Introduction
The Fourth Shinobi World War ended in a victory for the side of the Allied Shinobi Forces, but at the cost of hundreds of thousands of lives and the futures of the Five Kage, who were forced to retire after the severe damage sustained from their battle against Madara Uchiha. After the war, temporary Kage were elected and a summit was held to discuss the spoils of war, a discussion that went smoothly mainly because of the sense of unity and understanding amongst all of the shinobi. By the end of the discussions, the Seven Swords of the Mist were returned to Kirigakure, the Sage's Five Treasured Tools were returned to Kumo, and a large amount of manpower from all villages was expended to help rebuild the destroyed village of Konoha. The world was put on a path of recovery, and though the progress was slow, everyone seemed to recover just in time for the Tailed Beasts to return to the land in their natural, destructive form. The Ichibi, Shukaku, was the first to appear, stirring in the deserts of the Land of Wind and destroying a small village miles away from Suna. The next was the Nibi, spotted inhabiting the mountainous terrain of the Land of Lightning. The Sanbi and Rokubi appeared in the Land of Water, and the Yonbi and Gobi appeared in the Land of Earth. The Nanabi made its appearance in the Land of Wind, and the Hachibi and Kyuubi were passed on to their next inheritors from the Hidden Cloud and the Hidden Leaf respectively. The villages went on the hunt again, capturing and sealing as many beasts as they could to create a new generation of human weapons.

Said group is rumored to be comprised of powerful S-ranked criminals that claim to have been outcasted by their villages long ago, criminals that swear to exact revenge when given the opportunity. The countdown has now begun, and when the ball starts rolling and the plans are set in motion, there may be nothing that the people can do to stop it. Are you prepared to face a New World Order?

- Your character may be a Kage, a Jounin, a Chunin, a Gennin, or an Academy Student from any of the Five Shinobi Villages (Konoha, Suna, Kiri, Iwa, Kumo), or a Samurai from the Land of Iron, or whatever you want to make, as long as it’s reasonable and within the realm of the Naruto series.
- Clans that were once extinct have started to grow again. To explain, think of it like survivors finally have come out of hiding after seeing the unity and acceptance between villages. You may create characters from the Fuuma clan, the Uchiha clan, the Uzumaki clan, the Senju clan, Kaguya's clan and etc. It's all up to you! Go out and explore new things and have fun.
- You may create a Samurai if you want. Since the war, some of the Samurai have abandoned the Land of Iron and began to explore and wander the lands.
- The Jinchuuriki are more accepted in their villages now, but due to the nature of being a Jinchuuriki, they are still viewed as human weapons. Keep that in mind if you're going to make a Jinchuuriki.
- The Akatsuki are back! Headed by a mysterious figure, the Akatsuki truly are back, but with a different goal in mind. Its mysterious leader has yet to reveal any of the organizations plans to even the organization itself, but their current mission is clear: to create as much chaos and disarray as possible. Weaken the villages, break the bond, and hit them where it hurts.
- Techniques like Black Lightning and Dust Release remain exclusive to those who first claim it. (In the case of Dust Release, the Tsuchikage will be allowed to decide who the Kekkei Tota is passed on to. The first character to claim Black Lightning will be permitted to pass on Black Lightning to other characters.)
- The Sharingan will be granted to all, but with limitations. Mangekyou will be granted to some (3 max), and Eternal will be granted to a limited number of people (2 max). In this RP, the Eternal will not become a Rinnegan, and it will only grant the user the ability to use their sharingan without going permanently blind in addition to a slight boost in power. If you do not want to have an Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi/Susanoo combo, you are free to create one yourself as long as you describe what the techniques do in your profile.
- The Rinnegan will not be given to anyone until further notice.
- Cursed Seals may be permitted, but with a valid explanation as to how your character acquired one. (If someone wants to create an Orochimaru-like character (ie. Some mad scientist) then that could be an explanation, but otherwise, be creative.)
- Though you’re allowed to create a character related to a canon, I would like originality when you create. I don’t want 50 Naruto-clones running around spamming Shadow Clone and Rasenganing everything.
- As far as sages are concerned, you are allowed to create a sage of whatever animal you desire as long as you adhere to the rules of being a sage and entering sage mode. (Being still if you aren't a member of Jugo's clan, etc.) Also, you can’t be a 3 year old sage. Be reasonable with the age.

