"What does Nazo mean you say? well its my town you see, but ill dive into that later. Nazo means mystery and fits this very odd small town place for you see not everyone is as they seem. Their are secrets, whether it be good or bad does not matter. The fact that they found this place means they do not wish to be where they were in their lives not wanting to be found. Nazo is a ocean town with everything you could need and everything could every want. Its rather odd to you that there is clothes stores from every decade, food places and whatnot from those times as well. The people all have different accents and wear rather odd clothes. all ages are here, they live and go about there lives as if nothing has changed for them, or has it?How is this possible wonder well, if I told you it wouldn't be very fun now will it? *smirk* besides no one ever leaves Nazo...ill let you ponder why...but you woudlnt recollect in in the end."

"As a matter of fact-" Hadden stopped as soon as Aiko approached the table. She placed a receipt down, before leaving. ""As a matter of fact I think you are being to intrusive on my personal life for girl who works here," he continued, before placing his money on the table.
Just then, Laura heard Millie say something about flirting with the custmoers. She rolled her eyes, and turned back around to see Hadden standing up, preparing to leave. "Laura," she introduced herself before he left. As he turned around, she slipped a small piece of paper with a phone number on it into his back pocket. She had always been a skilled pick-pocket. It had possibly something to do with the fact that she was so small and agile. And most likely, the slip of paper would never be found. But Laura didn't care. She had a sort of aversion to giving up, even if it was just in an attempt to make a guy like her.
"See ya later ginger."
Laura smirked as Hadden walked away, rolling her eyes. Suddenly, Hadden let out a burst of laughter, though what he was laughing about, Laura had no idea. She hated not knowing stuff. What if it was something about her? Laura pretended to shrug it off, and walked back to the kitchen.

"Sorry," Sandy mumbled as she pulled out a lint roller and removed the hair. She wondered whether she should mop the floor but decided that it would not be a good idea whilst plates of food are being carried around. A slippery floor is a dangerous thing. She was about to go look for Millie when a thought struck her. She turned around slowly and faced the man with the guitar. He was gazing out of the wondow and she heard him say something about the beach.
"Excuse me," she said softly. "I was wondering, do you play professionally? It's just that, I love to sing and I haven't done so in such a long time... I don't know why... I used to dream of being a famous singer and actor... anyway I was wondering whether I could sing with you? Millie was placing orders behind the counter, a meeting would be held she thought to let the new workers know about the rules later. "maxi Benny can you come here a sec I need to talk to you please.." she decided to tell her about her other dream, a concerned eyes that seemed to want to cry, but didn't and Benny looked like he needed something to help him with turnin red, can't have a red buy boy which made her laugh. "sandy take these orders out and aiko please wait on the small family table yes? I have to talk to those two for a sec. Come to the employee room" her two best people her family she had to talk to them before the day got busy. The dream made her cry and hold her stomach, a man called her name but his face seemed similar yet unfamiliar in her dream she hugged him she was happy two girls came up too her. Always ends with the girls, she was now waiting in the employee room cluthig her shirt. Benny always brought out a motherly side she didn't hate it, she wanted to know if wanted to move up from busboy.
Maxie was somewhat shocked, but then again she was having a tuff time more so now. Every year since she met her those dreams would resurface all the time for a week. She kept quiet but feared she would crack, to be dealing with all that and keep a straight face. She watched er walk by in a daze. "Me a professional? heh I wouldn't think upon myself so greatly. I guess you could say I'm just a local soloist who plays for a living and a hobby. Anyways…" He spoke, his golden eyes going to hers before continuing.
"I have nothing else to do, you can tag along after your done if you want. When do you get off? I mean - I'm thinking of going to the beach which after i may just go about sitting in the park unless other plans come up. Either way if you really want to sing along or attempt to sing with me. We'll see what ya got then. Just call me on this phone and the name is Kaguya Iyato." He spoke shortly after writing down his number. He then began to play his guitar, a little happier tune this time and looked up at her.

