Common Knowledge: Ms Cortez is a kind but strict woman well known in the school for being both attractive and frightening. She has an abundance of stereotypical Latin-American energy and gesticulates as wildly as the best of them. She has a good sense of humour and a somewhat motherly attitude towards her students, and always gives the impression of knowing more than she's letting on.