"Okay, but I'm warning you now-" he paused as he brought out a scroll and made a sign. After the poof of smoke, most of the general area was covered in near-invisible wires, forged under the belly of the King Salamander himself to act as a mousetrap to anyone larger than they were, and then Maren continued. "-There's a reason I got out of the Academy in under two years. I had never wielded chakra before, and... Well, you probably heard about what happened at the final exam." People were still questioning how he'd made so many doppelgangers with the same jutsu as everyone else. "Just do me a favor and don't hold us back, Monkey Boy. Gentle Fist is risky if the opponent is faster than you, and well, in an open fight, she's a jonin with Wind chakra, and we're not besides, all we need to do is tag her, not harm her. Flash, how good are you with that Chidori?" His tone had taken on that of a leader, and he pulled out a kunai, twirling it in his fingers. "How fast can you move with it, and how much of a toll is it on you? There's no point in using it if it'll put you out of commission for the rest of the day. Two partners after a failed plan is better than one after a successful one." He dropped to one knee and drew out a second plan in the dirt. "If you can use it without putting yourself at too great a risk, we'll stick with Monkey Boy's plan. If not, we'll both try to direct her towards the field, where we can move in the wires with better ease than her, and MB can use his gentle fist with a better advantage." He looked up to Rinji, awaiting his response. "Also, you guys might want to stay at least five feet away from me if we do end up actually fighting, unless you want several sharp things in your personal space."
"Was this kid serious? I mean I know we just got on teams and all but he does realize that no matter how young he is to graduate the academy, when it comes to serious fighting, I'm a genius." Kami thought to Son who gave a wild remark. "We should show him how much of wind users we are." Son stated.
Kami looked up at everyone and nodded, wether he liked it or not Maren was actually pretty smart for a 10 year old, and slightly he was glad that all three of them paired up. "Don't worry your wires wont even come close to touching me. And don't worry about my speed, I'm faster than you think short stuff." Kami smirked as he looked to Rinji for acknowledgement. "Ok team move out." With that said, Kami had vanished and began to prepare for their team attack.

Sora looked up sighing with relieve as she rested against a tree. "Ugh damn! Why do I have to be a captain? All I wanted to do was drink wine and live my normal days." She thought as she created three seperate shadow clones and scattered them all in different directions.
"If they were planning to come at me as a team their smart, but if they were planning on attacking me seperately then that's probably the most idiotic plan I have ever seen." Well no that wasn't necessarily true. Coming into contact with someone from the past she had remembered that feeling far too well.
"Was this kid serious? I mean I know we just got on teams and all but he does realize that no matter how young he is to graduate the academy, when it comes to serious fighting, I'm a genius." Kami thought to Son who gave a wild remark. "We should show him how much of wind users we are." Son stated.

Rinji listened intently to the other two members of his squad as they told their respective plans. They had recently arrived at the training grounds, after having followed their new Jounin leader and been instructed that she was going to test their ability. For a second Rinji was confused by Maren’s plan, though he figured out after a moment that when the boy said “Flash” he was referring to Rinji. Though Ookami made a remark and sped off before he could get a word in.
“No, I’m fine.” Rinji responded to Maren’s concerns in regard to his “Chidori”. Though he wasn’t that skilled with it, and it most definitely would put his body and chakra levels under quite a bit of strain, Rinji didn’t want to let his squad mates down. Especially after Ookami had already placed faith in his ability. “ Lets do Monkey’s plan.” He recycled Maren’s name for Ookami, it was hard for him to think of Ookami as any thing other than his favorite weapon. “Even Miss Sora will run scared when I break my out Chidori!” He relayed confidently to his new squad mate, clenching his fist in front of his face to emphasize his point.
“Alright!” Rinji said, pumping himself up to get ready. He looked at Maren. “When you’re distracting her, if it gets too tough just yell out White Lightning, and I’ll come in and help faster than you can blink!” He flashed Maren a thumbs up. “Otherwise I‘ll just attack with my Chidori when I see an opening.” He stopped for a moment, then looked at the wires. "I guess this'll be the backup plan." Then he turned to Maren. “I’ll follow your lead.”