Before Benny went to the employee room he decided to get something sweet from the kitchen to ease his nerves.
There he saw Aiko working hard over the counter on something, but he was to short to actually see what it was.
Whatever it is it smells really good. Benny shook his head trying to get the thought out. No, no, I must focus.
"Aiko," he spoke up to get the girl's attention. "I'm freaking out, Maxine says Millie is going to put me in a cute costume and serve to people while wearing it! Plus Millie looks really worried over something. I know you only recently started working, but...Sis has been down lately, and she usually isn't like that. I just don't know what to do."

She thought over what she was going to say a second and then when she got all her thoughts together, she knelt down to look him in the eye. She always felt it was better to talk to someone like this.
"hmm... Well, whenever someones down, I usually bake a cake for them... But you can never truly know whats wrong unless they talk to you... but, you don't want to push it. All you should do is be there to cheer her up." She tried to give a smile as she gave him the best idea he had.
"If you want, when work is over, I could help you make a cake for her... Or if you know she likes something else, I could help you make that." She said, hoping it would help him with his problem.
"And about the costume, if you really don't want to wear it, tell her. Say something like it goes against your rights if she forced you." She said with a smile as she tried to cheer him up. She wasn't that good as cheering people up but she would try her best.

Benny's face perked up when he heard the word cake. "Millie loves vanilla cakes with strawberry icing!" he said enthusiastically, bouncing on the balls of his feet. He walked over to a cabinet and stepped on a stool to help him reach the knobs. The small boy pulled out a recipe for the dessert from a folder and placed it on the counter. Feeling pleased with himself he handed the recipe to Aiko.
"Is it alright if I go home with you from work? If we cook it here Millie will know. My Auntie won't mind if I stay out late as long as I tell her where I am."

The setting changes from The Ocean Town of Nazo to Memories Cafe
Millie sat in the benches holding her water bottle she took with here from home everyday, inside her hand was two pills for her pains she had. The week had taken it's toll s her face as pale hair wasn't as bouncy. She touched her face, Maxine was sitting next to her comig in unnoticed taking her hand as if to say it'll be okay. Millie tried to smile her link hair fell from its untidy bun covering her face some she spoke with a saddenes she could feel but was lost as to why,"the dream.."she spoke carefully,"it continues maxi, every year it continues and I see more of this nightmare. At first it didn't matter I never saw an actual face..but I did last night. It was a child she looked liked me but different I felt a overwhelming saddenes as if she was related to me. Then I was struck and I kept yelling 'the baby what about my baby' and woke up covered in tears.." she looked at maxi with sorrow and cried softly on her shoulders,"why does this occur every year, same month same week." she head rested on her shoulders still sobbing.
Maxi listened to her carefully and just let her speak, she always let her speak and then cry like always. But this year she had to speak up,say something, anything. She had met Millie some time ago and stumbled across her one day crying here holding onto a bottle, medicine, Millie let her inside her heart and mind and at the moment she felt closer to her. Only she knew and it stayed that way. Maxis eyes wanted to tear up but fought it stroking her stringy hair she loved to play with when they sat on the bed talking about happier topics. Today wouldnt be one of those nights. "mills..I know I just listen but I have to speak." talking a breath Maxine sat her up and looked into her eyes seriously,"I know you say you never were married or had family..but maybe your.." she paused unsure if what she would utter would sound as crazy as she thought it in her mind, the dreams the people he feelings she gets and her emotions the nurturing way she is and the fondness of small kids and babies,"Mills what if your really that girl..you said you woke up in a hospital bed, that the doctors said what they did..maybe they lied. What if you had a family?"

It's normal to have a traumatic event hide behind a false one to protect yourself.." what Millie didn't know is that she too had odd dreams but didn't tell anyone, they were only dreams and didn't bother her that much. Maxine was looking at her with a no way look,"I know I know you want to just forget after this week till next year and see what happens.." she slumped in defeat itching her plain shirt taking a seat at the employee table,"I hate covering up.."

