Meet me in Stratos...

Story:

You awake to find yourself on the other side of a bridge. Groggy and with no memory of your past. All you remember is your name, not even a last name just a name. While you remember things like math, words, things, you lack all memory of who you were. But there is one thing aside your name that is stuck in your mind. You know that you are... Dead? It's a strange thought that is true but you know somehow that it's the truth. So who are you? Where are you? And why? You get up and look across the bridge to see a small town. Warm and cozy but sleepy looking. The people of the town gather on the other side of the bridge and with nothing else around you cross...

On the other side the people welcome you warmly, inquiring your name and asking you happily how you find the Stratos. Your mind veers with thoughts and you try to find away to make them stop. Finally the people settle down allowing you to say your name and ask your questions. The people smile, and take you into the heart of the town telling you that this place is the Stratos an endless place of seeming-less endless sky filled with small pieces of lands, islands! With a small town filled with people who have died. They tell you quite sternly that there is no way off the islands and even if you reach the end of one you will never be able to even see the others.

After some more talking you learn that everyone who dies comes to the Stratos. And that its perfectly normal not to have any memory. It is designed in this way. People who arrive in the Stratos are too have no worries, regrets, longings, they are simply to live and slowly let go of what life they have left even there own name so they can reach what they call there Spark point. If they accept there spark point, they are said to be freed into the beyond place called the Ever Fall. Feeling tired and scared and naked without memories of anything, the kind people take you too a house that already has your name on it. they let you inside and you stumble to the bed into what feels like a never ending sleep. Is this really the paradise people dreamed of? Or is this place just an tireless slow smothering pit?

Who am I?

How did I die?

Who did I leave behind?

Who might I have gone after?

Image

Plot:

Too re-cap. You awake in a place called the Stratos an endless place of endless sky and space filled with islands with a village on it that are home to the still somewhat person's left. There is no way to leave your floating island, or even see another one even if you find the edge of yours. The people in your town on your island tell you that its normal to have no of your memory of who you were until you reach your Spark point. All you have to do now is slowly give up whatever remaining part of you is left until your nameless, faceless and you can finally reach the Spark point and leave to the Ever Fall.

But you are not just a regular person. You are an individual that means you might not just want to give into this pre-determined spiel. You might want to re-discover who you are? Where your from? Your loved ones because of this the rp can take many turns I will leave up to us to decide as a group...

The characters can go on an epic soul quest with each other to discover who they are. They can simply accept there fate and move on. They can find new memories and create a new them instead of becoming empty. They can leave the village and try to find the edge of the islands and see if its true ect. Or a miss of all these ect...

Extra Info:

Ok before you leave on your epic quest make sure you've read the above stuff and read this. This is a list of other random facts about the RP that you will need to know for character developing and other important stuffs.

Stratos: The stratos is an empty place the days and nights are long here and time seems not to matter. It is described as an endless space of sky filled with Islands that are home to the nearly dead.

Spark Point: The Spark point is a point when the people in Stratos have given up whatever is left of there memories and become "peaceful" people seem to glow brighter as they near the Spark point and have very vacant eyes, scarcely talk, there skin grows smooth and begins loosing features of individuality. They are said not even to remember there names anymore because they simply give everything left of themselves away and leave as though they never existed the people of Stratos never speak of people who have passed already.

The Ever Fall:
The place beyond the Stratos some could think this is the stars but no one is sure it is described as a place of peace and the even the people of Stratos empty as they are of thoughts have there own thoughts. Many believe the Ever Fall turns you into a star so you many simply go on. Others believe you regain all memories and simply exist. Others think the name means you become trapped in a place where you fall forever learning all knowledge of the world. The truth is still unknown.

Abyss:
The abyss is what they say awaits if you fall off the islands thats why no one leaves there village... EVER!

Memories and Questions: People of Stratos hate questions and memories they believe this takes you farther away from your Spark point so there often discourage except if your new.

