Madara WON!?!
History
The Moon's eye plan was somewhat of a success. The 10 tails was to strong for Madara to control, but he managed to break the chakra apart again, becoming host to the previous 9 beasts. The Moon's eye justu is used once every now and then to crush armies that gather against the Uchiha rule, but otherwise, Madara, who is practically a god figure, does not make his appearance.
Sasuke's descendant, Nekodori, is the emperor of the Uchiha, who number around 100, and the 60,000 ninja who serve the Uchiha. The world is a fairly dismal place, where everyone is afraid of the totalitarian Uchiha government. The country is Uchiha, the rulers are Uchiha, and the fear is the Uchiha name.
But there is still resistance. Kabuto has the dead walking, either by Impure World Resurrection or Corpse Soil Technique, Itachi is dead and walking on his own, but it is unknown what he has been doing, and then there's the minor resistances cells who have been labeled as terrorist organizations.

When you were young, you were walking down an abandoned street at night, trying to get home as fast as possible. You served in the Uchiha army, as a great ninja trainee. Your studies were going well, and people were expecting great things of you. An gigantic man suddenly appears in front of you. He was wearing nothing but pants. Both the pants and his shoulder length brown hair are caked with blood. His mad hate-filled eyes stare at you, and you feel your worthlessness, your weakness, and the secret hate you bare at the state of the world. The black night prevents you from seeing his features clearly, but the black night is suddenly gone, and you are in a strange place, the world is flat, and as far as the eye can see, there are not landmarks, or buildings, or trees, or anything. What is going on you wonder. And then u realize something that makes your skin crawl. This flat worlds is littered with scattered corpses.
Now you see a pair of gigantic sharingan eyes staring at you from the coal black sky above you. A deep distorted voice speaks from everywhere around you, so loud it is almost deafening "I sense your hate that you bear, the distaste for this enthralled world and your desire for change. I could change that youngling. I would help you make the world yours, if you would agree to follow me to death, or until I rid the world of the plague that is Madara. Will you do so?"
"Yes." you hear your own voice answer, to your own surprise, and suddenly you realize that you meant that single word, more than any other of your life.
The voice is pleased, and says "Very good! Know me as Q, and know your brothers as The Unchained. Go about your life as you please for now. I will call on you when you are next needed!" and with that you feel the heat of glowing metal in the inside of your foreheads bone. A kind old man shakes you and asks you why you are screaming. You apologize for disturbing him and run home as fast as your legs can carry you.

Jutsu, abilities, special items, and chakra levels: message me or ooc if u want particular things, other-wise u get what Q gives you. Q will train you from the begining to the end of the story, so that you become an S-rank ninja. You start as an academy student, so you will be weak at the start (i mean weak-weak, u can be a genius, but that won't mean you will be a power-house, your strenght is just above a non-ninja soldier)
Author's character: My character will be Q, but i hope to kill him at some point of the story. He won't be a character proper, since i just plan to use him to control the story.
Dark/light alingment: guess what, you can be evil, or good, but your still part of The Unchained all the same. Evil or good, Q will not approve of unrest among the ranks. I'm just telling you now, because Q may decide to kill you.
You do not hear anything from Q, but the story goes on......whats up with that? i do not know what's going on in the story!!! - it may be that you are a late joiner, if so, don't fret, u dont have to read everything from 10,000 years ago (exageration) to know whats going on. We will make your character fit, i'll tell you what is common knowledge, such as who is dead, who is hunted by the government, and all that, and the details, well, if your character wasn't there, so he wouldn't know them anyway.
Again, the way the story is being made is to prevent god-modding, and to keep the story-line clear and focused. I have the whole RP story down on paper. There is no defined ending, so that you can make your own ending, but essentially the antagonists have been picked out, and for now, you will fight them. maybe afterward we will go one with the good guys and bad guys that are part of The Unchained fighting over power.

