Name: Sandra Lionel
Gender: Female
Age: 44
Height:5'5"
Occupation: Naval Officer enlisted and Naval academy graduate.
Appearance: Sandra has broad shoulders but is in good physical health. She has green eyes and shoulder length brown hair.
Rank: Rear Admiral
Personality: Sandra is a rather quiet person only choosing to speak when necessary. Though when she does speak it can be seen that she chooses her words wisely. She also prefers diplomacy over direct action and tries to avoid direct conflict when ever possible but will do what she must to ensure the survival of her countrymen and women.
Bio: Sandra was born to an upper middle class family, her father being a doctor and her mother being a secretary to a V.P. for one of the weapons manufacturing corporations. Given her mothers job she was highly encouraged and practically forced to attend military school. The school changed their daughter, her parents were proud but Sandra was mortified. She fought in the past war after that. She killed others and hated herself for it. Some say in whispers that this is what drives her to prevent another conflict.

Nationality: Benjlakki

Sandra Lionel sat in the car that would bring her to the conference center. As usual she was busy looking over a stack of paperwork, and she grew tired to signing these orders and reading reports. She looked forward to the negotiations as they would be a much needed break from this paperwork. The car pulled up to the security check point where vehicles could continue no further. Sandra placed her stuff in her bag and exited the car.

She was dressed in a crisp military uniform bristling with medals and symbols a small cape went over the right shoulder portraying the Benjakki symbol. She walked toward the conference center as she watched the bustle of various dignitaries press and civilians that streamed around.

Had she arrived earlier she might have stopped at one of the various shops to get a coffee but she didn't want to be late. This meeting was of the upmost importance and would decide the fate that held thousands of lives on the line. If these negotiations failed Benjakki would join the war, a war that Sandra saw as just a match between arrogant politicians but wasn't that war in the first place?

Saul noticed Leo's expression and told him, "Don't bother saying anything to Oriana if it is anything questioning Benjlakk's neutrality. Anyone from a warring nation who does so in Benjlakki territory ends up arrested, or worse, shot on sight. It is how they have proven their point for five decades, now. In their eyes, the ones who question their neutrality will eventually violate it, and must not be allowed to do so. You must understand, these are a people who withstood and repelled hundreds of invasions and became embittered by them. As such, their resolve is unmatched even by yours, Leo. Do not underestimate them or their willingness to unleash their wrath on those they feel threatened by. At least, they would not kill a civilian. The worst that can happen to one would be life imprisonment. It is the military 'threats' they frequently destroy."

Saul sat next to Calida, not sure if being next to Leo was a good idea. He felt himself a terrible father. That alone weighed heavily on his mind, yet he did not show it.

-----

"Oh, yeah, caffeine can do that..." He listened to her request and said, "No problem! We elves are known for our speed!"

Gracchus did not notice until too late that the Metargo royal family was nearby. Crud... now, they might not take her seriously... then again, anyone who didn't were often shot or imprisoned to drive the point home... Somewhat comforted by that thought, He went to his seat next to Malinha. Where is Cam? Gracchus did not know what to think of the whole situation. After all, why would a Benjlakki diplomat risk her career to go out with a citizen of a warring country? Just that thought left his head downcast.

------

President Howard Anderson stood between two security officers in the conference room, with other officers surrounding the table, rifles armed and held in a diagonal position across their chests. He knew just as the others did, that foreigners would be wise not to question their neutrality while in Benjlakk. Besides, any Benjlakki individual found giving any aid to warring nations, be it through ammunition, weapons, vehicles, or other means, ended up either imprisoned for life, or executed.

Zechariah looked up at Aza while listening. He did not even have time to respond when he was grabbed by the wrist. When told there was more to Aaron, he thought in his head about what more there could be to him. Either way, Zech noticed Azalea in a nervous state of mind. His heart beat at a more rapid pace when he heard the query, "Your not going to like flip out on me just for being the princess of Metargo and not telling you at all, are you?"

To which, the Benjlakki man smiled and said to her. "No way. I would not flip out at that. You are you, no one else." Were it not for being in a public area, he would have implanted a kiss after saying what he said. What held him back was, he knew people would not look highly upon their relationship, which would put a strain on both of them if the wrong person found out.

Of course, he looked around for some sort of place which would afford them more privacy. He found that in the form of two walls which were part of a previous structure which was no longer there. They were right at the corner of Diplomacy Square they were in, too, which made it ideal for him and Aza to have a little time to themselves. Once both he and her were out of sight, he knelt down a little so to stand somewhat close to her height, right before he kissed her on the cheek. He would have gone for the lips, yet with how hard it is to remove lipstick, neither of them would have been able to hide what they did. Once his lips parted from her cheeks, he handed her a leaf he had on his person.

"This came off a Vitaliik shrub, native to southeastern Fertaninn."

Zechariah knew Aza having possession of something from Benjlakk was risky, yet he figured the Metargo Kingdom would look at the leaf as a souvenir from her time at the District of Justicra. He could only hope he was right. Right now, however, he merely wanted to spend whatever time he could with her. Of course, this was probably enough time without causing suspicion. It was her call, though.

------

Meanwhile, Benmjamin shrugged and told Catrina, "The two of them met before, but the thing is... Zech held back info on him being the 'Eagle of Mercy', while Azalea withheld information on her being the Metargo Princess. That kind of explains how they reacted to each other. So you know, this is not going in the records. if any part of what we saw were to be made known to the public, it would not end well. We should probably continue patrolling, now."

Aaron's cold exterior was replaced with confusion as May held him by the neck. However, he knew what was asked. "Just what Zechariah said. It's a little confusing."

Kyle smirked and walked up in front of him. "What are you thinking about, now, Aaron?"

The leader of the Lion team glared at Kyle. "I can well imagine what you're thinking."

------

Saul did not say a word, though he did spot Leo offering his arm to Oriana. Saul placed a hand on his forehead, lowered his head, and said mostly to himself, "What is he doing...?"

Gracchus, meanwhile, glared at Leo for a brief moment. What was the Red Prince thinking? Jealousy became apparent, but was soon bottled up to avoid anyone getting any wrong ideas.

Zechariah was going to say they should probably head back, but then he remembered the conference would most likely end up a somewhat long one, provided two sides go back and forth on the backlash, or if the two sides just reach an impasse. He held Azalea and said, "I think we should have a bit of time."

------

Kyle smirked. He knew May loved to mess with Aaron, and he had an idea as to the reason. although the wink he felt should have been directed at Aaron. Aaron, on the other hand, did not know what to think of the situation of his mouth being moved by May's fingers right before being poked in the stomach. It did not hurt, yet it made him feel awkward, for some reason.