Towns: Your island has one village apparently. It has all our commodities like electricity but is much quainter, imagine the perfect little town with cobblestone streets and little brick houses quaint town squares with water features. But the towns have nothing really but houses... And one big community hall where those closest to the Spark Point meet in order to talk... If they talk at all?

First was the pain, then a blood curdling scream and then black. Nothing. Empty. What was life?

It seemed like eternity before I opened my eyes. And what I opened my eyes to, I did not expect. I'm alive, that has to be sure, but I have no clue where I am. I felt groggy, unprepared, over-exposed and somehow, I felt like I had forgotten something. A nagging at my mind. Something important was missing. And I think it was important...wait, what's my name!? Who am I? What...what's going on?

Danielle had finally awoken into her new life in the Stratos. A foreign world to the people who continue to age, to live life each day. Scratching her head, examining her body, she found that she was injury-free. And that had felt like a start. She was clothed in grey skinny jeans and a red cut off long sleeved shirt. She looked down at her hands. She wasn't the dark skin tone she thought she would have been. She was pale, almost like a faint blue tinge. She nodded to herself, slowly taking in what she was seeing, hoping it was a dream. What she hadn't expected was what was above her head. The sky in the world she now lived. It was, in no other words to describe it, beautiful. It was purple-blue night sky, dark, but so many different colors were splatted across it. Almost like a child with water colors had colored the sky. Where was she?

Danielle began to panic, hyperventilating. Where was everybody? Where was she? "H-hello!" She called out. "Is anybody there?" She noticed something not so far away. Perhaps a moving figure? Maybe it wasn't moving, but there was definitely something in the distance. She found the nerve to finally move her feet forward, she at least remembered how to walk. What's my name...who am I? She asked herself. "Is anybody there?" She yelled again, out to open space. She finally came along to a bridge that seemed to lead to what looked as if it to be a town in the distance. A village may be the more formal way to label it. Danielle began to pick up her pace, into a slow job. There was no breeze here. Nothing familiar that Danielle tried remembering. She couldn't even remember her name, the time, the date, where she was prior to awaking here. All she could note was that this place, where ever she happened to be, was truly breathtaking. But it was so damn quiet.

Danielle continued to jog until she reached what seemed to be the entrance of the village. She slowed down enough, becoming cautious and curious. What would live in a place like this? What this even real? Was she dreaming?

Danielle stopped, dead in her tracks. [No pun intended.] She thought she heard a noise. A scream of some sort. But it stopped as soon as she realised that this village was alive with people.

Fawn was returning after one of her thinking session's near the edge of the island. It was a few hours walk away or at least her to her spot she new if she were to leave the town and travel in another direction it might feel like days of walking before reaching the edge... Fawn walked closer to the town when she saw a patch of grass matted and squished. "Hmm... Must be a new comer." Fawn walked past the patch of mated grass and over the bridge into the town. The bridge was probably her favorite part of the town. It was small and made a stone and really was not needed because all that lay beneath be a small brook that created the most soothing sounds one would hear. It was music that calmed Fawn and brought back a certain vitality...

She calmly walked into the town when a scream met her ear. "What on earth..." Screams were rare in Stratos nothing ever happened here except for new comers and even those were oddly rare aside that this place seemed to be squashed in suffocating silence and repetitiveness that drove Fawn insane. Even the scream she'd heard sounded faint and thin in this overbearing place. Fawn sighed it was sad how suffocating this place seemed it was truly beautiful. With the warm colors and the beautiful painted sky it seemed like a place Fawn would dream of yet it was just so... Quiet. Quiet was good but everything in the down seemed to be too much. Perhaps that is why Fawn loved leaving town. Everything seemed to pick up like there again with every noise and the strange sense of freedom that would take you over.

Fawn picked up the pace and walked a little faster until she spotted the new comer a girl who seemed lost and confused. Fawn smiled remembering her first time in Stratos. She freaked out and ran away... And could not remember her own name for days... Unlike most people who would remember there's within a few minutes or even seconds of waking up. Fawn walked over to the girl calmly. "You must be new here... Allow me to say hello before you get pumbled with the questions and answers of the older people." Fawn took a bow. "Name's Fawn... And you? Also are you the source of that scream?" Fawn blushed faintly realizing she could be just as bad for curiosity as the others in the village. But Fawn did not let her embarrassment show instead she smiled warmly and pushed her wispy pink colored hair from her face and looked the girl in her eyes with her own deep blue ones.