The land has known little peace. The people don't get any liberties, and if they try to get some, they are swiftly dealt with. Ninja rebellions appear all the time, but are quickly put down under the gaze of the moon. The dead walk and kill the living under the command of Yamata, the snake demon, formerly known as Kabuto. Many have suffered under the hand of the Uchiha, even those that are Uchiha.
It is time to take back the world, to slay those who have wronged the world and sate our thirst for vengence.
This is The Path of the Avenger.

He has gathered his disciples. In the night, while they were sleeping, he stole them in their bed. They would wake up soon, in the chambers down the hall. They would emerge from the stony hall into the main chamber, where he awaited them. Around the edges of the chamber were ditches from which light filled the room. The heart of the earth kept this place, deep under its skin, warm, and well lit.
There he sat, on a gigantic black hand, waiting for the young ones to wake up. The red glow, and the eager sharingan eyes would make an impressive welcome.

The young ninjas would wake up, in their rooms, with only the bed they sleep on as a familiar object. The rooms would have a scroll shelf, and a small red pit from which light and warmth flowed in. When they would exit the hall, they would meet their fellow Unchained. When they would enter the main hall they would see Q sitting on a giant black skeletal hand, as if it were a throne. *Hyuuga Seiteki awoke in his own bed, but not in his own room. He scanned the modest room of stone and a scroll shelf as he got out of bed already fully dressed as he always slept. Seiteki left the room to find himself in a stone hallway full of other small rooms with young ninja in each. He noticed most from the ninja academy in passing not by name, but they were still asleep and Seiteki didn't yet no enough of the circumstances to awake them. The young ninja noticed at the end of the hallway was a large stone archway shrouded in darkness.*
"Byakugan", he whispered as veins popped around his face and his eye allowing Seiteki to see through the archway a large stone chamber and a giant black hand in the center with a man sitting in it's palm. Keeping the Byakugan activated out of caution, he slowly entered the archway and stood before the man. He saw that the man had Sharingan eyes, but didn't recoginze him as any Uchiha official. Then Hyuuga had a thought of why all these young ninja were here, and why he had been taken at night.
He released his Byakugan and said, "So is it finally time, Q?"

Story:
Kai found himself awake, laying on the same tattered mat he had fell asleep on in the street. But, he knew he was not on the street, it was far too quite. The silence seemed thick, like a living thing that dwelt in this place. Kai was not alarmed at this, for he was used to not knowing where he was. He made a clicking sound with his tongue and found that the walls were made of wet stone, yet he also found a door, made of a different material, he could tell from the sound. Kai shuffled his way to the door and pushed it open.
When he stepped outside, he could feel the silence around him. It seemed to loom everywhere for ever. He decided that simple echo location wouldn't be enough. He gathered his chakra and produced a small bell from his tattered robe. Then, with his fingers filled with chakra, he whispered the words. "Echo Location Jutsu" With that, he flicked the bell. The bell made a sharp ping that seemed to echo throughout where he was. His milky white eyes sat unblinking, waiting what his jutsu would show him.

As the blind man felt the chakra filled sound wave coming back and into his ear he realized he was in some sort of hallway. This meant that he was in an actual building, as opposed to a street or a rundown house. He also realized he was not alone. At the end of the hallway, there were two others. Reika Haruno
Reika rolled over and land on a cold stone floor, "Ow! what the...", she said looking around the room, "Where am I?", she asked in the dark room, "This isn't my room or my house for that matter, and... Mama!", she cried out and started to frantically search around the room. There were no signs of her mother or how she got to where she was; she felt lost and alone she had never been to far form her mother in her life and now she had been taken against her will somewhere she had never been before. Unfortunately for her she was still in her Pj's, but found her clothes neatly folded in a corner of the room. "Okay I am officially creeped out now only was I kidnapped in my sleep but someone went rummaging through my dresser", she said.
After she finished dressing she was surprised to find the door to the room she was in unlocked, "Well whoever they are they're not very good at kidnapping people cause typically you wouldn't want your victim to get out", she thought but then she realized she was in a building with many other rooms. She noticed at the end of the long hallway the room she was in was attached to that there was a stone archway. For some reason she felt drawn to it, everything in her gut told her not to go to the arch, but she almost felt as though her feet weren't listening to her; bringing her closer despite what her mind was thinking. When she got to where she was about to step through, her heart was racing and she stepped into the dark room "Hhhhello...", she squeaked out.

