doctor immediately set to applying the medi-gel to the indigo mess left behind.

"Onto the board, please. We need to get him to the shuttle. Then somewhere safe." She hated being so direct. It didn't feel natural. But if they didn't move fast, one thing was for sure--he would die if they didn't move fast.

They started ahead, with Dr. Hennessey following fast on their heels, keeping an eye on the turian's half-open mouth and closed eyes. Hang on. Just hang on.

The ship's main engine that had been overheating burned itself out and was now trashed. Luckily the MAC core eventually cooled down to stable temperatures and remained operational. The ships alarms and HDDs (head down displays) finally went silent, returned to the default black background, and powered down to lower chances of another fire.

The Dr's efforts were not in vain however. The external bleeding had stopped and a majority of the shrapnel pieces had been removed from his body and armor. His pulse/heartbeat was low but had stabilized indicating he was in no immediate danger of death. He was also breathing roughly but didn't start coughing any blood. (a usual sign of near-death condition).

From an external view various limbs on Jacoopi twitched to a slightly notable degree. (excluding cybernetic legs and left hand). Life was visibly present in him as he moved on the board. At one point while still unconscious he slid his right hand onto his torso where his heart would be and rested it there on top of his armored chest piece and then he balled his hand up almost as if he was trying to grab his armor part and take it off.

On the inside, or perhaps in his mind, he dreamed and thought, the brain kept his memories running.....

He was laid out on his back, outdoors, on the lush ground of his homeworld, Palaven. It was only a month previous to him joining the military. He'd seen the power and destructiveness of the Reapers, from his view, they weren't going to stand a chance. Yet in the future he'd be proven wrong. The scene faded and went to a similar location. Again he was on his back, laying on rough and solid rocks of Palaven's moon. His home was ablaze, he could see the city on fire from here, the Reapers did all this. His stare was broken by a Turian fighter trying to shake a Reaper fighter off his tail in the field of stars. Now he remembered where and when this was, he glanced down at his feet only to find them charred beyond belief surrounded by the burning wreckage of his old fighter that was shot down. His head fell back and watched as the stars slowly disappear into a dark void.

The third time he opened his eyes his vision was blurry and hard to keep his eyes open due to the sedatives and other drugs. The interior roof of a spaceship flew by his sight. Finally he returned to the real world and out of dreamland. He could only make out the lights moving past and the outlines of multiple figures. At this he gave a small unintelligible mumble as he was moved along.

Val was taken back by the message but managed to pull herself back when she heard Blake speak up. "Kid calm down, we're going to be ok. The captain did what he had to do. Now get on that control panel and tell me what we got. Can the ship move and what systems do we have. Krogan check the weapons systems then guard the door. We don't need anyone getting us in the back." She commanded as her training kicked in. Carefully she removed the captain from the chair laying him on the ground face up. Seating in the command chair she started to try and gain control, which to her surprise was rather easy, the captain never locked the system out.

As the Doc and her team approached their shuttle the pilot calls out to them, "Hey some things up. The ship is coming back online. Life signs have moved to the bridge and engineering. Scans read that the engine room is unstable and any one in there is at high risk, recommend you move there immediately. Also been trying to reach you looks like when who ever started the core started a disruption field limits coms. Got a one way message from the rest of the fleet." The pilot plays the message he recorded. "Captain we just lost the Salarian ship. We also cant raise anyone who landed on the unknown ship." "Sir the enemy, their launching an other wave." "All ships that can have moved off and are heading toward the relay. We still have the two York class and one Turian cruiser that were unable to leave. The Turian ship has minimal power at best." Orders Sir" Captain Theryrus in a very angry determined voice, "FOR THE HOMEWORLDS!!" Then the comms go dead. A look at the scanners reveals a massive fight between the Bailey, her few sister ships and large wave of fighters and bombers. The shuttle pilot, "Ma'am I cant raise anyone any were, and I don't know were to go or what to do."

"Neeha, Wait!" Roran said as he chased after her. Although he was a Quarian Marine, he was kinda outa shape. Half way down the hall of twist and turns, he started to slow to a halt. "Nee....Neeha! Wai-Wait up!" he shouted as he halted and placed his hands on his knee's. "Damn, i shouldnt have spent all that time on Ichar...."

Roran stood back up and started running to the engine room, fueled by the thought of Neeha being endangered. He arrived at the door, that was glowing blue, a sign of instability. He stepped in side and shaded his suit visor. He saw Neeha and her power cord hooked up to her suit. "Neeha! What are you doing!" He shouted as he took a step forward but slowly, the Element Zero core was increasing the Gravity levels on the ship.

As Blake and Gemli moved into position the ship scanners along with the shuttles pick up a corvette class starship ship on intercept course. As it gets near a call is heard on all channels, "To anyone on board the unidentified frigate, this is the scavenger ship Crow. Heave to and prepare to be boarded. We mean you know harm. If anyone is still alive please respond. Again if anyone is still alive please respond." "Sir still no answer" "Very well, lets board. I will take the security team and head for the Bridge, I want a medical team to search the med bays, and scavengers to spread out, start with hangers and engineering. I also want a receiving team to hold the ship, no turrets this time but keep your suits on and sealed. Techs standby with barriers. Ok hock on." The ship attaches to the same hatch the Salarians were hooked to.