Kyle held back laughter from his hair being messed with, plus tried to restrain from thinking dirty about being leaned on, as he knew Aaron could get jealous. Kyle knew what was going on, but Aaron did not. Now that Kyle thought about it, possibly the rest of the Lion Team knew, as well, since they have seen May and Aaron interact in this fashion quite frequently.

Once Aaron regained his posture, he snapped out of his awkward daze and said, "Well, we might as well do something, though we can't wander off too far, or we'll end up on a wild goose chase searching for the Princess, which would not be good in our report."

Kyle nodded in agreement. "I'll get us some drinks. Just tell me where you two are going, and I'll meet you there once I have the refreshments. I know what I'm getting, what about you?"

Aaron shrugged. "I guess I'll have a strawberry daiquiri. I never liked the bitter stuff. As for where to go, I was thinking maybe... hmm... quite frankly, I don't know what to do. Where do you think we should go, May, that is within this part of Diplomacy Square?"

It was then Kyle saw Max, which made him smile more genuinely, since that mechanic can be fun to talk to, despite the fact Max's bisexual behavior does make things a little awkward inwardly, even if it did not show. Once Kyle heard what May wanted, plus where she and Aaron would go, Kyle walked up to Max and waved while saying, "Hey, Max! Nice to see you, buddy! How've you been?" He waited until he heard Max's response before adding. "I'm getting a few drinks for Aaron, May , and I. WAnt to come with me for one, too? I hear the Benjlakki gals, especially from Fertaninn, the region we are in, are tough from working farms and solar technology, which makes for some hot figures."

------

Benjamin started right after Catrina said to lead the way. It was mostly uneventful until Ben noticed someone who seemed a little out of place. It was a white-haired girl, yet she did not look like a Metargo citizen, whom are known for a great many of them having nearly-colorless hair. He could not determine what was different, yet there was something. Perhaps it was just him. He did not even know he was glancing over in the direction of an angel, since the wings were not visible. Ben quickly recovered so not to stare or be rude and continued his patrol. Hmmm... that girl is rather cute...

------

Gracchus was inwardly upset that Orianna actually accepted. Of course, given his hearing being so great, he knew it was only to annoy the King of Metargo, but he still felt a pang of jealousy. He would definitely ask Orianna out before the Prince could have the chance to.

President Howard Anderson waited until all the people from both sides meant to be here were seated to speak, but when he was about to, he saw Oriana and Sir. Black already arguing about something off topic. Even the security officers shook their heads and groaned, since the two bickering diplomats were not making a good first impression. "That is quite enough, you two! We are not talking about bombs in this conference. This is about the war going on between Metargo and Mysticara. Would you be so kind as to stay on topic, and furthermore, wait for the meeting to come to order? Thank you."

The President then turned his attention forward. "Now, as I was about to say, the first thing you should know before we begin is that we do not take any foreign questioning of our neutrality lightly, as those who have doubts about it are more likely to violate it, and must be dealt with in the necessary manner to make the point clear. That being said, we shall begin.

On the possibility of allying with one of the two nations present, it should be noted that there are many Senators in Congress who are unwilling to side with a nation with a general who would massacre entire communities of civilians, neither do they feel it beneficial to side with a country experiencing the brunt of the massacres, as such tragedies could reach our own citizens and residents, leaving even children in our lands as part of the casualties. Such barbarism on the part of military personnel who order such genocide does not settle in the stomachs of the Benjlakki people. In order to convince the Senate in Congress either way, this issue especially must be addressed, the reason we have invited Leonardo Metargo, so he can to explain himself in this conference. First, though, we must have the views of our own citizens mentioned, which is where Oriana Aspiral comes in. Oriana, if you will..."

Saul listened intently to what all was being said. He knew this would be difficult, considering the circumstances. Regardless, he was not one to give up without trying.

Leonardo flashed a smile in thanks, glad that she had accepted his offer. It would have been fairly awkward should she had rejected his offer. He had not believed she would, as if he did, he would not have offered, but believing and knowing are two very different things. He was nearly recovered from his previous smile before she spoke again of old men and their hearts, and he could not help but smile once again, "We wouldn't want that now, imagine the scandal." He said gently waving his hand to show his beliefs on such dramatics.

Leonardo was impressed with how well she moved. His own walk was slow, his robes shimmering with every movement, and his posture was impeccable, and so walking next to him was always a challenge. A daunting one as his allure tended to overshadow whoever he was next to, yet Oriana was not merely holding up but thriving. While far shorter than he, the blue haired diplomat did well as if she was feeding off his own allure and was glowing more beautiful for it. An odd thought, but the way she moved now reminded him of a great cat. Each movement was controlled and precise, and Leonardo did not recall her moving as such before.

The mention of her arm caused his eyes to phase out for just a moment as he relived a previous experience in perfect detail. The young soldier, no. Not a soldier, a child of only fifteen clutching onto Leonardo's forearms as he spat blood up saying the same thing over and over again, 'I want to go home...'. The child-soldier had stepped on a mine which tore apart his leg leaving only a shredded mess left over. Shrapnel had tore small holes all over his body, the medic was trying to remove the leg with a bone-saw to place the clogging solution into the wound. They had ran out of anesthetics on the second day of combat, and so the child had to suffer through it, and Leonardo had to hold him down. The sound of the bone-saw slicing through flesh and the grinding sound of bone yielding to metal was always able to break above the screams... The boy would have gotten a metal leg, but he did not survive the operation.

Leonardo's eyes refocused, and he gave a polite smile to hide the fact that he had lost sense for a moment. Feeling her arm slide out from his, he moved his arm behind his back as without her holding on to it; it felt rather odd to simply have it hanging out. Leonardo gave a bow in return to her nod, and turned away. Pity. Yes, he could understand that hatred for pity.

Making his way to his parents, he sat on the other side of his mother, and waited for the charade to be over. Leonardo gave the president a polite nod as he spoke about him. Barbarism? In war?! Oh, say it isn't so. Leonardo kept his small polite smile on his face as the president talked and was, honestly, highly amused by the dramatics. He was the scapegoat this time for their indecision. They did not want to join the war, but didn't have the self-respect to simply say so, so they needed a valid reason, and it seemed he was it.

Leonardo was slightly interested to know that it was they who invited him. His father had never let that slip and instead brought the entire family. If he had, perhaps, told him of the personal invitation he would have been able to put two and two together and figure out that they wanted to use him as a scapegoat. If he had known, he would have prepared a speech.

Oriana Aspiral. The name of the fair diplomat had Leonardo turning his attention to her once more. She was one of only two people that had managed to interest him. Her and the black haired Mysticaran. If her sharp tongue proved as powerful as her beauty; he may roll over and surrender now saving himself the trouble.

