Personality: What Angie lacks in social skills, she makes up for in the kitchen. While not necessarily a world-class chef, she can whip up some of the best tasting dishes you've ever tried. She's not very talkative, preferring to stay behind the scenes and observe those around her. When she does speak, you'll be surprised to learn that she has no filter. She says exactly what she thinks of you. It's not to be unkind, she just believes that by showing each others flaws, we learn to better ourselves. From her place in the kitchen she often sees the chaos of the front. She keeps an orderly kitchen and what little help she has back there knows not to cross her when it comes to cooking. She finds it slightly amusing when a panicked waiter or waitress comes back with the wrong dish. She has learned that humor often relieves the stress of a hard day at work.

When she goes home, she'll read and curl up with her cat, Fester. She sometimes gets lonely, but a call to her mom always helps. She loves her job at Nan''s and wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

She doesn't really remember the last time she was in a relationship. Was it 2, maybe 3 years ago? Oh well, when a guy comes along he'll come along. She'll just be there waiting till it happens.

History: Angie was born in what most people would call "the deep south". She grew up knowing good hospitality and good food. She wasn't all that popular in school, but that just gave her more time to study and graduate early with honors. She went to college there, but was never quite satisfied with the small town. She yearned to seek her fortune and so the day she graduated college, she left town. She traveled over much of the United States, working here and there in just about every restaurant that would take her. She learned to make recipes from all across the States. She settled in New Orleans and she's worked at Nan's for over a year now.
