Bio: Ellisiv Tanakova was the heiress to the failing automotive company, Tanakova Motors, who former president, Ellisiv's father, refused to exploit the burgeoning labor pool available in the Lower Metro, instead providing fair pay and benefits to all workers. Despite Ellisiv's protests this continued up untill her fathers mysterious death in an auto accident while in a car manufactured by one of their major competitors, Sabath Auto. The nature of this accident led to a recall and halt in production of an entire line of automobiles, heavily damaging the company. Ellisiv was quick to take legal ownership of her father's company at the age of twenty, tearing away his ideals in pursuit of profits. She cut pay, using workers form the lower districts for cheap labor, with this money she refurbished the Tanakova plants creating a efficiant and streamlined production line to pump out cars to fill the void left by Sabath. On the sidelines she legal pursued Sabath with all sorts of accusations to keep them pinned down while she domineered their segment of the market. In a year and a half she turned Tanakova Motors around enough to buy up the remains of Sabath and assimilate it into her growing company.
Another five years later and she had cornered the automotive industry and was now expanding into other fields, such as household appliances, city maintenance, and military technology, re-branding her company as 'Kova Industries' in wake of this rapid expansion. It was around this point that she raised her sights to a seat on the committee overseeing Metropolis. Using some of her contacts in less than savory syndicates she managed to wrestle herself into the political bubble of metropolis, and with the powerful backing of her company she edged closer and closer to her goal. At the age of thirty two she stole a spot on the council away from the son of a former council member due to his apparent lack of competence, leading her another step closer to absolute power. It was here that complications rose, as she found she could not rise any higher in the current system she has been stuck plotting and scheming unbenownst to the rest of the council, waiting for a chance to push herself further towards the top.