Sandra walked into the conference room and took her place by with other Benjakki military officials. She watched as others strolled in and then began to listen intently as the president made his opening remarks. Sandra looked to the faces of the other nations officials. She could see that the war had taken a toll on them all. Now it seemed more of a when than an if that Benjakki would be drawn into this conflict one way or another.

She had heard about the massacres and upon hearing that Leonardo Metargo was here to speak on his actions she was immediately drawn from her wandering thoughts. She listened as the president introduced Oriana to the assembly of military officials, royalty and politicians.

-------
Cam had been running late the morning of the negotiations he was suppose to report to Gracchus over an hour ago but now with the doors sealed that task had been failed yet another mark against him it seemed. He walked away from the main building as he whistled a jig maybe he could find someone to talk to while he was out here anything to pass the time and hopefully keep out of trouble though in the back of his mind he knew that was going to be an impossible task.

Oriana glared daggers at Sir.Black pointing out that this conversation was not yet over, but the older gentlemen only smirked. Finally Oriana settled down and listened to the president introduce her. Willing down the butterfly's that had begun to assault her stomach Oriana stood once again surprised by her own grace that was normally influenced by her heavier arm making her rather clumsy. Oriana stood tall and ignored the looks people gave her arm, she was use to such antics by now and if they wished to stare then they may...

"First off I would like to mention that while the representatives of Metargo and Mysticaran are speaking... I will be paying close attention and I will rip through every shred of information given to me so I might properly inform the people of each sides position... That means you had better watch every word you speak for I will be harsh." Oriana smirked knowing each word came out icy and sharp like warning of an impending doom. Oriana observed the silence that followed with cold icy eyes smirking when a few diplomats looked away or shuddered. "Now then... The people of Benjlakki have been accustom to the harshness of war before, for this reason we have a large military capable of defending us quite well and the people know this... That means they will not be swayed to either side easily... The people wish to know why they would join one side over another? What would it do? What would that means for them? And truly it will impact Benjlakki as we are a culture based upon both magic and science. For this reason the people also need guarantee that there will be no genocide of any kind should they join either side."

Oriana took a breath and once again eyed the room ensuring there was silence. "Now as it currently stands... The main percentage of Benjlakki citizens are continuing to ask for respected neutrality, but there are two other small groups... One that desires to side with the Mysticaran's to whom they are related... And another that wishes to side with Metargo for reasons of shared knowledge..." Another breath another chance to glare down anyone she felt was not listening. "So as I said before... The people will not be swayed easily nor will I accept any vague answers... Pray your points do not offend me..." Oriana took her last chance to glare at everyone with the intensity of a wall of ice. Finally she bowed in respect and sat down. Ignoring the smirk and the arched eye brow on Sir.Black's face. She knew what that look conveyed 'Keep being so cold and you shall frighten away all possible suitors.' Oriana only arched her eyebrow and gave an amused look silently conveying that 'Those I don't frighten will at least be worth five minutes of my time.' With there silent conversation over Oriana returned her attention to the president. She was slightly eager to rip through some diplomats.

Zechariah smiled gently, as was customary of him to do, as he gazed into Azalea's eyes, again. There this sense of calm whenever he saw those beautiful, light blue eyes. He thought for a moment and remembered something. "I know of a bakery, just outside Diplomacy Square, that is always open. Ben and I sometimes went there during our last stay in the District of Justicra, which was when we were first trained in handling Mechs. Everything at that bakery is made fresh, and the coffee is not bad, either. We can tell the head baker that I am giving you a tour of the city, so they won't even suspect anything. What do you say?"

------

Aaron shrugged. "Only because of a few previous visits, plus I've seen a map of the city that was made from a satellite photo via a military computer during our country's previous war. We never made it to the District of Justicra due to being pushed back by the Benjlakki, Zechariah among them, but I if I remember the details. If I remember right, there is a shooting game section not far from here. Let's go check it out."

Aaron held May's hand, not sure of why, and led her to what he was talking about. Soon enough, he found the game he was looking for. "This one is where you take a game pistol, designed to look real when shooting it while not doing any actual harm, and shoot at the target, which moves to another area of the screen when the shot hits. The location of the target that is hit determines the number of points you gain. If it's a bullseye, you gain ten points. There is a stop in in the middle of the session where you switch out the clip as fast as you can, as you are competing with other people who are participating the same time as you are, before shooting again. At the end of the whole session, the scores are compared. The winner is the person with the highest score, whose score is then compared to the scores of other previous winners that ever came about. If yours is a high score, you get a prize, which is usually some sort of souvenir. Want to have a go?"

------

Benjamin glanced in the white-haired girl's direction, noticing her. Upon that, his face went three shades of red. Oh, crud! What do I do? He turned around with a nervous look as he placed a hand behind his neck. "Uh... Y-yes, miss? A-anything I can help with?"

-------

Gracchus admired Oriana's passion for the discussion, which showed in his smile. He did not even notice her metallic arm. I think I'm in love...

Meanwhile, the President nodded towards Oriana and then glanced towards Leonardo. "Leonardo Metargo, will you please stand and speak?"

Resources? Leonardo was a madman! Every Benjlakki officer in the room looked on at Leonardo with utter disgust. Besides, what use did Benjlakk have for Metargo's technology when their environmentally friendly gear worked just as efficiently, if not more so? Of all the men representing Benjlakk, only President Howard Anderson kept his reserve and calmness in the midst of the obvious anger. Howard nodded and said, "I comprehend what you are saying, though there are flaws in your logic I can see. Regardless, I shall refrain from speaking of my own opinions until I hear more from both sides. With Leonardo's explanation out of the way..."

One of the security officers interrupted when he stepped forward in outrage as he spoke with the same intensity he showed. "What threat would a child pose, especially a very young one? What about a pregnant woman? Or somebody with a developmental disorder, such as severe autism or down syndrome? What did they do to deserve death? What threat would they pose? Look at the infants, toddlers, and newborns! None of such people could pose nearly as big a threat as a battle-hardened soldier! Those so-called 'resources' I have specified most likely would not be working a military factory, or manufacturing weapons, nor would they be the ones to carry a lethal weapon! To ensure a civilian's safety is not 'treating war as a game', as the Red Prince puts it! Protecting civilians is at the core of what a military should be like! Isn't that right, men?"

The other security officers simultaneously pumped their right fists into the air while shouting three times in unison, "Justice!"

President Anderson shrugged and told the officers, "That interruption was not necessary." Looking back at the table, he continued. "Anyway, would King Saul please stand and speak?"

