Kekkei genkai: chaotic lighting Release. With his kekkei genkai activated the seal located on his right arm releases allowing the uses of the powerful and deadly chaotic lighting. this kekkei genkai damages the body with longer use but will stop usage a failsafe to not kill the user of it. the kekkei genkai directly increases the speed and power of the user to a point at mastery of it will look like a flash of black lighting during movement. also all normal lighting Jutsu will be replaced by chaotic lighting Justu looking black or dark red in color
Justu:
Lighting Spear: Forms a Spear made out of lighting to throw. with a high amount of charkra these spears can explode on impact
Lighting sword : Forms a sword made out of lighting.
Lighting Claws: two claws form behide the users fists mimicking his movements to attack the enemy
Chaotic lighting release; lighting braker: chaotic lighting flows with in the users body covering his fists and legs in lighting ( Drains a High amount of charkra quickly)
Chaotic lighting release; lighting armor: The lighting forms around the user of this justu protecting them from harm, also all lighting justu do little to no damage when this justu is activated . ( Drains a High amount of charkra quickly)
Chaotic lighting release ; lighting surge : chakra from either the lighting armor or lighting braker justu builds up and his body surging a high amount of charka in a 20 - 40 foot radius depending on the amount of chakra left
Chaotic lighting release ; Black lighting Blitz: uses an high amount of charka (Like 60% of total chakra left) to ecentually make a storm of black lighting form within the sky, sending massive amounts of black lighting bolts down apon his enemy..