Val turns to Blake, "Get to the pilots seat. Gemli stand near the door, but hold till I say so. Lets make it seem like we have control of the ship."

Just as everyone got into place, the door to the Bridge opened. In came three men, the first man entered from the right and crossed to the left side of the door. Well the second came from the left and crossed right both scanning the room with their guns. The third man came from the right going up the middle, as all three moved in a few feet one of the flankers spotted Gemli right away, "CONTACT KROGAN!" The man who moved up the middle spotted Val but not Blake whose chair sat lower then hers. Val spun her chair around as the man yelled, "CONTACT FRONT ASARI!" The group could see that their new "guest" were all human wearing Terminus Assault Armor and caring M-96 Mattocks. The flanking not facing Gemli flanks around his side to the front of the bridge to finish clearing the room, and spots Blake. "CONTACT HUMAN... KID!?" Just then a fourth man enters caring a N7 Typhoon, "No one do anything stupid, we are not here to hurt you. I am Captain Adham Sabatello of the..." He is interrupted by a beep from his omi-tool. He quickly takes a look and then fixes his eyes on Blake. "This cant be right. Techs verify. Copy. Sorry about that. MEN LOWER YOU WEAPONS! I am Captain Adham Sabatello of the SSV Crow, ASPD repair and recovery ship. One moment please. All teams this is now call sign SSV, medical teams do what you can all teams prepare for tow back to base." He turns to the three men, "OK LT you and your team stay here and protect the package till we're home then rejoin us. The rest of us will do a sweep and get out." With that the captain leaves and the three men post just outside the door.

A few moments later the medical team arrives at the shuttle and with an override opens the shuttle doors. Seeing the injured the team gets to work with Dr. Aves help. Jacoopi should still get to a med bay or hospital but will be fine same with Kearan. As soon as the team gets done with everything they can do, they pack up and leave.

At the same time an engineering team arrives near main engineering. But with one scan, they decide that whom ever is already inside can handle it and leave not wanting to risk more lives.

After the captain is done with his sweep, he re-boards his ship along with they team he had guarding it and the other two teams. Once on board he unhooks and moves to the bow were he hooks a tow cables to the frigate. They slowly and carefully tow the ship to a large asteroid. They unhook the cables and let the frigate drift towards the asteroid, but instead of crashing they pass through a shield and are greeted by unmanned drones that guide the ship to its dock. Once there the automated docking system kicks in and a tube is extended well the drones examine the ships hull.

The Stations Drones did more then guide the ship, but they opened all airlock doors that were connected to station docks, as well as turning on all the lights, as if its some sort of greeting. Further more, one of the drones came to them, and in a female voice, started talking to them. The station itself seemed old, yet strangely highly active. On

"Welcome to Shipcove Station. Please wait as you are scanned" it told them, before scanning anyone at the airlock, including Blake and Gemli. "Access Granted. Please be advised, a dangerous krogan is onboard. Please ensure there is no threat to station".

"Racist program" Gemli muttered.

"Please enter. Would the holder of the Blackfile please report to the control room for decoding and to reactive station operations" the voice told them. "Would the commanding officer please ensure the Krogan is properly restrained as well, and that any military personell would ensure all prisoners are accounted for in the Prisoner Containment Area and that no volitile components are at risk in the labs. Please do not enter sector D of the station without access from the Command Room, or the defenses of the station will be forced to purge all unregistered personell and destroy any ship without any of the specialized IFFs".

"Okaaay" Blake mentioned. "So, I think we should be really careful what we touch".

"I think we should blow up this stupid piece of crap VI who thinks all Krogans should be restrained!" Gemli yelled.

"Please restrain the Krogan!" the voice said. "It is displaying active levels of aggression!"

Gemli frowned.

After eight slow and slightly painful steps, he reached Neeha and pulled out the power cells. "Neeha! Thank god you hadn't Drained your Suit power...I have these..." he said as he pulled out a small cylinder and placed it in the place of the power cells on the Element Zero Engine Panel. " Kinetic Stabelizers." He stated and looked down at the Exaughsted Neeha.

"One step closer to getting this ship moving..." he said before taking a quick glance at the power cells he had removed. Then he looked away, then looked back. One, two, three, four...Five! all five Power cells were removed! Neeha's suit would soon suffocate her if he couldnt make some sort of airway.

Roran stood there. He raised his hand to his head and looked around. "Ah...Uhm..." he stuttered as he reached down and grabbed her mask. "Oh hope she will forgive me for this...." Roran took her visor and removed it from her helmet. Of course he had no idea she was still fully self aware...

In case anyone is still checking.
Neeha'Shiro (NPC Quarian engineer) & Roran Vas'Neema (Fallout Decree) are still onboard the heavily damaged ship that is about to be ejected into space cause its hull cant take a jump to FTL and the Quarians cant stop it.

Valarirae Saburo (My PC), Urdnot Gemli & Blake Harrows (Both Mr. Baneling Squishy) are onboard the Alliance station talking to a VI.

Dr. Aves Hennessey (Fear of a Female Planet), Jacoopi Kerdros (Jacoopi), Othesat (Capn Morgan), & Kearan Dekotovic (zeph_gm) are also still on the ship in the medbay.