"You must be new here..." said a voice that showed no source. Danielle turned to face behind her and saw a girl about almost the same height as her with wispy pink hair with deep blue eyes. Danielle was quite honestly surprised to see someone so young to be in a place that showed somewhat desertion and isolation. "Allow me to say hello before you get pumbled with the questions and answers of the older people," the small girl said. The girl took and a bow, "Name's Fawn...and you? Also are you the source of that scream?" Danielle noticed the light flash of red cross the girls face. Embarrassment, maybe? "Yes, I am new here...I don't know how I got here, what's even going on?" Danielle panicked, her eyes feeling dreary, swelling slightly with tears. She realised she never answered Fawn's question. "I'm sorry, forgive my...behaviour. It's extremely nice to meet you, Fawn. I think...I think my name start's with D. I just can't remember...and I don't know why I can't remember..." Danielle trailed off into a series of why's and how's, nothing that even made sense to herself.

Danielle felt dizzy, so she started to take a few deep breaths to calm herself, feeling the tears get closer to falling over her cheeks. She looked down at the grass and imagined how soft it could feel to be lying there, on the dark green mushiness underneath the starry, colourful sky. She started to feel more dizzy, probably from panicking and instant stress. She reached down towards the grass and plopped herself down, cross-legged. The grass felt nice and cool, also unreal. Something that rich people would use to compliment their fancy homes with brilliant grass that shone because it was fake. However, the grass didn't exactly feel fake, it felt like individual piece was little clouds. Was everything in this place as air-brushed as a front cover model? Everything was beautiful, elegant, but somewhat homey and comfortable. And that's probably what made it so scary, that it was quiet and homey, but she felt so alone and isolated, that homey felt like a nightmare when nobody was there to feel homey with.

Danielle pondered the recent past moments...waking into this unknown realm, walking to the edge of this village and then coincidentally meeting this young girl. Even Fawn appeared too beautiful to have been from where ever Danielle came from. She began to think of how plain her old world was. She couldn't remember what it looked like, but she knew it looked nothing like this, therefore paling in comparison. Danielle removed the hair infront of her eyes, taking a few more deep breaths.

"Where am I?" Danielle asked. Perhaps the more she learnt of this new place, the more she could remember about herself.

Fawn felt her heart tug as she looked at this girl. Her eyes were filled with loss. Fawn new that feeling... Most people got use to it but not Fawn to Fawn she would always feel that. Fawn smiled gently and comfortingly but she knew nothing would make it any easier. "A D name hun? Sound's like it's a good name so far." Fawn watched her girl's eye brim with tears and her own widened. "H-Hey now d-don't cry!" Fawn moved closer to the girl and gently wiped her tears before letting her hands fall from the girls face and too her side. How was she suppose to tell this girl the truth? She looked so fragile. But everyone did in Stratos... It was strange that way.

Fawn blinked back into reality and stared past the girl at the painted night sky before focusing on the girl again. She looked like she was going to faint. But luckily took a seat. Fawn sat down next to the girl and waited for her to get out her feelings and questions. While she listened to the girl Fawn's hands busied themselves in feeling the detail of every strand of grass. Finally Fawn took a deep breath and looked at the girl. "This place is called Stratos... It's the place people go to when they die... I mean... This place looks small but its only one of the many like it in Stratos..." Fawn looked up at the sky her blue eyes loosing themselves in the sea of stars.

"People in Stratos never remember who they were... Your name comes back to you but nothing else does..." Fawn blinked and relaxed. "It's frowned upon to try and remember... Most of the people near there spark point who have been here years... Frown upon me for trying. What you choose to do is up to you." Fawn blinked and turned her head slightly to look at the girl. "Your name will come back to you in a few minutes maybe... If you'd like I can tell you more but..." Fawn trailed off and closed her eyes. "Well the rest is pretty depressing... Too me at least...Guess I just have something un-resolved before I died..."