Reika rolled over and land on a cold stone floor, "Ow! what the...", she said looking around the room, "Where am I?", she asked in the dark room, "This isn't my room or my house for that matter, and... Mama!", she cried out and started to frantically search around the room. There were no signs of her mother or how she got to where she was; she felt lost and alone she had never been to far form her mother in her life and now she had been taken against her will somewhere she had never been before. Unfortunately for her she was still in her Pj's, but found her clothes neatly folded in a corner of the room. "Okay I am officially creeped out now only was I kidnapped in my sleep but someone went rummaging through my dresser", she said.
After she finished dressing she was surprised to find the door to the room she was in unlocked, "Well whoever they are they're not very good at kidnapping people cause typically you wouldn't want your victim to get out", she thought but then she realized she was in a building with many other rooms. She noticed at the end of the long hallway the room she was in was attached to that there was a stone archway. For some reason she felt drawn to it, everything in her gut told her not to go to the arch, but she almost felt as though her feet weren't listening to her; bringing her closer despite what her mind was thinking. When she got to where she was about to step through, her heart was racing and she stepped into the dark room "Hhhhello...", she squeaked out.

Chapter: 1
Character: Hichuro Kai
Kai went over what he heard in his head. "Well, that doesn't sound good." What was that he heard? Was it oil? He wasn't sure, liquid was always hard for him to identify. Then there were also the other people in this place. At the end, two children about his age he would guess from the height. And one man, a tall man. What would be in store for him? He seemed to be at the brink of the entrance to where they were. Kai guessed he might as well go have a hear for himself. He was about to walk forward, but he heard a voice behind him. "Hhhhello..." It was the voice of a young girl. He could hear the fear in her voice, fear of the unknown. Kai now linked it together that it must be pitch dark in here, allowing normal people to simply see outlines and faded shapes. Kai found himself laughing. "Hahahahaha! In the light, the seeing prosper, while the blind remain ignorant. But when the lights go out, the seeing are filled with fear and uncertainty, while the blind prosper." Kai said out loud to no one in particular. The girl was about 7 feet behind him. He didn't want to fully guide her through, but he also didn't want to leave her scared in the dark. Mainly, it was the scent he hated. The scent of fear. Kai knew it well and he hated its foul odor. So he decided to help the girl, so maybe she could stop stinking.
He inclined his head so his voice would be favoring her. "You don't need to be afraid. It's a straight hallway, just keep walking forward. I believe all of our questions will be answered at the end of this hall." He began to walk away from her. He suddenly heard his footsteps stop. He seemed to be conflicted about something. He then turned his head again towards and spoke. "I'm Kai, by the way." He then turned back and headed straight down the hall.
He felt the pressure of the hall expand greatly, and the temperature seemed to have increase. Dramatically in fact, it was very warm in this room, uncomfortably so. He felt his dirty, lice ridden rags sticking to his flesh. Despite all this, Kai welcomed it. It had been about 2 months since he had been warm last. The increase in temperature also meant that this place was lit. He felt the presence of the others in the room. His bell still ringing in his hand, he could see everything. The two currently in the room ahead of him were both boys. They did not smell afraid, more cautious. One more than the other. He then turned his ear to the man on what seemed to be a giant skeletal hand. But, to the boys, it seemed his milky white eyes were staring at them. He saw what this man fully looked like and did nit know him. Then he took a whiff of the air. Kai froze, he recognized the smell. Dried blood, caked mud, and unending hate. He was like a black hole, sucking in all other emotions and compressing them into hate. This was the man who had contacted him. Kai had been waiting for so long, he thought it was a dream.....but it was real. Tears started to form in his corneas, he was so happy. Finally, Q had come. He wiped away the forming tears before they fell. He walked closer to his savior and sat down in front of him. He sat in a way that seemed like meditation. He simply sat there in silence and waited for Q to speak.

