Willow's Den

Silver was sitting at home with her two best friends, Mariah and Maria, Mariah's daughter, Isabella and her own son, Ashton. Seeing as how all the guys were out, she figured she mind as well have them come over for a girl's night and to let the teenagers spend some time together. Silver was out in the kitchen, beginning to make the three of them some margaritas. With a sigh she handed Mariah and Maria both one of the drinks before lifting her own into her hand. She held the glass up and spoke, "Cheers," she stated as she clinked her glass with the other two and sipped from it with a soft chuckle. "Any idea what you guys want to have for dinner?" she questioned as she leaned against the counter.

Jason sighed as he placed his final bet in the poker game, finding that he had won back all of what he lost plus more. He glanced back at the guys with a smirk and stood to his face as he then looked to the guys he played the game with. "Have my money by the end of the week," he stated before making his way to Blake and Alexander. "Wanna hit the bar?" he questioned as he began pushing through the crowd and up to the bar before grabbing a drink from the bartender. "I swear, those guys better get that money to us by this weekend or there will be hell to pay," he stated with a serious tone before sipping from his glass of whiskey.

While out with the guys he found himself nervously falling into a poker game with high stakes. Yet his nerves weren’t because of the game, it was because of the sheer fact that his wife was against gambling. She hated it and had her fully justified reasons that he respected-and in part taking in the activity now felt like he was betraying that respect and Silver. But it was looking very much in their favour so he couldn’t pull away from the table, and it even concluded with an abundant amount of money won.
He fist pumped victorious and agreed to head to the bar for celebrations complying with what Jason ordered without really hearing it.
Blake took a glance over his shoulder back to the table where the losers were slowly clearing out. “You’re god damn right they better,” he said. Usually Blake wasn’t so intense but there was a lot of money won. Money that could subtract problems and invite more luxuries into his life. Blake smirked and clinked Jason’s glass, who didn’t wait up, with his own and slowly turned to admire the view where he had got some luck for a nice change, sipping from his own glass.
He sighed out self-satsified.“What are we gonna do with all that money?” Blake said dreamily, leaning on the bar. “Alex. What are you gonna do?” he inquired.

Alexander sighed after a hard night of losing he wish he would win for once in poker he really sucked at it but he played for Blake and Jason. "okay sure i will love drink i could use it i am losing i need luck'' he walked over to the bar and asked for a beer and then he waited. as he waited he was thinking of how much money he could have won at poker if he was good at it.


His beer finally came and he complained to the bartender that he took long enough he started drinking the beer thinking what his wife was doing at this minute he was always thinking how she was and if she was okay and if she was not okay he would not be there to help witch worried him most. ''Well i do not know it is up to me and maria i share it with her but some times i do sneak some money out and use it for something always find something i want''

Silver smiled as she set the glass down and glanced back and forth between Maria and Mariah. She could tell there was something bothering the both of them though she had no clue what was going on. "Cheers. Silver I hate to bother you but do you mind if I ask for water?" After hearing that question spew out of Maria's mouth her jaw immediately dropped as she reached for a glass and filled it with water. "Are you pregnant?!" she questioned as she then handed the glass over to Maria and heard Mariah's words.

Her attention removed from Maria over towards the woman who's husband was gambling with all their money. "Oh my God! I am so sorry to hear about that. Though I have a feeling it's not just Jason. Sadly Alex and Blake might be gambling too. Here lately I've been noticing our savings account taking sudden drops in money and Blake won't tell me what's going on." Silver sighed and immediately lifted her glass into her hand and finished the rest of the glass off without a single word and slammed the empty glass down on the table.

Oh, I really hope Blake isn't gambling again, she thought to herself. He knows how I feel about that.

Jason sat back listening to Blake and Alex talk about all the money that was won tonight and he sighed before he added his answer into the conversation. "Well, with the majority of it I'm gonna have to replace the money I used into the savings account and Isabella's college tuition. I know it's wrong, but that's the only was I was able to get the money I owed everyone those last couple of times. He glanced around the club, finding that a lot of the patrons had cleared out suddenly, though he wasn't sure why because it wasn't that late into the night. Something was going on.

Though that's when he heard gunshots ringing from outside. He immediately jumped to his feet and ran outside, leaving his friends in the dust. He had to find out what was going on. If he was able to save someone, he would definitely do it. But the second he stepped outside, he noticed one of the guys who was playing poker with him laying on the ground, dead. He sighed and shook his head, "Apparently he didn't get the money he owed someone in a timely manner," he mumbled to himself.

The banging noise from outside, sounding like gunshots caused many people to scatter and awake people with a new sense of alertness. That's when Jason took off toward the sound and Blake tried to grab his arm but missed it causing him to swear under his breath. Blake rushed off after him and slowly came to a stop beside Jason, his eyes falling upon the body completely still on the ground. Even Blake couldn't find the sympathy in him, only disappointment in the issues this may have bought to his winnings. "Come on. We got to get out of here." Blake directed Jason's shoulders in the vague direction of the car and led the way before they could hear sirens.

The body wasn't their responsibility and personally, he didn't feel like getting bombarded with questions from the authorities. He had no intention of getting on their radar and being assumed a suspect. Blake just wanted to resume his life like usual and keep his friends and family out of the extra drama too. Though, there was part of him that admired the simple solution: If a debt were overdue just kill them.

"There's still his friends," he said after a moment of sitting in the car in silence before bringing the engine to life. Death was sad but what really pondered in their thoughts was the money. They'd figure something out.

Silver nodded her head at Maria's question and spoke, "Of course I will Sweetheart. But you really should tell your husband the news. This isn't something you can keep hidden from him forever," she stated as she began pulling things out for burgers. Seeing as how the two girls hadn't answered her question, she figured that she mind as well just pick something herself and if they didn't want to eat it they could find something else. All she knew was that she was hungry.

The blonde sighed as she turned the water faucet on and began filling one of the sinks with hot water before setting the frozen hamburger into it to dethaw. Silver then sat down on one of her bar stools at the island counter in her kitchen and took another sip from her drink. "I'm sure Alexander wouldn't have a big deal with it," she added after a couple moments. Though she was very excited about this for Maria, she knew deep down that something was going to go wrong with this pregnancy, whether it's the fact that the two of them or one of them end up not wanting it or medical problems. Silver just hoped that this time the feelings she felt wouldn't happen. Usually when she had feelings like this, she was always right.

Jason found himself being dragged away from the body by Blake and towards the male's vehicle. With a sigh he climbed into the passenger seat and sat there in silence for a couple moments before pulling his phone out, noticing there was a missed call from his wife. "Shit," he mumbled beneath his breath before redialing the number. But thankfully it was only a couple moments ago that she had called.

He held the phone up to his ear and listened to the ringing on the other end of the line, hoping she would answer his phone call. Jason hoped that everything was going alright with the girls and the kids back at Silver's place. After what he had just witnessed, he needed some sort of good news. Though what was running through his mind was the fact that they would be jipped out of a good bit of their money because of this guy's death. He just hoped the other guys would pay up in time. If not, he had no other choice than to punish the men like he told them he would. Jason just wasn't too sure how he would do it if the issue came up.