"Guess I just have something un-resolved before I died..." Fawn's voice seemed to have quietened. Danielle looked up at Fawn, her small stature sitting before her. The girl appeared so innocent. How could she have been brought to death? How did Danielle, herself die? She let out a long sigh full of pain and dismay. "So, I'm dead," she stated flatly. She thought something like that would jump up and try to surprise her. All it did was confirm unspoken suspicions. It's not like she expected it to be death, but maybe something less over-dramatic, like a long slumber, knocked unconscious or something. Not death.
Her bottom lip began to quiver, tears brimming her eyes again. "My name is Danielle," she remembered, but stating it as if it was a simple greeting. "How much have I lost, and left behind? My family...how did I die?" All of her questions came out in a quiet whimper, sadness consuming all hope inside of her that this may be a dream.

She took a deep breath and looked away from Fawn and out somewhere distant that wasn't in Stratos. Perhaps it was a memory, or a lost piece of herself she found. She couldn't tell. But something instantly felt different about herself, and her jaw tightened, her tears stopped. Her eyes came back to Stratos, looking over the vast, endless sky of colours. It definitely was unreal. Not something you could simply catch on camera and post on facebook. Danielle frowned in frustration, and sudden hatred of the place she has entered. Who would have created such a place that condemned people to eternal isolation and an investigation of the past they'd never recover and learn of? Danielle had never felt so alone and so cold before. Although Fawn was sitting before her, comforting the girl to the best of her ability, she still felt like an outsider, like she didn't belong. Of course she didn't belong, she was dead. Everyone was dead. Even the beautiful girl before her.

"So, how did you die? Do you know?" Danielle looked up, whispering to Fawn. "You're so young..." Danielle trailed off, whipping away her own tears, bringing back self-control to the controllable things in her life. Or more rather, in her death. She never imagined she could be an attractive looking zombie. Danielle began to be curious about the village, but soon remembered the people, the elders who do questions and answers. She all too soon wanted to go run and hide. She splayed her fingers on the ground before bringing them back behind her, leaning back on her hands, admiring the sky above their heads.

Avery counted the number of people passing by through a half-lidded gaze, labeling them as they passed by. There were the newcomers, confused and tripping over their feet. There were the somewhat newcomers such as himself, who were used to the sights and smells (not that there really were any at all) of the Stratos. Then there were the people who were at the tippy top of their sparkpoint. Those were the easiest to notice; they almost looked like blurs, and no matter how hard you squinted their features would never really "come into focus". Last but not least there were the ones who had hope. Avery was ashamed to say that he had previously been one of few who believed that they could someday find out about their past lives. Everything that went through their heads were only useless, dumb, and impossible thoughts.

Finally getting tired of his little game, he pushed himself off of the brick building he had been leaning against and began to make his way out of the brightly light town. During his week long stay in Stratos, he hadn't made many friends at all. It appeared that having friends wasn't exactly the highest priority here. Just about everyone including himself generally stood by themselves, walking around aimlessly without any means of a destination.

Sure, he had given up on the idea of finding his past self but that didn't mean he wanted to sit around and do nothing. Seeing he really had no one to talk to, he had made up single-player games for himself. His favorite game was to sit around the town, giving people names as he saw fit. A lean, blue-eyed blonde would be Elizabeth Taylor, and a big lightly shaven muscular man would be Johnny Brown. For now, he would enjoy himself by giving any newcomers a hard time. For no reason in particular, he found some satisfaction in playing around with the newer ones. As he sauntered up the grassy hill however, he noticed something was different.

"Hello? If either of you are alive..or..well..dead, and can speak, give me an aye!" he called out, spotting two girls just ahead of him. They looked as if they were companions or friends of some sort. He felt as if he had seen the Pink-haired one around town sometime before, but the other one was most likely a newcomer.

