"How can you say that? These akatsuki were able to steal three of the tailed demons from right under our noses!" The Mizukage took a moment to gather herself not wanting to lose composure in front of her peers. After a long pause the Hokage rose. "Now i know that with times like these it can be difficult to see eye to eye, but worry not. I have been working on a solution to this problem since i receved word of the kidnappings." He looked off into the distance for a moment. "Ahh he's here, Zero would you care to explain what i have in mind?"

"I am sorry that I was late Lord Hokage. I looked this hideout over before entering, I hope none of you mind. Security is fairly tight..." The tall man says, kneeling once he enters the main room, where all the kage are seated around a table. I can't believe I left my own lord's side to come to this pit... he thinks bitterly.
"Wait...I know this man. From a picture I saw in a scroll once, I believe...oh, what is his name...ah, yes! Byatsu Zero, host of the Nanabi, from Kusagakure! A shame that such a weak nation received such a strong beast..." The Tsuchikage says, crossing his arms and all but actually turning his nose up at Zero, who simply ignores it and looks on towards the Hokage.
"Erm...thank you for coming Zero, please, have a seat," the Hokage says, clearing his throat before turning back towards the others, "Now, as some of you already know, Zero here is a jonin from Kusagakure, and a ver powerful host with mastery over his tailed-beast... What I am proposing is that, for the safety of the shinobi world, we allow this man to round up the remaining hosts, take them somewhere safe, and train them, before the Akatsuki, or whoever it might be, can get their hands on them!"

His breathes were coming in ragged draws, sweat poured from his brows, and not just from the heat of his own jutsu. It was the middle of the night, and Kazan was still out by himself training in the mountains to the east of Iwagakure. Yonbi was groaling inside, complaining in his own way that his host should rest his body, lest he injure himself and die, which would result in his own death as well.
"Shut up you demon...I need to try this...just one more time...perfect it..." Kazan says to himself, straightening up and wiping his face with his shirt. "Now...let's go! Fire Release: Burning Demon Shuriken!"
Using a bit of the Yonbi's chakra, the tired shinobi rushes forward, then suddenly leaps into the air. As he goes higher he reaches behind him and draws out one of his windmill shuriken, then with a flick it comes open and is already glowing dimly in the dark. When he swings his arm around, then releases the projectile, there is a hiss as it hurtles towards his target, a large tree. As the blade whirld closer Kazan lands and draws out two kunai and tosses them as well, both of them heated also.
There is a slicing sound then two thunks, and the air is filled with the smells of heated metal and burning wood just before the tree falls, two kunai imbeded in the upper trunk.

They'd planned a day of training today, and then the Mizukage wanted to see them, which he guessed was for their next mission. It'd been awhile since their last mission. Sumio tried to clear his mind of the painful thumping at his temples, and the maddening thoughts that urged him to scream. He couldn't help but shiver with the effort, until his hands eased away from their clasped position and he clutched his head. W... Where is he? Sumio's desperate thoughts ushered through the noise in his mind. For years, it'd been his helpful voice and steady smile that helped him clamber from the darkness. Tezuka had always been the boy with his hand held out, waiting for him to be brave enough to take it. As they grew up, his dwindling hopes had grown into something he could look forward to. Without him, he didn't know where he would have ended up.

"Sorry!!" he called with a wily smile as he passed through the village gate. Heading into the forest dodging trees left and right, he couldn't help but noticed that the fog that covered his home was especially thick today. almost to his favorite training spot, he wondered if Sumi would be mad.. Sumi never gets mad! he reassured himself, he'll just lecture me and wonder what i was doing. Coming into view is a half naked, wide-eyed Tezuka holding his pants and Katana. He saw Sumi sitting in that weird pose again, upon closer inspection he noticed Sumi was shivering.
"Yo! sorry im late, i almost fell asleep at the baths again" he said as he slid on his pants. "You alright Sumi? your not getting sick again are you?" he produced a playful grin. "How am i gonna teach you any Taijutsu with you sitting around all day?"