Saul stood up, ever so calmly, and gave his point of view on the matter. "It is the opinion of Metargo's Parliament that the reason we fight is to survive as a nation, as an arms race has occurred after our defeat in our previous war, against Benjlakk. Both sides, as in Metargo and Mysticara, have feared one another due to hostilities on how a nation should use its resources. For most Metargo men and women, progress is what is needed, yet what kind of progress has never been defined. This unfortunately led to tensions until the Mysticarans felt threatened enough to attack one of our factories which built weapons, armor, and other equipment. At the time, Parliament's intent was to hold the Mysticaran Federation off. Unfortunately, it turned into a conflict of retaliation rather quickly, as the nation's citizens were that outraged at the attack. I, myself, merely wish to reach a point where a ceasefire can be declared, so there will be times for both sides to calm down and recover."

The moment Saul sat down, one of the Metargo soldiers present stood up and pounded his fist to the ground. "What's the point of a ceasefire when such a backwards society insists upon forcing us to change our way of life!? Science has always led to the betterment of society at large, increasing life expectancy, speeding up production, and providing many other benefits to society! We can no longer afford to live in a cave and be content with low standards of living! The survival of mankind depends upon the progress we make in our technology! We cannot just stop at where we are at, lest we decide to reverse all that we gained!"

President Anderson maintained his calm and motioned for the Metargo soldier to sit down, while asking for a Mysticaran official to share his opinion. This individual had this persona of fierceness about him, as shown in his numerous scars. It was the Head Councilor, Marcus Pericles, the very first elf to be elected Head Councilor of the Mysticaran Federation. He has seen more battles than most chieftains in their lifetimes due to having lived so long.

Marcus glared at the soldier who spoke before giving his rebuttal. "Such 'progress' often came at the expense of wildlife and plant life. One cannot call it progress if the setbacks are just as great. It can only do harm, in the long run. What of the trees and shrubs which provide medicine and food? What of the natural balance in our world which ensures life not just for nature, but also civilization? To disrupt that would endanger every living being on the planet due to species after species dying out that maintained such balance. In the end, there would be nothing left to protect, nothing to preserve, only a mass extinction which would echo for eternity. That is why we fight Mysticarans fight."

When Marcus Pericles sat down, President Anderson calmly glanced over to Malinha. "Chieftain Nedilo, would you care to add anything to the discussion?"

Gracchus looked in the Chieftain's direction, wondering what she would mention. He knew the spy network might have given her something to talk about. However, that was a mystery to him, since he did not know what all she knew.

Zechariah, upon hearing Aza's agreement, motioned for her to follow as he walked along. He made sure she was with him, in the process. Once outside Diplomacy Square, he led her to the bakery he talked about. The interior had the aroma of home-baked goods about it. Zech saw the head baker come in and greet him while wondering why Azalea was with her.'

Zechariah answered with, "I'm giving her a tour of town."

The baker nodded and went over to the counter to take Zech's order. There was a great variety of things to choose from. The coffee seemed to have as much variety.

Zechariah spoke once he made his decision. "I think I'll have a blueberry bagel." Glancing towards Aza, he asked her, "See anything you like?"

----

Aaron smirked at the thought of May competing with him. He knew this was going to be fun. The sergeant followed May to the game mentioned and put in the coins needed foe both of them. picking up the fake pistol, he waited for her to do the same before pressing the start button. His shots were rather accurate, yet he did not always hit the bullseye, only sometimes.

----

Benjamin raised an eyebrow, since he was not sure what she was talking about. It was confusing. Either way, he said to the white-haired girl, "Sure."

----

President Anderson heard both Malinha and Oriana speak on a possible peaceful union. He knew this would not be easy, so he nodded and said to the people in conference. "We shall now take this time to take a break from the meeting. We shall continue after a bit of time has passed. I would also recommend considering what all was said earlier."

Officials, military personnel, and other people at the conference got up and began moving about. This was Gracchus' chance, which he took and walked up to Oriana with a closed-mouth grin. "You were amazing, Oriana!"

Meanwhile, Saul remained where he was and held Calida's hand. He knew this would not be an easy decision, considering what all has happened. The king could hear his own men speaking amongst themselves in confusion. Whatever would happen was a mystery.

-----

Kyle laughed softly prior to leading Max to the bar in the refreshment section. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, considering the mix of different kinds of people gathered here. Heading over to the bartender, he order a vodka, strawberry daiquiri, and a hot chocolate. With all three orders in place and paid for, he offered to pay for Max's drink, as well. Once Max received his, Kyle noticed a Benjlakki soldier in a black uniform. She was quite attractive, both in the body and in the face. Kyle nudged Max and motioned for him to look in her direction.

"Go for it."

Next came another Benjlakki soldier, whom was wearing a different uniform and had red hair. Her face radiated a kind of innocence that he found hard to resist. She's adorable! Picking up the vodka, strawberry daiquiri, and hot chocolate with a cup handler, he expressed his easygoing nature while saying to the red-head. "Well, hello there, cuteness! Aren't you looking lovely?"

Sandra sat in silence and somewhat shock during the meeting. She was surprised that the prince was called upon but evenmore so by the princes so called justifications. The security officers only continued to add to the feelings she had their outspokenness threating the meetings procedure. She listened to the others but was very interested in what the Mystrican Chieftan had proposed the thought intrigued her.

When the meeting was called to a close Sandra rose quickly and walked out of the meeting room to one of the windows. She looked out over diplomacy square with a feeling of hope wondering where these talks could lead if Benjakki could lay the foundation to restore peace to their world.

------------
Cam continued to walk outside of the city he wanted to get away from the meeting far away this was his chance to explore a new place and open hopefully a new chapter of his life. He wanted to exlpore and see the sights that Benjakki had to offer but a pain of hunger stopped these thoughts.

He turned a corner and spotted a coffee shop across the street. He walked over and up to the counter. "Cup of Tea and a muffin please." He ordered as he handed the woman his change and then took a seat outside.

[Sorry if I withdrew my characters been kinda busy so I wanted to keep them out of the way things are less busy now.]

Sandra had stood outside the meeting room looking out the window for what seemed like an eternity. She was never the social type she always tried to keep to herself and look busy. She never really indulged in romance, something that had played a key part in her success though sometimes that had a negative effect as it seemed to cause rumors about the woman.

As the meeting was called back from it's break she was drawn out of her thoughts and brought back to the real world. She took another moment to gather herself and then made her way back into the meeting room and took her place with the other Benjakki military officials.

I wonder how long they can keep up this charade before they all start acting like toddlers again. Sandra thought with a small smirk.

----
Cam sat at the Cafe as he ate his muffin in silence, he had messed up today and it wasn't going to look good. Your fucking up again Broch. He thought nervously as he ate his muffin. Most of the other Mystricans had learned to use magic and were very adept. Cam couldn't even float a rock around. It wasn't that he hadn't tried he had taken extensive lessons, but nothing ever seemed to work out in his favor. Before the war when he was only a child they had seen a doctor one from Metargo. The man said it was a learning disability Cam just couldn't click with the instruction.

