On historic Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana lies a modest restaurant and bar named Nan's. Opened in 1954 by a young woman named Nancy "Nan" La Fitte, Nan's became the go to place if you wanted a casual, friendly dining experience. While Nan's could nowhere compete to the popularity of Galatorie's, it prospered well. The restaurant is now owned by Nan's daughter Patricia "Patty" Anderson and her husband Jim Anderson.

Nan's is now a popular destination for tourists and locals alike and is credited as one of the Top 5 restaurants on Bourbon Street. Customers value the historic feel and the excellent seafood dishes caught fresh from the Gulf. They also value the expert drinks offered by their top-notch bartenders.

Patty has seen her fair share of staff come and go and has treated each individual as if they were a member of her own family. Many go on to bigger and better things and some are content with what they have in life.

And while each of them are different in size, personality, and age, Nan's is the one place they are all brought together, no matter what they have going on in their life. Every night, drama is promised, as well as tears, and stress. All it takes is for one broken glass, one rude customer, or one argument with the boss to send everything downhill. Like a domino, one person's fall effects the rest.

Will the new staff be able to stand the busy weekends and teasing of the senior employees? With different personalities under one roof, can they all remain professional while on the clock? What happens when the aprons are off and restaurant is closed?