“I'm fine, I'm fine, Tezuka,” Sumio responded with less conviction, wiping the sweat from the back of his neck with his crimson scarf. Truthfully, even if he wasn't feeling fine, he wouldn't pass up a chance to train with Tezuka—especially if he was being taught Taijutsu. He always thought that maybe if he strengthened his body, it wouldn't be so weak. The only way he'd pass this up, is if he was unconscious. Honestly, these were the days he looked forward to the most. It kept his mind off of the pain. He couldn't help but laugh, before he stripped off his sky-blue hakama and set it off to the side with his scarf. “There's no way I would pass this up, anyway,” He added, stretching his arms behind his head. Perhaps after, he'd have a chance to relax at the hot springs. The thought was tempting.
“Besides, the Mizukage called for us after we finish training.”

Tezuka turned and patted Sumi's shoulder. "Anyways, lets go see what the Mizukage wants.."

The Tsuchikage chimed in " Yes Kazan is the Jinchuriki from the hidden stone, he is a kind young man and shouldn't cause you a great deal of trouble." he squinted a bit before he spoke again. "do be careful though, Kazan trains often and makes quite the mess with that lava kekke genke of his."
The Kazekage was the next to speak. "Kouta is daughter of the head of the Minamikaze clan, one of my closest advisers, and is unaware she is a Jinchuriki.. infact no one but myself and her father know she hosts a demon, so it may come as a shock to her when you tell her." the Kazekage thought for a moment. "To be safe ill send word to Raiko Minamekaze, her father, ahead of time" "She is young, only 13.. by far the youngest of the Jinchuriki, keep that in mind."
Zero turned and waited for the Mizukage to speak. She looked him over a moment before saying anything. "There are two Jinchuriki in the Hidden mist, Sumio Hokkaido, and Tezuka Kyosai." "The first of which is a bit reserved, he is frail and often ill, but is strong in his own right and has a good head on his shoulders, now I know that it may sound like he could put you at a disadvantage but hes nothing compared to Tezuka" "Tezuka is often a pain in the ass, he never listens, and his antics are unbecoming of a shinobi of his skill, dealing with with him wont be easy, nor will be keeping an eye on him, but i have to admit." she laughed a little. "he keeps things interesting."
The Hokage spoke once again. "Please make your first stops at the leaf and sand, once you reach my village, you'll be given any provisions you may need for the journey." "if you have no further questions, be on your way, and good luck"

Once he had been given the word, Zero stands and bows to everyone before dissappearing in a small gust of wind fill with wildflower petals.
Suddenly he was atop the meeting place, scanning the horizon and acertaining how long it would take to reach first the Land of Fire, and then then Land of Wind. Seeing as how the Land of Fire was the central most country, he would start there, then move outward in a sort of spiral until he would, at last have all the hosts together. Once that was done they would travel to his secret training grounds. In a gust of wind he was gone once more, onyl to appear high in the air on green wings, flying towards Konoha.

It had been almost an hour, and Kazan was still being chewed out by his elder, and sensei. His name was Sonkei, head of the Yamamoto clan, one of the most influential in Iwagakure. The three he had cut down had crashed nearly into the family home, and while Jin, the man's son, wasn't so upset with it, the father was furious.
As punishment, and much to the annoyance of the Yonbi, Kazan had been asked to use the strength of his beast, or whatever other means he had at his disposal, to remove the tree and then, tomorrow sometime, he would have to repair the roof.

Eiga was meditating, trying to calm himself down. His anger was still something he had to deal with, even after all the time he'd spent training himself to ignore his emotions, and having no partner to speak of at the moment was making him a little frayed around the edges. One could only carry on a conversation with themselves for so long before something snapped.
"I need something to kill..." He says under his breath, placing a hand on the ground beside him, causing a diamond sword to emerge from the ground. "I'll just practice some more..."
Standing quickly he grasps the blade in his right hand while turning forward, into a flip, and after a short tumble he gets to his feet and spins around. His style had alot of literally flashy moves to it, and he was very fast, but lacking precision and power. Unlike Kazan, who had too much power, more than anyone should have without Eiga's own kind of training. If only he could get a hold of the Yonbi for himself...

