Personality: Sandy is a bit of a nervous wreck at times but rarely lets it show when other people are around. She is keen to talk to people and help however possible. She has a heart of gold and spends so much time dealing with other people's issues she never has time to deal with her own. She is selfless to the extreme and hardworking. She even comes to work when she's really sick. She never argues instead she just sort of freezes like a rabbit in headlights. Sandy has a kitten named Misto who she keeps with her at all times when alone in her apartment.
Habits: Cleaning obsessively. Sandy also glances round a lot seeking someone in trouble who she could possibly help.
Fears: Being alone, sharp objects, arguments

History
Date of dissapearance: December 29th 1975
Job: Barmaid, secretary, cleaner etc. (She needed money desperately)
Bio: Sandy grew up in a small town in Oklahoma with her parents. She dreamt of becoming a star on Broadway and travelled to New York at the age of 18. After a couple of unsuccessful months she met a man named Jimmy whilst working as a barmaid. At first Jimmy was sweet and kind and they quickly fell in love. Not long after they moved into together Jimmy took to drinking. Sandy would have to work all the time in order to support him and his drinking and her dreams of stardom were quickly forgotten. Jimmy was very violent when drunk, which was all the time, and abused Sandy a lot. Her friends were too scared to visit her and Jimmy would never let her out of the apartment unless he went with her. Sandy became depressed and took to cutting herself but it hurt too much and she stopped. When it neared Christmas one year, Sandy asked whether she could visit her parents who she had not seen in several years. Jimmy who had been drinking got extremely angry and ended up taking a kitchen knife and stabbed her. Sandy was put in a coma and would have remained there indefinately if a mysterious stranger hadn't approached her in the hospital and taken her away to Nazo.

Sandy felt the breeze ruffle her hair tenderly and the scent of tulips drifted throughout the air. The grass was soft beneath her and was a vibrant green. It was a strange looking town. Buildings that looked as though they came from different worlds were crammed together... and yet... it seemed right to her.
By her foot lay a blue and white striped cloth bag. Sandy picked it up instinctively knowing that it was hers. She took a tenative step and then another, soon she was running. Where to she didn't care. It was just great to feel the wind in her hair and listen to her rythmical breathing. After a minute her lungs began to burn and she stopped sprinting and settled into a gentle trot. Birds were whistling in the tree tops and the sun was just beginning it's slow ascent into the sky.
Across the street a young boy with pretty, blonde hair was walking. She began to jog after him but he suddenly turned and strode into a small cafe. It was cute and looked vaguely Japanesey. Without pausing for breath Sandy strode through the door after him.
Inside were two women one of them was holding the boy close to her bosom and was tenderly stroking his hair.
"Hello," said Sandy happily. "I want to apply for a job." The words were out of her mouth before she could stop them. A confused look briefly crossed Sandy's face but then she thought to herself, I do need a job. It seemed to make perfect sense, why wait around forever when she could start making money right now. She had to support herself and Jimmy... wait who the heck is Jimmy? I don't know any Jimmy she laughed to herself.

Millie glanced up in the direction where the girl entered still hugging Benny. She looked decent enough and she could always use help,"there is a application behind the cashiers desk, maxi can you?" lookin to her maxi nodded patting Benny's head as she passed by.
Maxi grabbed an application and handed it to her,"just full what you can and then Millie will interview you when your done. Feel free to take a seat." Maxine smiled handing her a pen.

"Wow, didn't think we would get anyone else to help us around here." Benny smiled cheerfully. He felt so happy in the cafe. Accepted. But why was the question. He never had a bad life...did he? "Maxine, can I have some pie? Your pies are always the best. Do you want some?" Benny asked the new girl.
"Thank you," said Sandy as the woman, Maxi, handed her an application. Sandy gave the application a glance over before reaching into her bag and taking out a pen.

