The sun began to dawn and rise upon a new day in Walt Town. Some of the shops were beginning to open at dawn, and the birds arose out of their nests and singing a morning tune. It was another typical morning in this humble little town, where not so humble people lived. Some were loveable. And some were... not so loveable. But they managed to find a way to get along civilly...

Bartholomew Basil

Awoof! Arf! Ark!

The unmistakable feel of a slobbery tongue sliding across his cheek brought Basil out of his short slumber. He blinked his eyes open, coming face to face with his basset hound 'Toby'. He smiled a little before pushing him away, causing him to fall off of Basil's chest and onto the newspaper-skewered floor. "Honestly Toby, have some decency." Basil told his dog, slowly sitting upright and dragging a hand down his face. He had fallen asleep on his couch last night, having spent most of the evening at the library and then laying on his couch working out puzzles from newspapers until about 3am. He never really slept that much. He tended to find that sleep was a waste of time. Why waste time sleeping when he could spend his time working out more puzzles? "You're a smart boy, you don't need to slobber everywhere..." He glanced down to his dog, now rolling around on his back and swatting at his nose. He smiled slightly and then scratched the dopey dog's tummy before getting to his feet and getting dressed into his typical clothes.

This town had been slightly boring for Basil lately. There didn't seem to be any crimes, any mysteries... everyone seemed vaguely happy with what was going on in their lives more recently. No one was being threatened, no one was dying... No nothing. Having a police investigator for this town seemed positively pointless. However, it seemed like that was the only job Basil was good at. Basil attached a lead to Toby's collar and ruffled his ears slightly, tying his scarf around his neck and then walking out the door of his messy home. He walked down the sidewalk, taking a newspaper from a stand and tossing a couple of coins to the owner. He flicked through it and allowed Toby to decide where they went today. After all, it wasn't like he was in a rush to get anywhere. He just needed to walk.

Miss Bianca Kósa

Miss Bianca had been sat by her windowsill, watching the sun rise with a delighted smile. "It's so bootiful. I don't think I could have a better view." she commented, looking around the room and then smiling, before suddenly remembering she was still alone. Her smile faltered a little, before she turned back towards the window and looked at the rising sun. Her hair still sat neatly upon her shoulders, even when she had just rolled out of bed. She found that she was always captivated by the beautiful sights of the town. It was just something that'd always catch her attention. Miss Bianca dived off of her windowsill and then got ready to go outside, changing into a beautiful Purple dress and flat heeled sandals. She let her hair hang in gentle waves and then picked up a purple bag which carried money, a phone, and her makeup. After doing her makeup and spraying herself with perfume, she left her house, heading in the direction of the town centre.

Miss Bianca had always been one to leave her house early. She hoped to meet some of the townsfolk who worked this early in the morning. And if there wasn't, she'd tend to read a book whilst sitting on a bench. Well, she would prefer being able to talk with others, but if no one was around, she didn't mind reading either. Miss Bianca smiled as she walked into town, greeting people and then looking into the windows of some of the shops. She wondered if any of the younger residents of the town, such as Kathrine, Dot, Violet or Pinocchio would be around today. Usually they were in school, or in Kathrine's case, working on the farm. But it was a saturday. Surely they could have at least one day free...

Dot woke up to the sound of her mother's alarm clock. She rolled over and placed a pillow on her head, but it was no use her mother came in and shook her awake. "Dot. I don't want you to be late for school." Her mother disappeared out of the room since she was going to be late teaching at the elementary school. Once the door slammed shut Dot rolled out o bed and let out a huge yawn. She hauled herself over to the bathroom to shower and brush her teeth.

Once she did her bathroom necessities she went to go pick an outfit from her closet. She picked put a bright floral patterned shirt and bright blue jeans. She let her hair fall past her shoulders to her shoulder blades. She grabbed her backpack and a bag of blueberries and headed out the door.

She decided to walk alone, but she usually walks with Katherine, but not today.