The sounds of rubbing against a piece of paper resonated in the small room that belonged to Alec. The eraser cleared the paper from Alec's mistakes, and soon what was left was a sketch of a rabbit. The light-haired youth blew the eraser shavings off his work and picked it up as he stood up from his seat. The floor creaked softly for each step he took to his ivory-colored cabinet. He took out a clothespin, and turned around to hang the sketch on a clothesline which was strewn across his room. He took a step back and silently admired the newest addition to the clothesline. Alec's room looked like a still photo, all in white colors. Above, lines were strewn in a disorderly manner, and drawings that were created throughout his life in Stratos hung all over the room. Art was one of the individual parts of him- without it, he might as well make his way to the Ever Fall.

Feeling satisfied, Alec decided to go out and enjoy the scenery. The sky always changes, always becoming a new sight to see. The sky is probably the only thing about the Stratos that isn't so lifeless. When Alec stepped out of his house, he stopped breathing for a short while. The sky, for once, was a sky that he had seen before. The way the colors were splattered, the hues and shades that were so carelessly thrown... Yes, it was the same sky that day. The day he first woke into the Stratos.

"Hello? If either of you are alive... Or... Well... Dead, and can speak, give me an aye!"

Jumping slightly, Alec turned to the source of the one who spoke. He knew that voice, it was the guy who came in a week ago. He sure changed things a bit. Alec could tell that he's already accepted his new life, but what he wonders how alive he seems. It was as if he hadn't died at all. It's been a month since Alec had arrived in Stratos, though he's never seen someone like him. Alec is also aware that the red-haired boy enjoyed teasing newcomers. He glanced at the girls he called out to, then back to Avery. Alex doesn't need to say anything at the moment, right? There's no need right now.

Fawn smiled and wiped the remaining tears from Danielle's face. "I have no idea how I died... But when I first got here I did not take waking up peacefully so well... I ran away from the village and the villagers had to chase me down... I stayed out there for days until I remembered my name..." Fawn leaned back relaxing. "Listen Danielle... Not everyone is like me here... Some people just lay down and well fade... Others like me try and remember... And others like you get strong and brave and defiant... I can see your like that already and hey I think that's kinda good."

Fawn pushed her hair from her face and smiled. "Listen I can't help you or do anything much for you... But if you need and friend Il gladly be one... Sometimes I think finding someone still kinda alive is the only thing real in a place like this..." Fawn's gentle lips broke into a happy grin and she smiled at Danielle happily. "Besides Ive been looking for a friend anyway... Most everyone else is like zombies just waddling around waiting to forget... Me I don't wanna forget I wanna find..."

A voice broke into Fawn's thoughts and she turned to look at the source. "Ummm AYE?" Fawn blinked confused. She recognized the man behind the voice he'd shown up not too long ago but Fawn had not been there for his arrival but she remembered one of the people telling her his name was... What was it... "I think that guys name Avery or something... He's kinda new here like you... I've been here for a few months though..." Fawn blinked. How long had she been here for? Maybe.. A month and half... Maybe longer sense she remembered someone else arriving about a month ago. Come to think of it. Fawn looked up at the sky. It had been this exact mixture of colors when she arrived... Maybe it was a sign or a newcomer? Maybe it was sheer luck after all the sky in Stratos changed continually... Sometimes it would be several shades of blue at times the stars would seem to move... Other days things were eerie and the sky had a darker tone... But it was still beautiful either way.

Danielle smiled up at Fawn as she smiled back when the voice interrupted their heart-to-heart discussion. "Aye!" Danielle yelled, turning to see the interruption. It was a boy with red hair, someone she had obviously never seen before. Danielle turned to look back at Fawn, not at all interested in meeting anybody else, as it was still all too much to take in. She sighed deeply, shutting her eyes tightly, frowning. Then released all the tension and took a deep breath. "You've been here in this place for that long?" Danielle said, surprised. "This place, it feels so...isolated and too quiet, calm. Eerie." Danielle said so flat and cold, it could have turned water to ice. She leaned forward to view the interruption that seemed to be walking over.

