Fame: Legendary. There's a reason one of the many titles given to her is "The Seamstress of Death". She was said to have met with the shinigami himself when she was young, and, after being so challenged, had woven for him a robe that would not tear under his grasp, no matter how he tried. Satisfied, the shimigami gave her a needle that would pierce the strongest barrier and destroy the bravest man. This is all just a legend, of course, but that doesn't mean Rin has to correct everyone who says it's true! The fact that her battle prowess is said to have matched all the previous Kazekage's together doesn't hurt the legends either.

Personality: Kind and caring, until you're her enemy, and won't hesitate to help those in need, even if they are her opponent, if they share a common goal(Or if they are from her village). She is very ditzy, and has very little strength in her ability to hold a grudge. However, in battle, she becomes fearless, quick, concentrated, and lethal. She can be very outspoken at times, but will, if she feels that silence is best, close herself off from the world.

History: Rin was born under a full moon, when her mother was ritualistically slain by an unknown cult trying to implant an artificial biju(No-tailed Moth, for information's sake) they had created inside Rin. This backfired, as not only did the biju not take, she absorbed all of the chakra it had and made it her own, destroying their years of work. Not knowing she had it's latent chakra, they left her with Sunagakure, thinking her useless to their cause. She was raised by her father and his new wife, who taught her how to manipulate chakra and use jutsu before she even went to the Academy, letting her pass through with flying colors. The Kazekage took notice of her when she became a Chunin during the exams, because of her ability inherited from her mother and amplified by the Moth: the ability to make fabrics of any kind as hard as steel and move under her command as long as she was touching them by wrapping her chakra around the cloth. After only a few years of the Kage's grooming, her skill and his interest brought her to be a Jonin, and then an Anbu. She only recently became Kazekage when the old one died of old age, and passed the title onto her.

Skills and Abilities
Kekkei Genkai: Nunokou, Cloth-Steel
Description: Her chakra covers the fabric that she touches, and she then manipulates it by moving the chakra. This gives the cloth the durability of hardened steel, and it moves as fast as she can think it.
Techniques: Nunokou(of course), Jixyoushouno yaa no jutsu(Art of the rising mountain, a pillar of rock shooting straight up into the air), Kurobari no jutsu(Art of the black Needle, it shoots a swarm of poisonous needles), and Namino Karasshu no jutsu(Art of Crashing waves, causing suitons to move towards the opponent). These are not her only Jutsu, just the ones she uses when she feels she needs to go easy on someone. For those who she finds worthy/have sufficiently pissed her off, she uses the Thread Burst, which sends every inch of thread she has on her at the opponent. In perspective: over 10,000 garrote wires that have sharpened tips are now flying in her opponent's general direction. As Rin likes to quote once she's used it, "F*ck that general area." Due to the obviously extreme amount of chakra she needs for it, though, she only tends to do this once per day, really risking it if she goes twice, and then she needs a day to recover.
Other Important Battle Notes: Rin possesses the strength that most jinchuriki have, and, due to her status as a Sensor(alongside the Moth's inherent gift), can tell when someone is about to use their chakra, though even the large amounts of training she's done fail to let her know more than the fact that someone either is or isn't about to use jutsu, and where the biggest concentration of it will be. Also of note is the fact that Rin has apparently endless amounts of thread hidden all over her body. Disarming her would mean stripping her bare, and even then, all she needs is a sash to become Miss Lethal again.