She smiled a small smile and she wandered downstairs her messy black hair flowing freely down her back she sat down at the table as her friend Penny handed her a plte of bacon and eggs just the way she liked. She scarfed down the food and stumbled down the halls sleep still in her eyes and into the bathroom. She stepped under the hot water of the shower and washed her hair. She walkd down the hall brushin herhair "You better get going selena or you'll be late for your shift" Penny said washing dishes "oh and Iwont be in today so your in charge." she added as the girl walked out the door. She normally kept to herself because of her past but one of the few people she could talk to was Miss Bianca who was nice to everyone.

Kathrine fluffed her eyes opened and groaned at the sunshine shining its loving beauty threw her open window. Why was she always forgetting to close it. She rolled over just to hit the floor with a thud. "Oww.." She rubbed her bottom and got up. She went into her bathroom. And did her morning routine. Showe, brush her teeth, brush hair, and was her face. She exited her bathroom and looked at her closet dumbfounded. She settled with an cowgirl outfit. She grabbed her jeans and her plaid red shirt that tied in the front and enough to show her stomach. She grabbed her black boots with the star and slipped then on tucking her jeans in them. She liked herself over in the mirror and rushed over to her belt and slipped it on. Satisfied she skipped down the stairs and stopped when she heard snoring. She looked to her left to her snoring father on the couch. Not only was he snoring, but it was loud. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the nearest oil low and threw it at him only to have him grunt and throw it off of himself. She giggled and grabbed an apple an her backpack and headed off to school.

She looked around when she stepped outside but found no signs of Dot. "Maybe she didn't wan to walk today." She shrugged it off. It's not like Dot was ignoring her. She walked down to her high school and sighed before she opened te double doors to her doom. She swung them open and walked inside and ignored the cowgirls comments as she walked toher locker. "This going to be a long day...." She groaned

"There's school today, Pinocchio!"

The sound of his Father's call from downstairs had made him groan. Pinocchio rolled out of bed, his fingers wrestled through his messy light brown hair and followed own to rub his half-closed eyes. He wandered rummaged through his closet and took out a grey shirt and a pair of denim jeans as he dragged himself to the bathroom, taking a pair of boxers along the way as he slammed the door. In the shower, he dozed off a couple of times. He was exhausted because of the night before, which he snuck out of the house and spent most of night doing a task for a some people that earned him a couple more notes into his secret stash. The thought made Pinocchio's eyes open and his lips curved to a grin as he muttered, "Oh, that's right, the money."
Although still half-asleep, he managed to get himself ready, tossing his blue backpack over his right shoulder, slipped his black shoes on and tap, tap, tapped his way down the staircase. Uncle Jimmy and his Father were clearing up the table as they had just finished eating their breakfast, and a plate with a piece of toast smeared with peanut butter and jam was left behind right in the middle. It was a normal routine for the three of them as Pinocchio had always woken up late and took too long in the shower so he never had time for breakfast with his Father and Uncle unless it was a day off school. And for some reason, on that Saturday, there happened to be school, even though it was a weekend and he'd always be working at their shop on weekend. He jogged to the table and lifted his toast, crushing it between his teeth as he greeted his Father and Uncle with a mumble before he jotted out of the door. He realized that if he didn't cut through other people's backyards and a couple of alleyways, he'd definitely be late for school.

Once he made it, Pinocchio let out a relieved sigh as he made it to school with a couple more minutes to spare. The students greeted him, a few more gave him a wave as he walked calmly through the pathway towards his locker. He saw the farm-girl, Kathrine, who owned the locker right next to him. He wasn't shy around her nor was he snobby and they've had their lockers next to each other for most of their time in School, but he and Kathrine only had the occasional chats to pass the time.
"Hey Kathrine," Pinocchio greeted as he opened his locker. "I thought you'd be with Dot," He commented as he tossed a few of the books into the locker, which lightened up his backpack.

Dot made it to school eventually before the late bell. She walked down the hall and waved at people and looked around for Katherine. She was her morning buddy so that's just how it works out. She stopped at her locker which was two halls down from Pinocchio and Kat's locker. Dot pulled out her sketch book and textbooks. She was top of all of her classes and pretty much took classes with Upperclass men even though she was an underclassmen.

She walked down the hall to see Pinocchio and Kat. She smiled as froendly as possible and fized her shirt as she did. "Hey Kat, Pinocchio." She leaned against the loker waiting for them to finish up. "Sorry about not walking with you Kat. I wanted to walk a longer way." Which was true she took the back way through town instead of cutting through it.