“How can I expect to get stronger, if I keep worrying about my body?” Sumio questioned quietly, he hadn't noticed his hands gripping into white-knuckled fists. Someday, he knew, his weakness would bring his friend down. His weakness and ailments posed as a threat to his friend, someday if he couldn't protect himself, he knew his friend would risk his life to protect him. The thought made him sick. However, he released the tension in his fists and ran a shaky hand through his hair, a nervous habit he'd acquire over the years. “But you're right, as much as I hate to admit it,” He added, with a withering sigh. Moving towards his hakama, he slipped it over his slender shoulders and swung the scarf around his neck. He took a few steps towards his friend before adjusting his hakama.
“You better keep that promise,” Sumio dictated, nodding his head with a wary smile, “Or else I'll be left in the dust, and pretty pissed.” He couldn't help but feel disappointed at passing up a chance to train with Tezuka, but they had all the time in the world, and he knew that his friend always kept his promises. It was “his way of the ninja” or something like that. Standing there like that, he couldn't help but be reminded of the two boys they'd been years before, promising they'd be the best.
“Alright, let's go see what she wants.”
((XD I can make a random Sand Ninja for ya, Kaida, so Kouta's not so lonely! ))

Slowly he stands up and lets his full size be seen by the young kunoichi. If he remembered right, she was a member of the Leaf ANBU, which was a suprise to Zero, but all that meant to him was that she would be very cautious of him, and more than likely she'd try to attack him. If that were the case then she might end up getting hurt, which wouldn't be good for his cause.

"So...I'm to meet with Hitoare and proceed to the Hidden Mist Village, huh?" Eiga says, stabbing his diamond sword into the ground then snapping it and causing it to shatter into fragments that looked like nothing more than white sand. This was something only he knew how to do, and he liked to keep it that way. "Seems that the Country of Water has two jinchuriki in their possession, and it's up to us to bring them in. Sounds fun."
He had just finished his training and was about to retire to a small underground cave he used as a secret retreat when a hawk had flown down to land on a nearby branch. In one claw it held a small scroll, and as soon as Eiga got close it tossed the scroll to him and flew off, knowing the shinobi might have very well sliced it up.
On the scroll had been his orders, simple enough. He had been paired up with Hitoare when he first joined the Akatsuki, a while ago now, but they hadn't fought against one another or together in at least a year. It would be quite a fun oppertunity to see if their teamwork was still as good as it used to be, or if eithe rof them had gotten rusty with time. Slipping the scroll away he leaps up into a nearby tree and heads to the location where he is to meet his new partner.

"Nobody's here!!" he complained before frowning. "Ah! They must all be outside. Hmm wonder what they're doing without me... hey no fair, how come they're laving me out?!" Daiki quickly headed outside and jumped onto a tree. He looked around, as if he can see everything from up there, searching for at least one of them.
"Ooh.... a hawk..............." he said to himself when he saw one fly by. He always seemed to be getting distracted. "Wait... why am I out here again?" Daiki leaned against the tree, wondering. He literally forgot... People would probably wonder why someone like him was in part of akatsuki. They were known to be those missing-nins, capturing the tailed-beast. Most were even frightened of them. It was hard to believe someone like him was in part of that group. "Oh right!" he yelled out of nowhere, finally remembering his task. "Hotaru senpai!!! Eiga-kun!!! Hitoare-kun!!" He jumped from tree to tree, continuing his seach...