Now he was stuck in the abyss, he couldn't fly a golemn he used a captured Mech but he knew the looks he got. He was an outcast and the choice of using a mech had gotten him in more than his fare share of tussles. He piloted a 9H-K Red Bolt with a custom paint job bearing the Mystrican colors. Cam wanted this war to continue he needed to prove himself he prayed peace was not reached.

Zechariah nodded occasionally to confirm he was listening. Metargo Capitag'hk, coming from Azalea's mouth, sounded like a nice city, yet the towers blocking the sky so much would take some getting used to. Shrugging, he answered her question with, "Nah, I can't think of anything specific." Finishing off his bagel, he thought on what to discuss, next. As he thought on it, he saw a pair of birds building a nest at a nearby tree. If only we could be like them and not worry about what other people think. The mere recollection on the reality of what both the Benjlakki and Metargo would say to them being together gave him a saddened frown. One of these days, Zechariah. Soon, it will be safe. It is just a matter of time. All this political stuff needs to fade away, first, is all.

------

Benjamin grinned a little. for some odd reason, he felt a lot calmer, less intense. Of course, he was a sucker for innocent-looking people, yet he felt even more so around this woman, and he could not place a finger on why. Nodding, Benjamin showed her around town, including some of the major sites, such as Justicra Library, where books on countless topics were found (even a ton of old newspapers and recordings).Last, but not least, the bakery next to Diplomacy Square. "My brother and I came here, once in a while, during our first time in this city for mech piloting training. Everything in this bakery is handmade."

------

Kyle looked behind him and saw Catrina walking away, which made him snap his fingers in disappointment. "Drat."

Aaron simply rolled his eyes. "You can't get your mind off of women, can you?"

"I try."

Aaron glanced over at a nearby clock. "Well, we may need to get going back to the gate we came through. I don't know when the conference will end, so we're better safe than sorry."

He led all both Kyle and May back to where they were at the gate to see Zechariah and Azalea on the bench together. At this point, Aaron's cold façade faded just by reflecting on what all Zechariah said. His face expressed subtle signs of regret at ever being so harsh towards the Eagle of Mercy, whom would prefer not to be preferred as such. Kyle was the first to notice.

"Hey, sergeant? You seem to be down, a little."

Aaron glanced in Kyle's direction. "What makes you say that?"

Kyle smirked. "Oh, come on! You hardly ever let that cold façade go away. What's eating you?"

"Nothing."

Shrugging, the perverted Private told him, "Okay, but if you ever want to talk about it, let us know."

-----

Agathe took a sip of iced, decaffeinated coffee, to refresh after having arrived at the District of Justicra. She had many things to attend to before arriving so late, such as reconfiguring the 9H-K Red Bolt via spells so that it could handle magic ammo and projectiles, plus give off a magic blade where plasma would be, since plasma is still a mystery to most Mysticarans. She felt Cam Broch has been dealt a bad hand and could use a friend. Fertaninn had quite a beauty of its own, she had to admit, with all the farms, bizarre windmills, communities which thrive on solar energy, and all sorts of natural wildlife and plantlife native only to Benjlakk. The towns were amazing, as well, with all the different arrays of buildings and gardens, plus the occasional fountains and pools. She loved it all.

Agathe decided to use a spell she developed which would allow her to see different sites of the city without having to move about. Frankly, she eventually spotted a Metargo soldier armed with a sniper rifle looking onwards toward a window in the Conference Hall, which gave her some concern. Who would risk the wrath of Benjlakk doing what she thought the man was doing? Then again, he could have been doing something else, yet she had no clue. At any rate, she was compelled to go see this man. Her teleportation worked just fine, her winding up behind the man without a sound. Granted, she wondered how much longer it would be before matters got out of hand, as she took a large enough risk teleporting behind him.

Hesitantly, she tapped him on the shoulder while shyly saying, "Hello? I-Is everything okay? I mean, Benjlakk doesn't want any violence, and they are strict about enforing their polices so... there's nothing to worry about, right?" Agathe took a few steps back at noticing the mask. It was one she was familiar with from reading a book on the Metargo military while bored. "I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to startle you."

----

Saul smiled towards Calida ever so gently. Her response was not what he expected, given how she mistook part of what he said, yet he realized he should have worded it differently. At any rate, his wife was correct in that Leonardo should not be treated like a boy. Yet, it did nothing to ease his remorse, overall, at how he was not particularly fatherly towards their son. He hid that well with his closed-mouth grin as he waited for everyone to be seated so that President Anderson could give commence with the continuation of the meeting.

((The meeting has started. There was just a break from it, for a bit.))

Agathe nearly blushed at the sight of the man with his mask off. In her mind, she was thinking of him as handsome. Of course, she realized that if the peace talks failed, she would probably have to face him, at some point. At first, when the man held out his hand, she did not know what to do. Yet, she quickly realized this was how they greeted each other. She hesitantly placed her hand in his for the shake. "Agathe. Agathe Erasmus." She did not know what to do, nor what to say. But, somehow, she felt something around him. What was it?

-----

President Anderson waited until everyone was seated prior to speaking. "Well, everyone, we have come to the point where we determine what each person representing their country decides on this union being formed. Marcus Pericles?"

Marcus stood up to speak. "I must say, I feel Chieftain Nedilo has a point. This war did escalate dramatically. It will not be easy to convince the Council to agree to this union. As fro what I think on this, I will have to give it some more thought when I head back to Mysticara."

President Anderson nodded before motioning for Saul to say his piece, next. The King had this to say: "Prime Minister Lopez is a proud man. It would be no simple feat to convince him this proposed union would be the correct course of action, either. He truly does believe Mysticara to be a backwards society. Such a mentality is difficult to break. Personally, I would have to agree with Chieftain Nedilo and Miss Aspiral. The question is, will Parliament share that opinion? I suppose we shall find out, soon enough."

Howard nodded before posing a another query. "What does Queen Calida think about this scenario?"

Calida Metargo

People once again took their seats in the room. That was good, the meeting had officially has started again. Now all everyone had to was make sure it didn't go up in flames.
President Anderson called for Marcus Pericles to speak first and the man stood up from his chair, "I must say, I feel Chieftain Nedilo has a point. This war did escalate dramatically. It will not be easy to convince the Council to agree to this union. As for what I think on this, I will have to give it some more thought when I head back to Mysticara."
Once he sat back down, Saul was chosen to speak next, "Prime Minister Lopez is a proud man.

