Physical Description: Seiji possesses the Hyuga clan's trademark blank eyes and dark hair. His body is muscled but lean. He's not overly bulky but his hands are rather large. He greatly resembles his Great Great Uncle Neji Hyuga who died in the Fourth Shinobi War. His hands and feet are always wrapped in bandages that hide training weights. He tries to hide them. So far, he's doing pretty good concealing them in his shoes and wraps. He only ever takes them off in extreme situations, like when he needs to run away, or if he needs to move faster in a fight. His hair was recently cut, to differentiate himself from his parents, but it's still long enough to be tied back and put in a ponytail.
Personality: Seiji is very hot-blooded and competitive. He's always challenging his father to duels and losing them getting angry and sulking every time he loses. He wants to be recognized for his own talents, not his parent's achievements. He's been living in their shadow since he was a small boy. His hot-headedness only comes out when the words "battle" or "contest" or "competition" are mentioned. At that point, he will pull a Rock Lee and become very fired up and excited, not focusing on anything else. Despite his overly competitive personality, Seiji is very kind and easy to get along with. He smiles often and is very easy to talk to, often going out of his way to help others in need and giving his aid whenever he's asked for sometimes even despite people wanting/needing/asking for his help.
Family: Seiji is an only child, his mom and dad are above Spoken Of, but definitely below Flee on Sight status. His parents names are Soushiro and Tsukiko Hyuga.

Goal: Kage. Being born from such good ninja parents, Seiji was never really noticed. If he succeeded, then it was fine, he was just like his exceptional parents. If he failed, it was to be expected, you can't compare him to his parents. So Seiji wants to be the best Kage ever, that way he'll carve himself a new legend so that everyone will stop comparing him to his parents.
History: Seiji was born to the main house of the Hyuga to Tsukiko and Soushiro Hyuga. They are a pair of outstanding ninja who are currently retired from service. They are still very strong fighters, and love to train and practice with Seiji and his cousins. However, as stated previously, they are no longer on active duty. Unless the Hokage calls for them specifically, they stay content with their job as the trainers of the next generation of Hyugas, including Seiji and focus on being good parents. Seiji loves his parents. He loves them more than he loves anything else. However, their shadow is far too big for any boy to grow up in and not be jealous and nervous. This caused him to develop his excessively competitive personality and an incompetence complex. Even though his parents love him and are proud of him, he still feels that nothing is good enough for them and he trains harder than any of the children in his age group to surpass them. Even going so far as to practice "secretly" when his parents forced him to stop due to his injuries and over-tiredness. On the day he graduated the ninja academy, Seiji asked his father to duel with him one last time, as a ninja, without holding anything back. Soushiro did exactly as his son asked him and thrashed him mercilessly. When they were finally done, Soushiro had only taken one hit, however, Seiji had forced him to fight as hard as he could and Seiji counted it as his own victory despite having lost soundly. Two days later, his wounds finally healed, he was assigned to his squad by the academy and has resumed his training.

Chakra Level: Experienced. He has a sizable amount of chakra for a child, especially one who has just graduated from the Academy.
Chakra Control: Between Bad and Decent. His control is not as good as other Hyugas, more often than not he uses too much chakra when preforming the Gentle Fist. This is actually a blessing in disguise, making his basic attacks slightly more destructive than usual, however, it does limit the amount of sealing techniques he can preform.
Hand Seal Knowledge: Basic <-> Experienced. In short, straight out of the academy. He's not particularly proficient, however he isn't awful. Just what you'd expect from an Academy graduate.
Speed Level: Basic <-> Experienced. He's not slow by any means, but he isn't exceptionally fast either. He's just fast enough that he can get to where he needs to when he needs to. His speed increases proportionately when he takes off his weights, but nothing crazy yet. He is by no means capable of extended rapid speed combat, although the body flicker technique can be used for short periods.
Skills and Abilities:
Advanced Taijutsu, Seiji is a prodigy through his own talent and exceptionally hard work. He mastered the Gentle fist at a very young age, more precisely at the age of 9, and has only improved his techniques ever since. He has a good deal of chakra for his age, though not as much as Naruto did at the same age. To be fair, Naruto was a jinchuuriki, supplementing his own large chakra levels with the chakra of a bijuu. Regardless, Seiji needs that extra chakra because his chakra control isn't very good. While this makes his gentle fist particularly destructive, it makes his other techniques wasteful.
Basic <-> Experienced Ninjustsu. Seiji is competent with Ninjutsu and has a large chakra base. However, his control isn't perfect by any means, and he uses up chakra at an accelerated rate.
Basic Genjutsu. All he knows is how to release himself, he can recognize genjutsu very well due to the chakra patterns of illusions vs. real people, however, he knows no genjutsu and doesn't plan on using it.
