Titamu shot forward quickly and spun to face the riders. She shot a short burst of flame at them and blew a stream of steam from her nose. She had less than a minute before it dissipated, but that was enough time to morph into her between form and duck behind the next hill. She made sure to leave a small trail of burned grass as she went to the demis' cave. She flew to Henry, who appeared to be sleeping during guard duty.
"Hunters come," she said, feigning breathlessness. "Fight?"

After a few moments of silence one of the hunters came into view and instantly went to attack Henry. This was to no avail as the Wind Demon simply blended with the wind around him. All you could see of what Henry did was the small gust of wind that he created. The next thing you know human ceased his movements, seeming to be frozen in place. However, this wasn't the case as it was quickly noticed that blood started to drip from the man's body. A moment after the blood could be seen the hunter's upper torso fell of from a clean cut that started at the left shoulder and made its way to just above the right hip. The blood that came from the now lifeless body that fell to the ground started to quickly soak the grass and dirt underneath.
A few of the other hunters saw this and turned tail thinking that Henry was a full demon, not just half. Then again it would almost seem as if he were a full Wind Demon by the way he killed the man, after all his specific type of Wind Demon killed just like that. "Come by here again, I dare you. I still want to have some fun with you after all," Henry called out in the direction of the fleeing hunter's, but there was no answer from the terrified humans.
This didn't seem like the Henry that opened his arms to the half demons back at the other cave. Even though he had the same face, the same voice, the same bloodline; it still seemed like Henry was completely different. There was a reason behind this, and even though Henry wouldn't openly say it, it was obvious that he had been driven from this cave that he once called home. Forced to move to another location, where he met the group he was with now some time later. It was clear that this place still had a strong emotional tie to Henry and also made it clear on why he acted the way he did when he left the other cave.

Henry walked back over the cave and split the waterfall once more, this time barely long enough for Henry to get in and the water getting a bit of his foot. "After that I definitely need to recharge before I do too much more fighting. I hope that scared them off long enough." Even though a big reason Henry did that was to scare off the hunters he also didn't want his guests to have to work harder than needed. Could he still call the two there his guests since this home was abandoned so long ago? Henry guessed he could as the ashes haven't been touched since he left, thus making him the last owner it seemed. Henry got some of the meat from Furea and slowly ate a decent sized portion. After that he rummaged around in some of the ashes and found some stone cups. A smile cross his face as he found several more and took them to the cave opening to clean the ashes off them.
Once they were clean enough to drink from he filled three of them with water and handed one to Titamu and one to Furea. Henry then took a seat on the ground about half way between the two and took a sip of the fresh water. It had a slight taste of a few minerals from the ruble that the water ran over but it didn't taste bad. In addition to being fresh it was healthy due to all the minerals in it. "I am sorry you had to see that. I don't like what I inherited from my dad's dad, but it has helped in some cases to have that Air Demon in my bloodline." It was clear Henry hated doing things like that and by the sound of it that rage came from his gene pool in which his grandfather contributed to. By the way that scene played out if that was from his grandfather's influence then Henry had either a highly protective and powerful or a destructive and dangerous demon bloodline within him.

Henry's apology confused her. She saw no reason to dislike having power. She even briefly considered the advantage of having human genes. Henry was certainly less bloodthirsty than her and her grandmother's court. She dismissed the idea and began running through all the wind demon's she knew. If Henry's grandfather was the only wind demon in his family, the list was considerably smaller. Few demons were wild enough for their power to be that strong after two generations. Even one generation, really. Even smaller was the list of demons whose whereabouts could not be accounted for during the time frame. She could only think of one demon whose pride was weak enough to let him be with a human, but that said little. Pride could be overturned easily if a demon convinced himself he was 'in love.'
Titamu stretched her arms back and tucked them beneath her head as she let herself fall backwards. "I sleep," she mumbled. Thinking in human form had always exhausted her. She was confident in her ability to fend off the Demis if she had to, so she slipped into a light sleep quickly. Voices would wake her, but she figured that the two strangers wouldn't feel like having a heart-to-heart quite yet.