Takezo was watching the others speak as they all walked. Senshiro was much too eager for battle though he was the same when he was young. He too wished to crush any foe that stood in his way, with awesome might. It was not until he was delivered a truly devastating defeat where he settled down and learned to become much more patient. The previous generation of Akatsuki was defeated due to their lack of patient as well as the fact that they were not spread mout enough. After all in order to kill an Akatsuki member one would need to kill two at a time.
He walked between Yakurei and Senshiro. "The partners will be discussed further once we are at the meeting point. The issue is whether or not we even need to carry out our missions with partners." He told Senshiro before he continued to his next point. "Now I do want a cat fight between you two. The last thing we need are two members hostile towards one another. If we do still have a two man cell then I will personally make sure to it that you two stay as far away from each other as possible." He told them still walking at his constant pace.
Maren nodded, laughing on the inside as Ookami disappeared before he could have been warned about the fact that the wires were a part of his Fire Jutsu as well. Ah, well. He'd learn soon enough. Maren stood up, nodded to Rinji, and pulled the twin swords off of his back.
"Good luck Flash, but again, if you feel the slightest bit uneasy about the jutsu, don't risk it. It's time for the Mighty Yasutora to show what it means to be a man!" With less than the blink of an eye, he was already on the other side of the field, having woven through his wires like they were so much mist. He sent a quick word of thanks to the Academy teacher who had explained to him the concept of chakra's different applications. One of those, he'd realized, was not only increased traction, but the addition of Wind chakra compressed the air just enough for a light kid like him to jump off of, literally allowing him to run on air(As a warning, this is NOT Tsubame's Wind Walk, she can just stand there in the air and barely burn her chakra. He's using lumps of it to jump like this.) As he reached the other side of the field, he saw three separate Soratushis leap out of the forest in different directions. As Maren thought, he realized that the latter would be the more likely, due to Soratushi's likely belief that they would try to take her on one-on-one(They were kids, what else would she expect?), and thus she would have needed to send out three clones. Mathwise, that would bring her down to 1/4 her chakra, and Maren liked those numbers. He went into the forest, the origin of the clones, and leapt into a tree, sticking underneath it with his chakra. He never did get a grasp on any jutsu above C rank, but boy, did he make up for it with control! He then proceeded to comb the forest, leaving wires all over the place. THESE were his babies. Unlike the wires out on the field, which were about as likely to break as a diamond, these were hair trigger, and connected to small explosive tags. If someone even TOUCHED the wire after him, the general area could be used for a barbecue after the flames died down(Because we all know fire-style is damn near useless in Naruto). He then took his swords and leapt a safe distance away. One shuriken later, and not only did he know they worked, but also that he'd have Soratushi on the run. And as long as she was out of the forest, they had an advantage.
"Good luck Flash, but again, if you feel the slightest bit uneasy about the jutsu, don't risk it. It's time for the Mighty Yasutora to show what it means to be a man!" One of those, he'd realized, was not only increased traction, but the addition of Wind chakra compressed the air just enough for a light kid like him to jump off of, literally allowing him to run on air(As a warning, this is NOT Tsubame's Wind Walk, she can just stand there in the air and barely burn her chakra. "For some reason the lot of you going on like this makes me feel old," Kootta sighed as he continued walking. He wasn't talking to anyone in particular when he said that but it was his honest opinion. In all truth, he was also getting tired of the extended walk. After all with so many members present already, travel was becoming a flat waste of time. "For situations like this a seal on all of us for summons would be useful. That way a gathering is as simple as using a damn summon scroll and meeting up would be much simpler."
The opportunity to simply chat with each other would be fine every once in a while, but at the moment they had much bigger priorities. "After all, while war makes good business... it also provides great opportunities for things like profit, kinjutsu, domination or simply gathering Kekkei Genkai and secret techniques of all sorts.So without a doubt, breaking the Alliance and starting a war is a must. Question is, which is our biggest interest?" He cut to the chase, after all there was no way things could hold out if there wasn't a common goal.
"I don't know about the rest of you, but to me it doesn't seem too much aim for it all. It's simply a matter of planning and careful execution." There was no denying he'd always been an ambitious man, after all his nature always said 'why settle?'. It was a bold move, revealing something so intimate about himself to this current group. But he figured his aim offered the best option for cohesion.
"Yuki-tan if you want us to calm down I guess I'll comply just because of the fact your chakra tastes so unique." Pulling his hood over his face grabbed a pebble and started dancing it in his palm. "But as for the alliance breaking... I'd say we hit places here and there at set intervals, it doesn't sound fun buuut the end effect would justify this lack of entertainment. I'd say start with the West where we are then hit the East doubling back to a midpoint to hit in that order. From there I don't care because it just doesn't sound fun." tugging at his Akatsuki robes he turned to Kootta again. "But Yuki-taaaaan one last thing, if we were to use scrolls or even mass projection jutsu it just wouldn't be fun hanging out like this would it? It'd just seem like work to me."