Kathrine finished gathering her things when Pinocchio. She smiled over at him. They weren't complete friends but one day they could be. "Hey Pinocchio! I was thinking the same thing, Dot usually walks with me." She closed her locker and jumped when she heard Dot. She put her hand to her heart hopping to stop it from beating so fast. "Geez Dot, almost gave me a heart attack!" She looked serious but it just turned into a smile and nodded at Dot's explanation. "Understandable, I do love short cuts." She giggled and looked at the clock and sighed. "Gotta run see ya two later!" She waved and walked over to the school stairs to her class.

She walked into her class as soon as the bell rang. She got a food stare from her teacher as she made her way to her desk in the middle of the class. Not too close and not too far. The best seat in the class actually, in her pour of view of course. She grabbed her notebook and liked at the bored and liked at the assignment. She almost fell out her seat. She squinted and looked at the bored again. Yep, it was an essay. She groaned and got another food stared from her teacher and got started.

Kida tossed over in her bed, but in doing so allowed the sun's bright rays to beam on her face. Using a hand to shield her eyes, she yawned and pulled the blankets off her body. "Good morning to you too, Mr. Sun," she mumbled quietly as she slipped out of bed. She quickly got changed into a blue tube top and a pair of dark denim jeans. Looking over at the clock, she nodded in satisfaction; same time as yesterday. Once she combed through her hair, she grabbed her white jacket and her bag, and headed out the door.

The town had begun to come to life. People were greeting each other good morning as usual, what a lovely place. "Off to the school again young miss?" Came a question from an elderly man. She nodded and replied, "Yes sir, apparently there is school today for the children!" After a wave she continued on her way to the school. Kida had also wanted to attend school with the other children, but apparently she was 3 years to old to attend high school. People of her age had to attend something known as 'college' or 'university'. It wasn't like she had the money, means of transportation, or any ready ability to be able to attend. Instead, she earned herself a job as a doctor's assistant. There wasn't much to do around the clinic since it was a small town, so she asked to work at the school whenever she could.

Passing by the town center, she saw a familiar figure dressed in a lovely purple and waved. "Good morning Miss Bianca!" She greeted cheerfully.

Selena saw the Kida approach as she walkedthrough town she smiled a soft smile "good morning kida" she said knowing that the girl didn't notice her. No one noticed Selena and usually that was the way she liked it. The woman Kida was beautiful long hair and a very friendly smile it almost brushed away the darkness that Selena felt in her heart every morning she woke up. She brushed some dirt off her waitress uniform and waited for Kida to at least acknowledge she was there. She brushed away a few of strands of dark hair that covered her eyes andreached into her pocket and tied her hair back into a messy ponytai;

Pinocchio merely nodded to everything Kathrine was saying. He didn't say much, even though people around the school knew that he was one of the best liars and sweet talker to girls, but with Kathrine and Dot, well, he couldn't really be himself whenever he wanted. He was about to speak until Dot appeared, the girl with the amazing red hair. She was three years younger, but she and Kathrine were always together in the morning, and Pinocchio only ended up with them because of the placement of his locker. He slammed his locker shut and adjusted the strap of his bag that made him lean slightly to the side. He smiled towards Dot as Kathrine seemed to have rushed away without him being able to say goodbye. She ran away and he was left with the younger teen.

"Which way are you going? I'll walk you," Pinocchio politely said as he walked beside Dot, slightly towering over her. He avoided eye contact, waved around the other students who walked passed them towards class. The bell rang a few steps away. When they got to where her class was, he cleared his throat and rubbed the back of his neck as he mumbled, "Yeah, well, I'll see you later, Dot."
Pinocchio quickly walked away, he felt his cheek tint and warmed up as he made his way through the lines of students towards History class, where he slid in as the second-to-last student and took the usual seat by the window, next to another boy, his best friend behind him and the top girl in the class in front of him. He pulled out a notebook with scribbles on the front, a black pen that he clicked and just tossed to the side. His bag hung from the side of his chair as he leaned forward and saw the teacher enter. The boy looked out the window and hoped for lunch, even though class has just started.