Danielle stood up, prepared to meet the other being of the dead. A thought crossed her mind as she looked at Fawn sitting and the boy walking towards them. If this is death, and we have a choice to accept our Fate or suffer trying to remember what's meant to be left behind, then this truly must be hell.

Fawn stood and brushed herself off. "I've been here that long yes... But unlike most people here I have yet to give in..." Fawn stretched. "You know this place is not all that eerie or not all of it... The town is... Almost like it wants you too say but when you leave and get closer to the edge of the island things seem more lively again. Il take you there sometime its nice." Fawn smiled at the other two. "And dont worry people here are kind... Little out of sorts all the time but kind..."

Avery rocked back and forth on his heels, hands in pockets as the girls conversed. He had come over here expecting some drama but there was none, really. Instead, it appeared as if they were having some serious conversation that looked anything but exciting to him. He let his gaze wander, from the bipolar sky to the long stretch of grassy plains, to a jumble of ivory-colored hair, to-- wait, what? He turned around and rubbed his eyes, spotting yet another person nearby. He turned back to the two girls and jerked his thumb behind him. "Is it just me, or has that guy been there this entire time?" he questioned. "I think I've seen him around before. Doesn't his name start with an 'A' or something?", he added. He looked back over his shoulder, and lifted a hand in greeting. "Heey, A-dawg my man! What's up?" he yelled out awkwardly.

( I would add some more but I think It would be kinda awkward, for reasons I'll mention in the OOC section :P )

Danielle nodded it acknowledgement, "This places feels anything but lively..." she muttered. She rose her head and looked at the boy in front of her, calling out to yet another person. "How many people do inhabit this place anyway?" She turned to face Fawn. This place doesn't look as if it would be crawling with life, but there was quite the number of people milling about the place. Friendly enough, suppose so, but it's not like they were all jumping out to greet her.

Fawn blinked. "About... Maybe 100 people... It's tough to tell really cause sometimes they just... Disappear... Sometimes before they reach there spark point its strange really..." Fawn looked over at the ivory haired boy. "Hmmm... ALEC!" Fawn clapped her hands together. "He's been here a month his name is Alec... Haha I feel smart." Fawn grinned and then looked at the red haired boy. "And your Avery? Right I think... I wasn't here when you showed up..."

(OOC: fair warning, this will be a bit of a read as I'm in an amazingly creative mood and I'd like to get introductions quite quickly out of the way so we can get this show on the road. I feel quite inactive at the moment :()

Danielle nodded in acknowledgment once more, biting on her lower lip. The spark point... Danielle wondered. Was this place for real? Was this really where people come to after death? "What about everybody that's been living here...how long have they been here?" Danielle wondered aloud. How long must some of these people be looking for themselves for? Was it totally worth it? They came here for a reason - they died. Maybe that meant they weren't meant to look back and find what was lost. What was meant to stay lost.

This train of thought lead Danielle to think about what she's lost. What she's left behind. Again, tears stung her eyes; she hugged herself, choking down the pain. Everythings gone, just like that. A click of the fingers, a switch of a light switch. Poof. Danielle thought of the family she might of had, the friends and business life she could have lead. Did she have kids? Was she married? She would never know. This drove Danielle crazy. Mentally, she saw herself on her knees, screaming, throwing insane tantrums like a two year old being told "no". On the outside, her composure was more mature, hugging herself tight as if she were cold, tears only softly rolling down her cheeks. She wiped them away before they could escape to the ground and straightened her clothing.

Danielle looked up to the people Fawn was mentioning, her lovely pink hair moving so slightly in the wind. Avery was the boy who had called to them earlier, only a few feet away. Danielle sighed, looking across to see another boy, Alec was his name. So many unfamiliar faces - not that she expected she'd know anyone, even if she could remember. She was an outsider, a stranger in a world where everybody seemed to know everybody. Like being a new kid in a new high school. But only this was a totally new world, a totally new universe. This was death. Was there such things as Angels and Demons here? Was Fawn really an Angel guiding Danielle somewhere safe? No, this would have to be it. There's nothing past this. This is just hell. Nothing could make you suffer more.

