Sunset sat with her back against a wall. She was used to the smell of death around her. It felt somehow comforting, it somehow reminded her of home, which was likely long gone by now. She saw rats run before her, rotten food in their mouths. She felt the wind brush her short hair back, and she shivered.

She inhaled deeply before getting up in hope to meet someone for directions to people, or somewhere they may be.

"Lets hope someone knows where the hell people are!" She sighed to herself, placing her palm gently on her first knife, pulling it out and running her finger softly along the blade. She smiled as it almost cut through her skin. Great, still sharp if I need it Sunset looked rather surprised, but her eyes still only showed hope.

Sunset began to walk towards the place where the noise was most. She realized it was a bar as she approached, and held her palm against her head. Taking it off, she leaned back on the closest wall and waited for someone to walk out.

She wanted to find someone, which was rather unlike her. She didn't want to be alone though, not whilst all this death and disease was here.

"Someone better come soon," She growled to herself. "Else things are gonna go downhill for us all. 'An that won't be good" She ran her fingertips along her blade once again, feeling energy pulse through her veins. She wished she could do something, but what was there to do? There were no children, no adults, no way to use energy... just a world with no real hope.

Azuna got up and paid her tab and walked up stairs grabbing her Spear that she had left in on of the guys heads.
"Be careful out there!" A waitress said to her.
"Wouldn't dream of it!" Azuna said.
She walked down the Wood floor as she did she spotted a girl sitting against the wall. Azuna raised a eyebrow but walked out of the bar and down the steps. "Everything must go perfect.." she said to herself.

Sunset let out a sigh, looking the girl in the eye as she left the bar. She felt the need to say something, whether it was stupid or not she didn't care.
"Are you alright?" She blurted out. She realized how stupid she must have sounded, she didn't even know the girl, let alone care about what was happening to her. She sighed and bit her bottom lip.

How would this girl react? Would she attack? Would she simply ignore her? Millions of questions flooded into her head. She just hoped this girl would be friendly, or things would get tough for them both. Though Sunset probably had the advantage, she didn't know how skilled this girl really was. She hoped she wouldn't need to find out.

"Just need a horse and I'll be fine I think...." Azuna said looking down at her ankle as she slowly continued to walk.
She stopped and looked behind her.
'Okay Azuna don't be A jackass..' She thought.
'You need someone to journey with you!'
"Would you like to come with me I'm gonna need some help...?" Azuna said rubbing the back of her head and laughing.

"Well, sure! Name's Sunset," She smiled and walked slowly over to the girl, looking down to her ankle. She quickly looked back up. At least I'm not alone now!
She felt energy pulsing through her veins once again. She had something to do now! Sunset sheathed her knife and brushed her hair behind her ear. The blood pounded in her ears, more from excitement than fear, and the sound of the wind seemed to whistle at her ear.
"I promise that you can trust me," She fought back a cough and blinked quickly.

"You better" Azuna said as she walked.
"I'm not the kind of girl you can play with and get away with it"
"I'm the kind who kills and right now I'm after a Specific person!"
With that Azuna Drawn out her sword and pressed against the girls neck.
"I show no mercy either" She pulled back her sword and walked down the street.
"Lets go with don't have all day!"

"Uh, OK!" Sunset followed, letting out an almost silent sigh as she felt no cut on her throat, then she muttered something under her breath. She kept a fair distance from the girl, but still stayed within arms reach, since she wasn't hoping to get lost sometime soon.
"Now I'm just hoping she doesn't turn on me when we get to where we- she needs to go," She whispered to herself, holding back another cough.

Azuna has been watching the girl this whole time.
"Are you sick?" She asked.
"If so speak up now or forever hold your piece.."
As Azuna spoke she gripped onto her daggers that go 7 inches deep into the Human flesh. She slid her four fingertips into her for daggers she lifted up her hand and saw a man.
"Duck" She said the girl did as told and Azuna quickly threw the daggers at the man and heard him scream in pain and then the screaming stop she walked towards the dead man and kicked his body and saw her wanted flyer.
"Lets go!" Azuna said running even though her Ankle was sprung.
"And if you need to cough then just cough!"

"I'm uh, fine. And thanks," She sped up, just about matching the girl's pace. Sunset took a silent note on how skilled this girl was. Maybe she could learn some of her ways!
She turned her hand over, looking at the faint mark on it. It always reminded her of her family.
"I see you're in a hurry," She murmured under her breath, making sure the girl didn't hear.

Sunset quickly mounted the other horse, which was a peachy - white, admiring the girl's skill on horseback. She followed close behind, occasionally having to turn slightly in order to follow accurately. She was aware that she hadn't got the best smell to her breath, and so she grabbed a cylindrical pill - like object from her pouch and tossed it into her mouth, making sure to get the full minty taste before swallowing.

Sunset breathed out and coughed again. She shivered and bit her lip softly. This journey wouldn't be the hardest, but it wouldn't be the easiest either.
"Rule one of adventuring. Stay away from dangerous animals," She muttered. "Rule two, make sure you can trust others before helping or going with them."
She glanced over to Azuna, then back the way they were going.
"Rule three... Stay away from weird people who want to kill you for God knows what. Oh, and rule four, keep your ass away from snakes," She said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. She was watching Azuna closely now, through the corner of her eye.

Shut up.Shut up.Shut up. Shut up! Azuna screamed in her mind as they rode Horses she was getting tired of someone repeating rules she all ready knows. I'm gonna die aren't I with this girl.. She thought once more sighing a little "I take your rules for bullshit since I already fucking know every last on of them I'm not a idiot nor do I want to be treated like one!" Azuna said snapping at Sunset she rode faster ahead and lifted her hoodie to above her head she breathed in and out and pant as half of her body was being lifted a little.

"I wasn't even speaking to you..." Sunset returned her gaze to what lay before her. She was always speaking to herself, and it was a rather annoying habit. She stayed silent for the rest of the time, occasionally muttering something to herself. What she said was almost impossible to hear, but it didn't matter. What have I got myself into... She thought, staying alert for even the slightest sign of danger. They hadn't even got to know each other, not even sharing each other's names. I can probably trust her... She thought. She's probably got some sort of sad past like me, or something that she doesn't wish to speak of.
