Personality: Anthony is a little complicated when it comes down to personality. He is a charmer and a flirt superficially. It is what he does. How else is he going to feed if he doesn't seduce people to get close to them? It is a hunting strategy but it is also part of his personality. He doesn't want to hurt anyone and has no intention of killing or maiming anyone he has contact with. He just wants to have fun and live in the moment and why not be the cause of someone's pleasure, even momentarily? Beneath the fun loving and loose canon visage however, he's actually a bit sensitive about what he is and struggles with the many labels 'humans' give him. People see him as a demon, preying on the weak and vulnerable, raping people in the middle of the night, this viscous sex sadist. But none of that is true. Really, he's the vulnerable one. It isn't his fault he has to feed on sexual energies and those he feeds on are never taken against their will. The one he feeds on can easily hurt him when he opens up to feed. He's in the same position they are. And what if he can't find someone willing to help him feed? Well, then he starves. Regardless of these truths, being called those nasty things takes a toll on someone; especially someone still coming into their identity and place in the world. Being charming is his nature, but that creates insecurities tp. Are his friends his friends because of the charm or because they really appreciate him as a person? So in the end, though he has charming care free disposition, he holds a lot of insecurities and hides his shyness behind his inborn charisma.
Anthony switches between his female and male identity depending on the situation he is in and how he is feeling emotionally though his male appearance is one he identifies most with. He is loyal to those he considers close friends and lets them see his more vulnerable side which can potentially lead to a lot of hurt if he isn't careful. Again, feeding provides his biggest downfall since he needs a willing person to feed on which puts him at a disadvantage.
Incubus/Succubus idea: There are a lot of different stories and myths and what not about what a incubus and a succubus is so here I would like to give a brief overview of what I am going off of for this role-play.
In this story, an incubus and a succubus are the same person. They just have the ability to shift genders in accordance to their victim's sexual preference. They are essentially vampires but instead of feeding off of blood, they feed off of another type of life force; sex. Some can go into their victim's dreams and engage in sexual behavior that way to get their feeding done, or they can do this physically. It doesn't matter what type of act it is, but it has to be sexual since they feed off that energy. Once they are done feeding, the victim loose their drive for about a week while their body recovers. They don't kill their victims. They need to feed at least once a week to stay healthy and strong as they grow. As adults, they can go longer without feeding. Some say that they are 'energy vampires' so some can drink certain types of energy. For example, if the vampire thrives on sadness, they have to make their victims sad to drink that energy which then makes the victim overly happy until their body adjusts. If they need happy energy, they drink away that person's happiness leaving the victim depressed for a while.
