Crotayin -Wolf Aspect
Bleached is the operative word used when describing Willow in general, however nothing demonstrates her muted palette more than her hair. A veritable mane of alabaster white, Willow's hair may be her most prized feature. Long in length, her hair falls down past her shoulders and tapers off near her waist. Soft to the touch and always immaculately clean, Willow takes great care of her hair. She has a tendency, however, to decorate it, usually with baubles and fasteners, almost always usually red in color, to match the markings on her skin and to give it a nice contrast. An interesting thing to note, however, is a pair of wolf ears that integrate into her hair, and rise above the top of her crown. A mark of her Crotayin heritage. These ears can convey the emotion she feels, and work in concert with her more human ears beneath her mat of hair.
∞ Eyes ∞
Wide-eyed and bushy tailed (literally) and pair of sparkling gray irises dance beneath wide open eyelids. Along with the expression in her ears, emotion can write itself into her eyes. However, she is learned enough to have trained herself to guard against these displays of emotion when necessary, but often she does not feel to hide them. When left to their own devices, it's easy to see how Willow feels by looking into her eyes. One of the things she cannot control is the fact that they can darken or lighten depending on her mood. They darken when she does, and they lighten when she's cheerful. However, as evidenced by the slight winkles in their corners, it's clear that Willow is the type to smile.

5'7" || 115 lbs.
∞ Build ∞
Willow is a thin and slender creature, and she does not pack much muscle. There is not much physical strength to be found within her arms and legs and her frame seems a moment away from being carried away by a strong breeze. In essence, she's lean, though to be honest, a few more pounds of muscle would not hurt her in the slightest. She's rather average in her height, though kindly small on the weight end of the scale. Despite that, she still possesses a distinctly feminine shape and paints a rather attractive figure.
∞ Details ∞
Willow is albino and there is no hiding that. From the white in her hair and tail, her gray eyes, and her pale skin tone, Willow's palette does not bring a certain vibrancy to her. Notably, what color she does possess is that of red markings across her body, intricate symbols of the Almighty Flow. While the markings stretch all over her body, they're most around her eyes and face, and lines circling around her shoulders. Another detail that speaks of her Crotayin heritage is a big fluffy white tail that she complete control over.
A total sweetheart, Willow is a cheerful and bright woman, with an easy smile plastered to her lips and a laugh waiting in her throat. She is kind and courteous to all she meets, though Willow loves nothing more than good humor. It's not rare to find her cracking a joke to tossing quips, and she loves dumb puns. The dumber the better. She's also rather fond of sarcasm and dry observations, though always edged with good cheer and a light twist in the corner of her lips. Willow doesn't do well in serious moods, and if found in such a situation tends to mind her tongue and keep her distance out of fear of saying something dumb and only making things worse.
Willow is not... dim in a sense. Truthfully, she's actually really rather intelligent. It's just that... there is a certain lack of common sense about the woman. She's not great with directions, and has gotten herself lost many times in her life. It's good then that she has a happy-go-lucky attitude, and a belief that, even lost, the Almighty Flow is leading her toward wherever she needs to be. Because of this belief, she's carefree and seems like an individual along for the journey instead of forging ahead in life on her own. Because of all this, she tends to give off a... ditzy vibe.
That being said, when the kid gloves come off and it's time to get serious, Willow can be found to possess a rugged doggedness and a wide stubborn streak. She's not the type to give up or give in, which, should not be surprising to find in someone who believes they are guided by an ethereal force. Willow's not afraid to jump in head first and get her hands dirty if she believes it necessary. She can be creative with her magic, if simply punching her problems in their chest doesn't work out the first time, and she's not the type to fight a losing battle. A tactical retreat in order to fight another day is a legitimate strategy if it turns out that's her only option. Granted, she won't like it, but she's not stupid.
∞ Quirks ∞
Willow's Crotayin aspects have a habit of betraying her emotions. Her ears can reflect her feelings and her tail is a good dowsing rod for her emotions. That being said, being trained as a Monk of sorts, when she concentrates, she's able to hide these flags-- though honestly she doesn't bother all that often. Her eyes also tend to sparkle or dim depending on her mood. Other than that, Willow enjoys whistling while she walks, and she's fond of painting in watercolor, of which she keeps a supply stored away in her pocket dimension. In fact, she does not carry anything on her person, opting to use the pocket dimension as a purse of sorts.
