Background:
In the past, Konrad was a man that very little knew or even knew existed. He sat most nights in the lowest parts of his city, places where even the strongest of sunlight would never reach and watch the travesties of his home go by. In time, Konrad became despondent about the state of his home and started heading out in the latest hours to scour the city of its sins. Every night he left, he would find and mutilate one of the many damning individuals of the city, leaving their body for the authorities to find. In time, this act was seen as a mixed blessing by the normal people of the city and everyone could think to see him as a guardian angel and the greatest of the evils in the city.

After a decade of stalking and killing much of the crime in the city, he moved on to the corrupt officials who held their power of the people of the city and on the last night of his arrival, he had his way. Konrad broke into the highest office and put the ruling dictator to the sword, recording and broadcasting his demise all over the city, via its intercom and video systems. After that, Konrad controlled the city from the very office he slew the last leader in and the city fell silent. Not a single person was willing to make the slightest transgression, knowing full well that Konrad could possibly come to slay them in turn.

Konrad is an expert fighter and a patient hunter, his true skill though rest in his ability with blades. It does not matter the size or the shape, if it can cut the flesh and rend muscle, then Konrad is capable of making use of it.
