PERSONALITY: Though she is very kind, generally happy, and enjoys helping people, Saria is quite, timid, and shy. She loves nature and finds it easier to make friends with animals than people. In fact, Saria loves animals so much that she became a vegan. Though bad at handling conflict, Saria is very curious and has always dreamed of adventure.

CLOTHING: Saria wears a ragged house keeping uniform consisting of a white, long sleeved blows with a collar and black tie under a mid-calf length, sky blue, sleeveless dress. She lost her glossy, black work shoes in the ocean, but still had a single, white, knee high stalking when she washed up.

SKILLS AND FAULTS: Saria has a hard time falling into a routine. She's not afraid of hard work, but grows bored doing the same thing every day. It is this reason that she had floated around from job to job without any real career goals. This hopping has lead to Saria, the curious, quick learner that she is, becoming a sort of jack of all trades, but master of none. She knows basic first aid and has had a fascination for herbal medicines senses she was 16, reading many books on the subject. She's good with computers, and can count money quickly. Though she enjoys customer service, Saria is sensitive an cries easily, making her a poor choice with angry customers or positions of leadership. Her less useful skills are singing (but not in front of others) and drawing. Biggest Flaw: Passiveness. Searia is a push over in a confrontation and has a hard time speaking up. She usually only speaks up if she feels its super important. Even then, it's a struggle. With iron deficiency anemia, Saria is prone to occasional dizziness and, in rare cases, fainting.

HISTORY: Saria's upbringing was fairly normal in most respects. Though, do to being a somewhat sickly girl, her parents over protected her way too much. When she was 18, Saria found her first job at a restaurant. With no real idea of what she wanted to do, however, she was ever restless and ended up going through several more jobs before ending up on the cruise ship as a house keeper. For Saria, this represented a chance to explore the world outside of her comfort zone. It was the adventure she had been looking for... For better or worse, she got more than she bargained for when she ship went down...

So begins...

I was the first to notice the new person to was up on the shore. While everyone was marveling at the nailed up box I was going to get open later I noticed a shape wash up about a hundred feet down the shore. I held my hand up to my eyes to shade them from the sun and get a better look on what it was. It was a person! "Guys!" I called over to them. "Look!" I pointed over at whoever it was. I shimmied down the palm tree I was nested in and took off through the sand. I didn't see the root that snaked through the ground and landed face-first into the hot sand. I pulled my face out of it, spitting the grit out of my mouth, and looked up at where they washed up. Whoever they were, they were gone. Was it just a figment of my imagination? I shook my head and walked back to the crowd. They seemed ready to welcome a new survivor but seemed disappointed when I came back. "I must be hallucinating. The amnesia, you know." They seemed to understand and walked back to the camp. All but Eiko. "I saw them too." she said before turning to follow them. So where did they go?

While walking around the ocean when I saw a girl watching us from behind a tree. I watched her for a few seconds, but all she did was stand there. She heard Mark yell for us to look, but everyone ran off before everyone could see her. Mark was standing there looking confused. He said is was amnesia, but that wasn't true.

"I saw them too" I said, looking in the direction of girl. I wanted to go after her, but didn't want to go out into the jungle alone. I turned to Mark and grabbed his hand. "Come on, let's follow her" She said, dragging Mark behind her as she ran after the girl.

I watched Mark climb up the tree to get a better view on the island. I sigheed and leaned up against the tree he had just climbed up, woundering for a second if we'd be able to make it off this island, or when a resque would come.

"I suppose we could make a boat, or even wings like in that greek story, Icurus and Deadulus." I smiled at the thought, remembering the story from history class. "Ah, but we all know how well that worked out" I chuckled slightly, but my smile faded as I heard the sound of a twig snapping, then the the muffled voices of somone talking. At that momment Mark slid down the tree, saying he found nothing, but I put up my finger to quiet him.

"I heard something else. It was this way" We ran off deeper into the jungle. I often went exploring with my friend in the forest, so I had a little experiance. Key word: a little. I heard Mark fall into a mud puddle. I couldn't help but giggle slightly as i put out my hand to help him up.

"I'm not used to this kind of terrain" he said, and I smiled at him as to say "Its okay".

We reached the clearing when we saw two survivors, the one with the long dark hair (I belive his name was Pike) and the other girl whose name i did not know. Mark explained that we heard them and came to see what was wrong. I smiled at the girl, who looked really scared and shy.

I followed behind Eiko, still brushing mud off myself. The dark-haired one was talking to the new survivor and Eiko was getting into their conversation as well. "Hi, my name is Mark. What's yours?" I asked her as I heard a snap of a branch to our left. "Perhaps we should continue this back at camp." I said nervously. "We should go. Now." We began to run back the way we came. I was leading us only by the footprints I could see in the dimly lit jungle. Whatever was moving in the brush, it wasn't planning on following us. Yet. We came back to the beach and I gave a sigh of relief, sinking down into the sand. I ran my fingers through my unkempt hair and reclined back in the sand. It was warm for this early in the morning.

The box was still where we left it, the tide had gone out and left it in dry sand. I don't think it'll be washing back out any time soon, but we need to get it higher up so it won't get washed out to sea. It may contain something important. Now if only we had something to open it...

I glanced up from where I was lying. The rest had already gone. They must have gone to the camp zone. Well, time to get to work. I got up and headed over to where our smoldering campfire was. The place was empty so they must have gone to get food. Maybe it'll be nice to surprise them with some shelters. Or maybe a shelter? I took a small stick from the fire that only had the tip of it charred. I grabbed a few palm fronds from the trees around me and wove together the individual fronds into a quilt pattern. Homemade paper, alright. I took my stick and began to sketch out a small design. The walls will be made of wood to keep out predators and a tightly woven palm frond roof will keep out any rain. Now how will I cut down trees. I'm going to need an axe.