Junko awoke somewhere she had never been before, she stayed silent and looked around the room always cautious, she opened the door and stepped out into the hallway. She pulled a kunai from her belt she was sure there had to be a trap somewhere, she kept out a suspicious eye for anything that looked shady. When she made it to the stone archway she was sure there had to be a trap there at least, no one kidnaps someone and then just lets the wander around. Using her fire ball jutsu she lit up the doorway, she was surprised to find no traps at all. "Curious", she said and walked through
As she plowed through the room she almost ran into a girl slowly creeping through the room, looking the girl up and down she sighed, "Come on don't stand there like a frightened child, move you have to get there eventually", she said as she moved ahead of her. When she finally made it to the man in the room, she stopped and looked him straight in the eyes, she knew who ever he was, clan name was Uchiha. "Listen tell me why I'm here, who ever you are I can tell you I'm no use to you and what ever stupid plan you have cooked up. I am not capable of using the Sharingan so I'm useless", she said in a spiteful tone of voice. She doubted whoever he was, was ninja of Madara, cause that crooked old man would never give someone as much power as this man had. Madara liked to keep everyone under his thumb, and would not let one man be in charge of a mission as big as kidnapping multiple you teens around the land; no Madara would only do something like that himself.

Character: Q
He looked them over. He wondered if this was such a good idea. He needed fresh young minds to pass his nindo to, but some he wasn't sure about. The young girl seemed to be frightened, and the Hyuuga boy looked eager, but cocky. The blind one seemed to have a good state of mind, but Q wondered if he should look for something to give him eye sight. Maybe a new pair of eyes? Then there was the little Uchiha girl, who was doubting herself all the time
In fact, the only person he didn't yet have an opinion about was the young blue eyes one.
"Welcome young ones." he said in an almost monotone booming voice. He did not care much for their names, but for camaraderie's sake alone he though he should give his disciples a chance to make themselves acknowledged. He ignored the cocky friendliness of the Hyuuga. He slowly got out of his seat, and began walking towards the kids. "I have introduced myself to you already, but I'm afraid that chance was not offered to you before. Allow me to do so now. Give us the name you wish to be called by, your dreams, your skills, or what ever you would like to share."
While doing so, he cast a genjutsu on the Uchiha girl. Nothing special, he just did it so he could communicate with her alone. "Why, you don't remember me? (check intro) I don't care for you much, if you wish to leave, i will let you, no catch. But if you wish to stay, train, and become stronger than your dreams ever allowed you to be, then stay. I can make you a ninja worthy of legends, sharingan or no sharingan."
Side Note: first, i will be making notes on my posts frequently, i know that is annoying, but it helps

second - i think i will give people about two days to post, that way everyone from college kids to people who work two jobs can have time to post

Character: Takeshi Nakamura
Takeshi looks around as the others enter the room. How many of us did he kidnap? And why are they calling him Q, do they know him? It finally hits Takeshi Q... that guy that spoke to me, So its finally time? Takeshi steps forward. "My name is Takeshi Nakamura, My dream is to bring down the Uchiha Empire so that no one else is forced to live without a family. So no one else has to feel alone in the world, so no one has to feel the despair i felt. My ninja skills are still weak but im going to get stronger that much i promise." He takes a step back not lowering his gaze as he looks at Q with the utmost respect.

Reika had remembered this guy from a dreams she had considered a nightmare, she had remembered, "Why have you brought us here?", asked Reika, after he explained his actions Reika nodded. "I just want to know if my mother is alright but after that I'm all for overthrowing the Uchiha", said Reika as she looked over at the Uchiha girl that had spoke rather harshly to her earlier. She must be one of the Uchiha who were treated wrongly by her own clan, it's sad really she thought to herself. Sometime Madara was even crueler to his own family than he was to the other. If the girl didn't have sharingan as she said she did, then it's possible that she has been wronged as well and that was why she was here with the others.
When Takeshi stands proudly and before Q and declares his allegiance to him she is surprised and impressed by his bravery, "I will help as well", she said with a smile over at Takeshi.