"My suggestion towards that would first kill various anbu from the five great nations. That way we can use proper disguises when goin out for sabotage missions. I know from experience that what the nations are the most paranoid about is the protection of their Daimyos. Perhaps if we can assassinate a few we could incite a war, preferably with either the Land of Lightning or the Land of Fire as the antagonist. After all they do have the strongest military might" He spoke to the party in general.
"Once we do that our option of missions would be high. Most likely B missions and up. The assassination of a Kage is always key and nations will always try to rid the other side's jinjiriki." He finished on that note and picked up his pace a bit more. He had wished that everybody had just met a the meeting point instead of on the road.
"Watch your tongue child or I'll take it from you. There's a large difference between familiarity and disrespect, referring to one's senior as chan is already unforgivably rude. The fact you insist on talking like a baby as well makes it only more so." Kootta interjected at Mumoichi.. The younger man's style of talking quite frankly pissed him the fuck off.
"Furthermore both of you fail to account for political maneuvering in your idea. There isn't a nation that'd be caught dead being so incompetent as to use ANBU to assassinate another Daimos. As for Jinchuuriki, and Kage: yes they are prime targets but they're also incredibly loud targets. Soratushi noticed the small wires through the eyes of one of her clones, feeling a bit impressed that their three man team had already began working on their team strategies, however she would put that to the test very soon. As one of her clones noticed Maren, she immediately jumped towards him spinning her fan and throwing bits and pieces of little iron shards that were infused with chakra, aimed straight for Maren.
The second clone however had been tailing Rinji for sometime now and was on the verge of attacking but stopped midway and hid herself alongside one of the brushes and set up a couple trip wires of her own, before resuming her follow up attack on the young boy by launchin Kunai bombs at him, highly aware of the little trip wires set up by Maren.
The third clone had intercepted Ookami and engaged in a battle with him.
"They think because my chakra's been split up, I'm vulnerable. Hahaha these kids might just entertain me for a little longer."

He dodged another kick and sent a surge of chakra through the clone's body getting adjusted back to his original plan as it popped.

(OOC: Do your research, Shadow Clones don't deliver info until they've been dispersed. No one but that clone knows about the wires, and I'll repeat myself: You need to be looking for them to find them.) Maren saw the clone sling the iron shards at him, and slung a Fuhma shuriken at them, the large whirling blade controlled by a wire as it knocked the shards aside. Maren pulled it in close to build momentum, and then sent it flying towards the shadow clone, who was too busy spinning her fan to block or dodge the large chunk of sharp metal, or the fireball Maren sent along the wire, resulting in a lovely inferno. He then dropped the shuriken from the poof of spent chakra onto another wire, this one lined up with a nearly dead tree. The resulting explosion finished the job, sending splinters everywhere along the general area, infringing on the personal space of anyone who happened to be there. One motion of his hands later, and there were ten doppelgangers alongside him. He decided to play on the same grounds as Soratushi, and sent his copies ahead, single file, each just out of earshot of the other's footsteps, so each would seem to be alone, yet instantly alert the others if it was attacked. He decided to place himself 9th in the line, to guarantee that he'd be aware of any assault. They then proceeded to all move throughout the forest, looking for Soratushi. (Before you think you can detect them by their lack of shadow, realize that they are in a heavily shaded forest.)
Sarutoshi felt 2/3 of her shadow clones dissapear as the chakra that was infused with them, came rushing back like a pot to the head. She stood up showing her semi-tall and slender figure as her hair cascaded over her shoulders. She stepped forward noticing the wire's that had her shadow clones had seen.
She smiled to herself as she stood in the middle of ther field and opened her tessen fan. It was a blue fan that was stripped and tipped with burgandy edges, and spears at the end. She chuckled as she formed a couple handsigns in a quick pattern. The wind began to get restless as it began howling and blowing harder. "It's time to clear the air." Sarutoshi said as she looked at forest. Jumping into the air she caught a giant gust of wind in her fan as she let loose on the forest. "Wind Release: Wind Cutter Jutsu." She said as she slashed all around the forest clearing away trees in an instant,