The setting changes from Memories Cafe to The Ocean Town of Nazo
Sandy was in full swing, the others were having some sort of pow-wow and she had the cafe pretty much to herself. She flew from table to table taking orders and bringing food to hungry customers. Whenever she had time to pause she would spend it cleaning. It felt so freeing just to be able to do some mindless tasks and Sandy felt more relaxed than she had in years.
Why was I so stressed out before? Sandy wondered. Try as she might she could not remember, in fact there was a lot of stuff she couldn't remember. Oddly enough it did not bother her one bit for she was happy and happiness was not an emotion Sandy was used to and so she planned to savour it.
"Hey Aiko! This food smells amazing," she beamed.
Why was I so stressed out before? Sandy wondered. Try as she might she could not remember, in fact there was a lot of stuff she couldn't remember. Oddly enough it did not bother her one bit for she was happy and happiness was not an emotion Sandy was used to and so she planned to savour it.
"Hey Aiko! This food smells amazing," she beamed.
"Thanks Sandy..." Aiko said somewhat quietly. She loved cooking but even her love of baking wouldn't cancel out her fear of people she didn't know that well. She quickly put a pie into the oven and checked the display case for what was running out. After deciding on what to make next, she quickly went right back in the kitchen to start again. After this, she'd have to try and help Sandy.
Maxine sat there waiting for Benny to arrive, she was one to never wait too long 'work must be done' was her motto despite how she dressed."Mills...i think i should go check up on Aiko. let me know how Benny takes the news..." she looked at her hoping that she would be alright without her,"please don't do anything i would Mills.." seriousness of her voice shocked Millie but she smiled weakly and waved her off. once in the lower kitchen she saw everyone going and coming. in the fridge maxi came out with her puffs, placing them on the counter behind the window she took the plate and put half the puffs."hey someone place these and put the glass lid on it will ya?" she shouted leaving to put the rest away.

Kaguya lifted himself up after leaving his bill and tip on the table. He grabbed his guitar while eyeballing his surroundings to make sure no one was going to stop him while he walked out. He gave a light yawn and stretched then walked towards the door of the cafe. He didn't bother to give a reminder to Sandy so she could call him. He figured if she really wanted to sing then she can contact him on her own time. Once he exited and made it outside he looked side to side. First to his right where he noticed his apartment was and then he looked towards the left. Pretty much a busy city that gets even better every step you take from home. Kaguya slide his guitar over him, slid a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, took one and lit it before going left. He figured he'd stick to his first plan and go to the beach. It was one of his peaceful spots that he has been wanting to visit for awhile but never came across going.

maxie was waiting a table with two annoying teens covered in make up and wearing revealing clothes, in her mind she wanted to tell them to cover up. kids didnt really need to show off their skin, it was more of an adult thing. "can i get you anything else?" they smiled and waved her away giggling as she turned her back itching to turn around and smack them around a bit. but she could picture the scene and Mills yelling at her and pulling her by the ear as she did when she refused to wear her work clothes. "order up, i need a burger hold the mayo add lettuce and onions with tomatoes and Cesar salad hold the dressing put it on the side.." her mind had a crazy idea and she slyly looked at one of the cooks he knew that look all to well and smiled nodding, Maxine just winked."take special care there special.." those words meant to do the unthinkable and not let them get caught, Mills would KILL them both. she put two puffs on a plate and set it on her couples table,"i heard it was an anniversary..special vanilla puffs with strawberries." the girl took a bite and smiled, she made them specially last night to take the cares away from her. Mills issue always made her worry, not talking to someone made her wanna go take her to a hospital.
the bell went off and her number shown, her special food was ready,"thanks.." she said in a sly tone. walking to the two girls she set them down and bowed,"enjoy you two.." Maxie had a smile as she walked away hearing one girl say it was good.

the Building looks like it right out of a Tokyo, you go inside and it looks old, with things from the early 2000's lacking the technology of the world as it is now. but none the less cute with two levels.

Sugar! We weren't supposed to use anime, were we? I didn't notice it in in the rules, if we did. Anyways, I created someone who works in the cafe... she is sort of evil.. or at least twisted >:)

ok, so i added another character if that's ok with everyone. i feel like he can give some depth to the story, plus we need more guys. he will pick on benny (who is shy around guys) and possibly flirt with maxine and maybe love Aiko. i don't know, it's just an idea...