Then, all of a sudden, she opens her eyes to find herself in her bed, but in an unfamiliar room. Yawning, she gets out of bed, grabs the kunai that she keeps under her pillow, and walks out into the hallway. Sandra hears voices, and casually walks to the source. In a room were children around her age, and a very familiar man. She freezes, unsure of what to do.

Seiteki released his Byakugan and stood by the others as he spoke, "My name Hyuuga Seiteki, but everyone calls me Sei for short... I'm not saying I'm the last of the Hyuuga clan, but I'm the only one I know of left alive. I wish to bring down the Uchiha Empire and restore the Hyuuga clan to it's former glory. My skills are the Byakugan, Eight Trigrams Palms: Revolving Heaven, Shadow Clone Jutsu, Escape and Substiution Jutsu. I've lived in the former Land of Lightning and have been working on ways to use my lightning elemental chakra with my Byakugan, but I'm still in the trial phases.... I hope I can be of use to the cause."

Or specifical techniques. If u want specifics then maybe you'd like to think genin level things. I'll make this simple you can have 3 points. a C rank jutsu will cost you 1 point, B rank 2, A rank 3, S rank 10 (i know the jump is huge, and that you can't get S rank just yet, but im trying to work out a system that works, expect completion by/on saturday). I will be ranking your self created jutsu
when you create a jutsu plz include all effects, size, duration and other attributes, as well as casting speed and chakra drain/negative effects on yourself. If its a mode include time and limitations (a mode jutsu (if u play the naruto video games) would be something like sharingan or 8 gates (in games they are called just that, but here i would like you to go through opening each one))
i know Q is my character, and his post was short, but he is your guide only, so he doesn't got through each and all phases you will go through.
i might also add a stats chart for you to add to your character skeleton. - again, this will be a slow rp

"If I had been in on of the higher ranked families they probably would have taught me as a child", she flopped back on her bed. She was feeling home sick, and the others well they were the others she didn't trust them. "No I have to do this I must, so my family can redeem themselves", she said and then went back to practicing the hand signals.

Sandra stares at her black shadow that was stretched out 5 inches in front of her. The black line was slowly moving, but it was by centimeters, maybe even less. This jutsu took a lot of concentration, and she got distracted very easily. The shadow wavers, and that was because Sandra took her eyes off of it for a second because she looked over at her bed. She was tired, but she wanted, no, she needed, to get this jutsu down. Her eyes snap back to her shadow, and it straightens out.
Tired of standing, Sandra crouches down and continues doing the Rat hand sign, putting all of her focus into this one jutsu.

He walks to get the shuriken and yanks it out of the wall and packs it up. He walks out, disheartened he walks out into one of the many corridors. "I wonder if anyone is having any better luck."