Calida nodded slowly, thinking about what both men had just said. The union did seem like the best option, it would be a win-win situation for both sides, and hopefully they'd remain at peace. But convincing the Parliament of Metargo and the Council of Mysticara would be a whole other matter.

"What does Queen Calida think about this scenario?"
Calida was surprised to see President Anderson looking at her. He was asking for her opinion on this? What could she say that others hadn't already?

Calida nodded and stood up, "I think the union is a wonderful idea and the right decision to make. However, I do agree that it will be difficult to have Prime Minister Lopez share those thoughts and agree with the proposition. Nevertheless, it is the Parliament who must decide whether or not they agree, and I can only hope that they do."

Oriana tilted her head to the side and listened. 'The hormonal apes are agreeing with me??? Now that's a pleasant surprise...' Oriana listened to each opinion the thought of peace made her smile gently. "I agree with Queen Calida... The Parliament will pause an issue but as well as them we must convince the military of each side as well... There are many divisions of military and should even one of them become displeased and act against the wishes of others it could cause a large falling out with any plans of peace... As such I wish to hear the opinions of the military as well." Oriana's predatory eyes looked over the room like an animal trying to decide which prey would offer the most bounty if cut into. Many people diverted there gaze from Oriana's gaze but Oriana had no intention of singling anyone out... But that didn't mean she could not enjoy the antics they did in order to avoid her.

Sandra looked up as Oriana called upon military officials, though she knew it would be expected for the Metargo and Mystrican military to speak she decided this would be a time to interject. If she could say something before them she could help sway what was sure to be direct objection to the peace talks from the other military officials. Sandra stood and spoke. " On behalf of the Benjakki navy, I support and urge Metargo and Mystrica to consider peace. Over the past few months there has been a flood of refugees from both sides. These people are broken and they were your citizens. So sure you fight you go to war but it is clear your people are not in support of this! They are sick they are tired they are broken, what is it worth to have more land or resources if in the end there are no people to live there?" Sandra took a moment to let the thought sink in with the officials before she continued.

"Your war has not only affected your people but the world as well. Forest fires have started due to magic and technology used in warfare. And just off the Benjakki boarder and oil spill has blackened the water animals are suffering if this continues there may not be a world left to live in. The land and your people are wounded, I urge you all to stop and think before leaping back into this fight. What are the ramifications of this action? Who is really in danger here? And What will be left to return to after a war like this?" Sandra said as returned to her seat leaving a silence in the room.

Zechariah glanced in Azalea's direction with a soft grin. "It should not be too long before we can behave like a real couple. Tensions between Benjlakk and Metargo don't usually last for more than a few years." He glanced back at the tree with the birds while he spoke, his grin somewhat faltering at the thought of the pattern. "It's sort of always the same story: Every century or so, someone leads an invasion upon us due to Fertaninn's surplus of crops, the invasion force is defeated, and a treaty is signed to try to remove the shortage problems of the time. After that, it's usually a few years before things cool down."

----

Aaron felt May's hand on his arma nd blushed. This turn, his face was redder than usual whenever May touched him. He kept calm, though, while he shrugged. "I have no idea. It really depends on how long those politicians and such keep at it. I'll bet there has been some sort of child-like argument, at this point. At any rate, we should stick close to this area and keep an eye open for any assassins."

Kyle expressed every hint of disappointment. "Ah, man! that's no fun!"

----

Benjamin nodded. "Yep. Everything is freshly baked, and they do a great job at making what they do. Come on, let's go inside."

The head baker welcomed the two and made small chatter before asking what they would like. Benjamin ordered a croissant and a cup of vanilla latte. He then glanced in Clarrissa's direction. "Well, see anything you like?"

----

Gracchus listened to both Oriana and Sandra. They both seemed to have a point. When President Anderson motioned for him to speak, next, the elf rose to share his opinion. "Well, I cannot speak for all the Tribal Forces, as they are mainly under the control of their chieftains, making coordination with one another a necessity. This is actually the first time a Head Councilor has been given as much authority over some aspects of the Mysticaran Tribal Forces as Marcus Pericles was. However, I can speak for most of my troops in the Natrulkra Tribal Force. Yes, we fought because many of us believed it was necessary to preserve the natural balance in Myrstarkia, yet we witnessed our efforts having the opposite effect. Admiral Lionel of the Benjlakki Navy is not joking when she says everything and everyone felt the effects of the war. People are abandoning their homelands, creatures of the land, air, and sea are on the brink of extinction, desolation is spreading, and individuals everywhere are suffering for it all. Even Feliniri, an out-of-the way subcontinent of a nation, is being torn from within by the conflict. Unless both sides lower their arms soon, Angels of the Deity help us as we realize how much everyone truly lost to the entire scenario."

Gracchus said what he had to, so he sat down to await the results of his brief speech. Although, his ears being so great at hearing, he had a hunch from what little he heard from Malinha and Leonardo's conversation that Prince Leonardo might dismiss the idea of a union or the lowering of arms.

President Anderson nodded before motioning for Leonardo. "Since you are a leader within the Metargo Military, what is your opinion on this, Prince Leonardo?"

----

Agathe blushed a little when she heard Cain ask if she wanted to come with him for a bite to eat somewhere. Is he... asking me out on a date? Me, a Mysticaran, when he could be asking out a Metargo girl without any trouble? Why would he want to spend time with me? She hesitated for a moment, but then nodded with a soft smile. "Sure. I walked past a bakery just outside of Diplomacy Square which makes everything from scratch. I hear that same bakery also makes some great deli sandwiches, whatever they are. Follow me."

Along the way, when she and Cain reached a less crowded area right next to a gate, she noticed Zechariah and Azaalea sitting on a bench together. She immediately noticed both of them, making a note to tell Malinha that it was Zechariah Malachi that was in a relationship with the Metargo Princess. I don't know why my Chieftain thinks their relationship an affair, since they are not even married or cheating on anyone. The only reason that couple would be hiding their relationship would be because of the current tensions between Metargo and Benjlakk from the Benjlakki region of Fertaninn being invaded a couple years ago.

Once at the bakery, Agathe saw Zechriah's brother, Benjamin Malachi, with a white-haired woman and already ordering something from the baker. The Mysticaran woman looked towards Cain with her soft smile. "I guess we can look at what this place has on the menu while we wait. I hear they make some great coffee, as well."

Gracchus heard Leonardo's speech, and he supposed it made some sense. The environment part was meant more for the Mystricarans, yet there were some things for the Metargo to consider, too. Whatever the case, there seemed to be a general consensus within the conference, which was a start, despite Leonardo not being rather confident. Gracchus half expected the Red Prince to be more negative on this, so he was not surprised.