Adress? I don't have an adress! Sandy just realised that she didn't have anywhere to live, she didn't own a house or anything. She felt something bulging in her pocket and pulled it out. It was a piece of paper with an adress on it. Sandy gave a sigh of relief, Right what am I talking about, I have an apartment on Sunday Street. Sandy wondered why she felt so scattered today.
"So you new around here, not many are up at 6am.." said the younger of the woman.
"Yeah I moved here recently," said Sandy glancing up. She suddenly stood up and handed the app to the slightly skimpily dressed girl.
"Finished. I'm Sandy by the way, what's your name?"

Sandy walked over to Millie.
"I don't suppose I can do anything to help? I'm fantastic at cleaning or I could serve the customers..." Sandy gave a quick glance around the room. A solitary man was sitting at one of the tables. "I could serve the customer. But I'm not that great of a cook," she laughed nervously. She could see dust and tiny stains dotted around the cafe and it was starting to drive her crazy. It was actually a pretty clean establishment but Sandy noticed the smallest of flaws. Even if Millie sent her away to wait for her app to be checked over she was going to start cleaning.

Sandy got straight to work, quickly tying her hair up in a loose ponytail and smoothing down her pale, blue dress. She refilled the pepper and salt shakers without spilling a drop. Napkins were quickly distributed around the place and she grabbed a cloth wiping any spots of dirt that she came across. She observed the awkward interaction between Benny and Aiko with the beautiful red headed man, who she overheard was called Hadden. The quieter of the two men was playing a guitar and singing softly. Sandy felt a tugging at her heart strings. It was strange, as though the music was trying to remind her of something. Something that was long forgotten. Sandy's musings was broken when she noticed a hair on the guitar playing guy. She awkwardly sidled up to the man.
"Hi, you have a hair on your shoulder, do you mind if I get it? Sorry I'm sort of OCD about that kind of thing," she smiled. The man's strumming made her want to burst out into song. Weird she thought I haven't sung in the longest time... why ever not?

Kaguya continued strumming his guitar still playing the same song as he looked up at the woman asking about the hair on his shoulder. No doubt and hopefully his own but overall he did find it quite an odd question to approach about if not a solid reason. He spoke gently yet a little confused.
"Sure"
He then heard Millie's statement with the flirts between customer and employees than watched as she walked back. It did make him chuckle slightly and said "Thanks!" so at least she would hear. He found the rule rather funny if not attractive but understood the reasons behind it. Distractions could cause problems. It did make Kaguya wonder if his order was being placed unless forgotten. Kaguya then continued strumming his guitar after giving his thanks and looked out the window. His eyes then closed hoping his order would come soon. She wondered whether she should mop the floor but decided that it would not be a good idea whilst plates of food are being carried around. A slippery floor is a dangerous thing. She was about to go look for Millie when a thought struck her. She turned around slowly and faced the man with the guitar. He was gazing out of the wondow and she heard him say something about the beach.
"Excuse me," she said softly. "I was wondering, do you play professionally? It's just that, I love to sing and I haven't done so in such a long time... I don't know why... I used to dream of being a famous singer and actor... anyway I was wondering whether I could sing with you? I know it's sort of weird to be asking this of a person I just met but yeah..." her sentance drifted away and she gave the red headed man a shy smile. He probably thinks I'm trying to get his number or something... she thought. But dating is not on my agenda right now... I have to think about me...

Millie was placing orders behind the counter, a meeting would be held she thought to let the new workers know about the rules later. "maxi Benny can you come here a sec I need to talk to you please.." she decided to tell her about her other dream, a concerned eyes that seemed to want to cry, but didn't and Benny looked like he needed something to help him with turnin red, can't have a red buy boy which made her laugh. "sandy take these orders out and aiko please wait on the small family table yes? I have to talk to those two for a sec. Come to the employee room" her two best people her family she had to talk to them before the day got busy. The dream made her cry and hold her stomach, a man called her name but his face seemed similar yet unfamiliar in her dream she hugged him she was happy two girls came up too her. Always ends with the girls, she was now waiting in the employee room cluthig her shirt. Benny always brought out a motherly side she didn't hate it, she wanted to know if wanted to move up from busboy.