Katherine rushed off and Dot got to walk to class with Pinocchio, the best liar in the whole school. He was 3 or so years older than her. She was the youngest teen, but it never bothered her. She didn't talk to thw people in the hall trying to get to class before the bell. The bell rang right before they got to her class which isn't unusual, but she would like to be on time once in her life. "Bye Pinocchio. See ya later." With that she walked into the middle of a lecture and took her usual seat in front.

She pulled out her note book and pencil to take lecture notes, but she ended up doodling. As the teacher was explaining the civil war, Dot was sketching so crazy invention she wanted to make. Her brother in law always made inventions and would send her some sometimes.

Miss Bianca looked up and then broke into a grin, closing her book and smiling. "Good morning you two!" She commented cheerily, getting to her feet. "It is a delightful day, is it not?" she commented, glancing to the sky, and then looking back down to Kida and Selena. She liked the fellow two ladies. Both of them were rather nice, but both were nice for different reasons. Selena on one hand acted a bit mean at times, but could also seem like she was very sweet and just wanted a friend. Whereas Kida just seemed nice all the time. Both were rather beautiful, in Bianca's opinion. They may not have thought it at times, but they were.

She walked towards the two, lifting her bag a little over her shoulder. "Early morning for you two, isn't it? I thought people would be, uh, 'sleeping in' on a day like a saturday." She commented curiously. Bianca was oblivious to the working class life. She obviously assumed it was much more laid-back than it actually was. Miss Bianca smiled at the two girls. "Have you two got work today? Or would it be a possible day for some good company?" She grinned, hoping the second would be the answer. She got rather lonely sometimes. If people were working, she'd more often than not just visit those people while they were working, claiming she was 'shopping' or something.

As the sun gradually began to shine in through a crack in her dark purple curtains, Violet groaned slightly and rubbed her eyes.
School again.
She'd never really enjoyed school, as far as she could remember, and the reason for that she wasn't quite sure of. But she suspected it probably had something to do with how shy she was. It was pretty accurate to say that Violet was one of those girls who just didn't do well in situations surrounded by other people...that type of kid everyone feels sorry for for being alone, but never quite makes the effort to go over and change that. That was just how things were. Although, she had to admit, her aura wasn't the friendliest...the compilation of her long black hair normally hanging down over one eye, dark clothes and lanky figure just screamed "I'm a loner". Or something along those lines.
Huffing quietly, she stood up and made her way over to her mirror, picking up today's outfit consisting of a dark blue long-sleeved shirt and pair of black skinny jeans which had been laid out at the end of the bed since last night as she passed. She then changed in record timing for her, ran a brush through her hair, pulled a pair of black Ugg boots on and headed out of the door with her bag, almost forgetting to lock the door as she passed. She had no time for breakfast or anything of the sort, she was always late and she never managed to find the time to squeeze it in.
Once she'd gotten to school, the slight panic and worry began to rise in her chest as she found no reassuring sign of other schoolkids inside to prove she wasn't in fact as late as she'd suspected. There was no-one. And seeing this only made her mind begin to mess around with her, creating terrifying scenarios involving her walking into class late and everyone turning to stare and repeatedly playing them. So much so that she found her hands beginning to shake slightly.
Sucking in a final breath as she ran over to the door to her current classroom, she gulped, debating for a moment whether to just run back home, crawl under her covers and call in sick. But she knew in the back of her mind that that wouldn't solve anything. So, anxiously chewing on her bottom lip hard enough to hurt, she looked down and opened the classroom door.

"A delightful day it is." She replied. She always greeted Miss Bianca as well, 'Miss Bianca'. It was just the way everyone referred to her, and it just seemed odd to just call her 'Bianca'. Kida also had a feeling if she forgot the 'Miss', she worried the lady might be offended. Aside from that, Miss Bianca was very lovable and she enjoyed her company very much. Her enthusiasm was very refreshing. Then, her attention was caught by a small voice on the side. Turning her head she realized someone in a waitress' outfit had greeted her. With a small smile she said, "Good morning, Selena." She gave a wave to the waitress.

