Shapeshift into a horse and other small woodland creatures her favorites being a cat, a rabbit and of coarse the horse, when she changes into these creatures she has three horns on her head in a triangle formation on the top of her head. She also has strength far beyond her size and even more endurance. According to folklore, if one obtains a kelpie's bridle then the kelpie but do what he or she says, Kallie owns a long red scarf which she wears all the time. This is her bridle. She is also very alluring and people find it hard to stay away from her when she wants them to, people who are usually gullible will do just about anything for her.

Kaylee has a very wild and goofy personality because of this people don't often take her serious allowing her to get away with knowing a lot of things. People also are surprised by her sadistic sense of humor and often confuse her for a child because she acts very much but like one. She is massively curious about humans not having many encounters with them and sometimes watches them from a far paying attention to how they act what they say and different mannerisms. Because she is so wacky it tends to be extremely hard to get to really know the real her, she is highly unpredictable and likes it that way.
But she isn't just one dimensional even with her crazy behavior she can change from hyper to complete serious in a split second, this only happens when she thinks the time calls for it but this is on a rare occasion and when she happens to be angry you don't want to be near her. The change is so sudden that it can shock or confuse some people making them think that she is still kidding. Kaylee can't always help the things that she says just blurting out what ever comes to mind and doing what ever she felt like even if the things she does usually get her into trouble or just weird other people out.
Many people mistake her for having schizophrenia because she can be found talking to herself when ever she is walking by herself not in a whisper just a normal speaking voice. Some people catch bits of the conversation and noticing how deep and estranged the conversation was, hearing that she would often speak for two or three people at once these other selves that she talks to she refers to as Me, Myself and I. This is not a defining characteristic it is just a habit of hers for driving away silence when she is not with anyone. When people ask Kaylee about this she dismisses it saying that she would never do such a thing and that it was ridiculous that they would even ask, she would then walk off striking up a conversation between Me and I.

Living in a small town wasn't so hard but not when you're different, everyone lives in the cookie cutter family in their own perfect worlds but one such girl threatened their way of life. One day from out of the woods emerged a small girl who was taken in by a family in town but kept running off and never stayed there until they gave up. She acted strange mostly refusing to play with toys and instead finding entertainment in mud or lakes often encouraging other children to do the same, every thing she did and said was strange and eerie scaring a lot of the people who lived there warning their children not to go near her. Rumors soon spread around town that she was the devils child. She was a strong swimmer but did not join the swim team despite many invitations because she didn't like all the chemicals in the water preferring to swim in rivers and lakes. She would always take walks when it rained even if it was storming outside and this scared a lot of the people in the town. For a long time she was only a minor annoyance becoming the town weirdo, but when she was swimming in a pond one day she found a drowned child reporting it to the authorities. The people of the town lashed out blaming Kaylee for the murder of the child demanding that she be sent to jail, instead she was put in an insane asylum where she three years of her life. When she got out she didn't go back to the town instead traveling across the country finding odd jobs and learning new things. About a month ago she noticed an in crease of her strength and endurance capable of doing even more things, while she didn't understand this change she didn't question it either, hoping that it never went away.