President Anderson spoke next. "Well, I suppose we heard all that we needed to from the officials. As for what I believe, I feel the Senate within Congress may be willing to vote in favor of us being mediators. At any rate, is there further discussion?"

Zechariah was about to say something along the lines of confirming there are people who think it ridiculous, yet Azalea took back her query by stating it was not an intelligent one. He decided to change the subject to make things less uncomfortable. "My hometown is along the coastline, at the southern part of the Bloinkai Peninsula, in Southeastern Fertaninn. Like the rest of Fertaininn, it is a mainly agricultural area, with fishing making up another big portion of the town's economy. They don't go overboard with it, however, which is a good thing.

------

Kyle shrugged in response to what May said. "True. We've probably goofed off enough, already, anyway." With that, he chose a spot to stand watch and had his hand on his pistol in case of an assassination attempt. He was a pervert, that much was true, yet when he got serious, he meant business.

Meanwhile, Aaron heard what May said to him prior to shrugging. "I'm not mad. I-it's just... I have no clue, really... I seriously don't know." Clearing his throat, he added. "We should just focus on the task at hand."

------

Benjamin smiled towards Clarissa. "You're welcome." Looking around once the two of them received what they ordered and paid for it, he found a table. "Maybe we can sit over there together?"

------

Agathe kept her gentle smile while she and Cain sat together at a table enjoying what they ordered. The man's question, however, caught her a little off guard. It was a valid query, so she was not all that surprised. "Well, to be brutally honest, I am tired of all this fighting. It's getting us nowhere. Besides, I doubt many people would try to pull something while in Benjlakk, considering the long history its people have of conquering whole nations for violating their neutrality. As for other reasons... I don't know, really." Her eyes glanced downwards while her smile faded. I know there's another reason, but why can't I figure out what?

------

President Anderson did not hear any further discussion, which meant the meeting was basically adjourned. "Well, if nobody else wants to discuss this, then this conference is adjourned. I will be sure to tell the Senate within Congress the results of what transpired here. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of the day. The festival should continue until sunset."

((I recommend Leo not meeting up with his sister until after Zech leaves her side due to something important cropping up. *hint hint* ))

Oriana let out a long breath and stood. Honestly she sometimes felt that the antics which went on in the conference room were childish. Quickly saying a farewell and good evening Oriana slipped out of the conference room with the grace of a wild cat. But as soon as she was in the hall she jolted into a sprint, practically launching herself down the stairs and out of the building while also ensuring no one saw... She had a reputation for just disappearing after meetings and it helped add to her commanding presence she would very much like to keep things that way even if she was in a rush. As soon as fresh air hit her face Oriana let out another long breath and truly relaxed. Slipping her papers into her bag she slowly began to walk and count.

'Three.'

She admired the nations mixing together in a peaceful union chatting and going about there business. The sunlight hitting the stone and the fact that it was the perfect weather for something good to happen.

'Two.'

Oriana adjusted her bag and continued to walk ignoring the giggles of children as they tried to keep themselves hidden amongst the shadows and crowds.

'One.'

As if practiced several children burst out of there hiding spot and tackled Oriana who agreed to simply fall over and catch one of the little brutes in her arms before tickling them savagely. The children all screamed and clung to her delighted. "Come on guy I you tried that already admit it! You will never frighten or startle me! It's hopeless!" As soon as she said it they began to complain and whine that Oriana must be using magic to know they were there. Oriana only smirked and stood up brushing herself off before motioning for the little ones to follow. Oriana might be there 'Big sis' but that did not mean she wanted the whole world knowing she had a heart! How else was she too keep her reputation as the 'ice queen' or 'the blue tiger'. She enjoyed commanding respect at meetings and did not want that to change even when she was an old retired biddy!

After the cup of coffee and breakfast Cam had returned to his hotel room for a few hours. Now as he exited the hotel he wore his Mystrican uniform and a pistol was strapped to his waist. He knew they were suppose to meet the delegation at the refreshment center after the meeting so he made his way there.

The place seemed crowded and he kept a hand near his holster not for a quick draw but to keep others from grabbing at his gun. He seemed to just be wiggling through the crowd at this point.

--------
As the meeting was finished Sandra watched others file out. She could have left as well but she would have just wandered to do paperwork. She got up and walked over to President Anderson giving him a brisk salute. "Mr. President might I grab your ear for a moment of your time?" She asked the leader.

Zechariah felt the poke from Aza and snapped out of his anxiety, at least for the moment. He did not react to his hand only briefly being touched. Zecahriah calmed down further once Cralyn left. His soft grin return. "Yeah, jumpy kind of described that." After a small laugh, he posed the query, "You were saying?"

----

Aaron and Kyle went back to setting up a defensive perimeter to protect the Princess when Cralyn left. There was no point in leaving her without protection due to the possibility, however slight, of someone pulling something. Whatever happened, their current task was simple.

----

Benjamin noticed the light from Clarissa and went wide-eyed. Was that what he thought it was? Eventually, he decided he was only seeing things. Therefore, he did not ask about it. Instead he changed the subject. "So, Clarissa, is there anything you particularly enjoy doing in your spare time? I mean, travel is probably one of them, but..." He cleared his throat and tried to think of more to say, yet failed at it.

----

Agathe giggled a little at what Cain said. "Oh, we aren't related by blood, though I still have that sister mentality around him. Checking on him is easy enough for me. I know a spell which can help me observe things without being there." She closed her eyes, a blue ball of light forming in front of her so Cain could see what she was seeing. Seeing the refreshment section, she noticed Isaac was not sitting where he was before. After some random sites popped up, she finally spotted Isaac with a Feliniri girl whom was in a Benjlakki mech pilot uniform. This made Agathe laugh a bit. "Well, looks like he made a friend, or did he develop a crush on that tiger woman? Either way, it is kind of cute." When she opened her eyes, she glanced over at Cain with a soft grin. "You know, speaking of families, I am a little curious about yours. Pardon me if I am delving into something personal."

----

Sarxas' smile grew wider at seeing Isaac behave the way he was with his food. It reminded her so much of her adoptive brother. "Glad to hear that." Taking a few more bites of her own salmon, she noticed a butterfly come their way. It fluttered around the pair while she looked at it with undivided attention. Once it landed on her nose, the Feliniri girl giggled prior to the insect flying away. Turning her eyes toward Isaac with a slight grin, she said, "Sorry, I still have a lot of kitten in me."

----

President noticed the Admiral and grinned a little. Sandra was one of the more experienced naval officers he knew, one which he could respect more than the more rowdy individual which disrupted the conference after Leonardo spoke and threatened the order within the room. "I have time, Admiral Lionel. Is something the matter?"