With a laugh, Kida replied, "Some of us work on Saturdays Miss Bianca. Today is an odd day for me, seeing that the school is open today. Rather strange, wouldn't you agree?" Kida looked at her watch and summed up her day in her head. "Well, at the moment I'm heading over to the school, so a day out isn't possible. But in a few hours I'll be free. How about I give you a call?" She said to the platinum haired beauty. She would have suggested for Miss Bianca to come accompany her to the school, but she wasn't sure whether or not someone like her would enjoy something like a noisy school full of children. She was aware she liked them, but high school brought out the worst in kids.

Selena seemed to be bidding goodbye, so Kida said a goodbye in return with a wave. The girl was rather odd. Kida didn't dislike her, she just wondered when it was appropriate to converse with her. The mood swings she had were rather untimely. She could be friendly sometimes, but then angry and spiteful the next. Speaking of which, now she was tearing up. "Selena, are you alright?" She asked.

Miss Bianca smiled towards the two, though it faltered a little at the way that Selena's face dropped. She looked rather upset about... something. She wasn't sure what. But by the time she was about to ask something, Selena was already saying she was on her way. When Selena had started walking off, Bianca gave her a wave and called, "Farewell Selena!" She tilted her head as she watched the girl. Selena was certainly something different. Most of the people around Walt Town were rather happy in their own way. However, Selena never seemed to be particularly happy. Either sad and grouchy, or putting on a smile to keep people quiet. She only wished she could make her feel happier...

Miss Bianca's head lifted when Kida mentioned working on saturdays and raised an eyebrow. "OH, so that's why the youths of this town seem, bizarrely, hidden away, no?" She questioned with a grin. She tilted her head and then broke out into a massive grin. "A call would be wonderful Kida." She said with a gentle nod. "Oh, would you like any help around with the school? I always like to be an extra pair of helping hands." She said with a eager grin. "And I'm sure the kids are no different from the kids I usually talk to from day to day life. What is it that you need to do when you go into the school?" She asked curiously, coming slightly closer to Kida.

Jessica had woken with a start, ugh, she groaned "turn off the sun!" she called, but no-one was there so she sighed and rolled out of bed, taking her time to stretch as she went. "Oh go away sun" she groaned again, pulling the curtains shut with such force they almost fell off their hold. Jessica yawned and stretched once more then headed to the bathroom where she peeled off her night clothes and clambered into the shower. The water felt refreshing on her skin and soon she was fully awake and aware, strutting around her room, naked, with nothing but a damp towel on her head to dry off her hair as she went about, priming her face and moisturizing her body, doing various necessities as she danced about to her favorite song, her song. Jessica slipped into a tight, deep navy dress, skin color tights and black, strappy pumps and finished her make-up, ready to go out for the day and see who was around. As if n routine, Jessica ran her fingers over the framed picture of her deceased husband, Rodger Rabbitheart and kissed where his lips would be and then left her apartment and locked the door tightly shut after grabbing a coat and purse of course. Sighing as she stepped onto the street, Jess buttoned her coat up until the last loop and then began her journey to town. As she walked, Jessica caught a glimpse of her old chump, Bartholomew walking his dog and she quickly made her was over, "Oh Mr.Basil, how lovely it is to see you!" she called, clattering too his side, patting the dog on it's head as it jumps excitedly at her waist, "You too, Toby" she smiled, adjusting her coat and then looking up too Basil again, "So you two out for a morning walk? May I join?" Jessica more of implied then asked, making herself comfortable beside Basil as they began walking again, Toby sniffing eagerly in front.

Basil glanced up from his morning paper, hair kinda tussled over his eyes a little before looking back down as she walked along beside him. "I guess not." He commented slowly, eyes still scanning across every news article, and every single one seemed to be more dull than the last. He groaned out slightly and then shook his head. Nothing interesting, in his opinion, was happening in Walt town at the moment. Apart from the fact that Michael Mouse was getting married to a pretty young lady, which in fact wasn't even worthy of being in the newspaper, nothing was actually happening in this small town. Basil dumped the newspaper in the bin as they walked past it and looked around. "There has to be something interesting in this town." He commented to himself, looking around. He sighed gently and then glanced round to Jessica, tilting his head at her. "Have you seen any crimes lately? Any at all?" He asked, getting almost desperate. He never thought he'd see the day when he'd be asking someone about crimes for him to fix and deal with. Most other people in the police career had taken this as a good thing and had been more relaxed with going about their day-to-day business. However, Bartholomew was just desperate for a little bit of action in his life. He sighed, stopping as Toby sniffed at a fire hydrant. "There must be something happening... Even if no one knows about it..."