Q was pleased at how his students were progressing. He had made sure they knew the basic techniques [plz add: Bushin (clone), Kawarimi (body replacement) and henge (transformation) jutsus (techniques) to your char sheet (rope escape ill consider a given)].
He taught them all taijutsu, as it is what youngsters should know. Sparing with all of them at once, it was easy for his Sharingan to keep track of five opponents. Takeshi was speedy, and Sei's byakugan went head to toed with Q's Sharingan, but Q's body never seemed to tired, Q knew why, but he wondered if his students noticed anything strange.
He wished he could have trained them this way for ninjutsu and genjutsu as well, but alas, they did not have the same skills. All he could do in this manner was teach them basic chakra control techniques such as walking on water and walking on vertical surfaces
(this part i will post you character names, just so you know who is getting trained, and maybe how and why. This is the half completed stage of the training year. Here you cannot interact with other characters, these events happen at varied times in the one year training period.)
Junko
The Uchiha girl seemed helpless, so decided to give her a hand. When she was returning from the training room she'd been assigned to, and was walking down the hall of the dormitory area, he sensed her. When she came in, he attacked her. He slammed her head on the wall several, then he threw her down the hall. Junko's head was badly hurt, but cranium remains intact. (Aloha, you may continue from here)
Takeshi
In the hopes of improving Takeshi's throwing skills, Q teaches him the Shadow Shuriken Technique. Q thoughfully ponders his students situation, and decides that teaching him a different skill at the same time as the Shuriken Manipulation Techinique might help all the information settle in his mind. Q chose the Summoning technique, as it was easy to learn, and usefull in battle.
[i'll choose your animal, but you freemixer will answer questions to determine which animal you have an affinity for (you will be answering as Takashi of course) (with out contracts you get reversed summoned when you do the summoning jutsu)
these questions are:
-If it meant getting stronger, and closer to your goal, would you kill one of your friends?
-Out of fire, wind, water and earth, which element do you prefer?
-You are in a fight, and you are loosing, badly injured and low on chakra, do you use up all your strength at once, in a killer blow in hopes that once he's dead you will be safe or use part of your chakra to distract him, then run away or try to come up with a plan to efficiently use your chakra, and hope to Jashin it works the way you planned?
-What do you consider more important, skill or power?
-What is your favorite animal? ] (freemixer you may continue from here)
Sandra
You work hard, and with the aid of some ancient Nara scrolls you learn the Shadow Imitation Technique (B-rank, hidden). Q however would like you to practice taijutsu more. (BeCkkisoli, you may continue from here)
Sei
Q learned your chakra was of the Lightning nature, so he considered what jutsu to teach you. "Maybe the Chidori?" Q says outloud to himself. The Hyuuga boy did have the Byakugan, making Chidori a good jutsu to teach him. Q trains Sei heavily in taijutsu, pushing the boy to the limit. Q did not know the Gentle fist well, and nothing could replace the Byakugan's precision at finding chakra points, so he taught him the Taijutsu style that he was familiar with, Strong Fist (create a section in your character sheet, under justu, but not under rank, titled Taijutsu style and add hard fist). Sei succesfully learns Chidori.
Reika
He had Reika practice her healing skills on hundreds of fatally wounded animals. If she was to heal, she had to be ready to heal at an insane rate, a war would cost less with fewer dead. Just a side note... Since the one year training has passed everyone should increase their age on their character bio's by one year. Also, make sure your jutsu list are up to date. Just trying to help keep the bios up to date. So everybody knows everybody's characters.

as to your post, u cant pass out from tunnel vision
most people dont know what it is, so i'll explain it (the japanese would cuz they've got more fighting spirit, haha)
tunnel vision is when you only focus on what's in front of you, and are oblivious, or ignorant, to any other direction, like in a tunnel, hence the name tunnel vision
according to the forth hokage, the problem with chidori, it that with out some sort of doujutsu (he used obito's sharingan as an example, which reads all the details it sees automatically), you risk being attacked from the side, when you charge in
in your case, the byakugan has a 359 59'59" field of vision, so it work out
if say takeshi tried using it, he would die if attacked from the side

Yes it's my brother :: rolls eyes :: but we're not twins, he calls me his twin sister cause we're so much alike, he's actually my baby brother. LOL He hates it when I call him that, yeah he changed his mind about joining. I told him he's gonna start confusing people referring to me like that. I'm sorry I'm not being as regular posting as much as I'd like to. I don't have my own internet and the signal I'm using is my local pubic libraries and it's not always reliable.

the eye muscles control the chakra flow in the eyes (mention on how to control chakra isn't really mentioned in the manga/anime/movies, i just said the muscle thing because thats how you move chi in tai chi, but kakashi did mention that the sharingan has more chakra points that a normal eye
right, now im gona be a stickler if tomorow the others dont post (or talk to me about their jutsu), which, ima send them a message

All of our characters start off as 10-12, but there is a time skip to when they are 18. Thats why the description is supposed to be there 18 year old self. So go ahead and make your character.

Umm I wanna be an adult character. like one of the Guys who helped all these Kids evacuate to a safe area or the underground or where ever you want. and also my character will work if you accept my twin sisters Character. Kimiko simpie is my twin sis. I wanted my character to be like a father figure to her character.
