Personality: Alexi is a rough and ready sort of fellow, having no concept of the words "Political Shitstorm". More than willing to take extreme means to get things done, when necessary, he has earned himself a rather violent reputation for a human Spectre. Having literally let thousands of men and women die, so he could save others and accomplish his mission, first reputations are seen as a ruthless and heartless killer. Of course, anyone who works with the man for longer than a mission or two find that he is actually much more moderate when he can help it, but has no problem taking extreme measures. Putting the team first, even going so far as to abort missions due to the sheer risk factor to his team, as well as himself, his unorthodox methods give him a rather twisted perspective at times. One minute he could be a hardcore cynic, the next he has optimistic views of his current goal. He is a lone wolf by preference, though he can work as a team, and not have issues with it in the process.
Biography: Born on the outskirts of human settlement, Alexi and his family straddled the hairy line between legal and illegal ways of making a living. His father was an Alliance tech expert, and ran the various and sundry machines and electronic setups on the base he grew up on. This didn't stop him from picking up on his fathers real job, a information courier for the Shadow Broker. This only drove the boy to try and crack his father's files and see what he was dealing with, merely because he could. This nearly got him killed, as the Shadow Broker had someone try and kill off the attempted intruder. Only the timely intervention of a Spectre, who was in fact working on a case surrounding the Shadow Broker, saved his life. By this time, his family had went AWOL, leaving the boy for dead. In their eyes, this was his fault anyways.
By this time, he was old enough to learn the arts of tech and tagged along with the spectre. The man was older, much older than the young boy he had saved, but he taught a fair deal of what he knew while they were in transit between places. He also learned how to fight, working shields into his preferred clothing, as well as where to carry thermal clips for easy access. Eventually, the old spectre managed to finally work the Council over and allow the young man to try and enter the Spectres. Successfully completing his training missions, he was admitted into the Spectres. Isaac took over for the old man, and he quietly slipped away to finally find some peace. The young and brash Isaac quickly made a name for himself, as both someone who would casually see a planet killed off to complete his mission, and as a valuable asset when he finds an alternative path. Having spent a fair amount of time as a Spectre, the Council recalled him and prepared to brief him on their newest assignment for him.