Maren heard the rush of wind and snapping trees before it got to him and his clones, which gave him time for him to drop to the forest floor before the gust came through. As he stood up, he saw smoke wafting up from where the bombs that had been set off by the felled trees used to be, and took note of the ones that were still armed. Of course, destroying a good portion of a forest makes you quite visible, and Maren saw their teacher in front of him, sure that this was the real one. Even more assured by the fact she had to have only 1/5th of her chakra at most at this point, he had one of the three remaining clones run out to meet her by leaping into the air for an aerial strike with his twin swords, averting both weaknesses of the Clone Jutsu by making her focus on an aerial target(too high up to see the shadow) and the lack of any physical contact with anything. As it dropped from above, Maren prepped a shuriken-multiplying jutsu, tacking on a tracking jutsu as well, and aimed it at where Soratushi would be if she were to try and intercept the clone like her personality would make her do. After all, he was a genin on his own, she was a jonin, who didn't think they were clever enough to work cohesively as a unit AND had assumed her Shadow Clones would be enough to take out the team. If she DIDN'T fall for this bait, she'd be breaking character more than the English dub of almost ANY One Piece character.

'I didn't think we were supposed to meet up until we reached the city, but there's five of them right there. May as well join the party.' Joruri was observing the party from a safe distance trying to determine that they were in fact the new Akatsuki he was so bent on assisting. Walking up from the side and behind he calls out. "Hey guys! Fancy meeting you here! Joruri at your service. It's nice to finally meet all of you in person. Those silly projections hardly do you all justice. Your much more scary in person."
Staring at Joruri feigning hurt he turned to the new face. "You think I'm scary? well that's just not right I mean I'm in no way scary I'm just your everyday normal rogue ninja I mean sure there's the fact I have different colored eyes but that's about it really. I mean killing people is a hobby sure but scary? I think not sir." Walking up to the new guy he looked him over for a bit. "Hmm... hey Yuki-taa.... Kootta what do you make of him? I don't see anything special of this guy at all he just seems bleh to me if you get what I'm saying."
Pulling out another cigarette he lit and huffed a long drag from it and pointed it at Joruri. Takezo was thinking possible scenarios of how each member of the party would die. It kept going back to Yakurei. It seemed that man, who seemed to have the mind of a small child who's only word known is me, had a passion for trying to start pissing contests. He has managed to piss off three members in less than a half hour and was aiming to make yet another potential ally an enemy. The Akatsuki could never become powerful again with such a mentally incapable member in it's midst. He looked over to the newest member to join the group on the trail.
"He's a puppeteer Yakurie. The fact that he is with us states that he is the best at what he does." He said before Yakurei sped his pace up. Takezo sighed as he was beginning to gain a headache from all these young and ignorant ninjas. He didn't bother with the hood. After all it wasn't like they were actually trying to conceal themselves since the robes gave it away in the first place as well as the large group that they were in. "So tell me Joruri, how would you approach combating an enemy. Let's say an anbu." He asked the young puppeteer.
"He's a puppeteer, so like myself his battle methods are best kept as a surprise." Kootta decided to put in his two cents, "besides puppets are also for show. Asking in advanced seems like it'd ruin the show, Mumo, stop and think...does this strike you as an organization that'd waste a form projection jutsu on someone who hasn't even been initiated?" Kootta had grown tired of wasting time on stupid little things and stopped walking.
"Forget the Land of Honey we'll just hold the damn meeting right here since we have everyone." Fortunately, he didn't need to waste time on hand seal for his kekkei genkai since he'd spent virtually all his time mastering it. The relative parts he took the time to learn later, a massive dome of ice form around himself and the other members of Akatsuki. Sadly since he was doing his full trap on top of the rain barrier, he couldn't shorten the number of hand signs. That being said he still performed the seals for all four of the parts fast enough for conversation to continue normally, though it annoyed him. After all he could perform the seals for just the rain itself fast enough that most ninja wouldn't even notice his arms moved.
Of course a sharp eye chuunin or any Jounin could still catch the movements, maybe even read the seals. So to compensate, he had the sleeves of his uniform overly large to allow him to form seals inside the sleeves with ease. "Ninja Art: Threefold Rain Tiger Barrier Trap," he explained as a heavy rain began to fall on the outside of the ice dome. "I'm aware of anything that disrupts the fall of the rain and get an approximation of the strength of those it touches. Furthermore it'll trap those inside allowing for quick clean up. Naturally the more disruptions there are to the rain, the less accurate it is. But since we're in the middle of wide and flat nowhere, it should be fine." He didn't explain how it worked beyond that, there was no need for them to know that there was a visual, sound and touch genjutsu infused in each of the aspects of the rain: the pattern it fell,the sound of if touching down and the feel of water on the skin. The ice barrier was designed to even be sound proof and the dome itself interfered with the other two parts. With that precaution, everyone was safe from the effects of his barrier.