"Where do we all stay?" Danielle said quietly, in a small voice. She looked to the sky; it was changing so slowly before her eyes. It was a beautiful, breathtaking sight. The splashes of color merging into a deep, dark blue, mixing with a purple that mixed with a pink The splashes of color, all of them, seemed to change into a red. The sky reminded Danielle of a lava lamp. How many galaxies were out there? How many other places like Stratos existed? So many possibilities. Danielle now had all the time in the world to ponder these possibilities, now that she was dead.

Fawn smiled at Danielle. "I know its hard to get use to... But believe it or not you adjust." She could sense the girls restlessness and sadness and honestly she could relate. "Where do we stay? We each have individual houses..." Fawn tugged on Danielle's hand and pointed to a small house. "That's mine... If you guys want you can all come in for some berry tea?" She smiled gently and rocked back and forth on her heels. "It's my own special blend and it comes out different each time... So I can't actually guarantee the taste." Grinning shyly she giggled to herself.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

>3> ...This game still accepting new people?

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

My posts are getting shorter anyway lol. Our posts will naturally get shorter as we interact with other characters anyway.
Sorry I haven't been online much, the internet thing and some school work got in the way >.>

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

So a quick thought came to me as I was typing up my post...

During interactions between our characters, I think that our posts should be kept fairly short. In my case, I usually find it tiring to have to re-quote someone numerous times. I'm still struggling in trying to make my interaction-posts as easy to respond to as possible, but I'm trying :P

Anyway, just my thoughts.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Yeah, I had an issue with a 502 Bad Gateway. It's just my connection to this website which really sucks. Sometimes the webpages won't load and I'll be directed back to the google homepage. And then sometimes it'll just freeze.

So, I'm just apologizing if I'm not always active because of those reasons :(

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Sorry for my lack or talking... Schools been a pain BUT its a weekend! >w<

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Yeah! Something odd, different.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

xD im really glad you guys like it owo

Hmmm yeah that could get there curiosity started or they could find something out of place o 3o

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

This sounds brilliant! :D
I'm keen :)
I'm soooo sorry if I take a while to post. Getting use to being at school and waking up going for morning runs and not being able to climb back into bed :(

So, all in all, eventually once our charries have grouped up, met each other and so on so forth, we'll slowly discover somethings odd about the place. Perhaps the normal townspeople are acting strange? Performing a new ritual maybe that..lets call the evil one "Death" in general...that Death has announced?
Maybe that could be the beginning of their curiosity? Any other ideas?

Far out, I'm tempted to quit some of my other RP's just to solely focus on this one hahaha. this is perfect.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Sorry for disappearing my brother messed with my internet connection >.>

Anyway I'm up for it as well so lets do this >w<

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Sounds perfect to me ouo. I have no complaints.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

//bows Why thank you!

I'M UP FOR IT. It's got my vote. And we could expand and elaborate those ideas as the RP progresses. As for the time limit until someone disappears, could that time limit actually be the effect of Stratos to the people? Meaning that losing their individuality is the limit itself? So it's a battle between remembering and losing one's self and his or her willpower.

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

*Clap Clap*
I couldn't have summarized it any better <3

So is everyone up for finalizing those ideas?

Re: Meet Me in Stratos

Those who have forever inhabited Stratos hold a deep secret, which is the reason why no one could travel across islands. The one in charge of Stratos is a secret, and that person is pretty much just playing around with the people's lives. Traveling across the "space" or "invisible water" could be made possible if proper tools were made, like a boat. However, only people who truly want to learn their past are ale to cross the space- if the person does not want to learn more and crosses the space, he or she would disappear. If the person or being in charge of Stratos is defeated, people may now have a choice to either stay in Stratos or to the Ever Fall, or whatever the place of rest is. Perhaps the inhabitants' time in Stratos is simply a chance of a second life for the people who want it, and if a person finds out what their past was, the person may have a second chance at life. But if a person does not find out what their past was within a time limit, then said person would disappear.

^^Summary of ideas :D