----

Saul left the room with Calida and Leonardo. Once out the building, a few members of Lion Team were present to escort the trio. He made no mention of his lack of knowledge on why Leo was to be there, as it did not matter, at that point. He had suspiscions that Prime Minister Lopez may have withheld that information from the family, yet he could not prove it. Whatever the scenario, he focused on his family's protection while in the city, since the conference was over, and he realized one of the few idiots who tried anything could be dangerous. He was confident Azalea was well protected, though he had his own handy pistols in case of an assassination attempt. His eyes surveyed his surroundings for anything or anyone suspicious, as was customary of him when not in Metargo.

----

While the protagonists from all three superpowers conversed and went about their business in Benjlakk, three Angels made their way to an old, well-protected temple which was well out of the way of mortal affairs, situated within the very deserts of Omegara. This temple's surroundings consisted of human figures enveloped in a holy energy which left them frozen. These were the sealed warriors from the Era of Origins from two distinct tribes that eventually formed Benjlakk and Metargo, still trapped alive in spite of the several thousands of years that passed. This was part of the curse to the men who desecrated sacred ground, as emplaced by the Angels who made the seal: the sealed away warriors would not move a muscle, yet they would not die, either.

The three Angels landed in front of the gates to the Temple of the Deity, where only Angels and any of the Deity's faithful (or, of course, people he has foreseen to be paramount to something critical) could enter. The eldest of the three angelic brothers, Ferkaakt, opened the gates for the younger ones to go through before shutting them again. The youngest, Jerhasz, tensed his muscles while the one aged in between, Karryytya, glanced around in astonishment.

Jerhasz closed his eyes shut while speaking. "The Deity must have been here often before he left us in charge of protecting Mortal Kind in his absence. I can feel his power."

Karrytya shrugged. "Eh, it's not much different from the Heavens."

"Well, yes, but..."

Ferkaakt hushed the two. "Are we going to argue over the Deity's former presence here, or are we going to decipher his prophecy on our current predicament with the mortal nations?"

With that, all three Angels went to the Hall of Prophecies, where the Deity's predictions and such were stored in an extensive archives for the Angels to look over and read to determine what must be done. It was not uncommon for the Deity to predict the fate of mortal nations, or even when a war would begin. Due to so0 many prophecies made, the search for the one the brothers were looking for would take time.

After hearing whatever Azalea had to say, he did not even have time to respond when he suddenly received a message from a member of Brown Wing Team. Whatever it was had to be important. The voice message went as follows:

Zechariah, we have a problem! We just received two distress calls from two different locations at Hawk Street, on the southern side of town! They each claim people in military uniform are holding them hostage for secrets on the Benjlakki Armed Forces' military technology! I couldn't get anything else from the transmissions other than torture is going on as we speak! I've sent the coordinates to you while sending this message! We better get to those locations, and fast! Kenneth Nadab, out!

Zechariah glanced towards Azalea with a soft grin, though his eyes expressed a hint of sadness at the two of them having to go their separate ways, again. "I'll keep in touch, okay?" With that, he sprinted off while sending a message to every Brown Wing Team Member about the scenario, ordering everyone to set their weapons to stun.

With that out of the way, Zechariah had to send a distress call to one of the military headquarters in town. The nearest to the scenes was the Naval Headquarters. Knowing that, he set an announcement on the facility's speakers which went as follows:

Naval Headquarters, this is Zechariah Malachi, from Brown Wing Team! We received two distress calls from two different locations on Hawk Street that cvilians are being held hostage in abandoned buildings, the coordinates indicated on the map! All personnel available are requested to assist with rescuing them and finding out who it is that violated our neutrality!

-----

Agathe noticed the cold look Cain gave and frowned. I must've touched on something I shouldn't have... Hearing what he said caused her to express a hint of sadness. "Sorry to hear that."

-----

Gracchus relaxed a little when Oriana said it was okay, though he still did not enjoy the cold look she gave. When she gave the suggestion of coming with her and the orphans, he casually nodded. "I don't see any harm in that." turning toward Malinha, he asked her, "Yes, no, maybe? What say you chieftain?"

-----

Benjamin listened to whatever Clarissa told him before be heard his brother call for Brown Wing Team to head to two different locations to rescue civilians. "Dang. Sorry, I better go, here's an extra communications devise." He gave instructions on how to use it then said he would call her, soon, on it. That out of the way, he sprinted towards one of the buildings. There, he and his squadron stormed inside and were met by elemental blasts. Mysticarans... Who'd have thought they'd go this far?

-----

President Anderson listened to whatever Sandra had to say. Before anything could be said back, however, one of the security officers ran up to him with the report of Naval Headquarters being notified of civilian held hostage in abandoned buildings at Hawk Street, the coordinates for both buildings provided. President Anderon nodded with a solemn nod, then told Sandra, "We should probably handle the task at hand before we discuss this matter further."

-----

Zechariah and two squadrons met at the other buildings, weapons set to stun, ready for further instructions. The sergeant could only hope reinforcements would arrive. If this, this would prove difficult.

-----

Aaron could see armored hovercraft above the city while he was on guard for any assassins. Kyle raised an eyebrow while wondering what could be going on. First, Zechariah had to leave because of an emergency, then suddenly this happens? What was going on?

-----

Sarxas listened to whatever Isaac next said before hearing from zechariah about an emergency to attend to. From what she heard, it seemed serious. Bringing out her pistols and setting them to stun, her expressions turned from happy and kitten-like to serious and angry. "I better go. Someone's violated Benjlakk's neutrality policies, and I need to be there to rescue some civilians. If there is time later today, I'll come back to talk to you."

Throwing away her plate and what was left of the salmon she had, she sprinted off with incredible speed. She met up with Zechariah and leaned on the wall where everyone in her squadron was. Whatever it was that would happen, the tiger Feliniri immigrant was prepared for.

Sandra was about to speak when the aide walked up to president Anderson, as this happened her commlink bleeped and she listened to a similar message as the officer reported to the president. " It sounds very suspicious Mr. President would you like to send in the local police or the military sir?" She asked as she began to process other possible options that could be taken. She knew that she would most likely need to advise the president if he chose to take a military response though he also figured something could already be taking place.

------
Cam had been walking down the street when he saw a few police officers seem to spring into action saying something about hostages. He grabbed he gear and jogged across the square over to the Chieftain and Gracchus. "Sir, Mam'" He said saluting and bowing to them both. "I just observed a few local police speaking of a hostage situation." He said knowing that as part of the security team for the chieftain he should report it to Gracchus knowing he would probably make a decision.

----
Calida followed close to Saul and the others as the left the meeting. She kept to herself as she reviewed the events, she hoped what she had said would hold with the others and influence the final decision. Speaking out like that had really brought her esteem up, normally the queen felt her duties were restricted to simple small talk and christening ships.