"If my attitude really bothers you guys as much as it does fine, I'll leave the attitude for the enemy I mean sure it's unbecoming of anyone to play with their food but such is life. Anyway maybe we could form Takezo and Kootta's plans together do a small scale assassination here and there and leave the harder stuff to Kootta's engineering." Stretching his back out he looked at the others waiting for a response and continued. "If all goes well we can cause small riots within surrounding villages too to keep their attention diverted as well, I mean a little chaos never hurts right?"

Senshiro looked towards the new face that had just joined the now ever growing group. She had heard him say something about them looking more scarier in person than in the projections they were so fond of using. "Really? I don't find myself to be scary." She said with a slight pause and grinned before continuing, " I don't understand everyone's reasoning for saying im evil." She laughed at this even more, shrugging her shoulders she continued walking. It wasn't too long before Yuuki decided to stop and hold the meeting where we were. Seeing as how all of the members had gathered along the path instead of meeting at the Land of Honey. However there were some questions that were running through her brain, as to why a person who still needed to be initiated into the group was going through no test. Finally she decided to speak up, "I have a question. Did Joruri even go through a test to join us or are you letting him in because of his superior puppet skills?" She asked and then noticed the ice dome beginning to form around them. "Wow, really surprising Yuuki-san. It's no wonder that your the leader of the group." She said giggling as she sat down and looked at the rest of the group.

The clones where a nice trick, she had to admit that. But there where some choices that she had to make.
1. Was the fact that she could allow herself to be hit and that would be the end of this excercise. However that wouldn't be letting them go to the best of their abilities.
2. Would be that she could counter the attack but then have to continue fighting which would be a bother for her seeing as how she was in need of a drink.
Soratushi huffed for a second and let out a sigh right after. Deciding quickly in her mind she allowed the attack to graze her as she dissapeared and reappeared infront of the three logs." This test is over. Maren has succesfully touched me so therefore I will recognize you as my genin. Now, from this point on you will be known as Squad 9." She said outloud, knowing that she allowed him to graze her so she could go get her drink. However she did have to admit to the fact that their teamwork was well executed even if Maren did do most of the work. "Now that that's over with, lets go out and celebrate the formation of your new squad." The jounin said with a smile as she looked at the three boys.