As a follower of the Almighty Flow, it just would not do to have sub-par magical power. Willow specializes in enhancement type magic to give her below average physical abilities a substantial boost, to stand toe-to-toe with even the most physical of foes. She's able to harden her skin, sharpen her hands into claws, increase her speed and strength, and boost her other physical facilities. From jumping higher to punching harder, Willow focuses on her internal power in order to bring external change-- or something. Though she specializes in personal enhancement, Willow also dabbles in healing, natural, and elemental magic. There is another spell she knows, ones that opens a pocket dimension that allows her to store various items like a purse. One such item, however, is a rather large sword...
∞ Weapons ∞
Willow does not carry any weapons on her person, unless you'd count her two hands. She is a type of monk, and prides herself on her ability to combat any threat with only herself. That being said, Willow does possess a rather large claymore that she keeps stored away in her pocket dimension, and when push comes to shove, she can draw it out and use it like a warrior. Due to her magic, she's surprisingly agile and deft with it's use, and it's clear she's had some training with it.
∞ Strengths ∞
Willow has a rather large pool of magical power to draw from, as one would expect from a follower of the Almighty Flow (though she doesn't quite have the magical glowing veins yet) and she also possesses the skill to utilize it. Willow has learned a strain of martial arts to get the most out of her magical talents, as well as some form of weapon training for those instances where her hands are just not enough. There also exists and air of persistent toughness doggedness about her that doesn't let her give up easily, and borders on pure stubbornness.
∞ Weakness ∞
Though she has a stock of magical power, her legitimate physical strength is pitiful in comparison. Without magic to back it up, a punch thrown from Willow is laughable and somewhat embarrassing. While she has the skill, it means nothing without something to give it that edge. If she were to use up her pool of magical power, she'd become near useless. Plus, despite all of her skill in enhancement magic, it does nothing to size and heft, and she's still rather small comparably.
A pseudonym, Willow spent much of her early life within the doors of a monastery dedicated to the Almighty Flow, located near the sea coast. Her parents were two young monks also residing inside the monastery, though the other monks all had a hand in Willow's upbringing. From an early age, Willow was taught the tenets of the magic running through her veins, and over the years developed her skills. Much of her childhood consisted of learning, training, and practicing. While all work and no play would make anyone in her position dull, Willow found her own fun. She turned many of her lessons into games despite the monks' exasperation. Even they had to admit though, Willow seemed to learn more when she was having fun.
It was during her teenage years that she gave up her birth name and took the markings of the Almighty flow, as well as the name Willow, named for the tree that always bent with the flow, and never broke. Also, it was simple and easy to remember, so that was a bonus. It was also about this time she was allowed for freedom to travel, though she always had a guardian to accompany her. It would be difficult, after all, to truly learn of the Flow if one did nothing for their whole lives but sit quietly in a monastery. Slowly, Willow began to learn more of the outside world, while her guardian expounded on lessons of the Flow.
Eventually Willow became a young adult, and she was able travel without a guardian. It was moments after her first few steps outside the monastery that she realized that she was terrible with directions. Somehow, she ended up at a town completely different from her destination. Not even a town, not really. More akin to a small village. However, the village had a certain affliction in that they were beset by a group of bandits. Their safety in exchange for feeding and housing the bandits. Needless to say, after Willow departed the village, the bandits were no longer a problem. It was then Willow began to believe the Flow had a purpose for her, to follow it's whim and go where it felt she was necessary.
She spent the next few years traveling, going wherever she believed the Flow led her. Though she always made it a point to visit home every so often, even teaching a few lessons to the younger monks when presented with the opportunity.
Now, she has her sights set on Azma, and the Misty Woods beyond it. She feels it is near the time that begins the ritual to see that if she is truly in the favor of the magic that runs through them all. True, there may be safer places for her to begin her ritual, but Willow believes that meditating where the currents collide in the most dangerous forest, she could truly tell if she is favored or not. That and she is of no mind to do anything in half measures.
Fortunate favors the bold.