Jessica giggled, "Gettin' desperate for some action Basil?" she teased, "Well no, not unless you count school on a saturday.." Jessica pouted, thinking, why was there school on a saturday?"Them poor darlings, whoever decided to make a break into work must be punished!" Jessica said, smacking her hand over her wrist as if to give an indication to how she'd punish said 'person' if she ever met them. As the walked along, birds began to sing their morning routine and a light breeze pushed Jessica's sleek, straight hair up off her shoulders and then back down again. After a while of silently observing the nature, Jessica asked,"Do you know why they have school on a saturday? I mean, isn't saturday a day of rest?" she said again, Jessica loved saturdays, she didn't have to do anything if she didn't want to, "I always rest on saturdays.." she goes on, droning on over her morning routine. Suddenly she had a though and lightly tapped Basil's shoulder, "Well I have nothing to do today anyway, join me for breakfast?" She asked, pulling her best 'puppy face' that nobody could resist.

Basil sighed gently, before hearing about the school being open on a saturday.... That does sound rather suspicious he thought at first, tapping his chin. "Well, that's explainable really, sometimes the schools open extra time for statistical reasons, attempting to raise students grades due to disappointment on previous ones. However, in their case, it's more likely to be due to exams nearing upon some of them..." He paused, thinking it over and then sighing. "Oh that's no real mystery really. I doubt that anything besides a school headmaster with a knack for bringing grades up is something that will get him arrested over..." He paused and then turned to Jessica after his rambles. "Lunch. Yes. Though somewhere where dogs are allowed. Toby doesn't eat that dog food manure." He said, glancing down to his dog who was not so surprisingly sniffing at Jessica's shoes, and then some flowers, and then everywhere else. He sighed gently and then looked around the town. "...What I'm more suspicious about... How perfect this town actually is..." He said in thought, tapping his chin and then running it through in his head, pretty certain Jessica didn't want to hear his rambles and such.

Pinocchio actually listened, well, just the start, before the door opened and there was that black-haired, quiet girl who always seemed to prefer to be on her own for most of the time. He wasn't the type to ignore anyone, but because she had that vibe, he's backed away slowly, hoping that he wouldn't offend her. Though there were days when Pinocchio would want to approach her and ask her what she was up to. His brown eyes eyed the girl while she walked in and went to her seat, and he could hear the top girl in class beginning to whisper to the girl beside her. He slightly furrowed his brows and decided that once and for all, he'd talk to the black-haired girl, although he'd completely forgotten what her name was.

When class was over. Pinocchio threw everything into his backpack, tossed his over his shoulder and quickly stood up before the girl did and quickly brushed passed a few of his classmates, who all gave him a weird look for approaching the girl, and he stood in front of her desk. A smile curved to his lips. "Hey," He greeted. "Want to join me for lunch?" He asked out of the blue. It probably looked weird and unnatural for everyone in the class, considering that he had tendencies of being a complete douchebag, but it wasn't like he didn't care about anyone else.
Gripping onto the strap of his backpack, he waited for her answer. Practically ignoring his best friend's call after he ditched him to talk to her.

"Odd girl isn't she? I find her rather pitiable, though I wish I could use another adjective." She said as Selena walked away. Kida felt bad for the girl, but what could she do? It's not like the girl was going to easily open up to her, or anyone else for that matter.

Turning back to Miss Bianca she smiled. "Yes, it explains why the town's so peaceful this morning." She said with a laugh. Hearing Miss Bianca offer to come to the school with her eyebrow rose slightly, amused. "Really now Miss Bianca? They're rowdy young teenagers. But, if you don't mind, I don't see why not." Kida enjoyed Miss Bianca's company, so it made her quite happy to hear that she was going to join her today. "There isn't much to do. I general just do miscellaneous tasks here and there." She started to explain. Kida had begun walking again and motioned to Miss Bianca. "I'm a bit late, so you won't mind talking along the way right?"