Kami was prepared for any attack. He was certain of the fact that each person would follow the plan to exact to the letter. Maren however had other ideas see as how he was taking Sensei head on. Which was pretty brave, he had to admit that to himself but then again there wasn't really anything that he could do about it. Knowing that he head to be ready for a signal from either one of them. Son however felt the anticipation of wanting to fight running through Kami's veins. But he knew he couldn't allow him to go all out here, so close to the village that Kurama and Naruto had protected. "Don't even think about it. Your not going out there." Son stated to Kami in a serious manner. Kami sighed and deactivated his byakugan as he saw Soratushi get hit by Maren's attack. "Well that was a waste of planning." He said as he walked towards the center where Sensei was and looked at Maren with a smile and held his hand up. "Nice job Yasutora." Kami stated with a grin.
Maren frowned at Soratushi.
"You let a CLONE hit you. I hardly believe that being hit by an illusion counts as a hit, so the test is still on. Ookami, Rinji, I think now is the best time to finish this." He took a fighting stance as he said so, his fighting spirit flaring up around him. He took two steps and flickered to behind Soratushi, his right hand flaring up as he balled it into a fist.
"MAKE US EARN IT!" He shouted, the flames licking around him burning brighter as he threw his punch towards their teacher's back. The punch didn't look like one that was going to be pleasant, but it was really only meant to direct her towards Rinji and Monkey Boy.

He took a fighting stance as he said so, his fighting spirit flaring up around him. He took two steps and flickered to behind Soratushi, his right hand flaring up as he balled it into a fist.
"MAKE US EARN IT!" He shouted, the flames licking around him burning brighter as he threw his punch towards their teacher's back. The punch didn't look like one that was going to be pleasant, but it was really only meant to direct her towards Rinji and Monkey Boy.

After Maren had sped off, Rinji got on the move as well. Though for him, it was much harder to traverse the wires Maren had set up. The going was very slow as the young ninja tried his best to get through them without moving at a snail’s pace. Thought it took some time, he finally saw an end to the wires.
“Finally!” He exclaimed softly under his breath. Though just as he reached the exit he heard the twang of a wire in the distance. “Oh, n-” He was cut of as a large area exploded, sending him tumbling forward. Out of the tree that he was in. He recovered several moments, and a few hundred feet, later.
I guess Maren wanted to draw here out. He thought, as he stood up and brushed himself off. Then he proceeded to follow the sounds of battle as quickly as he could. Though he made sure to keep as far back as he could without loosing them.
Suddenly Rinji go the feeling that someone was following him. He quickly checked behind him but found nothing. Must have been my imagination. He figured, though a few seconds later he heard the whistling of Kunai behind him. He dodged quickly, but didn’t realize until after they had impacted that they were explosive.
Yet again, Rinji was sent flying through the air by an explosion. Though luckily this time it was much smaller, so he recovered quickly. Sending himself into a controlled tumble by rebounding of the ground with his arm, he launched smoke bombs all around him and proceeded to speed as far away from the area as he could. It wasn’t his job to openly engage the enemy and he didn’t want to mess up the plan.
A few moments later from what he could tell he had lost his pursuer. Must have been a clone or something He guessed, considering the sounds of battle still raged nearby.
As stealthily as he could, he snuck up on the battle, and proceeded to watch it from afar. Though he didn’t have to wait long, as he saw one of Maren’s clones graze Sora.
Huh? Rinji squinted, confused. He wondered if it could be that easy. Though a voice came quickly from a clone that had appeared behind him. Both startling him and informing him that the test was over by saying the exact same thing its creator was. Though Rinji nearly fell out of the tree he was in, he got the gist of the information and made his way over to his new squad.
“Uhh, yeah, good job Maren.” Rinji said as he approached the others, mimicking Ookami’s congratulations to their successful squad mate. Even though Rinji was a bit disappointed that he really hadn’t had a chance to show off his skills.
Though Maren didn’t seem willing to accept his own success. Rinji was too caught off guard to react as the boy flickered behind their squad leader and launched a wicked looking attack. Rinji simply took a step back and stared in shock.

The only person who could have ever hoped to compare to me was my master, though I surpassed him years ago. I attack from the shadows. I am a master in stealth attacks I would have an enemy under my control well before they know I'm there." Noticing the barrier of ice forming around them Joruri looks around. "This is impressive. I've never seen a jutsu like this one. I can't wait to work with all of you. This is going to be great."

