Captain of the Federation ship "Valkerie".
He's a man who values trust, and once gained, he will go out of his way to defend and protect those he associates with. This trust extends to every man and woman aboard his ship, and so as such, he has got a reputation for being a little corrupt, using fleet politics to ensure he stays away from the front line. Do not write him off as a coward though, for when he is put on the front, he will fight with the ferocity and cunning of a great warrior, using every means at his disposal to make sure his crew escape alive.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Valkyrie

His personal data in the Military archives read as follows. This is not a complete picture of his life, merely the important steps that led him to becoming an officer in the Navy.
A member of the country formerly known as the United Kingdom, Arthur was born into a family of technicians, working at the cutting edge of space technology. Needless to say, he was encouraged from a young age to take an interest in a similar subject area, and soon wished to follow after his parents footsteps. He trained as an engineer, using the military as a way of funding his life in university, in exchange for service. Of course, much to everyone's confusion, he seemed to like the military, and went on to enroll. His skills in leadership did not go unnoticed, and within a few years, he found himself promoted up the engineering ladder, until he was finally chief engineer of The "Sovereign".
All it took, however, was one battle to change his fortunes to greater things. During a boarding action committed by particularly desperate pirates, he defended the engineering room using tooth and nail, using every walk-way, every pressure valve, and every tool at his disposal to not only keep the pirates out of the engines, but then retake the ship, room by room. Commended for his valour, his was offered capital-ship training, which he eagerly accepted, realizing how many lives he could save if he could just become a captain. Needless to say, he passed the training, and after a few assignments in command of a few 'Frames, he was allowed to take command of the "Valkyrie", his ship to this day.