As she walked towards the school's direction Kida continued. "Sometimes kids come in to skip class. It's not like we can deny that they're feeling ill, so I just make sure they stay out of trouble. Maybe keep them company as well. Small little things. I'm not qualified to actually administer medicine or anything, but I help in whatever way I can." She liked her job, she really did, but she wished that she could do more than be just assistant. There was no helping it. Kida had no education, and her reading was only at the high school level. She didn't understand a lot of the harder vocabulary. "I'm sure the nurse wouldn't mind the extra hand, it's a friendly town after all."

Miss Bianca came up beside her, following along and listening quietly to Kida's list of things they had to do and nodded as she listened. "Okay. I'm pretty sure I could at least, uh, try to help." She said, nodding gently and then smiling up to the other girl. In truth, she did really like Kida. She was one of the few people around town who she thought actually liked being around her because she liked who she was. Not because she had wealth or she felt obliged to. Well, she hoped anyway. From time to time, she had had the smallest of crushes on the girl, but then she just shooed it away, assuming that Kida had a lovely boyfriend and was going to grow up together with him...

"Uhm, miscellaneous... that, uh, means...?" She blinked a couple of times to Kida, feeling a little stupid. "I'm sorry, my English is pretty good, but still, I don't know everything." She said, blushing a little but fanning it away. She quite casually got out her perfume bottle and sprayed it at herself, before putting it away and looking up to the school as they approached it. She had a gentle smile, seeing some of the kids staring out of the windows. She gave one a small wave, and received a stare in return. "Oh dear... I think he is, how you say... annoyed?" She said, blinking a couple of times at the different kids before continuing to follow Kida to the first aid room.

She was pretty sure that she'd be okay with just giving the kids company and helping with the odd medical helping hands here and there. She did, after all, like to help anyone, and didn't really mind getting her hands dirty. Just as long as she'd be able to clean herself up afterwards, of course. "Oh Kida, I'm sure you'd make a marvelous nurse. Why, I could picture you, bandaging up swollen limbs, or, stitching up cuts." Miss Bianca smiled towards the other female and then brushed her dress down a little. "And I'm sure you'd be popular with lots and lots of doctors, no?" She smiled at Kida, nudging her a little and giggling slightly.

Violet had had a pretty good class, all in all, as once she'd woken up properly she found she was having one of her better days. She'd understood everything the teacher had said without having to go over it a second time in her head afterwards, she hadn't been as tired as she found usual for her, and she'd just about been able to block out all the whispering she could hear being said about her from a few select students in the class. It wasn't an ideal situation, by all means, but as she sank back into her chair while pressing on with her work, she felt her shoulders slump slightly as she began to relax.

However, the relaxing was short lived as the class ended and other students began to shuffle out of the doors, eager to get into the hallways where they could talk and have a good time. Being the perfectionist that she was, Violet continued to scribble down answers that she hoped were sophisticated enough to get her by and out of trouble, which meant that she'd probably be late out of class a lot. But she'd never really minded that much. It was just part of the experience for her.
As she heard a voice from above her, she froze, her head still facing down towards her notebook and her eyes widening slightly. She didn't recognise the voice much, but then again, she wasn't really one for paying attention when it came to that kind of thing. She usually just kept out of everyone's way so they wouldn't need to speak to her to begin with.
Lifting her head up after a few painfully long and agonising moments, she was slightly suprised, to say the least, at who she saw standing in front of her. She knew him now...Pinocchio, one of the boys in her class. She wouldn't have described him as a particularly popular member of the class, but he was in no way an outsider such as she was. He was just...regular. He had people to spend time with, he had friends...friends he'd probably rather be speaking to than speaking to her at this moment of time, she thought.
"...H-hi..." She suprised herself at managing to say, although she still stuttered a little as she felt the blush rise in her cheeks. She couldn't explain why she was this nervous around other people, and it irked her. "And, u-um...sure..."
Tucking one side of her hair behind her ear, she stood up, putting her equipment back into her bag and then slinging it over her shoulder. Her hands then began to subconsciously tug at the bottom of her sleeves, something they always seemed to do when she felt her nerves get the better of her. She just hoped neither Pinocchio or anyone else around would notice. Although, she realised, it would be harder to notice if she at least tried to act happy to hide the nerves, and after a few moments she looked back at him and gave him a small, shy smile.