She noticed Maren's current attack that was aime at her back. No matter what the situation was, you never attacked her after she had declared that she lost because to her it was like a slap in the face and it seriously pissed her off. Moving almost instantly her fan slid open and stopped Yasutora's fist. She the flicked her wrist and launched a massive air gust that surrounded the fiery genin. "I said that the fight was over correct?" She said as she kept her eyes fixed on the other two genin, waiting for either one of them to slip up.

Kami stared at Maren as he launched his attack. "Ok this was crazy, if sensei had declared that she lost, why was Maren so quick to jump on the attack and go straight for her. It just didn't make any sense." Kami thought to himself as he noticed the gust of air that began to surround Maren. "Son, what do you think about Maren's chakra level? Would you have any fun if we fought him?" Kami thought to son as he chuckled.
Son grinned and let out a laugh "his speed seems incredible along with his power. Who knows I would probably let you use two tails just to see how much control you have." Kami laughed with a bit of uncertainty in his voice, "Don't you think that would be a bit much even just for a test?"
Son sighed," If there's anything I taught you it's to not underestimate your opponents now just watch."
Maren grinned as she intercepted his punch, and the flames surrounding him transferred to her fan, not going out and burning beyond all repair. as she launched the gust of wind, he flickered again and reappeared behind her, tagging her after extinguishing himself, leaving the fan melted and broken.

As he finished speaking, his legs gave way and he fell, having spent almost all of his chakra on his Kekkei Genkai. As his knees hit the ground, he laughed, almost mocking her laziness costing her the fan, and blacked out before he hit the ground, letting the sweet bliss of sleep take over.

Takezo was actually unimpressed by Koota's jutsu. After all, he used it when everyone was willing instead of in the heat of battle. That rain was dangerous when within range. The rest of the Akatsuki were mindlessly commenting on the jutsu though he just wanted to get down to business. "Now it is about time to begin this long expected meeting of ours. The first thing that is needed to be discussed is our plan and the location of our base." He declared to the group with the intention that all would follow up.
"As for the base we need the territory to border multiple countries so that we can travel at a faster rate. I suggest either Kusagakure or Amegakure or perhaps even both in order to throw off any who my find our existence to be dangerous. Once there we will begin by taking over the city through manipulating it's politicians." He told everyone waiting for a response.

none the less it works and by a challenge I meant it as... nevermind I'm bad with words I can't even think of how to say it but anyway it seems that there's no one else posting on the Konoha side and my character is off in his own little world (as how he would act in this situation) so I'm waiting for either Konoha kids to post to read what they're doing or for the other Akatsuki members to finish the meeting so we can advance the story some more

First of all Shugo, I don't see why you even included me in that comment when I haven't commented on your character.
Second, despite knowing me for two years; it would appear you truly don't know me. I enjoy a challenge, but a challenge requires someone to at least be a peer in an event. Usually, people who get uppity and such are not a peer. It's usually just an idiot talking out of their ass, which does annoy me. As for overbearingly cocky, aka arrogant, no one likes arrogant people.

Roku after hanging out with you and Neko for about 2 years I've found both of you have a flaw when it comes to people, you can't stand either a challenge or someone who's overbearingly cocky. That said I decided to make a character who plays off that difference for more roleplay action, why this works? Simple. Most of your characters are either calm and collected or the exact other side of the spectrum. That being as you two decided on your professional side I made a character to both ease tension and cause enjoyable moments for the roleplay.... Anyway as to why I posted this was to tell as to why I'm like this in the OOC as well, the basic fact that me talking as such would rouse you to post as well as become more involved yet again. Psychology isn't it fun?

Well, I'm sort of waiting either an opening that Rinji can see or for Maren to call for help to post as Rinji. Right now it would just be a whole lot of reactionary text, without much or any actually driving action. I rather just sum all that reaction when the post will contribute to the action, rather than just giving an "status update" post. Take all the time you need also, I have the patience of a dead garden hose. Also, kinda want to let some other people gets some posts in to balance it out.
As far as Sewo goes, I was thinking of using him as more of an "arc starter", like he shows up at one of the villages to have a personal sitdown with their perspective Kage. Especially since from what I can tell he's the only one that's actually a part of the Hidden mist at the moment. Which I'm also fine with.