Kaguya caught the coin immediately with his right hand then looked at it. "What the fuck. . . I'm not playing for money but i guess it was out of kindness so i'll take it." He thought as he looked at the silver currency then began to slide it into his pant pockets until the girl spoke. He looked at her for a moment and then shrugged.
"Me a professional? heh I wouldn't think upon myself so greatly. I guess you could say I'm just a local soloist who plays for a living and a hobby. Anyways…" He spoke, his golden eyes going to hers before continuing.
"I have nothing else to do, you can tag along after your done if you want. When do you get off? I mean - I'm thinking of going to the beach which after i may just go about sitting in the park unless other plans come up. Either way if you really want to sing along or attempt to sing with me. We'll see what ya got then. Just call me on this phone and the name is Kaguya Iyato." He spoke shortly after writing down his number. He then began to play his guitar, a little happier tune this time and looked up at her.
"Now I'll let you get back to work, and can you tell them to get to my order please" He said softly.
"Me a professional? heh I wouldn't think upon myself so greatly. I guess you could say I'm just a local soloist who plays for a living and a hobby. Anyways…" He spoke, his golden eyes going to hers before continuing.
"I have nothing else to do, you can tag along after your done if you want. When do you get off? I mean - I'm thinking of going to the beach which after i may just go about sitting in the park unless other plans come up. Either way if you really want to sing along or attempt to sing with me. "Sorry, I'm Sandy, I forgot to say. Right food... check haha," she laughed awkwardly.
Millie, Maxine and Benny seemed to be busy so she got Kaguya's order herself and swiftly brought it back to him.
"Here you go," she smiled brightly as she placed his order down in front of him. She was in full waitress mode now. "Do you need anything else sir?"
"I can't do anything today but I'll be sure to give you a call tomorrow." Sandy turned around tucking a loose hair behind her ear, "I'll go and check your on your order," she called over her shoulder. She started walking to the kitchen but suddenly realised something and ran back to Kaguya.
"Sorry, I'm Sandy, I forgot to say. Right food... check haha," she laughed awkwardly.

Sandy was in full swing, the others were having some sort of pow-wow and she had the cafe pretty much to herself. She flew from table to table taking orders and bringing food to hungry customers. Whenever she had time to pause she would spend it cleaning. It felt so freeing just to be able to do some mindless tasks and Sandy felt more relaxed than she had in years.
Why was I so stressed out before? Sandy wondered. Try as she might she could not remember, in fact there was a lot of stuff she couldn't remember. Oddly enough it did not bother her one bit for she was happy and happiness was not an emotion Sandy was used to and so she planned to savour it.
"Hey Aiko! This food smells amazing," she beamed.

"Hey Aiko! This food smells amazing," she beamed.
"Thanks Sandy..." Aiko said somewhat quietly. She loved cooking but even her love of baking wouldn't cancel out her fear of people she didn't know that well. She quickly put a pie into the oven and checked the display case for what was running out. After deciding on what to make next, she quickly went right back in the kitchen to start again. After this, she'd have to try and help Sandy.
Sandy noticed Kaguya leave the cafe and would have sadi goodbye if she hadn't been busy cleaning up the mess some little kid was making.
"I'm really sorry about this," the kid's mother said apologetically.
"It's fine, really," Sandy laughed. Although in her head she was thinking You really need to have a better control of your child.
Sandy winced as the kid tossed a spoon at the side of her head. She rubbed the rapidly rising bump. For such a little kid he had a good arm.
Sandy finished cleaning and got away from the table as quickly as possible. Sandy sighed, and tried to pick out some of the food that the little brat had got in her hair. She hated messes a lot.