"Hi daddy" she noticed the odd look on his face, he looked almost pained about something "Is... Is something wrong?" her blue eyes peered up at him as his brown eyes looked down at her as he squatted down to her eye level.
"Honey We need to talk" he looked down and let out an exasperated sigh "You're not 'Normal'" Kouta was explained "Not normal? dad what are you talking about?" her dad seemed more pained now "Kouta you know the story of the shukaku right?" kouta nodded "It ravaged the village almost a century ago before they started sealing it inside of people" her father smiled "Wow they taught you well at the academy" "So what is it you wanted to say" kouta was sick of her dad beating around the bush.
"Kouta you're the host of the shukaku now" Kouta's eyes almost exploded out of their sockets at the news "I'm- I'm a demon host!" she yelled as her chalkra went haywire and sand started swirling around her.

Sumio couldn't help but glance around the inner office, it was large and the architecture was brilliant. Something he could always appreciate in the village of the Hidden Mist. Mouthing the word Jinchuriki under his breath, he wondered who would hunt them. And for what? It wasn't as if they could harness their beasts, could they? The thoughts whirled around his mind until he stood in front of her wide, wooden desk stacked with papers. Obviously, she was busy. Akatsuki, that was what the group was called? It left already left a bad taste in his mouth and his stomach lurched irritably at the injustice of it. Most Jinchuriki had always had a hard time “fitting” in at their respective villages, and now they were being hunted like dogs. It wasn't fair. “Akatsuki, huh?” Sumio repeated, raising his dark eyes to meet the Mizukage's. This wasn't the time to interrupt their Mizukage, he could tell by that look in her eyes that this was serious and he stilled his beating heart, absorbing the information like a sponge. He almost jumped when her voice jumped a few octaves, as she glared over her papers and stared directly at Tezuka. Throughout his childhood, he'd always been the one keeping Tezuka out of trouble—and he'd always been pulled into trouble when it didn't work. He smiled sheepishly, nodding his head.
“I promise,” Sumio receded, meeting Tezuka's gaze before grinning. He met Mizukage's gaze once more, his eyebrows raising, “What should we be doing in the mean time, Miss?”

"Kouta we have to send you to the leaf village for a while" Kouta gave him a look "There are more villages?" this was news to her she had never been allowed out of the village she smiled at the thought "Okay, will you or mom be coming with me for the journey" her father nodded "I will and two of the village shinobi" Kouta grinned "I'll go get packed"
her father smiled as she ran up the stairs

Just then, as he was reaching into his cloak to take out a snack he'd been saving for his journey to Mist, he heard something above him, in the trees. Pausing mid-step he looked up and around, then noticed Daiki closing in on him, calling his name. Before he could respond, however, the area around him was shrounded in mist that was quickly growing thicker and thicker. While it was true that there was more than one shinobi in the Akatsuki with this technique under their forehead protector, he was sure of who it would turn out to be, and the sudden BOO from behind confirmed it.
"Good to see you again Hitoare, I thought you might try something like this." Eiga says, more calmly than the last time they had met, Too bad I already worked off my extra emergy. But, you're right, we should get going. Sorry Daiki, got a mission to get going on, see ya later."
And with that the partners began walking to the mist as it lifted, headed east towards Kirigakure.

After a few hours, Kazan finally found himself in his bed. His intended plan was to simply train for a little bit, alone in the woods, but that had turned into a punishment for him, something he had gotten somewhat useful. The Tsuchikage believed that with his kind of power he should do everything in his ability to control himself, and the Yonbi. But that was proving to be harder than he thought. Plus, on top of all that, if he failed a mission, or messed up his training, he was punished with something that would make him work much harder.
But now, he could simply sleep, and relax. Even if he did have another nightmare about the past, when the Four-Tailed Monkey caused chaos all over the Land of Earth, he was too tired to care right now.

"So, how've you been, Eiga? I'll save the good questions for when we get a little closer to the village." stated Hitoare, he knew that Eiga's checkered past could only have gotten a bit more spotty as time drug on, but he wanted to be sure his friend had not become too down-struck since their last meeting. Especially since Hitoare had brought money to spend on Sake and other instruments of merriment on the journey. He could feel the coins jingling in his breast pocket, and soon found himself smiling all over again. 'I can't wait,' he thought, as he listened avidly for Eiga to answer him.
