Personality: Ryuu is possibly the most cheerful of the Kazekages, but that does not mean he is a pushover, like some Kages. He has a cold, evil side to him.

History: Ryuu doesn't remember his past too well. But all he can say is "The grains of sand scattered by the wind are like his memories, they are everywhere, and and cannot be counted.

Clan: Temari's son. A direct descendant of the Sand Siblings.

Weapons: A Giant fan which he tends to summon, and two smaller ones.

Description: Gusts of Wind allow Saikuron to fire out much stronger amounts of wind via his fan.
Signature Techniques:

Cyclone

A fairly obvious attack, which propels the attacker into the air, and hurls them around. Typically, it pulls up Debris and makes his job much easier by wounding them with anything sucked into it.

Gusts of Wind

Also his Kekkei Genkai, the attack itself fires out strong gusts of wind, usually used in a combination with Tornado Drop and Cyclone.

Tornado Drop

An attack which can only be used if the attacker is in the air. He hits them with a gust, and then pulls his fan down, slamming it onto the floor. This then forces the cyclone to push down, and causes the attacker to be slammed into the ground.

Wind Release: Beheading Dance

A version of his Mothers attack, he spins his two smaller fans Sideways, causing sharp, painful, blade-like gusts of wind to fire out. Usually like saws, they can - and probably will - slice off limbs, cause extreme damage, and like the name implies, Behead an attacker.
