Personality: Atsuko is everything a Uchiha shouldn't be. Energetic, clumsy, emotional...competitive..very Uzamaki-y. A very strange girl she is told to be, as she was always late [because of the good deeds she does] and was always tripping around on flat ground. Though this may be all an act however [or so people believe] because she is ranked anbu, and must be skilled in some way. And this is true, for she is very serious/skilled at times and her clumsy, uzamaki self disappears, replacing it with uchiha traits.
Serious, cold, stern. This phase change usually happens when she slips on her Kitsune Anbu mask and is sent out on an important mission. Being an anbu is serious business and she knows that, which is another reason why she changes personalities. For the sake of the mission, her village and her family, she would remained unfazed by torture, killing and blood. But when her missions done and she is finish, Atsuko returns to her childish self. Guilt overrides her heart, yet she holds it back with a mask. Her usual kind smile. Or a cheeky grin. And this is for her loved ones, like her younger brother Raiden.
Atsuko acts so clingy around him, and especially childish. People see this and always joke about it "whose the oldest again?" Of course, no one knows if this is done on purpose, acting all childish and such. For this is was a developed persona, but its still true. After her parents were killed, she developed this childish and carefree personality around her little brother at first, because she wanted him to feel happy and not sad about their parents death. It was strained but she got used to it as she grew older, because she knew the responsibilities she would go through. All she cared for was her familes protection as well as her loved ones. History:
Atsuko as a child was more of a calm and eased child that was still childish, but more lazy acting then anything else, though she did enjoy the attention and joy of her parents. But she nevered really knew what responsibility felt like, until at the age of 5, her mother gave another baby to the world, her little brother Raiden. Atsuko marveled at Raiden's small size and cuteness, only for him to reject her touch with a small "hmph". It was probably in his nature at the time, but it didnt bring her down. She absolutely loved him! Wanting to be the best sister he can have, she trained vigorously at the age of 7.
She trained and tested her limits, her restraints and weakness, giving her injuries of all sorts, though it was going to be worth it. And it did, at the age of 10, she graduated to a chunnin rank, which was a proud age and early age to graduate on. So on that day, her mother promised to bring up a surprise for her, a party, but her father, unfortunately, was late on a mission and they had to wait for his arrival. And disappointingly enough, he did not arrive when they expected him to be, and they just decided to do the celebration tomorrow. Atsuko though...had the chills, and insisted to sleep with Raiden who was 5 at the time. Her mother countered saying he was old enough to sleep by himself and shooshed her to bed, much to her complaints.
'Something is wrong..' Atsuko told her mother, who merely shook her head and with a kiss on the forehead left to her own chambers, leaving Atsuko defenseless. Irritated by her mother's stubborness, she laid out some wire and attached the ends in her room. 'If anyone arrives, i would know.' Staying up for a bit, she fell to sleep and her worries faded until she felt her wires vibrate against her. Eyes snapping open, she sat up quietly, not liking the eerie feeling in the house. She watched the vibration of the wires and saw it was much to shaky to be her father or her mother. Someone else must be in the house.. and when raiden ran into her arms, her nightmares were proven. Outside, she heard a man, and thought it was over, for she knew that she couldnt go against a man at her age. Not even with all the training she accomplished. Tears almost spilled but she helf back, not wanting raiden to feel anymore panicked as he was. Hearing thumps and grunts, it was quiet and slowly the door opened, revealing her bloody uped father. Though he didnt last long, falling to the floor, she screamed for help, and within minutes, which seemed like hours, medic ninjas arrived, healing her father the best they could. Yet it was all to late.
The medics took raiden to check on him, leaving Atsuko alone with her father's weakened self. Standing next to his death bed, she bit her trembling lip, and grabbed onto her fathers cold hand. "Father... I wasent strong enough.." She sobbed, and Sichiro shook his head. With a faint smile, he sqeezed her small hand and spoke. "No Atsuko, you were strong.." He wheezed.. "But, for me and your Oka-san, I want you to be stronger for us, okay? Especially Raiden..because we wont be here..anymore" Atsuko nodded, tears running down her face and when her fathers last three words slipped out, she sobbed as if they're was no tommorow. But as time passed, her tears dried up, and when she heard Raiden enter the room, and quickly she ordered the medics to take the body away.

Wiping the tears away, her first strained smile appeared and she turned reassuringly. "They're somewhere else." Raiden hugged her, and she tried her best to keep the smile up. "Where..? Will they be back?" Atsuko took a while to answer, for she was on the verge of tears, but Raiden didnt see it. "I-in a better place Raiden.. and no they wont, but ill be here for you." And from then on, that strained smile was the start of her new persona.

Since Kakashi Hatake is able to use the technique without taking off his mask, it can be assumed that the fireball does not originate from inside the mouth. When an Uchiha clan member masters this technique, they are recognized as an adult. This technique also seems to be fairly common amongst Konoha's Chunin-level ninja.

Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
